본 발명은 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 매선요 법 (약실자입요법 )에 의하여 혈위를 자극하는 약실로서 , 통증, 피부 미용, 체형과 비만을 교정할 수 있고, 황기 성분이 포함되어 이루어져 피부 재생을 행할 수 있는 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
【배경기술]
피부 미용에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 이마나 눈가의 늘어진 주름, 입가의 팔 자 주름, 쳐진 볼과 그로 인해 턱 라인이 두 줄로 흐트러진 경우, 목과 가로로 드 리워진 굵은 주름 등 얼굴이나 기타 신체의 각부 피부에 형성되는 주름을 제거하기 위한 시술법들이 속속 등장하고 있다.
이러한 주름 제거 시술법으로는 안면 거상술, 필러 삽입술, 보특스 주사법, 레이저 피부 재생술 등이 있으나, 최근에는 외과용 수술 칼을 얼굴에 대지 않고도 손쉽게 주름을 제거할 수 있는 시술법들이 개발되고 있다.
그 중 대표적인 것으로는 한방성형에서 사용되고 있는 매선요법이 있으며, 매선요법은, 약 그 0[USP] ~ 5-0[USP]의 두께를 갖는 매선용 매선 (약실)을 얼굴에 묻어두는 시술로서, 피부가 처지는 혈 자리에 중력의 반대방향으로 침을 놓게 되 며, 참고로 USP는 봉합사 실의 굵기 규격 표시이다.
침의 앞부분 코에는 매선 (약실)이 끼워져 있어 침을 뺄 때는 그 매선을 피부 에 남겨 두게 되어 피부조직을 끌어올려 피부를 탱탱하게 유지시켜주도록 한다. 리프팅 시술을 통해 피부조직에 남아있는 매선은 8개월 ~ 1년여 동안 피부 속에 남아 콜라겐, 엘라스틴 생성을 촉진시켜 피부탄력을 좋게 만들어주며, 더불어 피부에 영양공급을 원활히 해주어 피부 톤을 밝게 해주는 효과를 나타낸다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제 10-2013-0105236호 (2013년 9 월 26일 공개, 발명의 명칭 : 주름 제거 시술용 가시매선)에 개시되어 있다.
【발명의 상세한 설명】
【기술적 과제】
본 발명은 통증, 피부 미용, 체형과 비만을 교정할 수 있고, 황기 성분이 포 함되어 이루어져 피부 재생을 행할 수 있는 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법을 제 공하는데 그목적이 있다.
【기술적 해결방법】
상가와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드 -카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또 는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하고, 70~90중량 >의 비율로 흔합되는 매선 실; 및 상 기 매선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 10~30증량 ¾의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추출액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 매선 실의 직경은 0.070~0. 100隱로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 상기 약실의 강도는 4.90~5.40kgf/mm2로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리 콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하 고, 45-70중량 %의 비율로 흔합되는 매선 실; 상기 매선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 5~30중량 %의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추출액; 및 마황, 계지, 석고, 지모, 치자, 대 황, 금은화, 녹두, 백렴, 노회, 욱리인, 초오, 모과, 섬수, 오공, 자하거, 녹용, 오가피, 창출, 후박, 부자, 연교, 인삼, 당귀, 두충, 우황추출액, 후시딘산, 바시 트라신계열 약물 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상으로 이루어지고, 20~40중량 % 비율로 첨가되는 첨가물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은, (a) 황기 추출액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 폴리 디옥사논, 글 리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 가열하여 겔상태로 변환시키는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 겔상태로 변환된 혼합물에 상기 (a) 단계에서 제조되는 상기 황기 추출액 을 흔합하여 황기흔합물을 제조하는 단계; (d) 상기 황기흔합물올 냉각시키는 단 계; (e) 넁각된 상기 황기흔합물을 압출시켜 약실을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것 을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 (a) 단계는, 10~25중량 ¾의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 75-90중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열 하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단계 ; 상기 황기약액을 플라스크에 담아 섭 씨 65~85도로 가열하고, 로터리 진공 증발 건조기를 이용하여 상기 황기약액을 감 압 농축시키는 단계; 감압 농축한 상기 황기약액을 급속 냉동 넁장고에 넣어 넁각 시켜 저장하고, 동결건조기에서 60~80시간 동안 동결 건조시키는 단계; 동결 건조 되고 5~15중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기가루와, 85~95중량 >의 비율로 첨가되는 증
