本实施例的家用电梯曳引驱动装置如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 电梯井道 6的顶部一侧安置两开口朝外槽钢制成的水平顶部承重梁 1, 顶部承重梁 1 上安装具有曳引驱动轮 3的曳引电机 2以及对重绳头板固定座 4。电梯井道 6远离顶部承重梁 1的侧壁顶部固定轿厢绳头板固定座 5。 曳引驱动轮 3与 电梯井道间距较小的一侧悬垂的钢丝绳 7-1绕过对重装置 8上部的对重绳 轮 9后, 端头经朝上延伸的 7-2固定于对重绳头板固定座 4。对重绳轮 9的 轴线与曳引驱动轮 3的轴向垂直。 曳引驱动轮 3与电梯井道间距较大的一 侧悬垂的钢丝绳 7-3绕过轿厢 10底部两侧的一对轴线与曳引驱动轮 3轴向 平行的导向绳轮 11后,端头经朝上延伸的 7-4固定于轿厢绳头板固定座 5。
施工时, 按预定尺寸在电梯井道顶层空间内埋入两槽钢制成的顶部承 重梁, 曳引机通过自带的曳引机安装板安装在顶部承重梁上, 对重绳头板 固定座调整到适合位置后悍接固定于顶部承重梁。 轿厢绳头板固定座安装 于远离顶部承重梁的井道侧壁上。 之后承重梁两侧分别通过钢丝绳悬吊对 重和轿厢。
容易理解, 本实施例结构简单, 实施方便, 可以达到曳引比 2 : 1, 系 统受力平衡, 有利于保证电梯的平稳运行, 并充分利用电梯井道空间。
需要说明的是, 任何类似结构皆属于本专利的保护范围。 另外, 本领 域的技术人员对本技术方案进行的非创造性改进, 也属于本专利的保护范 围。
