- the engine controller 12 determines from the sensor detection result that the key-off operation has been performed, that is, the engine stop operation has been performed, the engine controller 12 executes an engine stop process.
- the engine controller 12 stores the ECU operation time, which is the operation time of the engine controller, the division information, and the like in the storage unit 125. The power supply of the engine controller 12 is stopped after the data storage process is completed.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 calculates reproduction occurrence status data based on the sensor information input via the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 and information via the reproduction control unit 122 and the reproduction division detection unit 123. Then, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 when the reproduction process is completed. Further, when the key switch 128 is turned off during the reproduction processing and the reproduction processing is divided, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 stores the reproduction occurrence status data at that time in the storage unit 125. Further, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 reproduces the reproduction occurrence status stored in the storage means 125 when the key switch 128 is turned on after the reproduction processing is divided by the key switch 128 key-off operation. Data is read and output to the communication controller 17. If an uninterruptible power supply such as a battery is provided and power can be supplied even during key-off, a volatile memory such as a DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) can be used.
- a DRAM Dynamic Random Access Memory
- the communication controller 17 acquires time information. Further, the communication controller 17 instructs the controllers 12 and 15 and the monitor device 16 to output information, or acquires information transmitted from the controllers 12 and 15, and periodically transmits the output information. Save as appropriate.
- the communication controller 17 determines whether or not to transmit information to the server 8 via the communication terminal 171 periodically or according to an event such as a reproduction process, and transmits information to the server when it is determined that information transmission is necessary.
- the communication controller 17 adds SMR / time information when transmitting information.
- the communication terminal 171 is connected to an antenna 172 and performs communication with the outside of the work vehicle 1 using a satellite phone, a mobile phone, a wireless LAN, or the like.
- the communication controller 17 transmits the reproduction occurrence status data output from the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 from the communication terminal 171 via the antenna 172.
- the transmission data is sent to the server 8 via the communication satellite 4, the receiving device 5, the base station 6, and the network 7.
- the data is sent to the server 8 via the mobile phone base station, network control station, and network 7.
- the server 8 stores the received reproduction occurrence status data in the storage unit of the server 8.
- the event occurrence time and SMR are not included in the data output from the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124.
- the events related to the reproduction processing include normal termination of the reproduction processing, interruption of the reproduction processing, and division of the reproduction processing. Therefore, the event occurrence time for normal completion of the reproduction process is the reproduction process end time, and the event occurrence time for the reproduction process interruption is the reproduction process interruption time.
- the event occurrence time of the reproduction process division is the time when the division occurs due to the key-off operation.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data 200 to the communication controller 17 as described later. Then, the communication controller 17 adds the event occurrence time to the reproduction occurrence status data 200 and transmits it via the communication terminal 171. On the other hand, when the reproduction process is divided, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 stores the reproduction occurrence status data 200 in the storage unit 125 as described later. The event occurrence time is stored in the communication controller 17. This is because the work vehicle 1 is stopped by the key-off operation, and communication processing by the communication controller 17 cannot be executed.
- the reproduction occurrence status data 200 stored in the storage means 125 at the time of the division and the event occurrence time stored in the communication controller 17 are output to the communication controller 17 by the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 at the next key-on, as will be described later. Is done.
- the communication controller 17 adds the event occurrence time to the reproduction occurrence status data 200 and transmits it via the communication terminal 171. Further, the communication controller 17 adds position data calculated based on the satellite signal received from the GPS satellite 3 to the reproduction occurrence status data 200 as necessary.
- the SMR is data indicating the time during which the engine 11 of the work vehicle 1 is moving, is output from the monitor device 16, and is added to the reproduction occurrence status data by the communication controller 17.
- reproduction occurrence status data 200 the cumulative number of required reproductions is incremented (added by 1) when the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines that reproduction processing is necessary. As will be described later, when the key-on operation is performed and the key is turned on after the playback process is divided, the playback necessity determination unit 121 determines again whether playback is necessary, and at that time, it is determined again that playback is necessary. In this case, the required number of times of cumulative reproduction is incremented again.
