本发明涉及按摩器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型按摩器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机输出轴上 的偏心轮、 电池及壳体; 壳体包括上壳体和下壳体, 由一软质材料的连接圏连 接; 微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体时第一连接件和第二 连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机工 作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下壳 体放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接件接 触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。 电池为可充电电池, 上壳体固定有为电池 充电的充电接口, 一旦电量不足, 便可进行充电, 方便使用。 充电接口直接由 上壳体的上底壳和上中壳的固定而固定。 由于充电接口直接固定在上底壳和上 中壳之间, 这样固定不够牢固。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充电接口固定牢固的微型按摩器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动 电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、 可充电电池、 充电接口以及通过 一软质材料的连接圏连接的上壳体和下壳体, 所述上壳体设有用于放置所述充 电接口的放置槽以及用于避让所述充电接口的避让口。
优选的, 所述上壳体还设有用于限位所述充电接口的限位件。 充电接口放 置在放置槽内, 四周由放置槽进行限位, 限位件对充电接口进一步进行限位固 定, 从而使充电接口放置稳定, 固定牢固。
优选的, 所述上壳体包括设有所述放置槽的上中壳以及设有所述限位件和 避让口的上底壳。 充电接口放置在上中壳的放置槽内, 当上中壳和上底壳固定 时限位件顶压充电接口, 从而使充电接口固定牢固。
优选的, 所述限位件为设置在所述上底壳内表面上的条形结构的凸起。 条 形结构的凸起限位效果好。
优选的, 所述凸起的个数为两个, 并排设置。 这是设置凸起对充电接口的 限位效果更佳。

本发明公开一种微型按摩器, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱 动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、 可充电电池、 充电接口 5 以及通过一软质材料的 连接圏 2连接的上壳体和下壳体 3 ,所述上壳体设有用于放置所述充电接口 5的 放置槽 11以及用于避让所述充电接口 5的避让口 41。本发明由于上壳体设有用 于放置充电接口 5的放置槽 11以及用于避让充电接口 5的避让口 41 ,充电接口 5安放在放置槽 11内, 放置槽 11对充电接口 5限位固定, 从而使充电接口 5固 定牢固。
在本实施例中, 所述上壳体包括设有所述放置槽 11的上中壳 1 以及设有所 述避让口的上底壳 4, 上中壳 1和上底壳 4通过螺丝固定, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于 安装和拆卸, 当然, 也可以采用其它固定方式进行固定。 充电接口 5放置在上 中壳 1的放置槽 11 内, 所述放置槽 11设置在所述上中壳 1一面, 所述电池固 定在所述上中壳 1另一面上的电池仓内, 所述上壳体还包括一与上中壳 1通过 卡接固定的用于封闭所述电池仓的上面壳; 上面壳封闭电池仓, 用于固定电池; 且卡接固定便于安装和拆卸。
所述上壳体还设有用于限位所述充电接口的限位件, 具体的限位件设置在上 底壳 4上, 充电接口 5放置在放置槽 11 内, 四周由放置槽 11进行限位, 限位 件对充电接口 5进一步进行限位固定, 从而使充电接口 5放置稳定, 固定牢固。 当上中壳 1和上底壳 4固定时限位件顶压充电接口 5 ,从而使充电接口 5固定牢 固。 所述限位件为设置在所述上底壳 4 内表面上的条形结构的凸起。 条形结构 的凸起限位效果好。 所述凸起的个数为两个, 并排设置。 这是设置凸起对充电 接口 5 的限位效果更佳。 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的凸起, 或把凸起设置成 其它结构。
在本实施例中, 所述上底壳 4在避让口 41周围侧壁设有用于限位所述充电 接口 5的第一凸沿。 第一凸沿对充电接口 5进一步进行限位, 对充电接口 5的 限位效果更佳。 所述上底壳 4边沿设有一套接在所述上中壳 1边沿的第二凸沿, 所述第一凸沿和第二凸沿一体设置。 这样设置相互增加第一凸沿和第二凸沿的 强度。
本实施例中, 所述上底壳 4内表面设有一台阶, 所述上中壳 1设有用于放置 所述台阶的平台。 台阶和平台配合使上底壳 4和上中壳 1连接紧密。
