本人已设计了一种微型按摩器, 包括驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机输出轴上 的偏心轮、 电池及壳体; 壳体包括上壳体和下壳体, 由一软质材料的连接圏连 接; 微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池的一个 极与第一连接件连接, 电池的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动电机 的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体和下壳体时第一连接件和第二 连接件连接, 从而使电池与驱动电机导通, 电池为驱动电机供电, 驱动电机工 作, 带动偏心轮转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一手拿握上壳体, 把下壳 体放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体使第一连接件和第二连接件接 触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。 下壳体设有三个均布的支撑腿, 方便进行 按摩。 驱动电机由固定件固定在下壳体内, 下壳体三个支撑腿上分别设有螺孔 柱, 固定件设有对应的螺丝孔, 固定件通过螺丝固定下壳体内, 下壳体边沿设 有向内的翻折。 但是, 驱动电机部分棵露在外, 不仅容易落上灰尘, 而且还容 易受损。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种下壳体封闭驱动电机的微型按摩 器。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型按摩器, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括驱动电机 4、 固定在 驱动电机 4的输出轴上的偏心轮 41以及通过一软质材料的连接圏 2连接的上壳 体 1和下壳体 3 ,还包括一固定在所述下壳体 3底部且封闭下壳体 3的封闭壳 5。 本发明由于微型按摩器还包括一封闭壳 5封闭下壳体 3 ,从而驱动电机 4位于下 壳体 3和封闭壳 5之间, 进而防止灰尘等落入到驱动电机 4上, 且防止驱动电 机 4受损; 确保驱动电机 4正常工作。
所述封闭壳 5通过螺丝固定在所述下壳体 3上。 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装和 拆卸。 当然, 也可以采用其它固定方式进行固定。 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述下 壳体 3设有螺孔柱 31 , 所述封闭壳 5设有与所述螺孔柱 31配合的螺丝孔 51。 这是下壳体和封闭壳固定的一种具体方式。
如图 3所示, 所述封闭壳 5内表面沿所述螺丝孔 51延伸一延伸部 52, 所述 延伸部 52内设有与所述螺丝孔内的螺纹配合的螺纹。 设置延伸部 52增加与螺 丝的接触面积, 增加固定的强度。 所述延伸部 52顶部设有用于放置所述螺孔柱 的凹陷 53。 凹陷 53对螺孔柱进行限位, 使固定更加牢固。 所述延伸部 53周围 设有加强板 55及加强筋 54。设置加强板 55和加强板 54增加延伸部 53的强度。 如图 2所示, 螺孔柱 31的周围设有支撑板 32, 用于增加螺孔柱 31的强度。
本实施例螺孔柱 31的个数为三个, 均布设置, 如图 2和图 3所示, 对应的, 螺丝孔 51的个数也为三个, 三个螺丝孔 51和三个螺孔柱 31相配合通过螺丝固 定, 这样固定牢固。 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的螺丝孔进行配合固定。
如图 3所示,所述封闭壳 5中部设有用于避让所述驱动电机和偏心轮的凹槽, 设置凹槽确保驱动电机正常工作。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述封闭壳 5内表面边沿设有凸沿 56, 所述下壳体 3内 表面边沿设有用于放置所述凸沿 56的平台 33。凸沿 56和平台 33配合使封闭壳 5和下壳体 3连接紧密。
所述微型按摩器还包括一通过螺丝固定在所述下壳体 3上的固定件 6, 如图 1所示, 所述固定件 6设有用于套接在所述驱动电机 4一端上的卡槽, 所述固定 件 6设有用于避让所述螺孔柱的避让孔, 所述螺孔柱周围设有支撑板, 支撑板 对固定件 6进行限位; 所述支撑板到所述螺孔柱顶部的距离等于所述避让孔周 围侧壁的厚度与凹陷高度之和。 这样设置当把下壳体 3和封闭壳 5 固定时就把 固定件 6—起固定, 这样固定效果更佳。 所述固定件 6设有凸耳, 所述避让孔 设置在所述凸耳上, 所述凸耳与固定件 6之间设有三角形结构的加强筋。 设置 三角形结构的加强筋增加强度, 把避让孔设置在凸耳上, 方便与螺孔柱配合。
微型按摩器还包括位于连接圏 2内的第一连接件和第二连接件, 电池 7的一 个极与第一连接件连接, 电池 7 的另一极与驱动电机的一个连接端连接, 驱动 电机 4的另一连接端与第二连接件连接, 当压缩上壳体 1和下壳体 3时第一连 接件和第二连接件连接,从而使电池 7与驱动电机 4导通, 电池 7为驱动电机 4 供电, 驱动电机 4工作, 带动偏心轮 41转动, 从而实现按摩的效果。 使用者一 手拿握上壳体 1 , 把下壳体 3放置在需要按摩部位, 使用者用力按压上壳体 1使 第一连接件和第二连接件接触即可, 方便使用, 而且节省电量。

4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型按摩器, 其特征在于, 所述封闭壳内表面沿所 述螺丝孔延伸一延伸部, 所述延伸部内设有与所述螺丝孔内的螺纹配合的螺纹。