- the cumulative number of playback interruptions counts the cumulative number of times playback processing has been interrupted. Specifically, the cumulative number of times that the reproduction process is interrupted by pressing the interruption button 127 and the number of times that the engine controller 12 interrupts automatic reproduction by determining that the reproduction is inefficient, for example, are cumulatively reproduced. The number of interruptions.
- the engine controller 12 determines that regeneration is inefficient, for example, when the temperature of the exhaust gas does not rise even after a predetermined time elapses after the regeneration process. Accordingly, when the interruption button 127 is pressed during the reproduction process, the cumulative reproduction interruption count is incremented.
- the required number of times of reproduction, the number of times of cumulative reproduction interruption, the number of times of cumulative reproduction completion, and the number of times of cumulative reproduction division are stored in the storage means 125, which is a nonvolatile memory, by the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124. For this reason, when the service person operates the monitor device 16 to reset the number of times when the post-processing device 20 is replaced, or when the engine controller 12 is replaced, the number of times stored in the storage unit 125 is the initial value. The value returns to “0”. Therefore, the number of times does not decrease unless the service person operates the monitor device 16 to reset the number of times or the engine controller 12 is replaced.
- the reproduction start factor describes the reason for starting the reproduction process.
- the reproduction start factor describes the reason for starting the reproduction process.
- “Scheduled deSoot” means that the reproduction process has been executed in accordance with a predetermined schedule such as a predetermined time interval or date.
- “Automatic deSoot” means that the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines that the regeneration process of the DPF device 30 is necessary and automatic regeneration has been performed.
- “Automatic deposit removal” means that automatic regeneration is performed when the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines that the automatic removal processing of precipitates in the SCR device 50 is necessary. In either case, the cumulative number of required reproductions is incremented.
- the playback duration indicates the duration of one playback process. Therefore, when the reproduction process is normally completed, the reproduction continuation time is a time from the start to the completion of the reproduction process. On the other hand, if the playback process is interrupted by pressing the interrupt button 127 or if the key switch 128 is turned off and the playback process is divided, the playback duration is from the start of the playback process until it is interrupted or divided. It's time. Dosing fuel consumption is the amount of dosing fuel consumed in the regeneration process.
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 of the engine controller 12 determines whether or not a division due to the key-off operation has occurred during the previous regeneration process (step S2). Specifically, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 acquires and analyzes the reproduction occurrence status data stored in the storage unit 125 via the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124, and confirms that a key-off operation has been performed during the reproduction process. By checking, it is determined whether or not a division by key-off has occurred during the previous reproduction process.
- step S3 the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 estimates the amount of PM accumulated in the DPF device 30 from the pressure difference of the differential pressure sensor 67 provided in the CSF 33 and needs to perform regeneration processing. Determine whether. Further, when a playback process schedule is set, the playback necessity determination unit 121 determines that the playback process needs to be performed when the date / time or operation time corresponds to the playback process schedule.
- step S3 If the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines that the reproduction process need not be performed (No in step S3), the engine controller 12 does not start the reproduction process, and the necessity of the reproduction process performed by the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 is confirmed. The determination process (step S3) is continued.
- step S3 ⁇ Update the required number of cumulative playback>
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines that the reproduction process needs to be performed (Yes in step S3)
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction necessary number by adding 1 (step S3).
- the playback control unit 122 may increment the cumulative number of required playbacks.
- the reproduction control unit 122 performs a reproduction process (step S5). That is, the regeneration control unit 122 performs regeneration processing by controlling the ejection of the dosing fuel of the engine 11 and the urea aqueous solution of the mixing device 40.
- the reproduction division detection unit 123 determines whether or not the key switch 128 is turned off by the operator during the reproduction process (step S6). That is, when the sensor that detects the state of the key switch 128 detects a key-off operation, the engine controller 12 determines from the detection result of the sensor that the key-off operation has been performed, that is, the engine stop operation has been performed. Thereby, the reproduction
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 stores the reproduction occurrence status data in the storage unit 125 (step S8).
