Abstract

一种微型脸部按摩器，包括壳体、电路板（6）、固定在壳体一端部的驱动电机（4）、固定在驱动电机（4）的输出轴上的偏心轮（5）以及固定在壳体外表面上的按摩片（3）；所述按摩片（3）与偏心轮（5）固定在同一端。由于偏心轮（5）固定在驱动电机（4）的输出轴上，驱动电机（4）通电，输出轴转动带动偏心轮（5）转动，偏心轮（5）在壳体内转动产生震动，且配合按摩片（3），进而使按摩片（3）震动，从而可通过按摩片（3）对使用者的脸部进行按摩；该微型脸部按摩器体积小，便于携带和使用。

一种微型脸部按摩器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及按摩器领域， 更具体的说， 涉及一种微型脸部按摩器。 【背景技术】
随着生活质量的提高， 人们越来越注重身体健康， 现在市场上有很多按摩 器； 一般按摩器比较大， 用于按摩胳臂、 腿部、 腰部或脚， 因按摩器比较大， 这样在使用和携带时会带来不便。 而且按摩器对脸部的按摩效果不够好。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于使用和携带的脸部按摩器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的： 一种微型脸部按摩器， 包括 壳体、 电路板、 固定在壳体一端部的驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的 偏心轮以及固定在壳体外表面上的按摩片； 所述按摩片与偏心轮固定在同一端。
优选的， 所述壳体为换形结构。 换形结构的壳体便于使用者用手拿握， 进 而方便使用。
优选的， 所述壳体中部小两端大。 一端大配合按摩片设置， 另一端设置大 方便使用者用手拿握。
优选的， 所述按摩片通过胶水粘合固定在所述壳体上。 胶水粘合固定牢固， 方便实现。
优选的， 所述按摩片为金属材料。 金属材料的按摩片按摩效果好。
优选的， 所述按摩片为圓形结构。 圓形结构的按摩片对脸部进行按摩效果 更佳。
优选的， 所述电路板上设有开关， 所述壳体设有用于避让所述开关的开关 避让孔。 设置开关方便控制。
优选的， 所述电路板上还设有指示灯， 所述壳体设有用于避让所述指示灯 的指示灯避让孔。 设置指示灯方便使用。
优选的， 所述壳体沿指示灯避让孔周围向内延伸有一凸沿。 设置凸沿放置 指示灯， 使指示灯固定更加牢固。
优选的， 所述微型脸部按摩器还包括固定在所述壳体内的与所述电路板通 过导线连接的电池。 微型脸部按摩器内置电池方便使用， 而且在外出时更加方 便使用。
本发明由于偏心轮固定在驱动电机的输出轴上， 驱动电机通电， 输出轴转 动带动偏心轮转动， 偏心轮在壳体内转动产生震动， 且配合按摩片， 进而使按 摩片震动， 从而可通过按摩片对使用者的脸部进行按摩； 该微型脸部按摩器体 积小， 便于携带和使用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型脸部按摩器， 如图 1和图 2所示， 包括壳体、 电路板 6、 固定在壳体一端部的驱动电机 4、固定在驱动电机 4的输出轴上的偏心轮 5以及 固定在壳体外表面上的按摩片 3; 所述按摩片 3与偏心轮 5固定在同一端。 本发 明由于偏心轮 5固定在驱动电机 4的输出轴上， 驱动电机 4通电， 输出轴转动 带动偏心轮 5转动， 偏心轮 5在壳体内转动产生震动， 且配合按摩片 3 , 进而使 按摩片 3震动， 从而可通过按摩片 3对使用者的脸部进行按摩； 该微型脸部按 摩器体积小， 便于携带和使用。
如图 1所示， 壳体整体为换形结构， 换形结构的壳体便于使用者用手拿握， 进而方便使用； 具体的， 壳体呈话筒结构， 适合使用者使用。 而且壳体中部小， 两端大， 一端大配合按摩片 3设置， 从而方便对使用者的脸部进行按摩； 另一 端设置大方便使用者用手拿握， 方便使用。 壳体中部向两端逐渐增大。 当然， 本实施例壳体也可以设置成其它结构。
如图 2所示， 壳体包括面壳 1和底壳 2, 按摩片 3及驱动电机 4都固定在面 壳 1上， 具体的， 驱动电机 4通过电机固定壳 41固定在面壳 1的内表面上， 偏 心轮 5固定在驱动电机 4的输出轴上， 按摩片 3通过胶水粘合在驱动电机 4及 偏心轮 5的对应的另一面处， 从而驱动电机 4的输出轴转动带动偏心轮 5转动， 进而对按摩片 3产生震动， 从而实现按摩的效果。
在本实施例中， 驱动电机 4与微型脸部按摩器的电路板 6连接， 电路板 6上 设有用于控制的开关 61 ,通过开关 61方便控制微型脸部按摩器，从而方便使用； 面壳 1设有用于避让开关 61的开关避让孔。 电路板 6上还设有用于指示微型脸 部按摩器工作状态的指示灯 63 , 如图 1所示， 进一步方便使用； 面壳 1上设有 用于避让指示灯 63的指示灯避让孔， 面壳 1沿指示灯避让孔周围向内延伸有一 凸沿， 设置凸沿放置指示灯 63 , 使指示灯 63固定更加牢固。
如图 1和图 2所示， 微型脸部按摩器内置有电池 7, 电池 7通过两个分别固 定在面壳 1和底壳 2上的五金片 62与电路板 6连接， 五金片 62通过导线与电 路板 6实现连接， 从而实现供电。 电池 7通过电池盒 71固定在壳体内， 这样方 便使用。
本实施例中， 按摩片 3为圓形结构的金属材料， 金属材料按摩效果更佳； 圓 形结构的按摩片 3对脸部进行按摩效果更好。
本脸部按摩器不仅可以对脸部进行按摩， 也可对其它部位进行按摩。

1、 一种微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 包括壳体、 电路板、 固定在壳体一 端部的驱动电机、 固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮以及固定在壳体外表面 上的按摩片； 所述按摩片与偏心轮固定在同一端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述壳体为换形结 构。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述壳体中部小两 端大。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述按摩片通过胶 水粘合固定在所述壳体上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述按摩片为金属 材料。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述按摩片为圓形 结构。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述电路板上设有 开关， 所述壳体设有用于避让所述开关的开关避让孔。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述电路板上还设 有指示灯， 所述壳体设有用于避让所述指示灯的指示灯避让孔。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述壳体沿指示灯 避让孔周围向内延伸有一凸沿。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的微型脸部按摩器， 其特征在于， 所述微型脸部按 摩器还包括固定在所述壳体内的与所述电路板通过导线连接的电池。
