本发明的目的在于提供一种纸币类进出钞装置,纸钞以堆叠方式加入到进钞仓中以实现连续加钞,接钞仓和暂存仓均设有叶轮,使纸币叠放整齐,进出钞功能稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明安装在自动柜员机类金融设备上,如图1~2所示,本发明包括进钞仓2、接钞仓4、暂存仓8、进钞通道12、出钞通道11、转向走钞通道36和架体13,其中所述进钞仓2为开放式结构,纸钞能够以堆叠方式放入所述进钞仓2中,使所述进钞仓2实现连续进钞,在进钞仓2的纸钞输出口设有进钞机构1,所述进钞机构1包括捻钞轮38、后压轮39、阻力轮42和前压轮43,所述进钞机构1使纸钞单张逐一地输入到进钞通道12中,并经所述进钞通道12进入到金融设备主体上的走钞通道30中。纸钞由金融设备主体中输出时,纸钞沿金融设备主体上的走钞通道30进入出钞通道11中,并经所述出钞通道11进入接钞仓4中,在接钞仓4的纸钞输入口设有叶轮3,所述叶轮3上沿圆周方向均布有用于导入纸钞的棘片37,所述叶轮3通过所述棘片37使纸币整齐地叠落在接钞仓4内。
在接钞仓4下方设有暂存仓8,进入到出钞通道11中的纸钞可以经所述转向走钞通道36进入到暂存仓8中。在出钞通道11与转向走钞通道36的交汇处设有转向门部件35,所述转向门部件35在电机带动下旋转,如图7所示,当转向门部件35旋转至将转向走钞通道36完全挡住的位置时,纸钞直接沿出钞通道11进入到接钞仓4中,如图8所示,当转向门部件35旋转至将出钞通道11完全挡住的位置时,纸钞转向进入到转向走钞通道36中,并经转向走钞通道36进入到暂存仓8中。在暂存仓8的纸钞输入口也设有叶轮3,所述叶轮3通过其上的棘片37使纸币整齐的叠落在暂存仓8中,在暂存仓8的上方设有盖门7,所述盖门7通过销轴6铰接安装在接钞仓4的底板上,当盖门7完全落 下时,所述暂存仓8封闭,所述盖门7开启时,作业人员可以将暂存仓8中的纸钞取出,所述盖门7通过电机驱动实现自动开启或闭合。所述盖门7包括锁定机构5,所述锁定机构5包括电磁铁40和一个锁定杆41,在盖门7靠近所述锁定机构5的一端设有与所述锁定杆41相配合的凹口,当盖门7关闭时,锁定机构5通过电磁铁40推动锁定杆41插入到所述凹口中,从而将盖门7锁定,电磁铁40带动锁定杆41缩回,盖门7则解除锁定。
在暂存仓8的纸钞输出口处设有送钞机构10,所述送钞机构10包括捻钞轮、阻力轮和压轮,所述送钞机构10带动暂存仓8内的纸钞单张逐一地输入到金融设备主体上的走钞通道30中,在所述走钞通道30与出钞通道11的交汇处设有门部件机构31,如图5~6所示,所述门部件机构31包括第一门部件32、中间门部件33和第二门部件34,所述第一门部件32、中间门部件33和第二门部件34分别通过电机驱动旋转,如图5所示,当第一门部件32落下将走钞通道30挡住、第二门部件34抬起时,暂存仓8内的纸钞经走钞通道30进入到出钞通道11中,如图6所示,当第一门部件32抬起、第二门部件34落下将走钞通道30挡住时,金融设备主体中输出的纸钞进入到出钞通道11中,所述中间门部件33通过自身旋转以配合第一门部件32和第二门部件34形成适合出钞的通道。
如图2所示,所述架体13包括进钞架体14、中间架体15和连接架体16,其中进钞架体14通过转轴17铰接安装在中间架体15上,所述中间架体15通过转轴22铰接安装在连接架体16上,所述进钞架体14、中间架体15和连接架体16上分别设有传送辊和传送带,所述传送辊和传送带分别构成了所述进钞通道12、出钞通道11和转向走钞通道36。在进钞架体14的自由端设有定位钩18,在中间架体15上设有固定轴19,当进钞架体14上的定位钩18与所述中间架体15上的固定轴19咬合时,进钞架体14上的传送辊和传送带便与中间架体15上靠近所述进钞架体14一侧的传送辊及传送带一起构成了所述进钞通道12;在中间架体15的自由端设有定位钩20,在连接架体16上设有固定轴21,当中间架体15上的定位钩20与所述连接架体16上的固定轴21咬合时,中间架体15上靠近所述连接架体16一侧的传送辊和传送带便与所述连接架体16上的传送辊及传送带一起构成了所述出钞通道11,所述进钞架体14和中间架体15在维修或维护时打开,方便维修。
如图3~4所示,架体13通过连接轴23铰接安装在金融设备主体上,在金融设备主体上安装有支架24,在所述支架24上铰接有气弹簧25,所述气弹簧25远离所述支架24的一端通过连接轴26与所述架体13铰接,架体通过所述气弹簧25作用抬起,以方便走钞通道30的维修和维护,在架体13的下侧安装 有定位钩28,在金融设备主体上安装有与所述定位钩28相配合的定位钩支架27,当架体13下侧的定位钩28与金融设备主体上的定位钩支架27咬合时,架体13被锁定。
本发明工作原理:
本发明工作时,纸钞以堆叠方式放入进钞仓2中实现连续加钞,进钞机构1将进钞仓2中的纸钞单张逐一地输入到进钞通道12中,并经进钞通道12进入到金融设备主体上的走钞通道30中,金融设备主体输出纸钞时,纸钞沿金融设备主体上的走钞通道30输入到出钞通道11中,并经所述出钞通道11进入到接钞仓4中,在接钞仓4的纸钞输入口设有叶轮3,所述叶轮3上沿圆周方向均布有棘片37,叶轮3通过所述棘片37使纸币整齐的叠落在接钞仓4内。进入到出钞通道11中的纸钞也可以通过转向门部件35作用转入转向走钞通道36中,并经转向走钞通道36进入到暂存仓8中,在金融设备主体上的走钞通道30与出钞通道11的交汇处设有用于控制纸钞走向的门部件机构31,在暂存仓8的纸钞输入口也设有使纸币整齐的叠落的叶轮3,在暂存仓8的上方设有盖门7,所述盖门7通过锁定机构5锁定。
所述架体13包括进钞架体14、中间架体15和连接架体16,所述进钞架体14、中间架体15和连接架体16依次铰接,所述架体13通过连接轴23铰接安装在金融设备主体上,并通过所述气弹簧25作用抬起,以方便走钞通道30的维修和维护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安装在金融设备主体上的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:包括架体(13)、进钞仓(2)、接钞仓(4)、暂存仓(8)、进钞通道(12)、出钞通道(11)和转向走钞通道(36),其中进钞仓(2)通过进钞通道(12)与金融设备主体上的走钞通道(30)相通,金融设备主体上的走钞通道(30)通过出钞通道(11)与接钞仓(4)相通,所述出钞通道(11)通过转向走钞通道(36)与暂存仓(8)相通,在所述走钞通道(30)与出钞通道(11)的交汇处设有控制纸钞走向的门部件机构(31),在所述出钞通道(11)与转向走钞通道(36)的交汇处设有控制纸钞走向的转向门部件(35),在所述接钞仓(4)和暂存仓(8)的纸钞输入口处设有使纸钞叠落整齐的叶轮(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:所述架体(13)包括依次铰接相连的进钞架体(14)、中间架体(15)和连接架体(16),所述进钞架体(14)和中间架体(15)在设备维修时打开,所述进钞架体(14)、中间架体(15)和连接架体(16)上分别设有传送辊和传送带,所述传送辊和传送带分别构成了所述进钞通道(12)、出钞通道(11)和转向走钞通道(36),其中进钞架体(14)与中间架体(15)闭合时构成所述进钞通道(12),中间架体(15)与连接架体(16)闭合时构成所述出钞通道(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:所述进钞架体(14)上设有定位钩(18),所述中间架体(15)上设有固定轴(19),所述进钞架体(14)和中间架体(15)在进钞架体(14)上的定位钩(18)与中间架体(15)上的固定轴(19)咬合时闭合;所述中间架体(15)上设有定位钩(20),所述连接架体(16)上设有固定轴(21),所述中间架体(15)和连接架体(16)在中间架体(15)上的定位钩(20)与连接架体(16)上的固定轴(21)咬合时闭合。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:所述架体(13)铰接安装在金融设备主体上,所述架体(13)在设备维修时抬起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:在金融设备主体上安装有支架(24),所述支架(24)上铰接有气弹簧(25),所述架体(13)通过所述气弹簧(25)抬起。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:在架体(13)的下侧安装有定位钩(28),在金融设备主体上安装有与所述定位钩(28)相配合的定位钩支架(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:所述门部件机 构(31)包括第一门部件(32)、中间门部件(33)和第二门部件(34),暂存仓(8)内输出的纸钞在所述第一门部件(32)落下、所述第二门部件(34)抬起时经走钞通道(30)进入至所述出钞通道(11)中,金融设备主体内输出的纸钞在所述第一门部件(32)抬起、所述第二门部件(34)落下时经走钞通道(30)进入至所述出钞通道(11)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:在所述暂存仓(8)的上方设有封闭暂存仓(8)用的盖门(7),所述盖门(7)包括锁定机构(5),所述锁定机构(5)包括电磁铁(40)和锁定杆(41),在所述盖门(7)的一端设有凹口,所述锁定杆(41)通过所述电磁铁(40)推动插入到所述凹口中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:纸钞在机构工作时以堆叠方式放入所述进钞仓(2)中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的纸币类进出钞装置,其特征在于:在所述进钞仓(2)的纸钞输出口设有使纸钞单张逐一输出的进钞机构(1);所述暂存仓(8)的纸钞输出口处设有使纸钞单张逐一输出的送钞机构(10)。