류수를 흔합하고, 8000~17000rpm으로 10-50분간 원심분리하여 상층액을 취하여 0.25 0.65 필터로 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 (a) 단계는, 2~8증량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 )의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열 하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 황기약액을 초음파 추출기에 넣 고 추출하여 황기 추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 (a) 단계는, 2~8중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열 하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 황기약액과 이산화탄소를 혼합 하여 추출기에 공급하는 단계; 상기 추출기로부터 제공되는 상기 황기약액과 이산 화탄소의 흔합액의 온도와 압력을 배압조절기에 의해 조절하여 초임계 상태로 상태 변화시키는 단계; 및 초임계 상태의 상기 황기약액과 이산화탄소의 흔합액을 분류 기에 공급하여 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 (a) 단계는, 2~8중량 >의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 1C卜 50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열 하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 황기약액을 알코을, 아세톤 에 테르 클로로품 및 벤젠 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상과 흔합하는 흔합단계; 및 상기 흔합단계에서 제공되는 흔합물올 설정시간 경과 후에 농축시켜 황기추출액을 제조 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
【유리한 효과】
본 발명에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법은, 매선용 약실에 황기 추 출액을 흔합하여 약실이 제조되므로 황기의 피부 재생 능력으로 인하여 주름 개선 효과 및 상처 치료에 탁월한 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 이점이 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제 조방법의 일 실시예를 설명한다.
이러한 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다.
또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로 써, 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
그러므로 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대 로 내려져야 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 황기추출액에 의한 창상 치유 정도가 비 교되도록 흰쥐실험이 도시된 사진이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 황기추 출액에 의한 상처 복원력을 비교하기 위한 그래프이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 황기추출액의 의한 상처 복원력을 비교하는 위한 상처가 도시된 사진이 다.
또한, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 황기추출액의 의한 상처 복원력을 비교하는 위한 상처가 도시된 확대 사진이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실이 도시된 사진이다.
도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 은, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락 티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하고, 70~90중량 %의 비 율로 흔합되는 매선 실과, 매선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 10~30중량 %의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추출액을 포함한다.
매선 실과 황기 추출액올 흔합하여 제조하는 본 실시예의 약실은, 체내 흡수 에 이상이 없고, 체내에 삽입된 약실이 완전히 녹는데 소요되는 기간은 다소 즐어 드는 경향이 있으며, 표 1에 도시된 바와 같이 폴리디옥사논으로 이루어지는 매선 실과, 본 실시예에 따른 약실이 체내에서 중량 감소되는 실험을 행한 결과 본 실시 예의 약실이 효과적으로 중량 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
중량 감소 실험의 폴리디옥사논 매선 실의 성분은 폴리디옥사논 100¾를 사용 하였으며, 본 실시예의 약실의 성분은 폴리디옥사논 80중량 ¾와, 황기 추출액 20중 량%를 사용하였으며, 표 1에 기재된 수치는 나중무게 /처음무게 X 100(¾)로 환산하 여 기재하였으며, 실험조건은 PBS( PH 7.2-7.4, 온도 섭씨 37도)이다.

표 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본 실시예의 약실은 폴리디옥사논으로 제조되는 매 선 실과 비교하여 시술 후 1주일이 경과되면 평균 1.6이 더 감소되고, 1개월이 경 과되면 평균 1.6이 감소되고, 2개월이 경과되면 평균 5.6이 더 감소됨을 알 수 있 다.