- the engine controller 12 executes an engine stop process and stores the ECU operating time, the division information, and the like in the storage unit 125. Since the work vehicle 1 is stopped by the key-off operation, the regeneration control process is also ended (step S9). The power supply of the engine controller 12 is stopped after the data storage process is completed.
- step S1 ⁇ Key-on operation after division>
- step S2 if the reproduction process has been divided by the key-off operation last time, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines that the division has occurred (Yes in step S2). ⁇ Cumulative renewal frequency update> Then, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction division count by adding 1 (step S11).
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 (step S12).
- This reproduction occurrence status data is data in which the cumulative number of required reproductions and the cumulative number of divided reproductions are incremented.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines whether the reproduction process needs to be performed (step S3). Even when it is determined again that the reproduction is necessary in step S3, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative number of necessary reproduction (step S4).
- step S5 the engine controller 12 performs the regeneration process in step S5. And the determination process of the presence or absence of key-off operation of step S6 is performed.
- Step S6 the determination process of the presence or absence of key-off operation of step S6 is performed.
- Step S7 and S8 are executed again to stop the work vehicle 1.
- the processing is repeated from step S1.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines whether the reproduction process is normally completed from the acquired sensor information (step S13). .
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction completion number (step S14).
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 (step S15), and ends the reproduction control process (step S9).
- the reproduction occurrence status data at this time is data in which the accumulated reproduction necessary number and the accumulated reproduction completion number are incremented.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 performs the reproduction process by pressing the interruption button 127. Is determined to be interrupted (step S16).
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction interruption number (step S17).
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 (step S15), and ends the reproduction control process (step S9).
- the reproduction occurrence status data at this time is data in which the accumulated reproduction necessary number and the accumulated reproduction interruption number are incremented.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 returns to the execution of the reproduction process in step S5 and repeats steps S5 to S17 sequentially.
- the communication controller 17 transmits the reproduction occurrence status data to the server 8 using the communication terminal 171.
- the server 8 accumulates the regeneration occurrence status data transmitted from the work vehicle 1.
- the above-described reproduction occurrence status data 200 in FIG. 4 is an example of data accumulated in the storage unit of the server 8.
- An analysis example of the reproduction occurrence status data 200 in FIG. 4 will be described.
- the cumulative number of required reproductions is No. 4 is incremented from “12” to “13”, and the regeneration start factor is “Automatic deposit removal”. Therefore, regeneration processing is performed by the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 to remove deposits on the DPF device 30.
- step S2 Can be analyzed (Yes in step S2), and it can be analyzed that the reproduction process is started after the cumulative number of required reproductions is incremented in step S3.
- the cumulative number of playback completions is No. 4 is not changed from “12” in the data of No. 4, and the cumulative reproduction division number is incremented from “0” to “1”.
- Data 5 has a key-off operation during playback processing (Yes in step S6), and when it is processed again from step S1 in the subsequent key-on operation, it is determined Yes in step S4, and the cumulative number of playback divisions is incremented in step S11. It can be analyzed that the data is output in step S12.
- No. 6 (2013/10/7 19:33:09) is the data of the immediately preceding No.
- the cumulative playback completion count and cumulative playback interruption count are not changed, and the cumulative playback required count and the cumulative playback split count are incremented by +1, so that step S 5 after step S 12 is incremented.
- step S6 the key-off operation is performed again.
- the key-on operation is performed again, and steps S1 to S4, S11, and S12 are performed.
- it is possible to analyze that the data is output by incrementing the cumulative number of reproduction interruptions. That is, no.
- Each data of 5 and 6 is output in step S12 when the processing is resumed by the key-on after the division, and indicates that the division by the key-off operation during the reproduction process has been performed twice in succession. Can be analyzed.
- the cumulative number of reproduction divisions is added to the reproduction occurrence status data transmitted from the engine controller 12 to the server 8 via the communication controller 17, the reproduction occurrence status data 200 stored in the server 8. Can be analyzed that the key switch 128 is turned off during the reproduction process and the reproduction process is interrupted. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately determine the playback processing status.
