L'invention concerne un panneau qui comprend les résidus subsistant après un procédé de recyclage de vieux papiers, ledit panneau étant destiné à être utilisé dans l'industrie comme par exemple la construction, le bâtiment, la publicité, l'automobile, l'isolation, les meubles et la construction navale.