따라서 황기 추출액을 포함하는 약실은 종래의 매선 실과 비교하여 시술 후 에 중량이 감소되는 시간이 단축됨을 알 수 있으며, 매선 실 또는 봉합사로 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 황기는 피부 재생 능력으로 인하여 주름 개선 및 상처 치료에 탁월한 효과가 있으며, 이는 하기하는 실험에 의해 입증할 수 있다.
실험동물은 삼육동물센터로부터 구입한 웅성 Sprague— Dawley계 200g 중량의 흰쥐를 사용하였다.
동물은 일정한 온도 (섭씨 23± 1도)와 규칙적인 조명 (12시간 명 /암)이 자동적 으로 조절되는 동물실에서 각 케이지당 한 마리씩 사육되었고, 사료와 음수가 자유 롭게 공급되었으며, 일주일간의 적웅기간을 거친 후에 본 실험에 사용되었다.
황기추출액은 5000ml 규격의 bal l f lask를 이용하여 동국대 한방변원으로부 터 구입한 황기 600g을 증류수 3L에 30분 동안 담가놓은 후에 Mult iple Roat Mant le(Tops Co. , Korea)에서 1.5시간을 끓이고 거즈로 걸러 약액만 용기에 모았 다.
황기약액을 플라스크에 담아 섭씨 65~85도로 가열하면서 rotatory vacuum evaporator (R-124A, Buchi Co. , Swi tzer land)를 이용하여 감압 농축하였다.
감압 농축한 황기약액을 식혀 deep freezer (Thermo Electron Co. , OH, USA) 에 오버나이트 저장하여 충분히 얼린 후에 동결건조기 (Telstar Lioal fa-6 , Telstar Co. , Spain)에서 72시간 동안 동결건조 시켰다.
동결건조된 황기가루 5g을 50ml의 3차 증류수에 녹인 후 12000rpm으로 20분 간 원심분리하여 상층액을 취한 다음 0.45 필터로 여과하여 사용한다.
실험군은 비처리군 (η=5) , 대조군 Α(η=6) , 대조군 Β(η=6) , 실험군 (η=6)의 4개 그룹으로 나우었고 비처리군 (C0N)은 창상 유발 후 아무런 치료를 하지 않았고, 대 조군 A(N.F)는 후시딘산 나트륨 연고제 (동화제약, 한국)를 창상에 0.2g씩 발라주었
고, 대조군 B(EGF)는 EGF Jpstate Biotech Co. , GA, USA) lOOug을 /g/ml의 농도로 PBS에 녹여 창상에 씩 micro-pipette를 이용하여 도포하였으며, 실험군은 본 발명에 따른 황기추출액을 도포하였다.
창상 유발은, 실험동물을 70% N2/30% 02에 흔합된 5% isof lurane을 이용하여 흡입마취 유도를 한 후에 2¾ isof lurane으로 마취상태를 계속 유지시켰다. 쥐의 등을 제모기로 깨끗하게 제모한 후 경추와 고관절 중앙에 2 X 2cm2의 크 기로 정사각형을 작도하고 소독된 sci ssors를 이용하여 근막 위까지 제거하여 전층 피부 결손창을 만들었다.
창상을 가진 쥐들은 일동제약의 습윤 드레성제를 사용하여 창상을 덮어 주었 으며 각 케이지에 한 마리씩 수용하여 매일 14시에 치료하였다.
상처 피료의 진행 과정을 관찰하기 위해 창상 유발 후 1, 4, 8일째에 디지털 카메라를 이용하껴 각 군별로 일정 거리에서 촬영하여 상처의 변화를 육안으로 관 찰하였다.
창상이 유발되면 상처 발생 즉시 염증반웅이 시작되어 삼출액이 분비되며 이 과정은 염증기가 끝날 때까지 지속된다.
동시에 혈관수축, 혈소판웅고, 웅혈괴 형성이 일어나고, 그 후 육아과정이라 불리는 증식과정이 시작되는데 상처 발생 2일째부터 지속되어 육아조직들이 홈을 채우기 시작한다.
