根据本发明其中之一实施方式,本发明进一步公开一种按键装置,包含有一 按键基座以及一密封机构,所述按键基座形成有一第一开槽,所述密封机构包 含有一前环壳体、 一灯座壳体以及一密封构件。 所述前环壳体安装在所述按键 基座,所述灯座壳体安装在所述前环壳体。 所述密封构件包含有一密封本体以 及一密封墙体,所述密封墙体环设在所述密封本体,用以固设在所述灯座壳体, 所述灯座壳体在安装在所述前环壳体时与所述前环壳体分别推挤所述密封本体 的周边,使所述密封本体与所述前环壳体共同形成一密封空间 ,以密封所述按 键基座上的所述第一开槽。
综上所述,本发明的密封机构利用前环壳体与灯座壳体在组装时分别挤压 密封构件的密封本体的周边,使密封本体与前环壳体共同形成密封空间 ,以密 封按键基座上的第一开槽与第二开槽。 这样一来,密封构件便可用来密封按键 基座上的第一开槽与第二开槽,以阻隔异物 (例如水、灰尘等)进入按键装置的按 键基座内部,以进一步防止异物进入按键基座内部而造成按键组件损坏。 有关 本发明之前述及其他技术内容、 特点与功效,在以下配合参考附图之实施例的 详细说明中 ,将可清楚的呈现。

以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如:上、 下、 左、 右、 前或后等,仅 是参考附图的方向。 因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明并非用来限制本发明。 请参阅图 1至图 3 ,图 1为本发明实施例一按键装置 30的外观示意图 ,图 2为 本发明实施例按键装置 30的爆炸示意图 ,图 3为本发明实施例按键装置 30在 另一视角的爆炸示意图。 在此实施例中 ,按键装置 30可为一双按键装置,也就 是说按键装置 30可包含有两个按键,其应用在工业设备 (例如工具机)的人机接 口。 而本发明按键装置 30的应用可不局限于此实施例附图所绘示,例如按键装 置 30也可为一单按键装置。 至于采用上述何者设计,端视实际需求而定。
如图 1至图 3所示,按键装置 30包含有一按键基座 32、 一密封机构 34、 一第一键盖 36、 一第一顶杆 38、 一第二键盖 40以及一第二顶杆 42 ,密封机构 34包含有一前环壳体 44以及一灯座壳体 46 ,且按键基座 32上形成有一第一 开槽 321以及一第二开槽 323。 进一步地,前环壳体 44安装在按键基座 32 , 灯座壳体 46安装在前环壳体 44 ,第一键盖 36设置在灯座壳体 46上方,第一 顶杆 38可滑动地设置在按键基座 32上的第一开槽 321内且对应第一键盖 36 , 第二键盖 40设置在灯座壳体 46上方且与第一键盖 36相邻,第二顶杆 42可滑 动地设置在按键基座 32上的第二开槽 323内且对应第二键盖 40。
请参阅图 2至图 4 ,图 4为本发明实施例按键装置 30的剖面示意图。 如图 2至图 4所示,第一键盖 36包含有一第一导柱 361及一第一滑动卡勾 363 ,前 环壳体 44上形成有一第一穿孔 441及一第一卡槽 443,第一穿孔 441对应第一 导柱 361 ,且第一卡槽 443对应第一滑动卡勾 363。在组装第一键盖 36与前环 壳体 44时,可将第一导柱 361 可滑动地穿设于第一穿孔 441 内 ,以使第一键 盖 36相对前环壳体 44做上下运动,且将第一滑动卡勾 363可滑动地设置在第 一卡槽 443内 ,以防止第一键盖 36脱离于前环壳体 44。而本发明第一导柱 361、 第一滑动卡勾 363、 第一穿孔 441以及第一卡槽 443的数量及位置可不局限于 此实施例附图所绘示,端视实际需求而定。
此外,第二键盖 40包含有一第二导柱 401及两第二滑动卡勾 403 ,前环壳 体 44上形成有一第二穿孔 445及两第二卡槽 447,第二穿孔 445对应第二导柱 401 ,且第二卡槽 447对应第二滑动卡勾 403。 在组装第二键盖 40与前环壳体 44时,可将第二导柱 401 可滑动地穿设于第二穿孔 445内 ,以使第二键盖 40 相对前环壳体 44做上下运动,且将两第二滑动卡勾 403分别可滑动地设置在两 第二卡槽 447内 ,以防止第二键盖 40脱离于前环壳体 44。 而本发明第二导柱 401、 第二滑动卡勾 403、 第二穿孔 445以及第二卡槽 447的数量及位置可不 局限于此实施例附图所绘示,端视实际需求而定。
