【技术领域】
本发明涉及按摩器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型按摩器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机输出轴上 的偏心轮、 电池及壳体; 壳体包括上壳体和下壳体, 由一软质材料的连接圏连 接; 微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体时第一连接件和第二 连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机工 作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下壳 体放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接件接 触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。 电池固定在上壳体内, 上壳体包括热熔固 定的上面壳和上中壳, 上中壳设有用于放置电池的电池仓。 但是, 上面壳和上 中壳热熔固定, 不易拆卸, 从而不易更换电池。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可拆卸固定的上面壳和上中壳。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动 电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、 电池以及通过一软质材料的连接 圏连接的上壳体和下壳体, 所述上壳体包括可拆卸固定的上面壳和上中壳, 所 述上中壳设有用于放置所述电池的电池仓, 所述上面壳封闭所述电池仓。
优选的, 所述上面壳和上中壳通过卡接固定。 卡接固定牢固, 便于安装和 拆卸。
优选的, 所述上面壳设有卡扣, 所述上中壳设有与所述卡扣配合的卡槽。 卡扣和卡槽配合使上面壳和上中壳固定牢固, 连接紧密。
优选的, 所述卡槽侧壁上设有加强板。 设置加强板增加卡槽侧壁的强度。 优选的, 所述加强板的个数为两个, 分别位于卡槽侧壁的两侧。 两个加强 板分别位于卡槽侧壁的两侧, 这样设置对卡槽侧壁的强度加强效果好。
优选的, 所述卡扣为多个, 均布在所述上面壳内表面上。 多个卡扣均布设 置, 卡槽配合卡扣设置, 使上面壳和上中壳固定牢固。
优选的, 所述卡扣为四个。 四个均布的卡扣和四个卡槽相互配合, 从而 4巴 上面壳和上中壳固定牢固。
优选的, 所述上面壳设有卡槽, 所述上中壳设有与所述卡槽配合的卡扣。 这是上面壳和上中壳配合固定的另一种具体方式。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 本发明公开一种微型按摩器, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱 动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、 电池以及通过一软质材料的连接圏 2连接的上壳 体和下壳体 3, 所述上壳体包括可拆卸固定的上面壳 1和上中壳 4, 所述上中壳 4设有用于放置所述电池的电池仓, 所述上面壳 1封闭所述电池仓。 本发明由于 上面壳 1和上中壳 4可拆卸固定, 从而便于拆卸上面壳 1和上中壳 4, 进而方便 更换固定在上中壳 4上的电池。
本实施例中, 所述上面壳 1和上中壳 4通过卡接固定。 卡接固定牢固, 便于 安装和拆卸。 当然, 也可以采用其它可拆卸的方式进行固定, 比如通过螺丝固 定, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装和拆卸。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述上面壳 1设有卡扣 11 , 所述上中壳 4设有与所述卡 扣 11配合的卡槽 41。卡扣 11和卡槽 41配合使上面壳 1和上中壳 41固定牢固, 连接紧密。 所述卡扣为多个, 均布在所述上面壳 1内表面上。 多个卡扣 11均布 设置, 卡槽 41配合卡扣 11设置, 使上面壳 1和上中壳 4固定牢固。 具体的卡 扣 11为四个, 对应的, 卡槽 41也为四个, 四个卡扣 11和四个卡槽 41配合使 上面壳 1和上中壳 4固定牢固。
如图 3所示, 所述卡槽 41侧壁上设有加强板 42。 设置加强板 42增加卡槽 41侧壁的强度。 所述加强板 42的个数为两个, 分别位于卡槽 41侧壁的两侧。 两个加强板 42分别位于卡槽 41侧壁的两侧, 这样设置对卡槽 41侧壁的强度加 强效果好。 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的加强板或把加强板设置在其它位置处。
本实施例也可以在上面壳 1上设置卡槽,在上中壳上设置与卡槽配合的卡扣, 这样设置也是可行的。
如图 2所示, 所述上面壳 1中部设有用于顶压所述电池的凸沿。 凸沿顶压电 池, 使电池固定牢固。
在本实施例中, 电池为可充电电池, 上壳体上固定有一充电接口 5, 当电池 电量不足时通过该充电接口 5为电池充电, 从而方便使用。
微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏 2内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体 3 时第一连接件和第 二连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机 工作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下 壳体 3放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接 件接触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述上面壳和上中壳通 过卡接固定。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述上面壳设有卡扣, 所述上中壳设有与所述卡扣配合的卡槽。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述卡槽侧壁上设有加 强板。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述加强板的个数为两 个, 分别位于卡槽侧壁的两侧。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣为多个, 均布 在所述上面壳内表面上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣为四个。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述上面壳设有卡槽, 所述上中壳设有与所述卡槽配合的卡扣。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述上面壳和上中壳通 过螺丝固定。
10、 如权利要求 3 所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述上面壳中部设有 用于顶压所述电池的凸沿。
