本发明的至少一个实施例涉及一种显示面板的包装结构及包装方法。 背景技术
由于用于液晶显示面板的玻璃材料是一种防撞性能很差的物品, 当受到 碰撞或者震动的时候, 容易破碎, 导致整个显示面板报废。 显示面板的包装 结构, 大多直接釆用泡沫包装材料得到。 一般显示面板在包装的时候, 都是 水平放置在盒体内, 一层一层的堆叠在一起。 但是由于显示面板自身重力的 原因, 一个显示面板的包装结构里的显示面板堆叠层数不能很多, 因此放置 的显示面板个数较少, 且显示面板容易损伤。 发明内容
本发明的至少一实施例提供一种显示面板的包装结构及包装方法, 能够 增加放置的显示面板个数, 减少显示面板的损伤。

一种显示面板的包装结构 10如图 1所示,包括:盒体 101 ,所述盒体 101 上表面开口; 盒盖 102, 该盒盖 102可以扣置于盒体 101的上表面以覆盖开 口,用于将所述盒体 101封闭。显示面板 20—层一层的堆叠在盒体 101内腔 中。 但是, 由于显示面板 20自身重力的原因, 该显示面板的包装结构 10中 的显示面板堆叠层数不能很多, 否则会造成显示面板 20的损伤。

需要说明的是, 显示面板包括显示面板本体和电路板, 且显示面板本体 与电路板活动连接, 由于显示面板本体垂直盒体上表面放置在盒体内腔, 则 在运输过程中, 如果运输时会产生晃动, 且对电路板不进行有效的固定, 其 可能对显示面板本体拍打或摩擦, 导致显示面板本体的损伤。 因此, 在至少 一个实施例中, 盒体的每个所 ^文置空间可以设置有电路板固定部, 用于固 定所述电路板。

