本发明涉及电加热产品领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种应用于电子烟的信 息交互方法及系统。 背景技术
电子烟一般均包括雾化器和电池杆, 雾化器用于对烟油进行雾化, 每种 雾化器具有至少一种口味类型的烟液, 而电池杆则用于为雾化器供电。
现有的电子烟只具有简单的抽烟功能, 但不能供使用者之间的相互对抽 烟感受进行分享和交流, 功能单一, 用户体验不高。
另外, 现有技术中电子烟并不能获取更换的一次性雾化器的口味类型, 不能自动识别烟油的口味, 当用户喜爱吸食一种口味的时候可能还不知道该 种口味的名称, 也不能向其他的吸烟人士推荐。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 针对现有技术的上述电子烟不能满足使 用者之间相互对抽烟感受进行分享交流的需求的缺陷, 提供一种应用于电子 烟的信息交互方法及系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 提供一种应用于电子烟的 信息交互方法, 用于在预设距离形成的区域内进行通信的至少两个电子烟, 所述方法包括以下歩骤:
a. 所述区域内的至少一个电子烟向所述区域内的其它电子烟发送携带有 自身烟油口味信息的请求信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟的请求信息的回 复信息; b.至少一个其他所述电子烟接收并识别所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求 信息生成携带自身烟油口味的回复信息; 和 /或者至少一个其他所述电子烟接 收所述区域内被请求电子烟回复的回复信息;
C .至少一个接收到所述请求信息或接收到所述回复信息的电子烟执行以 下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取的电子 烟的烟油口味信息、 根据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信息、 转发 获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息。

实施本发明的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法及系统 , 具有以下有益效 果: 本发明实施例的电子烟具有小范围内的射频通信功能, 可与同样具有小 范围射频通信功能的电子烟进行信息交互, 极大的方便了彼此之间的对抽烟 口感的交流, 使得电子烟不再仅仅是一支烟, 它还能成为人们交流沟通的桥 梁。 此外, 使得电子烟之间互动交流后获取彼此的烟油口味信息; 且通过对 烟油口味的统计处理, 可为用户选择合适自己的电子烟提供帮助; 另一方 面, 可方便使用电子烟的用户之间建立社交, 有利于用户之间的交流, 利于 戒烟等; 提高用户体验。

具体实施方式 为了方便电子烟用户在使用过程中相互之间的心得交流, 本发明提供一 种应用于电子烟的信息交互方法及系统, 如图 1 所示, 本发明的电子烟的信 息交互系统包含至少两个电子烟, 电子烟具有收发信号的功能, 用户在抽烟 过程中, 通过发出自身的烟油口味信息和接收其他使用者的烟油口味信息找 到相同口味的电子烟的使用者, 进一歩可分享抽烟心得, 提高用户体验。
为了对本发明的技术特征、 目的和效果有更加清楚的理解, 现对照附图 详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图 2 所示, 本发明的电子烟交互系统中, 电子烟可以在预设距离形成 的区域内进行通信。 各个电子烟均包括: 处理器模块 10以及分别连接到所述 处理器模块的发送模块 20及接收模块 21, 本实施例中的电子烟相互之间通过 无线射频实现信息交互, 可选的频率为 315fflz、 433腿 z或 90( Hz等。 因此上 述的发送模块 20及接收模块 21可选为 RF模块, 并分别对应包括发送天线或 接收天线等。 上述的距离由发送模块 20及接收模块 21选取的频率相关。 发送 模块 20, 用于在所述区域内发送携带自身烟油口味信息的请求信息或响应其 他电子烟的请求信息的回复信息。 接收模块 21, 用于接收所述区域内其他电 子烟发送的携带所述其他电子烟的请求信息或回复信息。 所述处理器模块 10, 用于生成携带自身烟油口味信息的请求信息或回复信息并对所述其他电 子烟发送的请求信息或回复信息进行识别, 并执行以下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 根 据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信息、 转发获取的电子烟的烟油口 味信。 处理器模块为可编程的元器件, 例如单片机, 可选的单片机型号为 SN8P2712。