도 1을 참조하면, 창상 유발 후 치료 4일째에 비처리군은 상처 전체적으로 부종이 발견되었으며 대조군 B는 부분적으로만 부종이 발견되었다.
A,R군 (본 발명에 따른 황기추출액을 도포한 실험군 : Astragal i Radix)은 CON군에 비해 상처의 면적이 더 많이 수축되었고, 부종의 크기도 작았으며, 다른 군들에 비해 삼출액의 양이 가장 적게 분비되었다.
치료 8일째에 CON군은 4일째에 비해 상처는 수축되었으나 삼출액이 아직 분 비되었고, A,R군은 삼출액이 분비되지 않았으며, CON군에 비해 상처가 더욱 수축되 었다.
EGF군은 상처가 가장 많이 수축되었으며, 삼출액은 분지되지 않았다.
상처치료 과정에서 염증반응이 억제되고 재상피화가 완료되면 상처는 수축을 시작하는데, A.R군과 EGF군은 2일에서 회복율을 보이기 시작하여 5일째에 가장 큰 회복율을 보인 반면 CON군은 실험종료일인 11일째에 86%의 상처 회복율을 보였고, 상처 면적이 50<¾까지 치료되는데 6.5일이 걸렸다.
이에 비해 A.R군은 11일째에 92%까지 상처가 치료되었으몌 50%까지 도달하
는데 5일이 경과되었다.
CON군에 비해서 3일째부터 차이를 내기 시작하였으며, 5일째 가장 큰 증가량 을 보였으나 7일 이후로는 큰 증가폭을 나타내지는 않았다.
양성대조군인 EGF군은 50%까지 치료되는데 4.5일로서 가장 빠른 회복율을 보 였으며 11일째에는 97%로 거의 치료가 완료되었다.
또 다른 대조군인 N.F군은 4일째까지 CON군과 비슷한 회복율을 보였지만 5일 째부터 급격히 증가하여 6일째에 50%까지 치료되고 11일째에는 91%까지 회복되어 A.R군과 비슷해졌다. (도 2 참조)
조직 생검을 실시한 결과, 치료 11일째에 상처부위를 근막 윗부분까지 떼어 내어 생검을 행하였으며, H-E 염색 하에 광학현미경으로 관찰하였다.
A.R군의 피부는 표피층 형성이 완료되어 상처부위까지 덮고 있고 상처부위는 육아조직들이 채우고 있으며 상처 가장자리 쪽부터 재형성 과정을 거쳐 신생조직으 로 채우지고 있었다.
CON군과 N.F군 피부의 조직학적 결과도 유사하게 표피부근은 신생조직이 채 워지고 있었으나 근막층 부근은 아직 재형성 과정이 진행되지 않아 육아조직으로 채우져 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.
EGF군은 A.R군과 비슷한 결과를 보였으며, 표피부준과 마찬가지로 근막 위 도 육아조직이 신생조식으로 채워져 가는 것을 확인할 수 있다. (도 3 참조)
상처 치료 과정 중 A.R군과 EFG군이 가장 높^ 회복율을 보인 유발 후 치료 5일째 흰쥐의 등 피부조직을 면역 조직화학법으로 관찰하였다.
A.R군의 상처조직에서 면역 조직화학법에 의해 col lagen typel로 표지된 조 직들 사이에 평행하게 일자로 늘어난 모양으로 분포하고 있었고, 표피와 진피의 경 계면 근처의 세포들에서 가장 많이 나타났다.
CON군도 표피에서는 비슷한 발현양상을 보였으나 진피에서는 각 군중 가장 적게 나타났으며, 세포 주위에 원형을 이루고 존재하였다.
EGF군은 진피에 전체적으로 가장 많이 나타났으며, 평행하게 일직선으로 늘 어나는 발현양상을 보이면서 col lagen typel이 가장 고르게 분포되어 있다. (도 4 참조)
상기한 바와 같이 황기추출액이 상처 치료과정 초기에 CON군에 비해 염증을 억제시켜 삼출액의 분비가 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있다.