当将所述显示面板的包装结构 30中的各个电路板压块取出,则显示面板 的包装结构 30如图 5所示, 图 5中显示了第一放置空间 3011中的位于所述 盒体 301的内腔壁上的凹槽 3031 , 第二放置空间 3012中的位于所述 1个支 撑挡板上的凹槽 3033 , 第三放置空间 3013中的位于所述 2个支撑挡板中任 意一个支撑挡板上的凹槽 3035 , 如图 5所示, 所述显示面板的包装结构 30 还可以包括: 位于所述盒体侧壁的卡槽 304 , 所述卡槽 304的个数与所述支 撑挡板 302的个数相等, 所述支撑挡板 302通过插入所述卡槽 304与所述盒 体 301活动连接。 例如图 5中, 设置有 4个支撑挡板, 则所述卡槽 304共 4 个。
需要说明的是, 在一个实施例中, 所述显示面板的包装结构中也可以存 在至少一个支撑挡板与所述盒体为一体件, 实际应用中所有的支撑挡板都可 以与盒体成一体件, 支撑挡板与盒体为固定连接, 无需拆装。
本发明至少一实施例中, 所述显示面板的包装结构 30还可以包括盒盖
305 , 如图 6所示。 图 6是所述显示面板的包装结构 30的横截面示意图。 所 述盒盖 305扣置于所述盒体 301的上表面, 用于将所述盒体封闭 301 , 这样 可以避免搬运过程中, 灰尘等异物落入盒体内部, 减少显示面板的污染或损 伤。 支撑挡板 302将所述盒体的内腔划分为多个放置空间, 以便于每个所述 放置空间竖直放置显示面板 20 , 该显示面板 20包括显示面板本体 201和电 路板 202, 例如, 电路板压块 3036插入凹槽 3035并将放置于所述凹槽 3035 内的电路板 202按压固定。
为了方便说明, 本发明实施例以第一显示面板为例, 本发明实施例中, 当通过所述显示面板包装结构包装第一显示面板时, 可以将第一显示面板的 显示面板本体竖直放置在盒体的放置空间内, 使得放置在所述放置空间中的 显示面板本体的显示面垂直于所述盒体的上表面; 然后, 将第一显示面板的 电路板通过电路板固定部固定, 例如, 当第一显示面板所处的所^文置空间 由 1个支撑挡板和所述盒体的内腔壁围成, 且盒体的内腔壁上设置有凹槽, 则可以将电路板插入盒体的内腔壁上的凹槽, 并将电路板压块插入所述凹槽 并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。 当第一显示面板所处的所^文置 空间由 1个支撑挡板和所述盒体的内腔壁围成, 且支撑挡板上设置有凹槽, 则可以将电路板插入支撑挡板上的凹槽, 并将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将 放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。 当所^文置空间由 2个支撑挡板和所 述盒体的内腔壁围成且所述 2 个支撑挡板中任意一个支撑挡板上设置有 IHJ 槽, 则可以将电路板插入任意一个支撑挡板上设置的凹槽, 并将电路板压块 插入所述凹槽并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。 在放置完显示面板 后, 可以在各个放置空间中再填充 EPO、 EPP和 EPS等发泡材料, 以减少显 示面板与支撑挡板的碰撞产生的损伤。
需要说明的是, 其他显示面板的放置方法与第一显示面板的放置方法相 同, 本发明对此不再赘述, 最后, 当所有显示面 文置在盒体内部, 可以将 盒盖扣置于所述盒体的上表面, 以便于将所述盒体封闭。
本发明至少一个实施例提供的显示面板的包装结构, 由于在所述盒体内 腔设置有至少一个支撑挡板, 使得所述盒体的内腔划分为多个放置空间, 从 而能竖直放置多个显示面板, 同时, 放置在所述放置空间中的各个显示面板 也不会因为自身重力原因挤压其他的显示面板, 因此能够增加放置的显示面 板个数, 减少显示面板的损伤。
本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的包装方法,所述显示面板包括显示面 板本体和电路板, 如图 7所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 701、 将所述显示面板本体竖直放置在盒体的放置空间内, 使得放 置在所 i¾置空间中的显示面板本体的显示面垂直于所述盒体的上表面。 步骤 702、 将所述电路板通过电路板固定部固定。
例如,可以将所述电路板插入所述盒体的内腔壁上或支撑挡板上的凹槽; 将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。
具体的, 当第一显示面板所处的所 ^文置空间由 1个支撑挡板和所述盒 体的内腔壁围成, 且盒体的内腔壁上设置有凹槽, 则可以将电路板插入盒体 的内腔壁上的凹槽, 并将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将放置于所述凹槽内的 电路板按压固定。 当第一显示面板所处的所^文置空间由 1个支撑挡板和所 述盒体的内腔壁围成, 且支撑挡板上设置有凹槽, 则可以将电路板插入支撑 挡板上的凹槽, 并将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路 板按压固定。 当所 ^文置空间由 2个支撑挡板和所述盒体的内腔壁围成且所 述 2个支撑挡板中任意一个支撑挡板上设置有凹槽, 则可以将电路板插入任 意一个支撑挡板上设置的凹槽, 并将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将放置于所 述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。
这样一来, 由于显示面板竖直放置在盒体的放置空间中, 则显示面板不 会因为自身重力原因挤压其他的显示面板, 因此能够增加放置的显示面板个 数, 减少显示面板的损伤。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描 述的方法的具体步骤, 可以参考前述显示面板的包装结构中实施例中的对应 过程, 在此不再赘述。
以上所述仅是本发明的示范性实施方式, 而非用于限制本发明的保护范 围, 本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种显示面板的包装结构,所述显示面板包括显示面板本体和电路板, 包括:
盒体, 包括内腔且所述盒体的上表面开口;
所述盒体的内腔中设置的至少一个支撑挡板, 其中, 所述支撑挡板垂直 于所述盒体的上表面将所述盒体的内腔划分为多个竖直的放置空间, 以便于 每个所 ^文置空间竖直放置显示面板, 使得放置在所述放置空间中的显示面 板本体的显示面垂直于所述盒体的上表面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
每个所 文置空间设置有电路板固定部, 用于固定所述电路板。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
当所述放置空间由 1个支撑挡板和所述盒体的内腔壁围成, 所述电路板 固定部包括:
位于所述盒体的内腔壁上的凹槽,
活动设置的电路板压块, 其中, 所述电路板压块设置为可插入所述凹槽 并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中, 所述凹槽位于所 述盒体的与所述挡板相对的内腔壁的上部, 所述 IHJ槽的底面距离所述盒体底 面的高度等于所述显示面板的高度。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
当所述放置空间由 2个支撑挡板和所述盒体的内腔壁围成, 所述电路板 固定部包括:
位于所述 2个支撑挡板中任意一个支撑挡板上的 IHJ槽,
活动设置的电路板压块, 其中, 所述电路板压块设置为可插入所述凹槽 并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中, 所述凹槽位于所 述支撑挡板的上部, 所述凹槽的底面距离盒体底面的高度等于所述显示面板 的高度。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任意一项权利要求所述的显示面板的包装结构, 还包括:
位于所述盒体侧壁的卡槽,
其中, 所述卡槽的个数与所述支撑挡板的个数相等; 所述支撑挡板通过 插入所述卡槽与所述盒体活动连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项权利要求所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中, 所述至少一个支撑挡板与所述盒体为一体件。
9、 根据权利要求 3或 5所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
所述电路板压块由防静电材料制成。
10、 根据权利要求 1-9所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
当所述支撑挡板至少有两个时, 所述支撑挡板呈线性间隔排布, 所述支 撑挡板之间的间隔大于等于所述显示面板的厚度。
11、 根据权利要求 1-10所述的显示面板的包装结构, 其中,
所述盒体由发泡材料制成。
12、 根据权利要求 1-11所述的显示面板的包装结构, 还包括:
盒盖, 所述盒盖扣置于所述盒体的上表面, 用于将所述盒体封闭。
13、 一种显示面板的包装方法, 所述显示面板包括显示面板本体和电路 板, 包括:
将所述显示面板本体竖直放置在盒体的放置空间内, 使得放置在所述放 置空间中的显示面板本体的显示面垂直于所述盒体的上表面;
将所述电路板通过电路板固定部固定。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其中, 将所述电路板插入所述盒体的 内腔壁上或支撑挡板上的 槽;
将电路板压块插入所述凹槽并将放置于所述凹槽内的电路板按压固定。
