本发明实施例涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系 统。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品, 其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观, 以及与 香烟相似的味道, 但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
随着使用电子烟的用户越来越多,用户对电子烟所能提供的功能也提出了 更多的要求,申请号为 201310684449.X的专利申请中揭示了一种智能电子烟, 该智能电子烟包含无线通信模块以及控制模块,该控制模块可以将吸烟参数编 码成符合无线通信协议的吸烟参数文件,并将吸烟参数文件解码成吸烟参数信 号, 并通过无线通信模块将吸烟参数信号发送至智能终端, 以便与智能终端实 时或者定时进行数据交互。
上述现有技术中, 虽然可以实现用户与电子烟之间的数据交互,但是仅限 于用户了解自身的吸烟情况, 而无法实现其他更多种类信息的交互。

本发明实施例提供了一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系统,能够实现其他 更多种类信息的交互。

电子烟对用户的行为特征进行检测;
当所述用户的行为特征满足上报条件时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号, 所述 触发信号用于表示所述用户的当前行为;
所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端将所述触发信号透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台根据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送相应的信息。

需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 用户吸烟的频率以及用户更换烟油的频率等 数据都属于吸烟参数, 电子烟在与用户终端绑定之后, 这些吸烟参数都可以实 时或周期性的同步至用户终端中。

本实施例中, 若用户终端确定用户具有交互权限, 则可以将触发信号透传 至服务平台。
具体的, 用户终端可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他类型的 通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中步骤 306至 307在实际应用中为可选步骤, 即 用户终端可以判断用户是否具有交互权限, 当具有时才执行后续步骤,也可以 不判断用户是否具有交互权限, 而直接执行后续步骤, 此处不做限定。
本实施例中的数据通信框架可以如图 4所示, 电子烟与用户终端绑定, 用 户终端通过通信网络连接到服务平台,一个服务平台可以为多个电子烟以及用 户终端提供服务。
309、 服务平台判断多个电子烟的用户是否满足交互条件, 若是, 则执行 步骤 311, 若否, 则执行步骤 310;
本实施例中, 当服务平台接收到多个电子烟的触发信号时,服务平台可以 判断这些电子烟的用户之间是否满足交互条件, 若是, 则执行步骤 311,若否, 则执行步骤 310。 为了便于用户之间的交互,服务平台可以判断这些多个电子烟的用户之间 的距离是否小于预置距离, 若是, 则说明这些用户之间的距离比较近, 可以考 虑促使其进行交互。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 除了通过用户之间的距离来确定用户之间 是否满足交互条件之外,还可以通过其他的方式来确定用户之间是否满足交互 条件, 例如判断用户是否使用同一型号的电子烟, 或是否是否同一型号的烟油 等, 只要使得具有共同属性的用户之间满足交互条件即可, 此处不做限定。
310、 服务平台向用户终端推送广告信息;
若用户之间不满足交互条件,则服务平台可以直接向用户终端推送广告信 息或其他类型的信息, 此处不做限定。
311、 服务平台向用户终端推送交互信息。
若用户之间满足交互条件, 则服务平台可以向用户终端推送交互信息, 以 使得这些用户之间进行交互。
本实施例中的步骤 309至 310为可选步骤,在实际应用中,服务平台也可 以不进行判断, 而向所有的用户推送交互信息, 以使得各用户都能够与其他用 户进行交互。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端上安装有与电子烟对应的 APP 程序, 则服务平台可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向用户展示 该信息, 若用户终端上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台也可以将信息推送 给用户终端上原有的其他程序 (例如浏览器或即时聊天工具等), 由这些程序 进行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 当用户的行为特征满足上报条件时, 电子烟可以通过与该电 子烟绑定的用户终端将触发信号透传至服务平台,则服务平台可以根据该触发 信号向用户终端推送相应的信息,由于服务平台会根据不同的触发信号推送不 同的信息, 所以用户所能了解到的内容不再局限于自身的吸烟情况, 而可以通 过用户终端从良务平台获知更多的内容, 因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互, 从而提升用户体验;
其次, 用户终端在收到电子烟的触发信号之后,还可以对用户的交互权限 进行检测, 只有具备交互权限的用户才可以收到服务平台推送的信息,使得服 务平台的负担得以降低;
再次,服务平台可以向具有共性的用户的用户终端推送交互信息,使得多 用户之间可以进行交互, 从而进一步提升了用户体验。
上面对本发明实施例中的数据通信方法进行了描述,下面对本发明实施例 中的数据通信系统进行描述, 请参阅图 5, 本发明实施例中的数据通信系统包 括:
电子烟 501、 用户终端 502以及月良务平台 503;
电子烟 501用于对用户的行为特征进行检测,当用户的行为特征满足上报 条件时, 生成触发信号, 触发信号用于表示用户的当前行为, 将触发信号发送 至与电子烟 501绑定的用户终端 502;
用户终端 502用于将触发信号透传至服务平台 503;
服务平台 503用于根据触发信号向用户终端 502推送相应的信息。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501可以通过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连 接、 或 NFC连接与用户终端 502建立关联关系。