- the cumulative reproduction division number is incremented, so the data (for example, No. 5 in FIG. 4) in which the cumulative reproduction division number is incremented and the next Since it can be recognized that the data (for example, No. 6 in FIG.
- the reproduction division detection unit 123 since the reproduction division detection unit 123 is provided, it is possible to detect that the reproduction process is divided by performing a key-off operation during the reproduction process, and notify the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124. Therefore, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 can output to the server 8 reproduction occurrence status data that can be analyzed that the reproduction processing before and after the division is a series of reproduction processing. Therefore, an analyst who analyzes the data stored in the server 8 is one in which the two reproduction occurrence status data are a series of reproduction processes depending on the presence or absence of the division information even if the reproduction occurrence status data is divided into two due to the occurrence of division. Or a different reproduction process can be easily determined. Further, if the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the data before and after the division as one reproduction occurrence status data based on the detection result of the reproduction division detection unit 123, it is not divided into two data. It is possible to correctly grasp that it is processing.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 when the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 separately outputs the reproduction occurrence status data related to the reproduction processing before and after the division of the reproduction processing, the reproduction occurrence status data 124 indicates that division information (cumulative) indicating that division has occurred in at least one reproduction occurrence status data. Can be added). For this reason, an analyst who analyzes data stored in the server 8 determines whether the two reproduction occurrence status data are for a series of reproduction processes or different reproduction processes depending on the presence or absence of the division information. Easy to distinguish. Further, since the determination can be made based on the presence / absence of the division information, the determination can be automatically made by the program of the server 8. For this reason, even when the reproduction process is divided, the reproduction process status can be managed correctly.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 stores the reproduction occurrence status data at that time in the storage unit 125.
- the reproduction division detection unit 123 determines whether or not the reproduction process has been divided based on the actual reproduction occurrence status data stored in the storage unit 125. In addition, the determination can be made immediately after the key-on operation.
- the reproduction occurrence state output unit 124 adds division information to the reproduction occurrence state data stored in the storage unit 125 and outputs the result. Therefore, data can be output early immediately after the key-on operation after the occurrence of the division. Then, by adding the division information, an analyst or a program analyzes the data stored in the server 8, so that the two reproduction occurrence status data are in a series of reproduction processes or another reproduction process. It can be easily determined whether it is a thing.
- the reproduction process is divided by the key-off operation
- the reproduction occurrence status data obtained by incrementing the cumulative reproduction division number is output to the communication controller 17 and the server. 8 may be transmitted.
- the work vehicle 1 stops when the key switch 128 is turned off, but the power supply to the communication controller 17 may be stopped after the transmission to the server 8 ends.
- a power source (battery) for the communication controller 17 may be separately provided so that communication with the server 8 can be performed even when the work vehicle 1 is stopped by a key-off operation.
- the engine controller 12 of the second embodiment does not add the cumulative number of reproduction divisions, but processes the reproduction processing divided by the key-off operation on the engine controller 12 side. These data can be collectively output as one reproduction occurrence status data.
- the configuration of the engine controller 12 is the same as that in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
- the regeneration processing control of the engine controller 12 of the second embodiment will be described using the flowchart of FIG. 6 and the timing chart of FIG.
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 of the engine controller 12 determines whether the PM accumulation amount flag stored in the storage unit 125 is set to ON (step S20).
- Step S21) The PM accumulation amount flag is set to ON when the key is turned on, as will be described later, when the regeneration process is not completed normally during the previous regeneration process, specifically, when the key-off operation is divided. This is a case where the playback process is interrupted by the interrupt button 127. In other words, this is a case where reproduction processing is necessary.
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines whether or not the PM accumulation amount estimated from information such as the differential pressure sensor 67 of the DPF device 30 is equal to or greater than a preset threshold value (step S22). Then, it is determined whether or not a new reproduction process needs to be performed. When the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines that the PM accumulation amount is less than the threshold (No in step S22), the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines the PM accumulation amount without starting the regeneration process (step S22). Continue.
