Description

装飾用ストッパー及び装飾具
　本発明は、人の耳たぶ等に装着される装飾具の装飾用ストッパー及び装飾具に関するものである。
 従来、ピアス等の装飾具は、装飾本体部に装飾芯部（例えば針）が接続されてなり、この装飾芯部の装着対象（例えば耳たぶ）を貫通した部分がストッパー（止め具）により保持されるというのが一般的である。ここで、通常のストッパーによる保持は、装飾芯部が装着対象から抜け落ちるのを防止するためになされる。
　例えば特許文献（特開２００７－２０９６７４号公報）に開示されている装飾具は、装飾本体部に接続され装着対象に設けられた貫通孔に挿入されるポストを備え、そのポストが貫通孔を貫通した部分を保持するストッパーを用いている。ポストは、装飾本体部に一端が接続される挿入芯部と、この挿入芯部の残る他端に形成されると共にこの挿入芯部の長手方向と直交する平面においてこの挿入芯部よりも大きい径を有する係止部を有している。また、ストッパーは、弾性素材からなり、係止部及びこの係止部から所定長さ分の挿入芯部の形状に対応した挿入穴を有している。
　ところで、上記特許文献１に係る装飾具では、ポストの他端が挿入芯部よりも大きい径を有しており、ストッパーもそれに応じた挿入孔を備えている。
　しかしながら、一般的に普及しているピアス等のポストは、挿入芯部の他端付近には、長手方向の周辺位置に比べて横断面での直径が短いリング状溝が形成されたものがある。そのため、当該ストッパーを他の装飾具のストッパーとして使用できず不便であるという問題がある。
　また、ポストをストッパーにさらに安定した状態で保持し、ポストが抜け落ちるのを防止したいという要請がある。
　本発明は、上述した従来の問題点に鑑み、装飾本体部に接続され且つ装着対象を貫通するポストが抜け落ちるのを効果的に防止すると共に、一般的に普及している他の装身具のポストを止めることが可能な装飾用ストッパー及び装飾具を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の装飾用ストッパーは、装飾本体部に一端が接続され且つ装着対象に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するポストの他端を保持する装飾用ストッパーであって、前記ポストの前記他端側の長手方向の第１の位置の外周に、前記長手方向の前記第１の位置の周辺位置に比べて短い直径の凹部が形成されている場合に、弾性素材からなり、前記凹部を含む所定長さ分の前記ポストを挿入可能な挿入孔が形成されたストッパー本体を有し、前記挿入孔内の前記ポストの挿入方向の第２の位置の内周に、前記ポストが前記挿入孔に挿入された状態で前記ポストの前記凹部内に嵌め込まれる凸部が形成されている。
　好適には、本発明の装飾用ストッパーは、前記挿入孔内の前記挿入方向の複数の前記第２の位置の内周の各々に前記凸部が形成されている・
　好適には、本発明の装飾用ストッパーでは、前記挿入孔の前記ポストが挿入される側の開口部の周囲に、前記ポストを前記開口部に向けて案内する案内部が形成されている。
　好適には、本発明の装飾用ストッパーは、前記ストッパー本体に固定された装飾体をさらに有する。

　本発明によれば、装飾本体部に接続され且つ装着対象を貫通するポストが抜け落ちるのを効果的に防止すると共に、一般的に普及している他の装身具のポストを止めることが可能な装飾用ストッパー及び装飾具を提供できる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る装飾具について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
　＜第１実施形態＞
　図１は、本発明の第１実施形態に係る装飾具１を装着対象５に装着した状態での断面図である。図２は、図１に示すポスト３の先端付近の断面図である。図３は、図１に示すストッパー４の断面図（ポスト３を未装着の状態）である。
　図１に示すように、装飾具１は、装飾本体部２、例えば、ポスト３（挿入部）及びストッパー（ストッパー本体、止め具）４から構成される。装飾具１は、装着対象５に形成された貫通孔５ａに装着される。
　装飾本体部２は、装着対象５の表側に位置する、すなわち、装飾具１のうち最も見えやすい部分に位置する装飾部分である。装着対象５は、例えば人の耳たぶである。
　図１に示すように、ポスト３は、一端が装飾本体部２に例えば一体成形、溶接等により接続されている。
　図２に示すように、ポスト３の他端側の長手方向の第１の位置の外周に、長手方向の第１の位置の周辺位置に比べて短い直径がリング状凹部（溝）２１が形成されている。本実施形態では、２カ所にリング状凹部２１が形成されている。
　図２に示すポスト３の形状は、世界的に普及している一般的な形状である。