如图 2至图 4所示,密封机构 34进一步包含有一密封构件 48 ,设置在前 环壳体 44与灯座壳体 46之间 ,密封构件 48包含有一密封本体 50以及一密封 墙体 52 ,密封墙体 52环设在密封本体 50。 实际应用上,密封墙体 52可用以 固设在灯座壳体 46 ,借此密封构件 48便可预先固定在灯座壳体 46上,以进行 后续组装。 在此实施例中 ,灯座壳体 46可具有一固定环结构 461。 在组装密封 构件 48与灯座壳体 46时,可将密封构件 48的密封墙体 52环绕灯座壳体 46 的固定环结构 461 ,以固设密封构件 48在灯座壳体 46上。而密封构件 48用来 固设在灯座壳体 46的结构设计可不局限此实施例附图所绘示,端视实际需求而 定。 在此实施例中 , 密封构件 48 可由热塑性聚胺脂 (THERMOPLASTIC URETHANE, TPU)材质所制成,其耐油性高,且经紫外线照射后不易变色,但 本发明不受此限。
请参阅图 4至图 6 ,图 5为本发明实施例密封构件 48的示意图 ,图 6为本 发明实施例密封构件 48在另一视角的示意图。 如图 4至图 6所示,灯座壳体 46可进一步具有多个卡勾结构 463 ,且密封本体 50具有一第一表面 501及相 对第一表面 501的一第二表面 503。此外,密封构件 48进一步包含有一第一筋 条部 54以及一第二筋条部 56 ,第一筋条部 54设置在密封本体 50与密封墙体 52连接处且朝灯座壳体 46突伸,第二筋条部 56设置在密封本体 50与密封墙 体 52连接处且朝前环壳体 44突伸。
在将密封构件 48固设在灯座壳体 46上后,可进一步将灯座壳体 46组装在 前环壳体 44上,此时灯座壳体 46的卡勾结构 463可用以卡扣前环壳体 44 ,以 使灯座壳体 46的固定环结构 461下压密封构件 48的密封本体 50的周边在前 环壳体 44上。换句话说,当灯座壳体 46安装在前环壳体 44时,透过卡勾结构 463与前环壳体 44的卡扣作用 ,灯座壳体 46与前环壳体 44可分别推挤密封构 件 48的密封本体 50的周边,此时密封构件 48的密封本体 50与前环壳体 44 便可共同形成一密封空间 S,以密封按键基座 32上的所述第一开槽 321与第二 开槽 323。
这样一来,密封构件 48便可用来密封按键基座 32上的第一开槽 321与第 二开槽 323,以阻隔异物 (例如水、灰尘等)进入按键装置 30的按键基座 32内部, 以进一步防止异物进入按键基座 32内部而造成按键组件损坏。如图 4所示,当 密封本体 50与前环壳体 44共同形成密封空间 S时,密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503分别用以抵接第一键盖 36与第一顶杆 38;密封本体 50的 第一表面 501与第二表面 503分别用以抵接第二键盖 40与第二顶杆 42。
也就是说,第一键盖 36与第一顶杆 38分别抵接在密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503而彼此不接触,且第二键盖 40与第二顶杆 42分别抵接在 密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503而彼此不接触, 因此密封本体 50 上无需设置孔洞供第一键盖 36与第一顶杆 38通过以及供第二键盖 40与第二顶 杆 42通过,借此上述设计便可进一步提升密封构件 48的密封效果。 此外,密 封本体 50的第二表面 503可与前环壳体 44共同定义密封空间 S , 由于第二表 面 503为一完整表面, 因此由第二表面 503可与前环壳体 44定义完整的密封 空间 S ,进而更进一步提升密封构件 48的密封效果。
除此之外,当灯座壳体 46与前环壳体 44分别推挤密封构件 48的密封本体 50的周边时,密封构件 48的第一筋条部 54与第二筋条部 56可分别被灯座壳 体 46与前环壳体 44挤压而变形,进而平贴在灯座壳体 46与前环壳体 44上。 也就是说,当灯座壳体 46与前环壳体 44分别推挤密封构件 48的密封本体 50 的周边时,密封构件 48的第一筋条部 54与第二筋条部 56可被灯座壳体 46与 前环壳体 44挤压而平贴在灯座壳体 46与前环壳体 44上,以进一步提升密封构 件 48的密封效果。
如图 4至图 6所示,密封构件 48进一步包含有一第一抵接部 58 ,且第一 键盖 36具有一第一触发部 365。第一抵接部 58设置在密封本体 50对应第一顶 杆 38处,第一抵接部 58的两侧突出于密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表 面 503。 当使用者按压第一键盖 36时,第一抵接部 58的两侧可用以分别抵接 第一键盖 36的第一触发部 365以及第一顶杆 38,以使第一键盖 36的第一触发 部 365透过第一抵接部 58驱动第一顶杆 38 ,以触发按键基座 32内的开关 (未 绘示在图中)。
