一种吸尘器,包括:风道(1)、消音管(2),消音管(2)安装在吸尘风道(1)内,消音管(2)设有开口端(22)和封闭端(24),封闭端(24)与开口端(22)相对设置,开口端(22)与封闭端(24)之间存在延伸壁(23),延伸壁(23)上布置孔(25,29),风道(1)内气流从开口端(22)进入消音管(2)从孔(25,29)流出,消音管(2)还设置有风板(21),风板(21)上设置孔(210),风板(21)孔(210)的出气方向与延伸壁(23)上孔(25,29)的出气方向交汇形成扰流区(S)。扰流区(S)内形成的扰流现象减小了噪声等级,提高了消音管(2)的降噪效果。

Description

一种干湿两用吸尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器,尤其是带有风道消音装置的吸尘器。
背景技术
现有吸尘器产品采用多孔材料如海绵等包裹在电机出风口来达到降噪的目的,这种做法的缺点在于多孔材料的使用影响了出风的流量。专利CN200510095446对上述问题有所改进,该专利在吸尘器出风口位置设置小孔来达到降噪的目的,这种结构没有使通过小孔的气流方向发生改变,且小孔的深度受模具及注塑要求限制,降噪效果不是十分明显。韩国专利KR20070078336在吸尘器的内部风道中揭示了一种多孔管状结构,其使用相似的降噪方式既小孔喷注的方式降噪。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种消音效果更好的吸尘器,降低整机运行噪声的同时保证空气流量。
本发明提供一种干湿两用吸尘器,其包括:风道、消音管,所述消音管安装在吸尘风道内,消音管设有开口端和封闭端,封闭端与开口端相对设置,开口端与封闭端之间存在延伸壁,延伸壁上布置孔,风道内气流从开口端进入消音管从所述孔流出,所述的消音管还设置有风板,风板上设置孔,所述风板孔的出气方向与延伸壁上孔的出气方向交汇形成扰流区。
优选的,延伸壁上孔的孔径小于或等于5毫米,任意两孔孔心间距l与两孔径d1、d2和满足不等式l≥d1+d2。
优选的,孔径d1和d2相等。
优选的,孔径d1和d2不相等。
优选的,延伸壁与风道周壁之间存在腔体,所述的扰流区位于腔体内。
优选的,风道内具有卡槽固定装置,所述的风板插入卡槽中。
优选的,所述消音管由开口端到封闭端横截面逐渐减小。
吸尘器运行时,风道内的部分气流由开口端进入消音管气流经过延伸壁上的小于5毫米的孔喷出,形成人耳听觉范围外的高频声音,风道内的另一部分气流经风板上的孔喷出,由于风板孔的出气方向与延伸壁上孔的出气方向交汇,因此由风板孔喷出的气流使延伸壁上的孔内喷出的气流方向发生改变形成空气扰流现象,并在消音管与风道壁之间的腔体内形成扰流区,上述的扰流现象能够进减小噪声等级提高消音管的降噪效果,所述的使圆孔不过于密集确保降噪效果,同时保证出风量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步的说明:
实施例一:参照图1所示一种吸尘器包括:用于提供动力的头部6,头部6内设有吸尘器风道1,吸尘风道1呈环形由周壁12围成,风道内装有消音管2,消音管2与风道通过卡槽11与风板21之间的连接固定,消音管2延伸壁23与周壁12之间存在腔体3。所述卡槽11设置在周壁12上,所述风板21设置在消音管2的开口22外围,风板21上设置孔210,卡槽11与风板21之间的连接紧密使气流不能通过卡槽11与风板21之间的连接缝隙,一部分气 流通过消音管2开口端22进入消音管2内部,再由消音管2流向延伸壁23与周壁12之间的腔体3内。
d1=d2参照图3所示,吸尘器工作时部分气流V1由开口端22进入消音管2内气流经过延伸壁23上小于5毫米的孔25喷出,形成人耳听觉范围外的高频声音,风道内的另一部分气流V2经风板上孔210喷出,由于风板孔210的出气方向与延伸壁上孔25的出气方向交汇,因此由风板孔210喷出的气流使延伸壁上的孔25喷出的气流方向发生改变形成空气扰流现象,并在消音管与风道壁之间的腔体3内形成扰流区S,上述的扰流现象能够进一步减小噪声等级提高消音管的降噪效果从而达到消音的目的。
l参照图8所示,卡槽11设置在周壁12上由两侧凸起13围成,风板21与卡槽11结构简单连接牢固密封性能良好,能够简化生产工艺步揍,减少人力投入,提高生产效率。
实施例二
参照图9所示:消音管2的第二种实施方式,其外形轮廓与实施方式一中的消音管相同,即包括开口端22与封闭端24,开口端22与封闭端24相对设置,开口端22与封闭端24之间设有延伸壁23,延伸壁23具有一个底面26和两个均为平面的侧面27,顶面为弧面28,弧面28的高度从开口端22到封闭端24逐渐降低,从开口端22到封闭端24的横截面积逐渐减小,延伸壁23四个面上设有圆孔25和小孔29。
消音管2相对于实施例一所述的消音管2,其延伸壁23上的孔径的大小有所改变,消音管2靠近开口端22部布满圆孔25,消音管2靠近封闭端24部布满小孔29,所述圆孔25孔径大于小孔29孔径,所述圆孔25和小孔29的孔径均小于5毫米。
参照图10所示:圆孔25孔径d1与小孔29孔径d2和孔心间距l满足不等式l≥d1+d2,该不等式使圆孔25和小孔29不会过于密集影响降噪效果,在保证出风效果的情况下,孔心间距l越小消音管2的体积越小,使之便于安装在吸尘器风道1较小的空间内。
在上述两个实施例中,一方面吸尘器运行时一部分气流由开口端进入消音管,气流经过 延伸壁上小于5毫米的孔喷出,形成人耳听觉范围外的高频声音;另一方面风道内的另一部分气流经风板上的孔喷出,由于风板上孔的出气方向与延伸壁上孔的出气方向交汇,因此由风板上孔喷出的气流使延伸壁上的孔喷出的气流方向发生改变形成空气扰流现象,并在消音管与风道壁之间的腔体内形成扰流区,上述的扰流现象能够进减小噪声等级提高消音管的降噪效果。本技术方案相对现有技术在整体降噪效果上可以降低3-4分贝。
上述为本发明较佳的实施例,但本发明非限定于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明权利要求范围均可做变动和修改,因此本发明以权利要求保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种干湿两用吸尘器,其包括:风道、消音管,所述消音管安装在吸尘风道内,消音管设有开口端和封闭端,封闭端与开口端相对设置,开口端与封闭端之间存在延伸壁,延伸壁上布置孔,风道内气流从开口端进入消音管从所述孔流出,其特征在于:所述的消音管还设置有风板,风板上设置孔,所述风板孔的出气方向与延伸壁上孔的出气方向交汇形成扰流区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的延伸壁上孔的孔径小于或等于5毫米,任意两孔孔心间距l与两孔径d1、d2和满足不等式l≥d1+d2。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:所述孔径d1和d2相等。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:所述孔径d1和d2不相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:所述延伸壁与风道周壁之间存在腔体,所述的扰流区位于腔体内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:风道内具有卡槽固定装置,所述的风板插入卡槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种干湿两用吸尘器,其特征在于:所述消音管由开口端到封闭端横截面逐渐减小。