또한, 황기 추출액은 재상피화 과정 후 재형성과정을 촉진시켜 육아조직에서 신생조직으로 변화를 촉진시켰으며 Typel 콜라겐 섬유를 증식시켜 상처를 수축시켰
다.
또한, 황기추출액은 상처치료 과정 초기에 염증반웅을 억제하여 빠른 재상피 화 과정으로 진행시켜 주고, 콜라겐 섬유를 증식시켜 세포 기질의 형성을 촉진해 결합조직의 재배치와 상처수축에 도움을 주는 것을 알 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 매선 실의 직경은 0.070-0.100mm로 이루어지는데, 매선 실 의 직경이 0.070mm미만인 경우에는 매선 실에 의한 피부 탄력도 및 수분 함유량의 향상 효과가 현저하게 나타나지 않는 문제점이 있고, 매선 실의 직경이 0.100mm를 초과하는 경우에는 황기 추출액이 매선 실에 스며들기 어려우며 인체 내에서 쉽게 녹지 않는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 본 실시예의 약실 강도는 4.90~5.40kgf/mm2로 이루어지며, 약실의 강 도가 4.90kgf/mm2미만인 경우에는 황기 추출액이 스며든 후에 인체에 삽입하기 어려 우며, 약실의 강도가 5.40kgf/mm2를 초과하는 경우에는 황기 추출액을 포함하는 약 실을 인체에 삽입하였을 때에 약실이 쉽게 녹지 않는 문제점이 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 한방 치료용 약실은 피부재생 능력이 좋 고, 인체 삽입된 후에 쉽게 녹기 때문에 매선 실 또는 봉합사로 사용될 수 있다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실의 제조방 법을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실의 제조방법은, 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계와, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물올 가열하여 겔 상태로 변환시키는 단계와, 겔상태로 변환시키는 단계에서 겔상태로 변환된 흔합물 에 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계에서 제조되는 황기추출액을 흔합하여 황기흔합물을 제조하는 단계와, 황기흔합물을 넁각시키는 단계와, 넁각된 황기흔합물을 압출시켜 약실을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.

감압 농축한 황기약액을 식혀 deep freezer (Thermo Electron Co. , OH, USA)
에 오버나이트 저장하여 충분히 얼린 후에 동결건조기 (Telstar Lioal fa-6, Tel star Co. , Spain)에서 72시간 동안 동결건조 시켰다.
동결건조된 황기가루 5g을 50ml의 3차 증류수에 녹인 후 12000rpm으로 20분 간 원심분리하여 상층액을 취한 다음 필터로 여과하여 사용한다.
겔상태로 변화시키는 단계는, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드 -카토프로락톤중합 체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔 합물을 가^하여 겔상태로 변환시키고 게상태로 변환된 흔합물에 황기추출액을 흔 합하여 넁각시킨 후에 넁각된 황기흔합물을 고압으로 압출시켜 약식을 제조하게 된 다.
본 발명의 제 2실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실은, 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리 드-카토프로락톤중합체 , 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하고, 45~70중량 )의 비율로 흔합되는 매선 실과, 매 선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 5~30중량 %의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추출액과, 마황, 계지, 석고, 지모, 치자, 대황, 금은화, 녹두, 백렴, 노회, 욱리인, 초오, 모과, 섬수, 오공, 자하거, 녹용, 오가괴, 창출, 후박, 부자, 연교, 인삼, 당귀, 두충, 우황추출액, 후시딘산, 바시트라신계열 약물 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상으로 이루 어지고, 20~40중량 비율로 첨가되는 첨가물을 포함한다.
본 실시예는 일 실시예와 비교하여 첨가물이 더 포함되는 것이 특징이며, 첨 가물을 이루는 다수의 조성물 중에 마황은, 풍한 (風寒)을 소산시키고, 발한해표, 오한발열, 두통, 천식, 해수, 수종, 신체상부 마비, 피부마비, 층혈, 어혈에 사용 되는 약재이다.
