参照图1和图2,一种网式保温护理床,主要包括床框1、网状织物2、喷淋管3、保温排水底罩4、底座5和辅承重层6,本实例中底座5以支撑脚的形式出现,也可以在两侧支撑脚的着地部安装在滚轮,以使护理床能推动前行;
保温排水底罩4设置在床框1下部,网状织物2至少有二条边悬挂于床框1相对的二对应边之间,形成相互定位结构;更具体地说是网状织物2的两条长边,通过悬挂的结构定位在床框1上;辅承重层6设置在网状织物2的下方,喷淋管3安装在网状织物2与辅承重层6之间,安装的位置在床框1或者辅承重框61的喷淋管槽31内,喷淋管3不用时隐藏于喷淋管槽31内。工作时喷淋管3从喷淋管槽31内伸出,在水平方向作扇形摆动,摆动角度170度以内,摆动时喷淋管3向上、下等各方向喷射水流清洗网状织物2的下表面与辅承重层6的上表面。清洗时要改变人体在床上的姿势,人体向左侧身,可以清洗右边包括中间部分的网状织物2的下表面与辅承重层6的上表面;反之,人体向右侧身,可以清洗左边包括中间部分。
参照图1至图4,所述辅承重层6由具有网眼62的刚性体63和弹性体64组合而成,在弹性体64外侧也可包裹有防水防污的表层;所述辅承重层6上的网眼62成倒锥状结构,上大下小,网眼62内切圆直径在5mm-60mm之间,由网眼62分隔出的弹性体64构成能衬托在网状织物2下方的网格支撑体,该网格支撑体朝网状织物一面的网格线宽度D在0.3mm -3mm之间;辅承重层6安装在辅承重框61内,借助辅承重框61安装在床框1内侧,辅承重框61与床框1形成间距可调节的定位结构,空载时,网状织物2与网格支撑面之间的距离大于15mm;更具体地说,辅承重层6的刚性体63边沿具有悬挂孔,辅承重框61上设有悬挂柱65,辅承重层6通过悬挂孔与辅承重框61的悬挂柱65安装在一起;所述辅承重框61上的各个悬挂柱65,能相对辅承重框61作垂直方向的独立调节,垂直调节的位移量不大于7cm。
另外,辅承重框61与床框1形成间距可调节的定位结构,该辅承重框61垂直方向可以升降的最大范围不大于8cm,以便根据 医生要求和个人习惯 ,调节辅承重层6与网状织物2的最佳间距。
参照图5,所述网状织物2的网孔22直经或网孔22的内切圆直径是构成网孔的经、纬线21直径的2倍至6倍,构成网孔的径、纬线21直径小于0.55mm,网孔22直径或网孔的内切圆直径小于1.5mm,一个网孔22单元的网孔开口面积占该网孔单元总面积的35%至78%;网状织物2的厚度小于1.1mm。另外,网状织物2沿经线或纬线之一方向或者两个方向,具有密集经线或者纬线组成的交织条23,所述的交织条23由2至5根紧密排列的经线或者纬线组成,所述的交织条23呈梳状或格栅状条纹均匀分布于所述的网状织物2上,二个相邻的交织条23的最小间距是3mm,最大间距是50mm;在所述的交织条23表面沟槽涂覆并填充防水的粘结物质。
实施例二:
参照图6,在所述辅承重框61内,沿平行于辅承重框61的长边和短边的方向,纵横等距排列不锈钢丝66,排列间距5mm至60mm;不锈钢丝66从限位板67的小孔穿过后与弹簧68的一端紧固连接,弹簧68的另一端与辅承重框61紧固连接;不锈钢丝66与限位板67的小孔形成滑动配合,但是弹簧68无法通过限位板67的小孔;不锈钢丝66、弹簧68、限位板67三者组合与辅承重框61形成弹性连接和相互定位关系;不锈钢丝66的拉伸长度可以忽略不计,弹簧68的伸缩数值由限位板67与辅承重框61之间的距离决定,二者之间的距离增加,则弹簧68的伸缩数值增加。不锈钢丝66、弹簧68、限位板67三者组合构成辅承重层6。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种网式保温护理床,主要包括床框、网状织物、喷淋管、保温排水底罩、底座;所述保温排水底罩设置在床框下部,所述网状织物至少有二条边悬挂于床框相对的二对应边之间,形成相互定位结构;其特征是在所述网状织物的下方设置有辅承重层,该辅承重层为具有网眼的网格支撑体,网格支撑体朝网状织物一面的网格线宽度在0.3mm-3mm之间,网眼内切圆直径在5mm-60mm之间,所述辅承重层安装在辅承重框内,借助辅承重框安装在床框内侧,辅承重框与床框形成间距可调节的定位结构,空载时,网状织物与辅承重层之间的距离大于15mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是该辅承重层的网格支撑体由刚性体和弹性体组合而成,所述辅承重层上的网眼成倒锥状结构,上大下小。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是辅承重层的刚性体边沿具有悬挂孔,辅承重框上设有悬挂柱,辅承重层通过悬挂孔与辅承重框的悬挂柱安装在一起;所述辅承重框上的各个悬挂柱,能相对辅承重框作垂直方向的独立调节,垂直调节的位移量不大于7cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是该辅承重层的网格支撑体由纵横等距排列的不锈钢丝和限位板组合而成,所述的不锈钢丝两端分别穿过限位板小孔后与弹簧一端紧固,弹簧另一端固定在辅承重框上;所述的限位板与辅承重框之间的距离可调整并且可以在选定位置被固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或4所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是辅承重框与床框形成间距可调节的定位结构,辅承重框垂直方向可以升降的最大范围不大于8cm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是网状织物的网孔直经或网孔的内切圆直径是构成网孔的经、纬线直径的2倍至6倍,构成网孔的径、纬线直径小于0.55mm,网孔直径或网孔的内切圆直径小于1.5mm,一个网孔单元的网孔开口面积占该网孔单元总面积的35%至78%;所述的网状织物的厚度小于1.1mm;所述的网状织物至少有二边悬挂于床框相对的二对应边之间,形成相互定位结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是网状织物沿经线或纬线之一方向或者两个方向,具有密集经线或者纬线组成的交织条,所述的交织条由2至5根紧密排列的经线或者纬线组成,所述的交织条呈梳状或格栅状条纹均匀分布于所述的网状织物上,二个相邻的交织条的最小间距是3mm,最大间距是50mm;在所述的交织条表面沟槽涂覆并填充防水的粘结物质。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的网式保温护理床,其特征是喷淋管安装在网状织物与辅承重层之间,安装的位置在床框或者辅承重框的喷淋管槽内,喷淋管不用时隐藏于喷淋管槽内。