- step S22 determines that the PM accumulation amount is equal to or greater than the threshold value (Yes in step S22)
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 sets the PM accumulation amount flag stored in the storage unit 125 to ON (step S23). Further, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction necessary number by adding 1 (step S24). Furthermore, since the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 sets the PM accumulation amount flag to ON and determines that the regeneration process is necessary, the regeneration process execution flag stored in the storage unit 125 is set to ON (step S25). Then, the playback control unit 122 starts playback processing (step S26).
- the reproduction division detection unit 123 determines whether or not the key switch 128 is turned off by the operator during the reproduction process (step S27). If it is determined Yes in step S27, the key-off signal is input from the reproduction division detection unit 123 to the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 (step S28). Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the reproduction process is stopped (OFF), and the reproduction process is divided.
- the regeneration occurrence status output unit 124 is in a state where the PM accumulation amount flag and the regeneration process execution flag stored in the storage unit 125 are ON even when the regeneration process is stopped due to the input of the key-off signal. (Step S29). That is, when the reproduction process is divided, the reproduction process execution flag is kept ON as shown by the solid line in FIG. 7 and does not change OFF as shown by the dotted line in FIG. Since the work vehicle 1 is stopped by the key-off operation, the regeneration control process is also ended (step S30). Note that when the playback process is divided by the key switch 128 being turned off, the playback occurrence status data is not output via the communication controller 17. That is, since the reproduction processing execution flag is maintained ON, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 can determine that a series of reproduction processes are being performed, and does not output the reproduction occurrence status data at the time of key-off operation or subsequent key-on. To control.
- step S21 determines whether the PM accumulation amount flag stored in the storage unit 125 is ON (step S21).
- the PM accumulation amount flag is ON (regeneration processing is necessary), so whether regeneration is necessary or not.
- the determination unit 121 determines Yes in step S21.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines whether the reproduction processing execution flag is ON (step S31). When the reproduction process is divided by the previous key-off operation, the reproduction process execution flag is ON, and therefore the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines Yes in step S31. In this case, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 can determine that the reproduction process is a continuation of the reproduction process before the division, and thus does not update the cumulative number of necessary reproductions. Then, the playback control unit 122 starts (restarts) the playback process (step S26). On the other hand, as will be described later, when the reproduction process flag is OFF in step S31 (No in step S31), the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 proceeds to step S24, increments the cumulative number of necessary reproductions, and performs the reproduction process. The flag is set to ON (step S25). Then, the playback control unit 122 starts playback processing (step S26).
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines whether the reproduction process is normally completed (step S32). For example, when the PM accumulation amount decreases below a threshold value from sensor information acquired from the differential pressure sensor 67 or the like, the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 can determine that the regeneration process has ended normally. When the reproduction process is normally completed (Yes in step S32), the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction completion number (step S33). Then, the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 sets the PM accumulation amount flag to OFF, and sets the regeneration processing execution flag to OFF (step S34).
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 When the reproduction process is normally completed, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 (step S35), and ends the reproduction control process (step S30).
- the reproduction occurrence status data at this time is data in which the accumulated reproduction necessary number and the accumulated reproduction completion number are incremented.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 performs the reproduction process by pressing the interruption button 127. Is interrupted (step S36). When the reproduction process is interrupted (Yes in step S36), the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 increments the cumulative reproduction interruption number (step S37), and sets the reproduction process execution flag to OFF (step S38). When the reproduction process is interrupted, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 outputs the reproduction occurrence status data to the communication controller 17 (step S35), and ends the reproduction control process (step S30).
- the reproduction occurrence status data at this time is data in which the accumulated reproduction necessary number and the accumulated reproduction interruption number are incremented.
- the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 returns to the execution of the reproduction process in step S27 and sequentially repeats the processes after step S27.