계지는, 초기 감기에 피부의 땀구멍을 열어 땀을 내며, 어깨와 둥의 통증, 사지관절의 동통을 완화시켜 주며 기혈의 순환을 촉진 시키고 양기부족을 치료하는 약재이다.
또한, 계지의 약리작용은 대장균, 고초간균, 황색포도균, 폐렴쌍구균 등의 발육을 억제하고 유행성감기바이러스를 억제하며 이뇨작용을 이룬다.
석고는, 기아증을 제거하고 열을 내리며 번조 (煩燥)를 제거하고 갈증을 멈추 게 하는 효능이 있는 약재이다.
지모는, 열을 내리고 갈증과 가슴이 답답하고 팔다리를 가만히 두지 못하는 증상에 쓰이며 해수, 마른기침, 뼛골이 쑤시고 조열이 나며 식은땀이 나는 증상에 진액을 생성하여 치료하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 지모의 약리작용으로 해열, 신경계통진정, 진통 진정, 부신피질호르
몬 자극억제, 만성기관지염치료, 담증분비, 억균, 혈당강하작용이 있다. 상기한 바와 같이 본 실시예의 첨가물로 사용되는 약재는 한의학에서 사용되 는 약재들이며, 하나 또는 2개 이상의 약재가흔합되어 첨가물을 이를 수 있다. 또한, 황기추출액이 생략되고 상기한 첨가물 중에 어느 하나 또는 2개이 이 상의 약재가 흔합되어 제조되는 추출액이 매선 실에 스며들도톡 약실을 제조할 수 있으며, 이는 본 발명의 기술구성을 인지한 당업자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있는 것 이므로 다른 실시예에 따른 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
본 발명의 제 3실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법의 황기추출액을 제 조하는 단계는, 2~8중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량)의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제 조하는 단계와, 황기약액을 초음파 추출기에 넣고 추출하여 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하다.
본 실시예는 제 1실시예와 동일한 방법으로 황기약액을 제조하고, 황기약액을 초음파 추출기에 제공하여 황기약액으로부터 황기추출액올 제조한다.
본 발명의 게 4실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법의 황기추출액을 제 조하는 단계는, 2~8중량 ¾의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 ¾의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제 조하는 단계와, 황기약액과 이산화탄소를 흔합하여 추출기에 공급하는 단계와, 추 출기로부터 제공되는 황기약액과 이산화탄소의 흔합액의 온도와 압력을 배압조절기 에 의해 조절하여 초임계 상태로 상태 변화시키는 단계와, 초임계 상태의 황기약액 과 이산화탄소의 흔합액을 분류기에 공급하여 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함 한다. .
본 실시예는 초임계 추출법으로 황기추출액을 제조하는 방법이며, 분류기에 서 분류되는 이산화탄소는 넁각기를 통과하면서 액체 상태로 변환되어 탱크에 저장 되고, 다시 펌프로 가압하여 추출기로 순환되면서 재활용된다.
본 발명의 제 5실시예에 따른 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법의 황기추출액을 제 조하는 단계는, 2~8중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 ¾)의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10-50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제 조하는 단계와, 황기약액을 알코올, 아세톤, 에테르 클로로품 및 벤젠 중 어느 하 나 또는 2개 이상과 흔합하는 흔합단계와, 흔합단계에서 제공되는 흔합물을 설정시 간 경과 후에 농축시켜 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 실시예는 제 1실시예와 동일한 방법으로 황기약액을 제조한 후에 황기약액
을 알코올, 아세톤, 에테르 클로로품 및 벤젠 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상 흔합되 어 이루어지는 흔합물과 흔합하여 설정시간을 경과시키고, 흔합물을 농축시켜 황기 추출액을 제조하는 것이 특징이다.
이로써, 매선요법 (약실자입요법)에 의하여 혈위를 자극하는 약실로서, 통증, 피부 미용, 체형과 비만을 교정할 수 있고, 황기 성분이 포함되어 이루어져 피부 재생을 행할 수 있는 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다. 론 발명은 도면에 도시되는 일 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예 시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다.