　図３に示すように、ストッパー４は、リング状凹部２１を含む所定長さ分のポスト３を挿入可能な挿入孔４ａを有する。ストッパー４では、挿入孔４ａがストッパー本体を貫通している。
　挿入孔４ａ内のポスト３の挿入方向の第２の位置の内周にはリング状凸部４１が形成されている。リング状凸部４１は、ポスト３が挿入孔４ａに挿入された状態でポスト３のリング状凹部２１内に嵌め込まれる。本実施形態では、挿入孔４ａ内の４カ所にリング状凸部４１が形成されている。
　ストッパー４は、弾性素材（例えば、シリコーンゴム）から構成される。
　ポスト３は、装着対象５の厚さに応じて、挿入孔４ａ内に挿入される位置が決まる。
　装着対象５が厚いと、ポスト３のうち挿入孔４内に位置する部分の長さは短くなる。そのため、ポスト３のリング状凹部２１は、ストッパー４の挿入側の開口部４ａ１に近いリング状凸部４１と嵌め合う。
　一方、装着対象５が薄いと、ポスト３のうち挿入孔４内に位置する部分の長さは長くなる。そのため、ポスト３のリング状凹部２１は、ストッパー４の挿入側の開口部４ａ１から遠いリング状凸部４１と嵌め合う。
　ストッパー４の挿入孔４ａの挿入側の開口部４ａ１付近には、開口部４ａ１に向けてポスト３を案内するガイド面（テーパ面）４ｂが形成されている。このようなガイド面４ｂを形成することで、挿入時にポスト３の先端がガイド面４ｂに当たって開口部４ａ１に導かれ、ストッパー４の挿入孔４ａへのポスト３の挿入が容易になる。
　また、このようなガイド面４ｂを形成することで、挿入孔４ａの内径を小さくしてポスト３の挿入が可能になり、ポスト３を挿入孔４ａ内にさらに安定した状態で保持でき、ポスト３が挿入孔４ａから抜けることを効果的に抑制できる。
　ストッパー４は、例えば、図１に示すように、真珠などの装飾体４７に固定されている。装飾体４７の種類は特に限定されない。
　ストッパー４は、図１に示すように、ガイド面４ｂが装飾体４７の外側に位置するように装飾体４７に固定される。これにより、ガイド面４ｂを使ってポスト３を挿入孔４ａに入れやすくなる。
　装飾具１によれば、ストッパー４へのポスト３の挿入が容易であると共に、ストッパー４からポスト３が抜けにくい構成となっている。したがって、装飾具１が装着対象５からの抜け落ちることを簡単な構成で防止できる。すなわち、ストッパー４の開口部４ａ１付近にガイド面４ｂを形成することで、挿入時にポスト３の先端がガイド面４ｂに当たって開口部４ａ１に導かれ、ストッパー４の挿入孔４ａへのポスト３の挿入が容易になる。また、このようなガイド面４ｂを形成することで、挿入孔４ａの内径を小さくしてポスト３の挿入が可能になり、ポスト３が挿入孔４ａ内に保持された状態での安定性が高まり、ポスト３が挿入孔４ａから抜けることを効果的に抑制できる。
　また、装飾具１によれば、図２に示すように一般的に普及しているポスト３の形状に適合するようにストッパー４の挿入孔４ａ内のリング状凸部４１を形成した。そのため、ストッパー４を、世界中で普及している多くの装飾具に用いても安定した状態でポストを保持することができる。
　このように、装飾具１によれば、ポスト３が装着対象から抜け落ちるのを防止すると共に、一般的に普及している他の装身具のポストを止めるために用いることができる。
　また、装飾具１によれば、ポスト３の先端が装着対象５の後方に突き出ないため、当該後方に位置する人の首、物等を傷つけるのが防止される。
　よって、本実施形態に係る装飾具によれば、簡単な構成で抜け落ちを防止すると共に安全性を高めることができる。
　＜第２実施形態＞
　図４は本発明の第２実施形態に係る装飾具のストッパー（ストッパー本体）１０４の断面図（ポスト３を未装着の状態）である。
　ストッパー１０４には、ポスト３のリング状凹部２１を含む所定長さ分を挿入可能な挿入孔１０４ａが形成されている。挿入孔１０４ａは、ストッパー本体を貫通していない。
　挿入孔１０４ａ内のポスト３の挿入方向の第２の位置の内周にリング状凸部１４１が形成されている。リング状凸部１４１は、ポスト３が挿入孔１０４ａに挿入された状態でポスト３のリング状凹部２１内に嵌め込まれる。本実施形態では、挿入孔１０４ａ内の４所にリング状凸部１４１が形成されている。
　ストッパー１０４には、例えば、第１実施形態のように装飾体４７は固定されない。そのため、ストッパー１０４は、外側に露出した状態で使用される。
　本実施形態によっても第１実施形態と同様の効果が得られる。
　すなわち、ストッパー１０４においても、開口部１０４ａ１付近にガイド面１０４ｂを形成することで、挿入時にポスト３の先端がガイド面１０４ｂに当たって開口部１０４ａ１に導かれ、ストッパー１０４の挿入孔１０４ａへのポスト３の挿入が容易になる。また、このようなガイド面１０４ｂを形成することで、挿入孔１０４ａの内径を小さくしてポスト３の挿入が可能になり、ポスト３を挿入孔１０４ａ内さらに安定した状態で保持でき、ポスト３が挿入孔１０４ａから抜けることを効果的に抑制できる。
