Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cigarette mentholée à faible teneur en goudrons qui comprend un bâtonnet de tabac et un filtre enveloppé dans du papier manchette et a une teneur en goudrons de 5 mg au moins. Le filtre comprend un segment unique constitué d'une mèche d'acétate de cellulose. La résistance à l'écoulement d'air du filtre est de 25 à 80 mmH2O/27 mm, tandis que le rapport de ventilation de l'air s'écoulant depuis les trous de ventilation formés dans le papier manchette est de 55 % ou plus. Du menthol est ajouté au filtre.