또한, 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법을 예로 들어 설명하였으나, 이는 예 시적인 것에 불과하며, 한방 치료용 약실 및 그 제조방법이 아닌 다른 제품에도 본 발명의 약실 및 그 제조방법이 사용될 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체 , 폴리글리콜산, 글라콜리드- 락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하고, 70~90중량 %의 비율로 흔합되는 매선 실; 및
상기 매선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 10~30중량 ¾의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추 출액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 치료용 약실.

제 1항에 있어서, .

폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜리드- 락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 포함하고, 45~70중량%의 비율로 흔합되는 매선 실;
상기 매선 실에 스며들도록 흔합되고, 5~30중량 ¾의 비율로 흔합되는 황기추 출 (액; ^ 마황, 계지ᅤ 석고, 지모, 치자, 대황, 금은화, 녹두, 백렴, 노회, 욱리인, 초오, 모과, 섬수, 오공, 자하거, 녹용, 오가피, 창출, 후박, 부자, 연교, 인삼, 당귀, 두층, 우황추출액, 후시딘산, 바시트라신계열 약물 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상으로 이루어지고, 20~40중량 % 비율로 첨가되는 첨가물을 포함하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 한방 치료용 약실 .
【청구항 5]
(a) 황기 추출액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 폴리 디옥사논, 글리콜리드-카토프로락톤증합체, 폴리글리콜산, 글리콜 리드-락티드 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 2개 이상의 흔합물을 가열하여 겔상태로 변환시키는 단계 ;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 겔상태로 변환된 흔합물에 상기 (a) 단계에서 제조되
는 상기 황기 추출액을 흔합하여 황기흔합물을 제조하는 단계;
(d) 상기 황기흔합물을 넁각시키는 단계;
( e ) 넁각된 상기 황기흔합물을 압출시켜 약실을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법 .
【청구항 6】
제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,
10~25중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 75~90중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수 에 10-50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 황기약액을 풀라스크에 담아 섭씨 65~85도로 가열하고, 로터리 진공 증 발 건조기를 이용하여 상기 황기약액을 감압 농축시키는 단계;
감압 농축한 상기 황기약액을 급속 냉동 넁장고에 넣어 냉각시켜 저장하고, 동결건조기에서 60-80시간 동안 동결 건조시키는 단계;
동결 건조되고 5~15중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기가루와, 85~95중량 %의 비율 로 첨가되는 증류수를 흔합하고, 8000~r7000rpm으로 10~50분간 원심분리하여 상층 액을 취하여 0.25~0.65 /m필터로 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한 방 치료용 약실 제조방법 .
【청구항 7]
제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,
2~8중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 ¾)의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단 계;
상기 황기약액을 초음파 추출기에 넣고 추출하여 황기 추출액을 제조하는 단 계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법 .

제 5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,
2~8중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98증량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단 계;
상기 황기약액과 이산화탄소를 흔합하여 추출기에 공급하는 단계 ;
상기 추출기로부터 제공되는 상기 황기약액과 이산화탄소의 흔합액의 온도와 압력을 배압조절기에 의해 조절하여 초임계 상태로 상태 변화시키는 단계; 및
초임계 상태의 상기 황기약액과 이산화탄소의 흔합액을 분류기에 공급하여 황기추출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 치료용 약실 제 조방법 .
【청구항 9】
저15항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,
2~8중량1 ¾의 비율로 첨가되는 황기를 92~98중량 %의 비율로 첨가되는 증류수에 10~50분 동안 담그고, 1~2시간 동안 가열하여 거즈로 걸러 황기약액을 제조하는 단 계; ,
상기 황기약액을 알코을, 아세톤, 에테르 클로로품 및 벤젠 중 어느 하나 또 는 2개 이상과 흔합하는 흔합단계 ; 및
상기 흔합단계에서 제공되는 흔합물을 설정시간 경과 후에 농축시켜. 황기추 출액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 치료용 약실 제조방법.