此外, 与现有的电子烟相同, 本发明的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统 中, 电子烟包括用于雾化烟油的雾化器、 为雾化器供电的电池杆, 以及用于 控制所述烟油雾化的气流传感器。 本发明的处理器模块 10 由电池杆提供电 源, 气流传感器可直接用作处理器模块 10的控制端, 电子烟在使用过程中, 一旦雾化器处于雾化状态, 处理器模块 10自动开启并进入工作状态。

且在本发明的实施例中, 采用十六进制对各电子烟信息类型包含的具体 电子烟信息进行标识。 例如, 对于电子烟型号, 若其对应的具体电子烟信息 包括: 型号 1、 型号 2、 型号 3, 则分别采用" 0X01"、 "0X02"、 "0X03"标识型 号 1、 型号 2、 型号 3。 另一例子中, 对于电子烟制造国别, 若其具体电子烟 信息包括: 中国、 美国、 德国, 则分别采用" 0X01"、 "0X02"、 "0X03"标识中 国、 美国、 日本, 其他依此类推, 可得到表 1 所示的电子烟信息类型与其具 体电子烟信息的对应关系表。 在本发明的实施例中, 电子烟可对该对应关 表进行存储。

电子烟发送的请求信息或回复信息均包括: 头码字段、 识别码字段、 数 据字段和校验码字段。 其中, 头码字段的大小为 1 字节, 例如, 头码字段可 设置为 "0X55"。 识别码字段的大小为 1 字节, 用于标识电子烟发送的信息为 请求信息还是回复信息, 可这样设置: 若为请求信息则识别码字段为 "0X65", 若为回复信息则识别码字段为" 0X9 A"。 校验码字段为 1字节或 2字 节, 用于实现信息校验, 具体的, 可采用校验和或 CRC循环校验的方式进行 校验。 数据字段的长度根据实际情况进行调整。

在本发明的其他非限制性实施例中, 所述电子烟还包括有用于指示当前 所述烟油口味信息的编码贴, 所述编码贴可以是 RFID 电子标签, 所述 RFID 电子标签贴附于雾化器上, 指示所述雾化器内烟油的烟油口味。 对应的所述 确认单元 121 为扫描识别装置, 所述扫描识别装置用于扫描所述编码贴进而 确定所述口味编码。 因此用户在更换雾化器时, 其编码贴也自动更新, 无需 用户手动输入, 处理器模块 10即可自动通过扫描识别装置获得, 由此生成携 带自身烟油口味信息的请求信息或回复信息, 操作简单方便。
参考图 5, 本发明的又一优选实施例中, 所述电子烟还包括连接到处理 器模块 10的显示模块 14, 所述显示模块 14用于显示当前的电子烟的工作状 态及当前雾化器的烟油口味。 用户无需将雾化器拆下, 直接经显示模块 14也 可获得当前电子烟的烟油口味信息。
在本发明的其他非限制性实施例中, 所述电子烟还包括连接到所述处理 器模块 10的统计模块。 本实施例中的请求信息或回复信息可带有指示其所属 电子烟的特定 ID编码, 因此所述统计模块可对所述接收模块 21获得的所述其 他电子烟的请求信息或回复信息进行统计, 并对与自身相同的烟油口味的电 子烟数量进行提示。
以下结合上述应用于电子烟的信息交互系统的具体结构对本发明的应用 于电子烟的信息交互方法进行描述。
参考图 6为本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法的流程图。 本发明实施例的信息交互方法通过以射频信号为例的电磁波信号进行信 息传输, 适用于至少两个电子烟在预设距离形成的区域(电子烟射频通信模块 的通信范围)内的信息交互。 本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法包 括以下歩骤:
a. 所述区域内的至少一个电子烟向所述区域内的其它电子烟发送携带有 自身烟油口味信息的请求信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟的请求信息的回 复信息;
b.至少一个其他所述电子烟接收并识别所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求 信息生成携带自身烟油口味的回复信息; 和 /或者至少一个其他所述电子烟接 收所述区域内被请求电子烟回复的回复信息;
c .至少一个接收到所述请求信息或接收到所述回复信息的电子烟执行以 下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取的电子 烟的烟油口味信息、 根据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信息、 转发 获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息。 发送上述请求信息的至少一个电子烟可作为信息请求端, 而接收所述请 求信息并根据该请求信息生成并发送回复信息的至少一个电子烟则对应可作 为信息响应端。 因此上述的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法的第一实施例可进 行如下描述:
51. 所述信息请求端在所述区域内发送携带自身烟油口味信息的请求信 息。
