一种微型按摩器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及按摩器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型按摩器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机输出轴上 的偏心轮、 电池及壳体; 壳体包括上壳体和下壳体, 由一软质材料的连接圏连 接; 微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体时第一连接件和第二 连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机工 作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下壳 体放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接件接 触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。 连接圏上部直接夹持在上壳体内进行固定。 连接圏直接夹持在上壳体内的固定不够牢固, 当受力拉伸时容易脱落。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接圏与上壳体固定牢固的微型按 摩器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动 电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮以及通过一软质材料的连接圏连接 的上壳体和下壳体, 所述上壳体设有固定柱, 所述连接圏设有用于放置所述固 定柱的固定孔。
优选的, 所述上壳体包括通过螺丝固定的上面壳和上底壳, 所述上底壳中 部设有用于避让所述连接圏的避让孔, 所述固定柱设置在上底壳内表面上。 上 底壳上的固定柱插入到连接圏上的固定孔内, 从而把连接圏限位固定, 上底壳 再和上面壳固定就将连接圏牢固的固定。
优选的, 所述连接圏一端边沿设有用于与所述上底壳内表面贴合的翻折, 所述固定孔设置在所述翻折上。 连接圏边沿设置翻折与上底壳紧贴, 增大连接 圏与上底壳及上面壳的接触面积, 从而使固定更加牢固。
优选的, 所述连接圏边沿设有与所述避让孔配合的凸沿。 设置凸沿与避让 孔配合使连接圏与上壳体之间连接紧密。
优选的, 所述上底壳设有螺孔柱, 所述翻折设有用于避让所述螺孔柱的避 让口。 上底壳和上面壳通过螺丝固定, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装和拆卸。

本发明公开一种微型按摩器, 如图 1至图 4所示, 包括驱动电机 5、 固定在 驱动电机 5的输出轴上的偏心轮 51以及通过一软质材料的连接圏 2连接的上壳 体 1和下壳体 3 , 所述上壳体 1设有固定柱 121 , 所述连接圏 2设有用于放置所 述固定柱 121的固定孔 21。 本发明由于上壳体 1设有固定柱 121 , 连接圏 2设 有用于放置固定柱 121的固定孔 21 , 固定柱 121和固定孔 21配合起到限位、 固 定的作用, 从而把连接圏 2牢固的固定在上壳体 1上。
在本实施例中, 所述上壳体 1包括通过螺丝固定的上面壳 11和上底壳 12, 所述上底壳 12中部设有用于避让所述连接圏 2的避让孔, 所述固定柱 121设置 在上底壳 12内表面上, 如图 4所示。 上底壳 12上的固定柱 121插入到连接圏 2 上的固定孔 21内, 从而把连接圏 2限位固定, 上底壳 12再和上面壳 11固定就 将连接圏 2牢固的固定。
如图 3所示, 所述连接圏 2—端边沿设有用于与所述上底壳内表面贴合的翻 折 22, 所述固定孔 21设置在所述翻折 22上。 连接圏 2边沿设置翻折 22与上底 壳紧贴, 增大连接圏 2与上底壳及上面壳的接触面积, 从而使固定更加牢固。 所述连接圏 2边沿设有与所述避让孔配合的凸沿 23。设置凸沿 23与避让孔配合 使连接圏 2与上壳体之间连接紧密。
在本实施例中, 上底壳 12和上面壳 11通过螺丝固定, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于 安装和拆卸; 如图 4所示, 所述上底壳 12设有螺孔柱 122, 结合图 3 , 所述翻 折 22设有用于避让所述螺孔柱 122的避让口 24。所述螺孔柱 122的个数为四个, 均布设置, 这是设置螺孔柱 122的一种具体结构, 这样设置使上面壳 11和上底 壳 12固定牢固。 当然, 也可以设置其它个数。
在本实施例中, 所述固定柱 121的个数为四个, 均布设置, 四个固定柱 121 和四个固定孔 21配合, 均布设置固定牢固; 所述螺孔柱 122与固定柱 121间隔 设置, 这样设置使上面壳 11、上底壳 12及连接圏 2连接紧密, 固定牢固。 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的固定柱 121和固定孔 21。
本实施例中, 所述固定柱 121为圓柱体结构。 固定柱 121为圓柱体结构, 固 定孔 21为圓形结构, 圓柱体结构的固定柱 121和圓形结构的固定孔 21配合紧 密。 当然, 固定柱 121和固定孔 21也可以设置为其它结构。
本实施例中, 所述固定柱 121顶部设有倒角。设置倒角方便插入到固定孔 21 内。
在本实施例中, 所述微型按摩器还包括固定在上壳体 1 内的可充电电池 6。 电池 6为可充电电池, 电池 6电量不足时即可充电, 方便使用, 不必经常更换 电池 6。 如图 1所示, 上壳体 1上固定有一充电接口 4, 一旦电池 6电量不足, 便可通过该充电接口 4为电池 6进行充电。
微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏 2内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池 6的一 个极与第一连接件连接, 电池 6 的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动 电机 5的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体 1和下壳体 3时第一连 接件和第二连接件连接,从而使电池 6与驱动电机 5导通, 电池 6为驱动电机 5 供电, 驱动电机 5工作, 带动偏心轮 51转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一 手拿握上壳体 1 , 把下壳体 3放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体 1使 第一连接件和第二连接件接触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。
