电子烟发送的请求信息、 广播信息或响应信息均包括: 头码字段、 识别 码字段、 数据字段和校验码字段。 其中, 头码字段的大小为 1 字节, 例如, 头码字段可设置为" 0X55"。 识别码字段的大小为 1 字节, 用于标识电子烟发 送的信息为请求信息、 广播信息, 还是响应信息, 可这样设置: 若为请求信 息则识别码字段为" 0X65", 若为广播信息则识别码字段为 "0X60" , 若为响 应信息则识别码字段为" 0X9A"。 校验码字段为 1字节或 2字节, 用于实现信 息校验, 具体的, 可采用校验和或 CRC循环校验的方式进行校验。 数据字段 的长度根据实际情况进行调整。
若识别码字段标识电子烟发送的信息为请求信息, 则数据字段包含的信 息为电子烟信息获取请求, 电子烟信息获取请求中包含欲获取的电子烟信息 类型, 例如, 若数据字段为 "0X01", 则代表电子烟发送的请求信息, 是请求 获得其他电子烟的"电子烟型号"信息, 则其他电子烟的响应信息中应包含其 自身的电子烟型号信息; 若数据字段为 "0X02", 则代表请求"电子烟电池容量 大小"信息, 其他依此类推。 若识别码字段标识电子烟发送的信息为响应信息或广播信息, 则数据字 段包括电子烟信息类型和其对应的电子烟信息。 且响应信息中的电子烟信息 是与电子烟信息获取请求中的电子烟信息类型相对应的。 例如, 若接收到的 请求信息的数据字段为" 0X01", 则响应信息的数据字段为" 0X01 0X01", 代 表: 电子烟型号为 0X01。
在本发明的实施例中, 若响应信息或广播信息中包括个人用户信息, 则 将个人用户信息采用 GB2312 区位码进行编码并构成数据字段以形成广播信 息或响应信息。
此外, 本发明实施例中采用的十六进制也可换为二进制、 十进制等。 以下结合上述表 1 和一个具体的实施例, 对本发明实施例中的应用于电 子烟的信息交互方法进行详细解释:
假设有 5个电子烟存在通信连接以进行信息交互, 电子烟 A和电子烟 B 为其中的两个电子烟。 若电子烟 A欲发送包含"电子烟型号"获取请求的请求 信息给电子烟 B, 而电子烟 B的型号为型号 2, 则电子烟 A可通过以下三种方 式实现对电子烟 B的型号的获取:
方式 1 : 电子烟 A被触发产生用于发送信息的触发信号后, 生成请求信 息, 并以广播的方式向其他 4个电子烟发送请求信息, 请求信息为:
0X55 0X65 0X01 0X3B
头码 识别码数据 校验码
电子烟 B收到请求信息后, 进行解码, 由于" 0X65"代表该信息为请求信 息, 而" 0X01"代表"电子烟型号", 因此, 电子烟 B 根据存储的自身的电子烟 型号 (假设电子烟 B的型号为型号 2) 生成的响应信息为:
0X55 0X9A 0X01 0X02 0XF5
头码 识别码 数据 校验码 电子烟 B采用广播的方式将响应信息发送给其他 4个电子烟, 由此电子 烟 A可接收到该响应信息而获得电子烟 B的型号。
方式 2: 5个电子烟拥有各自的 ID (IDentity, 即身份识别号码), 且每个 电子烟都存储有自身 ID信息及其余电子烟的 ID信息。 电子烟 A根据电子烟 B的 ID向其发起通信请求,电子烟 B接收到请求后,即与电子烟 A建立通信。 通信建立好后, 电子烟 A即仅向电子烟 B发送请求信息 (如上述方式 1中所 示), 且电子烟 B也仅向电子烟 A回复响应信息(响应信息如上述方式 1中所 示)。
方式 3: 5个电子烟拥有各自的 ID, 且每个电子烟都存储有自身 ID信息 及其余电子烟的 ID信息。 电子烟 A生成请求信息, 并以广播的方式向其他 4 个电子烟发送请求信息时, 在请求信息中加入自身 ID及电子烟 B的 ID信息, 即请求信息为:
0X55 0X65 0X01 OXAAAAAAAA OXBBBBBBBB 0X0752
头码 识别码数据 电子烟 A的 ID信息 电子烟 B的 ID信息校验码 电子烟 B收到请求信息后, 进行解码, 并生成如下响应信息:
0X55 0X9A 0X01 0X02 OXBBBBBBBB OXAAAAAAAA 0X0689 头码 识别码 数据 电子烟 B的 ID信息 电子烟 A的 ID信息校验码
由此, 电子烟 A可接收到该响应信息, 从而获得电子烟 B的型号。
通过上述三种方式, 电子烟 A通过对接收到的响应信息进行解码, 可获 取电子烟 B的"电子烟型号"为"型号 2", 由此, 电子烟 A可进一歩执行存储、 显示等操作, 还可将电子烟 B 的型号进行转发, 或将电子烟 B 的"电子烟型 号"与自身的"电子烟型号"进行比较, 若相同, 则发出提示信息等操作。
