所述智能播报设备还可包括扬声器107,该扬声器107可设置于设备本体100内部,可与所述处理模块106电性连接。在一个例子中,请继续参考图1,所述扬声器107的扬声孔1071可以分布在所述第一表面101上支付图形编码1011的左右两侧。当然,所述扬声器107的扬声孔1071还可以分布在设备本体100的其他位置,本说明书对此不作特殊限制。
所述智能播报设备还可以包括内存108、非易失性存储器109等,本说明书对此不作特殊限制。
在本实施例中,以业务服务提供方是商户为例,商户可以预先将智能播报设备和其收款账号绑定,比如:可使用基于收款账号登录的客户端扫描智能播报设备的设备图形编码,客户端可以从设备图形编码中解析得到设备唯一的硬件识别码,然后发送携带该硬件识别码和收款账号的绑定请求到支付系统,由支付系统保存该硬件识别码和收款账号之间的绑定关系。
在本实施例中,支付系统在处理面向该收款账号的支付请求后,可以根据该收款账号绑定的硬件识别码发送触发信号到上述智能播报设备。智能播报设 备的处理模块106可以通过通信模块105收到来自支付系统的触发信号时,进而可以输出支付结果语音信号到扬声器107,以驱动扬声器107输出支付结果语音,比如:已成功收款**元。
由以上描述可以看出,本说明书记载的智能播报设备集成支付图形编码和支付结果的播报功能,用户可扫描设备本体上承载的支付图形编码实现支付,支付后,智能播报设备的处理模块可通过通信模块收到来自支付系统的触发信号,并输出支付结果语音信号到扬声器,以驱动扬声器输出支付结果语音,从而及时、可靠的播报支付结果,提升电子支付体验。此外,还可以提高支付系统的品牌效应,有助于支付系统的宣传与推广。
下面以业务提供方是商户为例,分别从智能播报设备的网络配置、智能播报设备的绑定、智能播报设备开机、支付结果语音的输出这四个方面来描述本说明书的具体实现过程。
一、智能播报设备的网络配置
在本实施例中,商户在使用智能播报设备之前,通常需要配置智能播报设备的网络,以将智能播报设备接入互联网。
在本实施例中,智能播报设备的通信模块105包括有Wi-Fi模块,该Wi-Fi模块支持STA(Station)模式+AP(Access Point)模式。
智能播报设备在接入电源后,商户可以通过指定的物理按键触发将Wi-Fi模块切换到AP模式。在AP模式下,智能播报设备作为接入点,可允许终端设备连接。其中,所述指定的物理按键可以由开发人员进行设置,为避免误触,可以设置两个物理按键,比如:电源键+音量(-)键等。
以手机为例,商户可以同时按下电源键和音量(-)键,以将Wi-Fi模块切换到AP模式,然后可以在手机的Wi-Fi列表中选择该智能播报设备的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识),并输入对应的密码,以进行连接。其中,该智能播报设备的SSID和对应的密码可以预先印制在设备本体100上,比如:预先印制在设备本体100的下表面等位置。
商户在将手机成功接入智能播报设备的Wi-Fi后,可以通过该Wi-Fi连接配 置Wi-Fi连接信息,比如:路由器的SSID和密码。例如,在成功接入智能播报设备的Wi-Fi后,客户端可以显示已连接智能播报设备的消息,商户进而可以通过客户端为该智能播报设备配置路由器的SSID和密码。
智能播报设备在接收到客户端配置的SSID和密码后,可以将Wi-Fi模块切换到STA模式,然后基于配置的SSID和密码接入对应的Wi-Fi网络,以接入互联网。
智能播报设备在接入互联网后,可以基于预先配置的支付系统地址,与支付系统建立长连接,以接收支付系统发送的各种信息。
其中,所述支付系统地址通常存储在非易失性存储器109中,建立长连接请求的报文通常由处理模块106封装,而发送和接收通常是通过通信模块105实现等。
本说明书后续描述智能播报设备的各种功能时,将着重描述各功能的实现流程,智能播报设备中各硬件模块之间配合以实现对应功能的过程可以参照相关技术,本说明书后续不再一一赘述。例如,处理器105输出语音信号到扬声器,以驱动扬声器输出对应的语音,可被描述为智能播报设备输出对应的语音等。
在另一个例子中,在对智能播报设备的网络进行配置时,也可以先与智能播报设备进行蓝牙连接,然后通过蓝牙连接发送Wi-Fi连接信息,以使智能播报设备加入互联网,本说明书对此不作特殊限制。
二、智能播报设备的绑定
在本实施例中,智能播报设备的设备本体100上通常还可承载有设备图形编码(未图示),该设备图形编码携带有本设备的设备标识,比如:唯一硬件识别码等标识。
由于设备图形编码通常仅在商户绑定智能播报设备时使用,所以可以将该设备图形编码设置在设备本体100的下表面,比如:将该设备图形编码粘贴到设备本体的下表面等。当然,也可以将该设备图形编码设置在设备本体的其他位置,比如:与第一表面101相对的表面等。该设备图形编码的编码形式可以 为条形码、二维码等,本说明书对此不作特殊限制。