- step S26 ⁇ Processing during key-on operation after interruption of playback processing> Note that if the key-on operation is performed after the regeneration process is interrupted (Yes in step S36), the processes in steps S37 and S38 are performed and the control is terminated in step S30, the PM accumulation amount flag remains ON. Yes, the reproduction process execution flag is set to OFF in step S38. For this reason, the reproduction
- reproduction occurrence status data is output to the communication controller 17 (step S35). Then, the communication controller 17 transmits reproduction occurrence status data to the server 8 using the communication terminal 171. It should be noted that, during the key-off to key-on, as long as the power source of the engine controller 12, the communication controller 17, the communication terminal 171, etc. can be guaranteed, for example, each controller can be activated and transmit information during the night in the key-off state.
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 determines the necessity of regeneration processing by detecting the amount of particulate matter deposited or detecting the NOx concentration. When it is determined that the reproduction process is necessary, the reproduction process execution flag stored in the storage unit 125 is set to ON. Further, when the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 determines that the reproduction process has changed from the necessary state to the unnecessary state, the reproduction process execution flag is set to OFF. On the other hand, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 maintains the reproduction process execution flag on when a division occurs due to a key-off operation during the reproduction process. Then, the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 does not output the reproduction occurrence status data when the reproduction processing execution flag is on, but outputs it when it changes from on to off.
- the reproduction occurrence status data is not output when the division occurs, one reproduction occurrence status data is output in a series of reproduction processes before and after the division. For this reason, since the reproduction occurrence status data is not divided into two data when the division occurs, it is possible to correctly grasp the series of reproduction processing, and the reproduction processing status can be correctly managed even when the reproduction processing is divided.
- the reproduction process execution flag when the reproduction process is divided or at the first key-on operation after the division, the reproduction process execution flag remains ON, and no reproduction occurrence status data is output. For this reason, since the reproduction occurrence status data is output as a single piece of reproduction processing before and after the division, even when analyzing the reproduction occurrence status data stored in the server 8, the reproduction occurrence status is correctly set. Can be analyzed. In the second embodiment, data of division information (cumulative reproduction division number) directly indicating that division has occurred is not included. For this reason, when analyzing occurrence of division, it may be determined whether or not the key switch is turned off while the reproduction processing execution flag is ON.
- the division information used in the first embodiment is not limited to the cumulative number of reproduction divisions, but may be flag information indicating that division has occurred.
- the flag information may be “1” when the division occurs and “0” when the division does not occur.
- the cumulative number of reproduction divisions is used, there is an advantage that not only the division occurs at that time but also the cumulative division occurrence number can be recognized at the same time.
- the cumulative number of required reproductions, the number of cumulative reproduction interruptions, and the number of cumulative reproduction completions in the reproduction occurrence status data 200 are not limited to data of the cumulative number, and may be flag information. Furthermore, the data items included in the reproduction occurrence status data 200 are not limited to those in the first embodiment, and other information may be added.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 of the first embodiment outputs a series of reproduction processing data as a plurality of reproduction occurrence status data when a division occurs, but outputs a plurality of data to the storage unit 125.
- the reproduction occurrence status output unit 124 may be configured to output a plurality of reproduction occurrence status data stored in the storage unit 125 to the server 8 as one reproduction occurrence status data. .
- the regeneration necessity determination unit 121 of the second embodiment determines the determination process in step S21 based on whether or not regeneration is necessary in the PM accumulation amount flag, that is, the DPF device 30. On the other hand, when the reproduction is performed also in the SCR device 50, the reproduction necessity determination unit 121 may determine whether or not reproduction is required in at least one of the DPF device 30 and the SCR device 50 in step S21. . That is, in step S21, it may be determined whether or not the post-processing device 20 needs to be played back.
- the present invention is not limited to construction machines such as hydraulic excavators, and can be applied to various work vehicles including the post-processing device 20. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the reproduction occurrence status data is accumulated in the server 8 and the data accumulated in the server 8 is analyzed. However, the service is accumulated in the storage means 125 of the work vehicle 1 to maintain the work vehicle 1. A man may analyze the data stored in the storage means 125.

Abstract
Description
DPF装置30は、ケース31を備え、ケース31の内部にはDOC(ディーゼル酸化触媒:Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)32と、CSF(触媒化スートフィルタ:Catalyzed Soot Filter)33とが収容されている。
「Scheduled deSoot」
