一种密封结构以及设置有该密封结构的装置 技术领域
本发明涉及机械结构,尤其涉及一种密封结构以及设置有该密封结构的装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,各种类型的密封结构已被广泛应用到诸多装置、设备中,用于提供防水、防尘等密封功能。然而,这些现有的密封结构仍然存在着一些不足之处。
例如,在图1中显示出了一种现有的典型密封结构,其被应用在电动车辆的电机上。如图1所示,该密封结构采用了双唇密封设计,即在其本体上设置了两个唇形密封部1a、2a来对穿过内孔的电机轴进行密封,并且使用弹簧3a来约束唇形密封部,金属框架4a嵌装在本体橡胶中以提高刚度,此外还通过润滑脂5a进行润滑和密封,由此来防止水和其他杂物等进入电机中。但是在使用过程中,由于唇形密封部1a经历长期磨损后,其上的橡胶层会变得越来越薄,从而致使弹簧3a直接接触到电机轴,因此导致了在电机轴上出现磨损。这样就将使得密封效果恶化,水等外来物会最终进入到电机内部而引起短路等故障,从而导致该电机失效或受损,降低了装置的可靠性,并且进而危害到财产和人身安全。
发明内容
有鉴于此,根据本发明的第一方面,它提供了一种密封结构,从而有效地解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题和其他方面的问题。在根据本发明的密封结构中,它包括本体和嵌装于所述本体中的框架,所述本体具有用于提供密封的第一部分和第二部分,并且还具有至少一个第三部分,所述第三部分被构造成在其与所述第一部分和第二部分中的至少一个之间形成至少一个空间,用以容纳进入该密封结构内部的外来物。

在根据本发明的密封结构的另外一个有利实施方式中,可选地,所述框架由金属材料制成。
在根据本发明的密封结构的又一个有利实施方式中,可选地,所述本体由弹性材料制成,所述弹性材料包括橡胶。
另外,根据本发明的第二方面,它也提供了一种装置,在该装置上设置有至少一个如以上任一项所述密封结构,所述装置包括电机。
本发明的密封结构具有结构简单、易于制造安装且成本低、密封效果佳、使用寿命长等优点,应用本发明可以显著改进现有密封结构的密封效果及可靠性,实现良好的防水防尘效果。因此,本发明非常适于进行大规模生产和广泛应用,例如可将其应用到诸如电动车电机等各种类型的机电装置上。

具体实施方式
首先,需要说明的是,以下将以示例方式来具体说明本发明的密封结构以及设置有该密封结构的装置的具体结构、特点和优点等,然而所有的描述仅是用来进行说明的,而不应将其理解为对本发明形成任何限制。此外,在本文所提及各实施例中予以描述或隐含的任意单个技术特征,或者被显示或隐含在各附图中的任意单个技术特征,仍然可在这些技术特征(或其等同物)之间继续进行任意组合或删减,从而获得可能没有在本文中直接提及的本发明的更多其他实施例。另外,为了简化图面起见,相同或相类似的零部件和特征在同一附图中可能仅在一处或若干处进行标示。
仅作为举例,在图2中显示出了采用本发明所提供密封结构的一个实施例的剖视结构。如图2所示,在这个实施例中,该密封结构包括本体和嵌装在该本体中的框架6,其中本体可采用例如橡胶等弹性材料制成,而框架6可采用例如金属、合金材料等制成以提高整体结构的刚度。上述本体具有3个部分,即第一部分1、第二部分2和第三部分3,其中第一部分1和第二部分2是被设置用来提供密封功能,即防止例如水、灰尘、沙粒等外来物进入到该密封结构内部。对于第三部分3,它被设置成与第一部分1之间形成第一空间4,并且还与第二部分2之间分别形成第二空间5,这些空间被设计成用来容纳那些穿过第一部分1、第二部分2的密封而不期望地进入到该密封结构内部的外来物。
作为一种可选的情形,可以根据应用需要而在上述第一空间4、第二空间5中填装入例如各种油脂之类的润滑物7,以便不仅可以提供持久且稳定地润滑性来减少摩擦从而延长密封部件的使用寿命,而且也可将进入到密封结构内部的外来物更好地保持在这些空间中,以便在进行日常维护时将这些外来物清除干净。
此外,虽然在图2所示的实施例中,第一部分1、第二部分2和第三部分3被显示为构造成唇形形状,但是本发明实际上也允许根据具体应用场合而在一些实施例中,将它们构造成任何其他的适宜形状。而且,对于第三部分3来讲,可以将其尺寸可选地制造成小于第一部分1、第二部分2中任何一个的尺寸,或者制造成比第一部分1和第二部分2的尺寸都要小,以便由此来控制并减少该第三部分3的接触区域,从而提高其耐久性和耐磨损性。
还需要指出的是,在本发明中,对于用来容纳那些不期望地进入到密封结构内部的外来物的空间,其具体的布置位置、设置数量、构造形状等都是可以根据应用需要来进行灵活设定的。
例如,在一些实施例中,可以设置两个或者更多个的第三部分,以便形成三个或更多个空间。又如,可以通过一个第三部分来与上述的第一部分(或第二部分)仅形成一个空间。再如,可以将由第三部分以及第一部分和/或第二部分所形成的这些空间构造成诸如槽状、半球形或不规则形等任何适宜形状。当然,本发明还允许有选择性地在这些空间中填装入润滑物。
与现有的密封结构相比,由于在本发明的密封结构中取消了诸如弹簧等不利于保证长期密封效果的部件,从而很好地避免了对密封结构造成磨损而导致密封效果恶化,提高了其耐久性和耐磨损性,延长了使用寿命,并且这已经通过测试获得了充分验证,其结果表明本密封结构在防水防尘、耐久性等诸方面对比效果显著。因此,非常 适合将本发明的密封结构应用到各种类型的装置上需要进行密封处理的位置处,例如可在如电动车辆等各类机电装置的电机或其他部件上装设上一个或多个本发明的密封结构,这样即可获得明显优于传统密封结构的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密封结构,其包括本体和嵌装于所述本体中的框架,所述本体具有用于提供密封的第一部分和第二部分,其特征在于,所述本体还具有至少一个第三部分,所述第三部分被构造成在其与所述第一部分和第二部分中的至少一个之间形成至少一个空间,用以容纳进入该密封结构内部的外来物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述密封结构,其特征在于,至少一个所述空间内填装有润滑物。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述密封结构,其特征在于,至少一个所述空间被构造成槽状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述密封结构,其特征在于,所述第三部分被构造成其尺寸小于所述第一部分和/或所述第二部分的尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一部分、第二部分和第三部分均被构造成唇状。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述密封结构,其特征在于,所述框架由金属材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述密封结构,其特征在于,所述本体由弹性材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述密封结构,其特征在于,所述弹性材料包括橡胶。
  9. 一种装置,其特征在于,所述装置上设置有至少一个如权利要求1-8中任一项所述密封结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括电机。
