一种豆腐压制模具及挡板,包括:底板、盖板以及设置于该底板的顶面与所述盖板底面之间的挡板,该挡板为一体成型结构,所述挡板包括:至少三片挡片以及设置于相邻的该挡片之间的折弯部,该折弯部上设置有垂直于所述顶面的插接孔,具有自由端的第一挡片其所述自由端具有与所述插接孔配合的插接凸部。这样,第一挡片的自由端的插接凸部可与折弯部的插接孔相对接,从而形成由3个挡片、4个挡片、5个挡片或其他数量挡片围成的挡板结构,从而可制作横截面呈三角形、正方形、五边形等形状的豆腐,满足制作的豆腐形状多样性需求。

豆腐压制模具及挡板 技术领域