商户在使用智能播报设备之前,需将智能播报设备和商户的收款账号(后续简称为商户账号)绑定。
在本实施例中,请参考图4,绑定智能播报设备的过程可包括以下步骤:
步骤402,客户端扫描智能播报设备上的设备图形编码。
商户可以使用已基于商户账单登录的客户端扫描智能播报设备上的设备图形编码。
步骤404,客户端发送绑定播报设备的请求到支付系统。
在扫描之后,客户端可以获取到该智能播报设备的设备标识,然后客户端可以发送绑定播报设备的请求到支付系统,该请求携带有所述设备标识和商户账号,比如:商户账号的标识信息等。
步骤406,支付系统验证智能播报设备是否为合法设备。
支付系统在接收到绑定播报设备的请求后,可以先根据设备标识验证对应的智能播报设备是否为合法设备。
例如,支付系统可以到存储有合法设备标识的硬件平台去验证智能播报设备是否合法。
当然,若支付系统本地存储有合法设备标识列表,也可以在本地验证,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
若确定该智能播报设备为非法设备,则可以向客户端返回安全提示,以提示商户存在安全风险。
步骤408,支付系统若确定该智能播报设备为合法设备,则可以将设备标识和商户账号绑定。
步骤410,支付系统向客户端返回绑定成功的消息。
在本实施例中,支付系统在将设备标识和商户账号绑定之后,还可以检测对应的智能播报设备是否在线,即检测对应的智能播报设备是否已与支付系统建立长连接。若确定智能播报设备在线,还可以向该智能播报设备发送绑定成功的消息,智能播报设备进而可以输出用户账号绑定成功的语音。
其中,该绑定成功的语音可以为通用语音,比如:已成功绑定账号。该绑定成功的语音还可以包括商户账号的信息,比如:已成功绑定张三账号,所述商户账号的信息携带在支付系统发送的绑定成功的消息中,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
在本实施例中,商户可以通过客户端查看智能播报设备的情况,比如:是否已绑定智能播报设备、已绑定的智能播报设备是否在线等,这部分的处理与实现可以参照相关技术,本实施例在此不再一一赘述。
在本实施例中,商户还可以通过客户端解绑智能播报设备,比如:点击客户端用户页面提供的解绑按钮,客户端进而可以发送解绑请求到支付系统,支付系统进而可以解除商户账号和智能播报设备的绑定关系。在解除绑定后,支付系统还可以发送解绑的消息到对应的智能播报设备,以使智能播报设备输出解绑提示语音,比如:已解除绑定等。
可选的,在另一个例子中,支付系统还可以监测智能播报设备是否存在安全风险,并在确定存在安全风险时,自动解除其与商户账号之间的绑定关系,并发送提醒到客户端,以确保商户利益不受侵害。
在本例中,智能播报设备可以定期将本设备的设备数据上报给支付系统,该设备数据可以包括:操作系统版本号、扬声器固件编号等。支付系统在接收到设备数据后,可以根据该设备数据判断智能播报设备是否存在安全风险。举例来说,支付系统可以判断操作系统版本号是否是最新版本号、判断扬声器固件编号是否正确等,若确定操作系统版本号是最新版本号、且扬声器固件编号正确,则可以确定对应的智能播报设备不存在安全风险;若确定操作系统版本号不是最新版本号或扬声器固件编号有误,则可以确定对应的智能播报设备操作安全风险。当然,在实际应用中,所述设备数据还可以包括其他信息,支付系统判断智能播报设备是否存在安全风险的方式还可以根据该其他信息进行扩展,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
在本例中,支付系统可以在接收到设备数据后进行安全风险的确认;支付系统也可以先保存接收到的设备数据,后续在业务不繁忙时离线进行安全风险 的确认,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
三、智能播报设备开机
请参考图5,本实施例中智能播报设备的开机流程可以包括以下步骤:
步骤502,电源键被长按。
在本实施例中,可以通过长按智能播报设备的电源键102以进行开机,比如:长按3秒钟。
步骤504,智能播报设备确定是否启动成功,若成功则执行步骤506。
在本实施例中,若启动失败,则可以输出开机失败音效。
步骤506,智能播报设备检测Wi-Fi连接是否正常,若正常则执行步骤508。
在本实施例中,在首次启动时,由于尚未配置Wi-Fi连接信息,所以LED状态指示灯会输出红灯。
在本实施例中,在配置过Wi-Fi连接信息后,若启动成功,智能播报设备可以根据之前配置的Wi-Fi连接信息尝试网络接入,比如:根据路由器SSID和密码尝试接入路由器。
若成功接入网络,则可以确定Wi-Fi连接正常,进而执行步骤508。
若未成功接入网络,则可以控制LED状态指示灯输出红灯,以提示网络接入失败。
步骤508,智能播报设备检测账号绑定是否正常,若正常则执行步骤510。
