所述抹地圈组件 7设置在底盘 6下方,所述底盘 6还包括 6个小磁铁 602和 8个钢珠 603 所述抹地圈组件 7还包括 6个铁片 701,所述 6个小磁铁 602均匀地设置在底盘 6上, 6个铁 片 701均匀地设置在抹地圈组件 7上, 小磁铁 602与铁片 701的位置上、 下对应, 抹地圈组 件 7与底盘 6之间为恒磁铁吸合连接。
所述 8个钢珠 603嵌入在底盘 6中, 在底盘 6中均匀分布、 挡在安装座 9的外圆上、 可 以自由转动, 所述 8个钢珠 603嵌入在底盘 6中, 在底盘 6中均匀分布、 挡在安装座 9的外 圆上、 可以自由转动。
所述齿圈固定转盘 8包括中心轴孔 802, 所述安装座 9与中心轴孔 802之间装有一轴承, 以减少安装座 9在机子旋转中的阻力。
当驱动电机 301启动时,电机轴 302带动驱动蜗杆 305转动,驱动蜗杆 305带动蜗轮 A306 转动, 蜗轮 A306带动主动轴 303转动、 同时也带动两个轮子 304转动, 使整个自动抹地机向 前运动; 驱动蜗杆 305也带动蜗轮 B307转动, 蜗轮 B307依次带动圆柱直齿轮 A308、 圆柱直 齿轮 B309、 圆柱直齿轮 C310、双联齿轮 D311转动, 双联齿轮 D311带动内齿圈 312和齿圈固 定转盘 8转动; 齿圈固定转盘 8又带动底盘 6转动, 最后, 底盘 6带动抹地圈组件 7也与底 盘 6同步转动, 起到抹地的作用; 在正常工作状态时, 内齿圈 312转动, 同时齿圈固定转盘 8、 底盘 6、 抹地圈组件 7、 外 壳 2—起转动。 当抹地圈组件 7碰到墙或其他障碍物无法转动时, 内齿圈 312停止转动, 而 行星齿轮 3112开始沿着着内齿圈 312内圈作行星旋转。这样, 在传动部件 3中, 除了内齿圈 312外, 其他的传动部分都开始沿着内齿圈转动, 同时带动安装座 9、 电机盖 10、 上盖板 1、 电气部件 4转动, 轮子 304随之改变方向。

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种具横向设置驱动蜗杆的自动抹地机, 以下简称自动抹地机, 包括上盖板、 外壳、 传动 部件、 电气部件、 底盖、 底盘和抹地圈组件, 所述传动部件包括驱动机构、 抹地机前进机构 和抹地圈旋转机构, 所述驱动机构包括驱动电机和电机轴; 所述抹地机前进机构包括主动轴 和轮子, 所述轮子有 2个, 2个轮子分别固定连接在主动轴两端; 所述电气部件包括充电系 统和开关组件;
本自动抹地机还包括齿圈固定转盘、 安装座和电机盖;
驱动机构还包括驱动蜗杆, 所述电机轴和驱动蜗杆水平设置, 驱动蜗杆固定设置在电机 轴前端, 驱动蜗杆与电机轴为一体结构, 驱动蜗杆与电机轴在同一轴心上; 所述抹地圈旋转 机构与驱动机构设置在同一平面上;
所述抹地机前进机构还包括蜗轮 A, 所述抹地圈旋转机构包括蜗轮8、 圆柱直齿轮 A、 圆 柱直齿轮8、圆柱直齿轮 C、双联齿轮和内齿圈,所述双联齿轮包括圆柱直齿轮 D和行星齿轮, 所述行星齿轮位于圆柱直齿轮 D下方;本自动抹地机的总高度为 60_64 ,轮子宽度为 8-15mm; 所述蜗轮 A以垂直方向设置在驱动蜗杆下方,蜗轮 A通过其中心孔固定安装在主动轴上; 蜗轮 A与驱动蜗杆啮合; 所述蜗轮 B以水平方向设置在驱动蜗杆一侧, 蜗轮 B与驱动蜗杆啮 合; 圆柱直齿轮 A、 圆柱直齿轮 B、 圆柱直齿轮 C、 圆柱直齿轮 D依次为齿轮啮合连接; 所述 行星齿轮与内齿圈啮合;
所述安装座设置在传动部件上方; 所述齿圈固定转盘设置在安装座和内齿圈的上方, 齿 圈固定转盘与内齿圈紧配合连接; 所述电机盖设置在传动部件下方, 安装座上面设置有轴 A 轴8、 轴(、 轴 D, 所述轴 A、 轴8、 轴 、 轴 D与安装座为压入式连接; 轴4、 轴8、 轴 C 轴 D分别与圆柱直齿轮 A、 圆柱直齿轮 B、 圆柱直齿轮 C、 双联齿轮互相插接、 间隙配合并转 动连接;
齿圈固定转盘外侧设置有螺钉穿孔, 所述底盘上设置有固定柱, 底盘与齿圈固定转盘通 过固定柱和螺钉穿孔固定连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具横向设置驱动蜗杆的自动抹地机, 其特征在于: 本自动抹地 机的总高度为 62 轮子宽度为 10
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种具横向设置驱动蜗杆的自动抹地机, 其特征在于: 所述外壳固 定设置在齿圈固定转盘上方, 所述电气部件固定设置在外壳中间部位, 所述上盖板固定设置 在电气部件上方。