52.所述区域内的信息响应端接收并识别所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求 信息生成携带自身烟油口味的回复信息, 将所述回复信息在所述区域内发 送。
53. 所述信息请求端接收所述回复信息并执行以下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 根 据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信息、 转发获取的电子烟的烟油口 味信息。
此外, 上述歩骤 S2中所述信息响应端在接收到上述请求信息时, 也可以 执行以下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取 的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 根据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信 息、 转发获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息。
以下结合上述图 1-5 的具体结构对所述应用于电子烟的信息交互方法进 行进一歩描述。
用户在使用电子烟的过程中, 在需要获知周围是否存在使用相同口味的 电子烟的情况下, 通过在预定距离内发送带有自身烟油口味信息的请求信 息, 而周围预设距离内的其他电子烟使用者接收到该请求信息后可对该请求 信息进行回复, 进而促进电子烟使用者就抽烟感受进行交流。
具体地, 上述应用于电子烟的信息交互方法中, 歩骤 S1由信息请求端完 成, 可按照以下歩骤进行:
510、 信息请求端用户通过开关单元 15开启处理器模块 10;
511、 信息请求端通过口味编码获取单元 12确定当前的口味编码;
512、 处理器模块将 S01中确定的口味编码经信号调制模块 11调制后生成 请求信息, 所述请求信息携带有信息请求端的烟油口味信息;
S13、 发送模块 20将上述请求信息在所述预定距离内发布。
上述歩骤 S2由信息接收端执行, 其具体歩骤如下:
520、 通过开关单元 15开启处理器模块 10;
521、 接收模块 21 接收所述请求信息, 将所述请求信息传递至信号调制 模块 11, 由信号调制模块 11调制后传递至识别单元 101, 识别单元 101识别 所述请求信息, 获得所述请求信息中的烟油口味信息;
522、 通过口味编码获取单元 12确定当前的口味编码, 匹配单元 102将所 述请求信息中的烟油口味信息与自身的烟油口味信息进行匹配;
523、 匹配成功后, 发送模块 20 在所述预设距离内发送带有自身烟油口 味信息的回复信息。
524、 若匹配不成功, 则不发送回复信息, 而对上述请求信息的烟油口味 信息进行存储 /和进行显示或 /和进行提示或 /和进行转发。
上述歩骤 S2还可以包括: S25、 统计模块可对所述接收模块 21获得的所 述请求信息进行统计, 并对与自身相同的烟油口味的电子烟数量进行提示。 本实施例中的回复信息可带有指示其所属电子烟的特定 ID编码, 因此所述统 计模块可对所述接收模块 21获得的所述请求信息进行统计, 并对与自身相同 的烟油口味的电子烟数量进行提示。
上述歩骤 S3由信息请求端执行, 其具体歩骤如下:
530、 信息请求端的接收模块 21接收所述区域内的回复信息,
531、 提示单元 13进行提示。 该所述提示单元 13为扬声器或指示灯。 上述歩骤 S3还可以包括: S32、 统计模块可对所述接收模块 21获得的所 述其他电子烟的回复信息进行统计, 并对与自身相同的烟油口味的电子烟数 量进行提示。 本实施例中的回复信息可带有指示其所属电子烟的特定 ID 编 码, 因此所述统计模块可对所述接收模块 21获得的所述其他电子烟的回复信 息进行统计, 并对与自身相同的烟油口味的电子烟数量进行提示。
此外, 在上述用于电子烟的信息交互方法过程中, 所述信息请求端及信 息接收端均可显示自身当前的电子烟的工作状态及当前雾化器的烟油口味。 在本发明的上述实施例中, 电子烟在接收及发送所述请求信息时, 均通 过用户操作开关单元 15 进行控制。 此外, 本发明的电子烟也可设置为自动 接收信息模式(即当通信范围内的其他电子烟发送请求信息或回复信息时, 自 动接收信息)和自动发送信息模式(即接收到请求信息后, 自动进行识别并发 送回复信息) 。
进一歩地, 上述歩骤 S12包括:
气流传感器在抽烟时生成抽烟信号, 该抽烟信号触发所述处理器模块 10, 处理器模块 10控制所述口味编码获取单元 12获得自身的烟油口味信息。 根据所述抽烟信号生成包含口味编码的所述请求信息。 在本发明的第一实施 例中, 通过用户按键操作选择存储单元 122 内预存的口味编码。 例如上述电 子烟表面设置有按键, 例如包括左右选择键和确定键, 用户通过左右键选取 适当的口味编码, 再按确定键即可选定, 而显示模块 14则可对应显示烟油口 味类型, 以便用户进行操作。