基于前述步骤506,若Wi-Fi连接正常,智能播报设备可以根据保存的支付系统地址与支付系统建立长连接,在建立长连接后,可发送绑定查询请求到支付系统,以查询本设备与商户账号的绑定情况。其中,所述绑定查询请求可携带本设备的设备标识。
支付系统在接收到该绑定查询请求后,可以查找该智能播报设备是否绑定有商户账号,并向其返回查询结果,该查询结果可以包括:已绑定、未绑定。
若接收到已绑定的查询结果,可以确定账号绑定正常,进而执行步骤510。
若接收到未绑定的查询结果,可以确定账号绑定异常,进而可以控制LED状态指示灯进行红灯闪烁,以进行提示。商户的工作人员在根据LED状态指示 灯确定账号绑定异常时,可以通知店主,店主进而可以通过客户端进行查看,以及时解决绑定异常的问题,避免由于绑定异常所导致的无法播报支付结果语音等问题。
步骤510,控制LED状态指示灯输出绿灯。
基于前述步骤508的检测结果,若账号绑定正常,可说明智能报备设备已进入工作状态,进而可以输出绿灯。
值得注意的是,本实施例中LED状态指示等输出的灯光提示仅为示例性的举例,在实际应用中,也可以输出其他灯光提示,比如:在Wi-Fi连接异常时输出红灯闪烁;在账号绑定异常时时差红灯等,本说明书对此不作特殊限制。
四、支付结果语音的输出
请参考图6,智能播报设备播报支付结果语音可以包括以下步骤:
步骤602,消费者扫描智能播报设备本体上承载的支付图形编码。
在本实施例中,消费者在商户进行消费后,可以手机中装载的客户端扫描智能播报设备本体上承载的支付图形编码,比如:支付二维码。
在扫描该支付图形编码后,客户端可以展示面向商户账号的支付页面,消费者基于给支付页面进行支付,比如:输入消费金额,确认支付等。
在消费者确认支付后,客户端可发送支付请求到支付系统,该支付请求中通常携带有:支付金额、商户账号、时间等信息。
可选的,在另一个例子中,智能播报设备还可以设置有NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通信技术)模块,该NFC模块可以在检测到支持NFC技术的终端设备时,将支付图形编码中携带的信息通过NFC技术发送给终端设备,在接收到该信息后,同样可以展示面向商户账号的支付页面,以供消费者执行支付操作。其中,支付图形编码中携带的信息可以由支付系统在智能终端设备绑定商户账号后下发。
本例采用NFC模块发送支付图形编码中携带的信息,可以有效防止消费者扫描时未对准支付图形编码所导致扫描失败的问题,提高扫描成功率。
可选的,在另一个例子中,消费者也可以通过扫描商户在其他地方设置的 支付二维码以实现支付,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
步骤604,支付系统处理面向商户账号的支付请求。
步骤606,支付系统在支付成功后,查找该商户账号绑定的智能播报设备的设备标识。
步骤608,支付系统基于查找到的设备标识发送支付结果到对应的智能播报设备。
步骤610,智能播报设备输出支付结果语音。
在一个例子中,支付系统发送的支付结果可以为支付结果语音,智能播报设备接收到之后可以直接进行播放。
在另一个例子中,由于支付结果语音的数据量通常较大,传输支付结果语音可能会占用支付系统较大的带宽,影响支付系统的性能。可选的,支付系统发送的支付结果可以为支付结果语音的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符),智能播报设备在接收到支付系统下发的该URL后,可以根据该URL从对应的地址获取到对应的支付结果语音,然后进行播放。相较于直接发送支付结果语音的方式,可以提升支付系统的性能。
在另一个例子中,为减少对网络资源的占用,提高支付结果传输效率,智能播报设备可以采用语音组装的方式进行支付结果语音的播报。
具体地,智能播报设备可以预先保存支付结果语音中的基础语音,比如:“已成功收款”、“元”等。支付系统在支付成功后,发送给智能播报设备的支付结果可以为支付结果参数,比如:消费者支付的具体金额。
在接收到该支付结果参数后,智能播报设备可以根据该支付结果参数和已保存的基础语音,组装成支付结果语音进行播报。
举例来说,消费者成功支付10元,支付系统可以发送支付结果参数10,智能播报设备在接收到支付结果参数10之后,可以获取基础语音“已成功收款”以及“元”,然后组装成支付结果语音“以成功收款10元”,以进行播报。
在另一个例子中,支付系统在支付失败时,也可以发送支付结果到对应的智能播报设备,以使智能播报设备输出对应的支付结果语音,本实施例对此不 作特殊限制。
由此可以看出,本说明书提供的智能播报设备在与商户账号绑定后,可以播报面向商户账号的支付结果语音,从而可以让商户的工作人员及时收听到支付结果。相较于智能音箱,智能播报设备脱离了对终端的依赖,当基于商户账号登录的终端设备不在店中时,例如在店主携带手机离店的场景中,商户工作人员同样可以收听到支付结果,从而确保商户利益。此外,通过本说明书提供的智能播报设备,还可以提高支付系统的品牌效应,有助于支付系统的宣传与推广。