应理解, 若电子烟 A需要获取多个 (2个、 3个等) 电子烟的"电子烟型 号"时, 可采取广播的方式发送请求信息。 优选的, 为了保证该多个电子烟均 会回复响应信息, 可采取方式 2, 依次与各个电子烟建立即时通信连接; 也 可采用方式 3, 通过分别将该多个电子烟的 ID信息放到不同的请求信息中, 以发送多条请求信息的方式, 确保该多个电子烟均会回复响应信息。
在本发明的实施例中, 若电子烟 A获取到了多个电子烟的电子烟信息 (例 如"电子烟型号"信息), 则可以进行统计分析。 统计分析包括: 将获取到的同 类信息进行统计, 并将统计处理结果进行存储、 显示、 转发或根据统计处理 结果进行提示。 例如, 获取到了 4个电子烟的"电子烟型号"信息, 则分别统 计型号 1 的个数、 型号 2的个数、 型号 3的个数, 并可进行排序后显示, 由 此, 用户可获知哪种"电子烟型号"的使用者较多, 可为用户选择 "电子烟型 号"提供有益的帮助。
在本发明的实施例中, 电子烟之间进行其他信息(电子烟电池容量大小、 电子烟适用的充电器型号、 电子烟生产厂商信息、 电子烟制造国别、 个人用 户信息、 烟油口味信息和用户对电子烟的评价信息)的交互时, 其实现方式和 上述进行"电子烟型号"的交互的实现原理是相同的, 在此不再一一举例进行 描述。
在本发明的实施例中, 应用于电子烟的信息交互方法还可用于实现紧急 呼救, 其具体实现为:
当电子烟被触发产生紧急触发信号后, 向其它一个或多个电子烟发送紧 急呼叫信息。 紧急呼叫信息中包含有标识紧急呼叫的字段。 例如, 可将上述 请求信息中的识别码字段设置为" 0X10", 数据字段设置为" 0X00", 则当其他 电子烟接收到这样的信息时, 通过解码可识别该信息为紧急呼叫信息, 由 此, 可发出提示信息提示用户 (例如, 通过电子烟的显示模块显示 "SOS"字样 并发出警报声等), 用户即知道周围有人在紧急呼叫, 从而可及时对紧急呼叫 者进行求援。
在本发明的实施例中, 紧急按钮可为单独设置的按键, 也可与电子烟的 输入模块(按键、 触摸屏等)共用。 当与电子烟的输入模块共用时, 可对其触 发进行设置, 例如, 可设置对输入模块长按 10秒、 连续输入 5次等即触发电 子烟进行紧急呼叫信息的发送。
由此, 本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 可在用户突然遇 到紧急情况时, 比如突发性重大疾病(心脏病、 暈倒等), 可利用手中的电子 烟向附近电子烟发送紧急呼叫信息来进行紧急呼救, 使得用户多了一份安全 保障。
在本发明的实施例中, 电子烟之间的信息交互方式包括: (1 ) 一电子烟 发送请求信息后(广播方式、 一对一方式或一对多方式发送), 收到请求信息 的至少一个电子烟发送响应信息 (广播方式、 一对一方式或一对多方式回 复) ; (2) 电子烟主动其他电子烟发送广播信息 (广播方式、 一对一方式或 一对多方式发送)。 电子烟之间的信息交互方式包括广播方式、 一对一、 一对 多等方式,在一对一或一对多的方式中, 进行信息交互的两电子烟可先建立连 接, 然后进行信息交互。
在本发明的实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法中, 还可对电子烟发 送的请求信息或响应信息进行加密处理(可采用现有的加密算法), 从而接收 到信息的电子烟采用相应解密算法进行解密操作, 由此, 增强电子烟之间信 息交互的安全性。
参见图 4 为本发明实施例的电子烟的结构框图。 本发明实施例中, 电子 烟包括: 信息发送模块 30、 信息接收模块 37、 微处理器 31、 吸烟传感器 32、 输入模块 33、 显示模块 34、 存储模块 35、 提示模块 36等。 此外, 电子烟还 包括雾化组件、 供电电池等, 均属于现有技术, 本发明实施例对此不再赘 述。
其中, 信息发送模块 30 可利用射频技术或其它通信技术实现信息的发 送。 信息接收模块 37利用射频技术或其它通信技术实现信息的接收。 信息发 送模块 30和信息接收模块 37可为 wifi模块、 蓝牙模块等, 或采用 315MHz、 433MHz或 900MHz等频率进行射频通信的模块。 微处理器 31为可编程的元 器件, 例如, 单片机。 存储模块 35用于存储上述的电子烟信息类型及其对应 的电子烟信息。 吸烟传感器 32为气压或气流传感器。 输入模块 33为按键输入 模块或触摸屏输入模块。 显示模块 34为 LED灯或 LCD屏等。 存储模块 35为 flash模块等。