值得一提的是, 由于第一抵接部 58的两侧突出于密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503 ,即第一抵接部 58的厚度大于密封本体 50的厚度, 因此 第一抵接部 58相较于密封本体 50本身具有较大的机械强度,以防止密封构件 48在第一键盖 36与第一顶杆 38作动时破损。也就是说,本发明第一抵接部 58 具有较大厚度的结构设计可用以增加密封构件 48的使用寿命。 在此实施例中 , 第一抵接部 58可为一平台结构,但本发明不受此限。
此外,由于密封构件 48的第一抵接部 58被第一键盖 36的第一触发部 365 以及第一顶杆 38所夹住, 因此在第一键盖 36的第一触发部 365透过第一抵接 部 58驱动第一顶杆 38以触发按键基座 32内的开关时,第一抵接部 58与第一 触发部 365以及第一抵接部 58与第一顶杆 38间的相对移动量小,故本发明第 一抵接部 58的结构设计可减少第一抵接部 58与第一触发部 365以及第一抵接 部 58与第一顶杆 38间的摩擦,进而进一步增加密封构件 48的使用寿命。经实 际测试后,本发明的密封构件 48可承受第一键盖 36对其 500万次以上之按压。 此外,密封构件 48进一步包含有一第二抵接部 60 ,且第二键盖 40具有一 第二触发部 405。第二抵接部 60设置在密封本体 50对应第二顶杆 42处,第二 抵接部 60的两侧突出于密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503。 当使用 者按压第二键盖 40时,第二抵接部 60的两侧可用以分别抵接第二键盖 40的第 二触发部 405以及第二顶杆 42 ,以使第二键盖 40的第二触发部 405透过第二 抵接部 60驱动第二顶杆 42 ,以触发按键基座 32内的开关 (未绘示在图中)。
值得一提的是, 由于第二抵接部 60的两侧突出于密封本体 50的第一表面 501与第二表面 503 ,即第二抵接部 60的厚度大于密封本体 50的厚度, 因此 第二抵接部 60相较密封本体 50本身具有较大的机械强度,以防止密封构件 48 在第二键盖 40与第二顶杆 42作动时破损。 也就是说,本发明第二抵接部 60 具有较大厚度的结构设计可用以增加密封构件 48的使用寿命。 在此实施例中 , 第二抵接部 60可为一平台结构,但本发明不受此限。
此外,由于密封构件 48的第二抵接部 60被第二键盖 40的第二触发部 405 以及第二顶杆 42所夹住, 因此在第二键盖 40的第二触发部 405透过第二抵接 部 60驱动第二顶杆 42以触发按键基座 32内的开关时,第二抵接部 60与第二 触发部 405以及第二抵接部 60与第二顶杆 42间的相对移动量小,故本发明第 二抵接部 60的结构设计可减少第二抵接部 60与第二触发部 405以及第二抵接 部 60与第二顶杆 42间的摩擦,进而进一步增加密封构件 48的使用寿命。经实 际测试后,本发明的密封构件 48可承受第二键盖 40对其 500万次以上之按压。
此外,密封构件 48的密封本体 50进一步具有一弹性连接部 505 ,连接第 一抵接部 58与第二抵接部 60 ,其可用以提供弹性,使第一抵接部 58与第二抵 接部 60作上下运动。 在此实施例中 ,弹性连接部 505的截面可为一 U字型结 构,但本发明弹性连接部 505的结构设计可不局限在此实施例附图所绘示。
相较于现有技术,本发明的密封机构利用前环壳体与灯座壳体在组装时分 别挤压密封构件的密封本体的周边,使密封本体与前环壳体共同形成密封空间 , 以密封按键基座上的第一开槽与第二开槽。 这样一来,密封构件便可用来密封 按键基座上的第一开槽与第二开槽,以阻隔异物 (例如水、灰尘等)进入按键装置 的按键基座内部,以进一步防止异物进入按键基座内部而造成按键组件损坏。

1. 一种适用在一按键装置的密封机构,所述按键装置包含有一按键基座, 其特征在于,所述密封机构包含有:
一前环壳体,安装在所述按键基座;
一灯座壳体,安装在所述前环壳体;以及
一密封构件,包含有:
一密封本体;以及