　また、本実施形態によれば、ポスト３の先端が装着対象５の後方に突き出ないため、当該後方に位置する人の首、物等を傷つけるのが防止される。
　よって、本実施形態に係る装飾具によれば、簡単な構成で抜け落ちを防止すると共に安全性を高めることができる。
　本発明は上述した実施形態には限定されない。
　すなわち、当業者は、本発明の技術的範囲またはその均等の範囲内において、上述した実施形態の構成要素に関し、様々な変更、コンビネーション、サブコンビネーション、並びに代替を行ってもよい。
　例えば、図５に示す形状のストッパー２０４を用いてもよい。ストッパー２０４には、ストッパー２０４を貫通する挿入孔２０４ａが形成されている。挿入孔２０４ａには、ポスト３が挿入される。
　また、ストッパー２０４には、第１実施形態と同様に、ガイド面２０４ｂが形成されている。また、挿入孔２０４ａの内周には、リング状凸部２４１が形成されている。
　また、例えば、図６に示す形状のストッパー３０４を用いてもよい。ストッパー３０４には、ストッパー３０４を貫通する挿入孔３０４ａが形成されている。挿入孔３０４ａには、ポスト３が挿入される。
　また、ストッパー３０４には、第２実施形態と同様に、ガイド面３０４ｂが形成されている。また、挿入孔３０４ａの内周には、リング状凸部３４１が形成されている。
　また、例えば、ポスト３のリング状溝２１の数や形状、並びにストッパー４，１０４，２０４，３０４のリング状凸部４１，１４１，２４１，３４１の数や形状は、請求項で特定される発明の範囲において特に限定されない。
　また、上述した実施形態では、ポスト３が挿入孔４ａ，１０４ａ，２０４ａ，３０４ａに挿入された状態でポスト３のリング状凹部２１内に嵌め込まれるリング状凸部４１，１４１，２４１，３４１の高さを同じにした場合を例示したが、例えば、挿入側の開口部に近いリング状凸部４１，１４１，２４１，３４１の高さを高くしてもよい。

Claims (8)

  1. 　装飾本体部に一端が接続され且つ装着対象に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するポストの他端を保持する装飾用ストッパーであって、
    　前記ポストの前記他端側の長手方向の第１の位置の外周に、前記長手方向の前記第１の位置の周辺位置に比べて短い直径の凹部が形成されている場合に、
    　弾性素材からなり、前記凹部を含む所定長さ分の前記ポストを挿入可能な挿入孔が形成されたストッパー本体を有し、
    　前記挿入孔内の前記ポストの挿入方向の第２の位置の内周に、前記ポストが前記挿入孔に挿入された状態で前記ポストの前記凹部内に嵌め込まれる凸部が形成されている
    　装飾用ストッパー。
  2. 　前記挿入孔内の前記挿入方向の複数の前記第２の位置の内周の各々に前記凸部が形成されている
    　請求項１に記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  3. 　前記挿入孔の前記ポストが挿入される側の開口部の周囲に、前記ポストを前記開口部に向けて案内する案内部が形成されている
    　請求項１または請求項２に記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  4. 　前記ストッパー本体に固定された装飾体
    　をさらに有する請求項１～３のいずれかに記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  5. 　前記挿入孔は、前記ストッパー本体を貫通している
    　請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  6. 　前記挿入孔は、前記ストッパー本体を貫通していない
    　請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  7.  前記弾性素材はシリコーンゴムである
    　請求項１～６のいずれかに記載の装飾用ストッパー。
  8. 　装飾本体部と、
    　装着対象に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するポストと、
    　前記ポストの前記貫通孔を貫通した部分を保持するストッパーと
    　を有する装飾具において、
    　前記ポストは、前記装飾本体部に一端が接続され、他端側の長手方向の第１の位置の外周に、前記長手方向の前記第１の位置の周辺位置に比べて短い直径の凹部が形成されており、
    　前記ストッパーは、弾性素材からなり、前記凹部を含む所定長さ分の前記ポストを挿入可能な挿入孔が形成されたストッパー本体を有し、
    　前記挿入孔内の前記ポストの挿入方向の第２の位置の内周に、前記ポストが前記挿入孔に挿入された状態で前記ポストの前記凹部内に嵌め込まれる凸部が形成されている
    　装飾具。