参见图 5 为本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统中的电子烟之 间的连接关系图。 本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统包括至少两 个电子烟, 每一电子烟均包括: 信息发送模块、 信息接收模块、 微处理器、 显示模块、 存储模块、 提示模块、 吸烟传感器、 输入模块等。 图中示出了 5 个相互之间通过各自的射频通信模块实现通信连接的电子烟。
信息发送模块用于向预设通信区域内的其它至少一个电子烟发送携带有 自身电子烟信息的广播信息, 和 /或向预设通信区域内的其它一个或多个电子 烟发送携带有电子烟信息获取请求的请求信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟 的请求信息而生成的响应信息。
信息接收模块用于接收预设通信区域内其它电子烟发送的携带有自身电 子烟信息的广播信息, 和 /或接收预设通信区域内其它电子烟发送的携带有电 子烟信息获取请求的请求信息, 和 /或接收预设通信区域内被请求电子烟回复 的响应信息。
微处理器用于接收到广播信息或接收到响应信息后执行以下操作中的至 少一个: 将获取的电子烟信息存储到存储模块、 控制显示模块显示获取的电 子烟信息、 根据获取的电子烟信息控制提示模块发出提示信息、 控制射频通 信模块转发获取的电子烟信息。
在本发明的实施例中, 假设第一电子烟 1 为发送请求信息的电子烟, 其 余电子烟为接收请求信息的电子烟, 则第一电子烟 1 可采用广播方式发送请 求信息, 接收到请求信息的电子烟可为第二电子烟 ~第五电子烟中的任意一个 或几个, 而回复响应信息的电子烟为接收到请求信息的电子烟中的一个或几 个。 此外, 第一电子烟 1还可实现向指定电子烟发送请求信息。
优选的, 在本发明的实施例中, 电子烟的吸烟传感器用于接收到吸烟信 号后发送给微处理器; 微处理器即根据接收到的吸烟信号控制信息发送模块 发送信息和 /或控制信息接收模块接收信息。
应理解, 图 5 中的电子烟之间请求信息、 广播信息、 响应信息、 紧急呼 叫信息的交互即采用上述实施例 (图 1和图 3 ) 中描述的信息交互方法实现。
本发明实施例的电子烟具有通信功能,可与同样具有通信功能的电子烟进 行信息交互, 极大的方便了彼此之间的信息交流获取, 使得电子烟不再仅仅是 一支烟, 它还能成为人们交流沟通的桥梁。
本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法及系统, 使得电子烟之间 互动交流后获取彼此的电子烟信息; 且通过对电子烟信息的统计处理, 可为 用户选择较优且合适自己的电子烟提供帮助; 另一方面, 可方便使用电子烟 的用户之间建立社交, 有利于用户之间的交流, 利于戒烟等; 且还可实现紧 急呼叫, 使得用户多了一份安全保障; 提高用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上 述的具体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性 的, 本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利 要求所保护的范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 利用至少两个电子 烟进行信息交互;
所述方法包括以下歩骤:
51、 信息发送歩骤: 至少一个电子烟向其它电子烟发送携带有自身电子 烟信息的广播信息, 和 /或向其它一个或多个电子烟发送携带有电子烟信息获 取请求的请求信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟的请求信息而生成的响应信 息;
52、 信息接收歩骤: 至少一个电子烟接收其它电子烟发送的携带有自身 电子烟信息的广播信息, 和 /或接收其它电子烟发送的携带有电子烟信息获取 请求的请求信息, 和 /或接收被请求电子烟回复的响应信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
53、 信息处理歩骤: 至少一个接收到所述广播信息或接收到所述响应信 息的电子烟执行以下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟信息、 显示获取 的电子烟信息、 根据获取的电子烟信息发出提示信息、 转发获取的电子烟信 息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