一密封墙体,环设在所述密封本体,用以固设在所述灯座壳体,所述灯座壳 体在安装在所述前环壳体时与所述前环壳体分别推挤所述密封本体的周边,使 所述密封本体与所述前环壳体共同形成一密封空间 ,以密封所述按键基座上的 一第一开槽。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封本体具有一第一 表面及相对所述第一表面之一第二表面,所述第一表面与所述第二表面分别用 以抵接所述按键装置的一第一键盖与一第一顶杆,且所述第二表面与所述前环 壳体共同定义所述密封空间。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第一抵接部,设置在所述密封本体对应所述第一顶杆处,所述第一抵接部 的两侧突出于所述第一表面与所述第二表面,用以分别抵接所述第一键盖与所 述第一顶杆。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述第一抵接部的厚度大 于所述密封本体的厚度。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封空间进一步用以 密封所述按键基座上的一第二开槽,且所述第一表面与所述第二表面进一步分 权 利 要 求 书
别用以抵接所述按键装置的一第二键盖与一第二顶杆,且所述密封构件进一步 包含有:
一第二抵接部,设置在所述密封本体对应所述第二顶杆处,所述第二抵接部 的两侧突出于所述第一表面与所述第二表面,用以分别抵接所述第二键盖与所 述第二顶杆。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封本体进一步具有 一弹性连接部,连接所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第一筋条部,设置在所述密封本体与所述密封墙体连接处,所述第一筋条 部朝所述灯座壳体突伸。
8. 如权利要求 Ί所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第二筋条部,设置在所述密封本体与所述密封墙体连接处,所述第二筋条 部朝所述前环壳体突伸。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述灯座壳体具有一固定 环结构,且所述密封墙体环绕所述固定环结构。
10.如权利要求 9所述的密封机构,其特征在于,所述灯座壳体进一步具有 多个卡勾结构,用以卡扣所述前环壳体,以使所述固定环结构下压所述密封本 体的周边在所述前环壳体。

12.如权利要求 11所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述按键装置进一步包含 一第一键盖与一第一顶杆,所述第一键盖设置在所述灯座壳体上方,所述第一 顶杆可滑动地设置在所述第一开槽内且对应所述第一键盖,所述密封本体具有 一第一表面及相对所述第一表面之一第二表面,所述第一表面与所述第二表面 分别用以抵接所述第一键盖与所述第一顶杆,且所述第二表面与所述前环壳体 共同定义所述密封空间。
13.如权利要求 12所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第一抵接部,设置在所述密封本体对应所述第一顶杆处,所述第一抵接部 的两侧突出于所述第一表面与所述第二表面,用以分别抵接所述第一键盖与所 述第一顶杆。
14.如权利要求 13所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述第一抵接部的厚度大 于所述密封本体的厚度。

16.如权利要求 15所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述密封本体进一步具有 一弹性连接部,连接所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部。
17.如权利要求 11所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第一筋条部,设置在所述密封本体与所述密封墙体连接处,所述第一筋条 部朝所述灯座壳体突伸。
18.如权利要求 17所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述密封构件进一步包含 有:
一第二筋条部,设置在所述密封本体与所述密封墙体连接处,所述第二筋条 部朝所述前环壳体突伸。
19.如权利要求 11所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述灯座壳体具有一固定 环结构,且所述密封墙体环绕所述固定环结构。
20.如权利要求 19所述的按键装置,其特征在于,所述灯座壳体进一步具有 多个卡勾结构,用以卡扣所述前环壳体,以使所述固定环结构下压所述密封本 体的周边在所述前环壳体。
