Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un composite de bande multicouche. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à mélanger des fibres naturelles (2), des particules en matière plastique (3) et un liquide (4) pour former un mélange liquide (10) ; à transporter le mélange liquide à une section de formage (6, 7) d'une machine à papier ; à transporter une première suspension de fibres (11) à la section de formation ; à transporter une seconde suspension de fibres (12) à la section de formation ; à former une bande multicouche (13), la première suspension de fibres formant une première couche (15), le mélange liquide formant une deuxième couche (16) et la seconde suspension de fibres formant une troisième couche (17), la deuxième couche étant disposée entre la première couche et la troisième couche ; à éliminer le liquide dans la bande multicouche pour former le composite de bande multicouche, de sorte que les première et troisième couches comportent des fibres naturelles et la deuxième couche comporte des fibres naturelles et des particules en matière plastique.
