【技术领域】
本发明涉及按摩器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型按摩器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机输出轴上 的偏心轮、 电池及壳体; 壳体包括上壳体和下壳体, 由一软质材料的连接圏连 接; 微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体时第一连接件和第二 连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机工 作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下壳 体放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接件接 触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。 连接圏下部直接夹持在下壳体与一固定件 之间。 连接圏下部直接夹持在下壳体与固定件之间固定不够牢固, 当受力拉伸 时容易脱落。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接圏与下壳体固定牢固的微型按 摩器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动 电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮以及通过一软质材料的连接圏连接 的上壳体和下壳体, 还包括一固定件, 所述下壳体上设有螺孔柱, 所述固定件 和连接圏分别设有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝孔和避让孔。
优选的, 所述连接圏边沿设有向内的翻折, 所述避让孔设置在所述翻折上。 设置翻折, 把避让孔设置在翻折上, 当固定件连同连接圏与下壳体固定时, 固 定件压紧翻折与下壳体通过螺丝固定, 这样把连接圏牢固的固定在固定件和下 壳体之间。
优选的, 所述翻折表面设有凸沿, 所述下壳体设有用于放置所述凸沿的平 台, 所述平台与凸沿大小相适应。 凸沿放置在平台处, 且与平台相适应, 这样 设置使连接圏和下壳体连接紧密。
优选的, 所述凸沿的高度等于所述平台到下壳体边沿的距离。 这是设置凸 沿的一种具体结构, 这样设置使连接圏和下壳体之间的连接更加紧密。
优选的, 所述螺孔柱的高度大于所述翻折的厚度, 所述固定件沿螺丝孔周 围设有用于放置所述螺孔柱的凹陷。 固定件设置凹陷, 在固定时螺孔柱连同避 让孔周围的连接圏部分都放置在凹陷内, 从而再通过螺丝固定, 这样就使固定 更加牢固。

优选的, 所述微型按摩器还包括一可充电电池以及通过导线与所述电池连 接的充电接口。 当电池的电量不足时通过充电接口为其充电, 不必经常更换电 池, 方便使用。
本发明由于下壳体设有螺孔柱, 连接圏设有用于避让螺孔柱的避让孔, 螺 孔柱插入避让孔内对连接圏进行限位固定, 固定件设置有与螺孔柱配合固定的 螺丝孔, 从而连接圏被牢固的固定在固定件与下壳体之间。

本发明公开一种微型按摩器, 如图 1至图 5所示, 包括驱动电机 5、 固定在 驱动电机 5的输出轴上的偏心轮 51以及通过一软质材料的连接圏 2连接的上壳 体 1和下壳体 3 , 还包括一固定件 7, 所述下壳体 3上设有螺孔柱 31 , 所述固定 件 7和连接圏 2分别设有与所述螺孔柱 31配合的螺丝孔 72和避让孔 21。 本发 明由于下壳体 3设有螺孔柱 31 , 连接圏 2设有用于避让螺孔柱 31的避让孔 21 , 螺孔柱 31插入避让孔 21 内对连接圏 2进行限位固定, 固定件 7设置有与螺孔 柱 31配合固定的螺丝孔 72, 从而连接圏 2被牢固的固定在固定件 7与下壳体 3 之间。
本实施例中, 所述连接圏 2边沿设有向内的翻折 22, 所述避让孔 21设置在 所述翻折 22上。 设置翻折 22, 把避让孔 21设置在翻折 22上, 当固定件 7连同 连接圏 2与下壳体 3固定时, 固定件 7压紧翻折 22与下壳体 3通过螺丝固定, 这样把连接圏 2牢固的固定在固定件 7和下壳体 3之间。

微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏 2内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池 6的一 个极与第一连接件连接, 电池 6 的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动 电机 5的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体 1和下壳体 3时第一连 接件和第二连接件连接,从而使电池 6与驱动电机 5导通, 电池 6为驱动电机 5 供电, 驱动电机 5工作, 带动偏心轮 51转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一 手拿握上壳体 1 , 把下壳体 3放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体 1使 第一连接件和第二连接件接触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。

3、如权利要求 2所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述翻折表面设有凸沿, 所述下壳体设有用于放置所述凸沿的平台, 所述平台与凸沿大小相适应。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿的高度等于所 述平台到下壳体边沿的距离。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述螺孔柱的高度大于 所述翻折的厚度, 所述固定件沿螺丝孔周围设有用于放置所述螺孔柱的凹陷。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述螺孔柱的个数为三 个, 均布设置。
7、如权利要求 1所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述连接圏为橡胶材料。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述微型按摩器还包括 一可充电电池以及通过导线与所述电池连接的充电接口。