而在其他的非限制性实施例中, 通过扫描识别装置扫描雾化器上贴附的 编码贴进而确定所述口味编码。 因此用户在更换雾化器时, 其编码贴也自动 更新, 无需用户手动输入, 处理器模块 10即可自动通过扫描识别装置获得, 由此生成携带自身烟油口味信息的请求信息或回复信息, 操作简单方便。
每一所述电子烟接收到所述请求信息或所述回复信息时, 在识别到与自 身相同的烟油口味信息时, 通过指示灯进行提示。
此外, 本申请的请求信息与回复信息可分别具有特定的数据字段, 识别 单元接收到其他电子烟发送的信息后可通过识别器特定字段判定该信息是请 求信息或回复信息。
本发明的电子烟之间的信息交互方式为广播式, 应当理解, 本发明的上 述应用于电子烟的信息交互方法也可以采用一对一、 一对多等方式。 在一对 一或一对多的方式中, 进行交互的两电子烟可先建立连接, 然后进行信息交 互。
在本发明的实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法中, 还可对电子烟发 送的请求信息或回复信息进行加密处理(可采用现有的加密算法), 从而接收 到信息的电子烟采用相应解密算法进行解密操作, 由此, 增强电子烟之间信 息交互的安全性。
本发明实施例的电子烟具有小范围内的射频通信功能, 可与同样具有小 范围射频通信功能的电子烟进行信息交互, 极大的方便了彼此之间的对抽烟 口感的交流, 使得电子烟不再仅仅是一支烟, 它还能成为人们交流沟通的桥 梁。
本发明实施例的应用于电子烟的信息交互方法及系统, 使得电子烟之间 互动交流后获取彼此的烟油口味信息; 且通过对烟油口味的统计处理, 可为 用户选择合适自己的电子烟提供帮助; 另一方面, 可方便使用电子烟的用户 之间建立社交, 有利于用户之间的交流, 利于戒烟等; 提高用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上 述的具体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性 的, 本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利 要求所保护的范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 用于在预设距离形 成的区域内进行通信的至少两个电子烟, 所述方法包括以下歩骤:
a. 所述区域内的至少一个电子烟向所述区域内的其它电子烟发送携带有 自身烟油口味信息的请求信息, 和 /或发送为响应其它电子烟的请求信息的回 复信息;
b.至少一个其他所述电子烟接收并识别所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求 信息生成携带自身烟油口味的回复信息; 和 /或者至少一个其他所述电子烟接 收所述区域内被请求电子烟回复的回复信息;
c.至少一个接收到所述请求信息或接收到所述回复信息的电子烟执行以 下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取的电子 烟的烟油口味信息、 根据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信息、 转发 获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述歩骤 b包括;
识别所述请求信息, 获得所述请求信息中的烟油口味信息;
将所述请求信息中的烟油口味信息与自身的烟油口味信息进行匹配, 匹 配成功后, 生成所述回复信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述烟油口味信息由口味编码进行指示, 所述歩骤 a包括:
抽烟时生成抽烟信号, 根据所述抽烟信号生成包含口味编码的所述请求

4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述歩骤 a包括:
通过按键选择对应的所述口味编码。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述至少两个电子烟包括用于指示当前所述烟油口味信息的编码贴, 所述歩骤 a包括:
通过扫描所述编码贴获取所述口味编码。
6、 根据权利要求 2 所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述歩骤 b还包括:
通过开关控制所述请求信息和 /或所述回复信息的接收与识别。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 每 一所述电子烟接收到所述请求信息和 /或所述回复信息时, 在识别到与自身相 同的烟油口味信息的情况下, 通过指示灯进行提示。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法还包括:
对接收到的请求信息和 /或回复信息进行存储, 并对所述烟油口味信息进 行统计。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法还包括:
显示当前所述电子烟的烟油口味信息和 /或工作状态。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 所述 请求信息和所述回复信息通过无线射频的方式进行传播。
11、 一种应用于电子烟的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 用于在预设距离 内进行通信的至少两个电子烟, 所述方法包括以下歩骤:
至少一个电子烟向所述区域内的其它所有电子烟发送携带自身烟油口味 信息的请求信息或发送携带有自身烟油口味信息的回复信息;
至少一个电子烟向所述区域内指定的电子烟发送带自身烟油口味信息的 请求信息或发送携带有自身烟油口味信息的回复信息;
所述方法还包括以下歩骤:
至少一个接收到所述请求信息的电子烟对所述请求信息进行识别并向发 送所述请求信息的电子烟发送携带有自身烟油口味信息的回复信息或向所述 区域内的其它所有电子烟发送携带有自身烟油口味信息的回复信息; 至少一个接收到所述请求信息或所述回复信息的电子烟将所述请求信息 或所述回复信息进行存储或 /和进行显示或 /和进行提示或 /和进行转发。
12、 一种应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括在 预设距离形成的区域内进行通信的至少两个电子烟, 每一所述电子烟包括: 处理器模块(10) 、 分别连接到所述处理器模块(10) 的发送模块(20)及接 收模块 (21 ) , 其中,
所述发送模块(20), 用于在所述区域内发送携带自身烟油口味信息的请 求信息和 /或为响应其它电子烟的请求信息的回复信息;
所述接收模块(21 ), 用于接收所述区域内其他电子烟发送的携带所述其 他电子烟的烟油口味信息的请求信息和 /或所述区域内被请求电子烟回复的回 复信息;
所述处理器模块 (10) , 用于生成携带自身烟油口味信息的请求信息和 / 或回复信息并对所述其他电子烟发送的请求信息和 /或回复信息进行识别, 并 执行以下操作中的至少一个: 存储获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 显示获取 的电子烟的烟油口味信息、 根据获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息发出提示信 息、 转发获取的电子烟的烟油口味信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述处理器模块 (10) 进一歩包括:
识别单元 (101 ) , 用于识别所述其他电子烟的请求信息, 获得所述其他 电子烟的烟油口味信息;
匹配单元 (102 ) , 用于将所述其他电子烟的烟油口味信息与自身烟油口 味信息进行匹配, 匹配成功后, 控制所述发送模块(20 )发送所述回复信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述处理器模块 (10) 还连接有:
提示模块(13 ) , 用于在所述接收模块(21 )接收所述区域内其他电子烟 发送的携带所述其他电子烟的烟油口味信息的请求信息和 /或回复信息后, 进
15、 根据权利要求 14 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述处理器还连接有:
开关单元 (15 ) , 用于接收用户输入控制所述识别单元 (101 ) 的开启或 关闭。
16、 根据权利要求 14 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述烟油口味信息由口味编码进行指示,所述电子烟还包括连接到所述处 理器模块(10 ) 的口味编码获取单元(12 ) , 所述口味编码获取单元(12 )用 于获取所述电子烟自身的口味编码。
17、 根据权利要求 16 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述口味编码获取单元 (12 ) 包括用于存储口味编码的存储单元 (122 ) 以及用于确定自身的口味编码的确认单元 (121 ) 。
18、 根据权利要求 17 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述确认单元 (121 ) 为按键, 所述用于接收根据用户输入选择对应的所 述口味编码。
19、 根据权利要求 17 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述电子烟还包括有用于指示当前所述烟油口味信息的编码贴, 所述确 认单元 (121 ) 为扫描识别装置, 所述扫描识别装置用于扫描所述编码贴进而 确定所述口味编码。
20、 根据权利要求 12 所述的应用于电子烟的信息交互系统, 其特征在 于, 所述电子烟还包括连接到所述处理器模块(10 )的统计模块, 所述统计模 块用于对所述接收模块 (21 ) 获得的所述其他电子烟的请求信息和 /或回复信 息进行统计, 并对与自身相同的烟油口味的电子烟数量进行提示。