发送请求信息的电子烟接收到响应信息并获取到电子烟信息后, 对获取 的电子烟信息进行统计处理, 并将统计处理结果进行存储、 显示、 转发或根 据统计处理结果进行提示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当电子烟被触发产生用于发送信息的触发信号时, 进行所述请求信息、 广播信息或响应信息的发送。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 电子烟被触发产生的用于发送信息的触发信号为吸烟信号;
在预设时间内作为触发信号的吸烟信号的次数不同, 所述请求信息和广 播信息中的电子烟信息类型不同。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 电子烟被触发产生的用于发送信息的触发信号为按键输入信号;
触发的按键输入信号不同, 所述请求信息和广播信息中的电子烟信息类 型不同。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 电子烟信息类型包括以下类型中的至少一种: 电子烟型号、 电子烟电池容量 大小、 电子烟适用的充电器型号、 电子烟生产厂商信息、 电子烟制造国别、 个人用户信息、 烟油口味信息、 用户对电子烟的评价信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 进行信息交互的电子烟存储有自身的电子烟信息,或通过检测获取自身的电子 烟信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求信息格式包括: 头码字段、 识别码字段、 数据字段和校验码字段; 其中, 数据字段用于标识请求信息请求获取的电子烟信息类型。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在 于, 所述响应信息和广播信息格式均包括: 头码字段、 识别码字段、 数据字 段和校验码字段;
其中, 数据字段用于标识电子烟信息类型和其对应的电子烟信息。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 每一电子烟具有各自的 ID, 且每一电子烟存储有自身 ID 以及其他电子烟的 ID;
当电子烟发送广播信息时, 在广播信息中加入自身的 ID信息; 当电子烟发送请求信息或响应信息时, 在请求信息中加入自身的 ID信息 以及接收信息的电子烟的 ID信息。
12、 根据权利要求 1 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在 于, 所述方法还包括:
当电子烟被触发产生紧急触发信号后, 向其它一个或多个电子烟发送紧 急呼叫信息。
13、 根据权利要求 1 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在 于, 进行信息交互的电子烟的通信范围为 3公里以内。
14、 一种应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括至 少两个电子烟, 每一电子烟均包括: 信息发送模块、 信息接收模块;
所述信息发送模块用于向其它电子烟发送携带有自身电子烟信息的广播 信息, 和 /或向其它一个或多个电子烟发送携带有电子烟信息获取请求的请求 信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟的请求信息而生成的响应信息;
所述信息接收模块用于接收其它电子烟发送的携带有自身电子烟信息的 广播信息, 和 /或接收它电子烟发送的携带有电子烟信息获取请求的请求信 息, 和 /或接收被请求电子烟回复的响应信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 每一电子烟还均包括: 微处理器、 显示模块、 存储模块和提示模块; 所述微处理器用于接收到所述广播信息或接收到所述响应信息后执行以 下操作中的至少一个: 将获取的电子烟信息存储到存储模块、 控制显示模块 显示获取的电子烟信息、 根据获取的电子烟信息控制提示模块发出提示信 息、 控制射频通信模块转发获取的电子烟信息。
16、 根据权利要求 14 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述系统中的每一电子烟还均包括: 吸烟传感器;
所述吸烟传感器用于接收到吸烟信号后发送给微处理器;
微处理器根据接收到的吸烟信号控制信息发送模块发送信息和 /或控制信 息接收模块接收信息。