在另一个例子中,智能播报设备还可以设置有Wi-Fi探针模块,可以用于探测终端设备的信息,进而协助商户分析运营情况,比如:客流量、消费人数、流失人数等。
具体地,该Wi-Fi探针模块可以将探测到的探测信息上报给支付系统,例如将探测到的探测信息基于预设的协议封装然后上报给支付系统。该探测信息可以包括:终端设备的数量、终端设备的设备信息,例如,MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)地址等。
支付系统在接收到探测信息后,可以根据进行用户存留分析、漏斗分析等,以协助商户分析其运营情况,并可以将分析结果推送给商户。
可选的,基于Wi-Fi探针模块,支付系统还可以支持商户自定义语音推送信息。
举例来说,商户想在店内人数到达30人时,开展消费50元送乐可的优惠活动。商户可以预先通过客户端设置该活动的推送信息语音以及推送条件,其中,推送条件为店内人数到达30人,推送信息语音可以为“即刻起消费50元送乐可一听”。
基于上述配置,支付系统可以在接收到智能播报设备上报的探测信息后,可以探测信息中携带的终端设备数量是否到达30,若达到30,则可以确定店内人数到达30人,进而可以将商户配置的上述推送转账语音发送给智能播报设备,例如:该推送信息语音的URL,以供智能播报设备进行播报。
在实际应用中,商户可以配置多种推送信息语音以及对应的推送条件,本实施例对此不作特殊限制。
以上所述仅为本说明书的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本说明书,凡在本说明书的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本说明书保护的范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智能播报设备,包括:
    设备本体,所述设备本体包括承载有支付图形编码的第一表面;
    通信模块,设置于设备本体内部通过无线和/或有线链路与外部进行通信;
    处理模块,设置于设备本体内部,并与所述通信模块电性连接;
    扬声器,设置于设备本体内部,并与所述处理模块电性连接;
    其中,所述处理模块在通过通信模块收到来自外部的触发信号时,输出支付结果语音信号到扬声器,以驱动扬声器输出支付结果语音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,
    所述第一表面包括有显示屏,用于显示所述支付图形编码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,
    所述支付图形编码的编码层粘接于所述第一表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,
    所述设备本体还包括下表面,所述第一表面与所述下表面之间的夹角小于90度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能播报设备,
    所述第一表面与所述下表面之间的夹角在20度-70度之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,
    所述扬声器的扬声孔分布在所述第一表面上支付图形编码的左右两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,还包括:
    USB接口,设置于设备本体上,用于输出电源,以供终端设备充电。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,还包括:
    LED状态指示灯,设置于设备本体上,用于根据所述处理模块输出的灯光驱动信号,输出对应的灯光提示。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,还包括:音量调节按钮。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,还包括:
    Wi-Fi探针模块,设置于设备本体内部,用于探测终端信息;
    所述处理模块还用于将所述Wi-Fi模块探测到的终端信息基于预设的协议封装,并通过通信模块进行上报。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播报设备,还包括:
    NFC模块,设置于设备本体内部,用于在检测到具备NFC功能的终端设备时,将所述支付图形编码携带的信息通过NFC技术发送给所述终端设备。