本实施例中, 电子烟 501中至少包含感应器以及处理器;
当用户抽烟时, 感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将脉冲信号发送至电子烟 501 中的处理器;
电子烟 501中的处理器根据脉冲信号生成触发信号,触发信号用于指示用 户当前正在抽电子烟。
本实施例中的感应器可以为气流感应开关或按键开关,或者其他类型的开 关, 具体此处不做限定, 其中, 按键开关可以为微触开关或感应开关, 或者其 他类型的开关, 具体此处亦不做限定。 有, 则用户终端 502将触发信号透传至服务平台 503。
本实施例中的用户终端 502可以为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或 平板电脑, 或其他类型的终端, 此处不做限定。
为便于理解,下面以一具体应用场景对本发明实施例中的数据通信系统进 行详细描述:
本实施例中, 用户可以将自己的电子烟 501与用户终端 502进行绑定, 具 体的, 电子烟 501可以通过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、 或 NFC 连接等方式与用户终端 502建立关联关系。
本实施例中的用户终端 502可以为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或 平板电脑, 或其他类型的终端, 具体此处不做限定。
电子烟 501可以对用户的行为特征进行检测, 以分析用户的当前行为, 例 如用户正在抽烟、 用户将要抽烟、 用户关闭了电子烟等, 具体此处不做限定。
电子烟 501对用户的行为特征进行检测之后,可以判断用户当前是否正在 抽电子烟。
需要说明的是,电子烟 501可以有多种方式判断用户当前是否正在抽电子 烟 501, 例如可以才艮据电子烟 501中雾化组件的工作状态来判断, 当雾化组件 正在工作时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟 501。
或者,还可以根据电子烟 501中感应器的工作状态来判断, 当感应器正在 工作时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟 501。
或者,还可以根据电子烟 501中的电池电量消耗速度来判断, 当池电量消 耗速度大于某一门限时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟 501。
本实施例中的感应器可以为气流感应开关或按键开关,或者其他类型的开 关, 具体此处不做限定, 其中, 按键开关可以为微触开关或感应开关, 或者其 他类型的开关, 具体此处亦不做限定。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 电子烟 501还可以通过其他更多的方式判 断用户是否正在抽电子烟, 具体此处不做限定。
当电子烟 501检测到用户当前正在抽电子烟 501时,则可以确定当用户的 行为特征满足上报条件, 则电子烟 501可以生成触发信号, 该触发信号用于表 示用户当前正在抽电子烟 501。
具体的, 电子烟 501中的感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将脉冲信号发送至电子 烟 501中的处理器;
电子烟 501中的处理器根据脉冲信号生成触发信号,该触发信号用于指示 用户当前正在抽电子烟 501。
电子烟 501生成了触发信号之后,可以将该触发信号发送至预先已与该电 子烟 501绑定的用户终端 502。
本实施例中, 用户终端 502收到电子烟 501的触发信号之后, 可以判断用 户是否具有交互权限。
具体的,用户终端 502可以判断用户的吸烟频率是否达到预置数值,若是, 则表示该用户为电子烟的活跃用户, 则确定该用户具有交互权限, 若否, 则表 示该用户为电子烟的试用用户或是非活跃用户, 则确定该用户不具有交互权 限。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 用户终端 502除了通过用户的吸烟频率来 判断用户是否具有交互权限之外,还可以通过其他的方式来判断用户是否具有 交互权限, 例如通过用户更换烟油的频率等方式, 只要使得电子烟的活跃用户 具有交互权限, 而非活跃用户不具有交互权限即可, 具体方式此处不做限定。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 用户吸烟的频率以及用户更换烟油的频率等 数据都属于吸烟参数, 电子烟 501在与用户终端 502绑定之后, 这些吸烟参数 都可以实时或周期性的同步至用户终端 502中。
本实施例中, 若用户终端 502确定用户没有交互权限, 则可以提示用户暂 无权限, 还可以进一步提示用户如何获得交互权限, 具体此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 若用户终端 502确定用户具有交互权限, 则可以将触发信号 透传至服务平台 503。
具体的, 用户终端 502可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他类 型的通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台 503。
本实施例中, 当服务平台 503接收到多个电子烟的触发信号时,服务平台 503可以判断这些电子烟的用户之间是否满足交互条件。
为了便于用户之间的交互,服务平台 503可以判断这些多个电子烟的用户 之间的距离是否小于预置距离, 若是, 则说明这些用户之间的距离比较近, 可 以考虑促使其进行交互。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 除了通过用户之间的距离来确定用户之间 是否满足交互条件之夕卜,还可以通过其他的方式来确定用户之间是否满足交互 条件, 例如判断用户是否使用同一型号的电子烟, 或是否是否同一型号的烟油 等, 只要使得具有共同属性的用户之间满足交互条件即可, 此处不做限定。
若用户之间不满足交互条件, 则服务平台 503 可以直接向用户终端 502 推送广告信息或其他类型的信息, 此处不做限定。
若用户之间满足交互条件,则服务平台 503可以向用户终端 502推送交互 信息, 以使得这些用户之间进行交互。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端 502 上安装有与电子烟对应的 APP程序, 则服务平台 503可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向 用户展示该信息, 若用户终端 502上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台 503 也可以将信息推送给用户终端 502上原有的其他程序(例如浏览器或即时聊天 工具等), 由这些程序进行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
本实施例中, 当用户的行为特征满足上报条件时, 电子烟 501可以通过与 该电子烟 501绑定的用户终端 502将触发信号透传至服务平台 503, 则服务平 台 503 可以根据该触发信号向用户终端 502推送相应的信息, 由于服务平台 503会根据不同的触发信号推送不同的信息, 所以用户所能了解到的内容不再 局限于自身的吸烟情况,而可以通过用户终端 502从服务平台 503获知更多的 内容, 因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互, 从而提升用户体验;
其次, 用户终端 502在收到电子烟 501的触发信号之后,还可以对用户的 交互权限进行检测,只有具备交互权限的用户才可以收到服务平台 503推送的 信息, 使得服务平台 503的负担得以降低;
再次,服务平台 503可以向具有共性的用户的用户终端 502推送交互信息, 使得多用户之间可以进行交互, 从而进一步提升了用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟对用户的行为特征进行检测;
当所述用户的行为特征满足上报条件时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号, 所述 触发信号用于表示所述用户的当前行为;
所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端将所述触发信号透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台根据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送相应的信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述电子烟建立与所述用户终端之间的关联关系。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、 或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立关联关系。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
所述电子烟判断所述用户当前是否正在抽电子烟, 若是, 则确定所述用户 的行为特征满足上报条件。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟生成触发信号 包括:
所述电子烟中的感应器产生脉冲信号,并将所述脉冲信号发送至所述电子 烟中的处理器;
所述电子烟中的处理器根据所述脉冲信号生成所述触发信号,所述触发信 号用于指示所述用户当前正在抽电子烟。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述感应器为气流感应开 关或按键开关;
所述按键开关为微触开关或感应开关。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台根据所述触 发信号向所述用户终端推送相应的信息包括:
所述^ I良务平台向所述用户终端推送广告信息、 或新闻内容。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台根据所述触 发信号向所述用户终端推送相应的信息包括:
当所述服务平台接收到多个电子烟的触发信号时,所述服务平台判断所述 多个电子烟的用户是否满足交互条件;
若满足交互条件,则所述服务平台向满足交互条件的用户的用户终端推送 交互信息, 以使得满足交互条件的用户进行交互。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台判断所述多 个电子烟的用户是否满足交互条件具体为:
所述服务平台判断所述多个电子烟的用户之间的距离是否小于预置距离, 若是, 则确定所述多个电子烟的用户满足交互条件。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终 端将所述触发信号透传至服务平台之前包括:
所述用户终端判断所述用户是否具有交互权限, 若具有, 则触发所述将所 述触发信号透传至服务平台的步骤。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端判断所述 用户是否具有交互权限包括:
所述用户终端判断所述用户的吸烟频率是否达到预置数值, 若是, 则确定 所述用户具有交互权限。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端为手机、 或 个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
13、 一种数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟、 用户终端以 良务平台;
所述电子烟用于对用户的行为特征进行检测,当所述用户的行为特征满足 上报条件时, 生成触发信号, 所述触发信号用于表示所述用户的当前行为, 将 所述触发信号发送至与所述电子烟绑定的用户终端;
所述用户终端用于将所述触发信号透传至所述服务平台;
所述服务平台用于根据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送相应的信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通 过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立 关联关系。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟中 至少包含感应器以及处理器;
当用户抽烟时, 所述感应器产生脉冲信号, 并将所述脉冲信号发送至所述 电子烟中的处理器;
所述电子烟中的处理器根据所述脉冲信号生成所述触发信号,所述触发信 号用于指示所述用户当前正在抽电子烟。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述感应器为 气流感应开关或按键开关;
所述按键开关为微触开关或感应开关。
17、 根据权利要求 13至 16中任一项所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端还用于判断所述用户是否具有交互权限, 若具有, 则所述用 户终端将所述触发信号透传至服务平台。
18、 根据权利要求 13至 16所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户 终端为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
