优选的, 所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
50 wt%〜90 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇。
优选的, 包括 55 wt%〜85 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯。
优选的, 所述多元醇为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物。
优选的, 包括以下组分:
20 wt%〜60 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
30 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙三醇。
优选的, 包括 25 wt%〜55 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯。
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液,包括香精香料和上述技术方案所述的 电子烟烟液溶剂。
优选的, 所述香精香料与所述电子烟烟液溶剂的质量比为 ( 0週〜0.06 ) : 1。
优选的, 还包括尼古丁。
优选的, 所述尼古丁的质量含量 < 5 wt%。
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 包括柠檬酸三乙酯。本发明将柠 檬酸三乙酯作为电子烟烟液的溶剂, 由于柠檬酸三乙酯的作用,使得以本 发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟液在加热雾化时,具有较 大烟雾量, 增加了吸烟者的体验, 吸烟体验厚实、 饱满、 不干不润, 具有 较高的吸食舒适度。 而且,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂的组分都是食品 级溶剂, 对吸食者的身体无害。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 包括柠檬酸三乙酯。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂中包括柠檬酸三乙酯,提高了以所述电 子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟液在吸食时的烟雾量,增加了吸烟者的 体验; 而且口感厚实、 饱满、 不干不润, 具有较高的吸食舒适度。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯,本发明优选采用质 量浓度为 95 wt%以上的柠檬酸三乙酯, 即食品级的柠檬酸三乙酯, 作为 原料, 制备得到电子烟液溶剂, 因而可保证健康和安全。 在本发明中, 所 述柠檬酸三乙酯的质量浓度优选为 95 wt%〜99 wt%, 在本发明的实施例 中, 所述柠檬酸三乙酯的质量含量可以具体为 95 wt%、 96 wt%、 97 wt%、 98 wt%或 99 wt%。 在本发明中, 所述电子烟烟液溶剂可以仅为柠檬酸三 乙酯, 也可以为柠檬酸三乙酯与多元醇混合形成的溶液。 多元醇优选为丙二醇。 当所述多元醇为丙二醇时,所述电子烟烟液溶剂包 括柠檬酸三乙酯和丙二醇,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括以下组 分:
50 wt%〜90 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇。
当所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯和丙二醇时,本发明提供的 电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 50 wt%〜90 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯, 更优选为 55 wt%〜85 wt%, 最优选为 60 wt%〜80 wt%; 在本发明的实施例中, 所述柠 檬酸三乙酯在所述电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 50 wt%、 55 wt%、 60 wt%、 65 wt%、 70 wt%、 75 wt%、 80 wt%、 85 wt%或 90 wt%。 本发明优选采用上述技术方案所述的食品级柠檬酸三乙酯与丙二醇混合, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂,对所述食品级柠檬酸三乙酯的质量浓度在此不再贅 述。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇,更 优选为 15 wt%〜45 wt%,最优选为 20 wt%〜40 wt%;在本发明的实施例中, 所述丙二醇在所述电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 10 wt%、 15 wt%、 20 wt%、 25 wt%、 30 wt%、 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%或 50 wt%。
在本发明中, 所述多元醇还优选为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物, 当所述 多元醇为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物时,所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括柠檬酸三
20 wt%〜60 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
30 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇; 10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙三醇。
当所述电子烟烟液溶剂包括柠檬酸三乙酯、 丙二醇和丙三醇时,本发 明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 20 wt%〜60 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯,更优 选为 25 wt%〜55 wt%, 最优选为 30 wt%〜50 wt%; 在本发明的实施例中, 所述柠檬酸三乙酯在电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 20 wt%、 25 wt%、 30 wt%、 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%、 50 wt%, 55 wt%或 60 wt%; 本发明优选采用上述技术方案所述的食品级柠檬酸三乙酯,对所述食品级 柠檬酸三乙酯的质量浓度不再贅述。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 30 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇,更 优选为 35 wt%〜45 wt%; 在本发明的实施例中, 所述丙二醇在所述电子烟 烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 30 wt%、 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%或 50 wt%„
本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂优选包括 10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙三醇,更 优选为 15 wt%〜45 wt%,最优选为 20 wt%〜40 wt%;在本发明的实施例中, 所述丙三醇在所述电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含量可以具体为 10 wt%、 15 wt%、 20 wt%、 25 wt%、 30 wt%、 35 wt%、 40 wt%、 45 wt%或 50 wt%。 在本发明中, 所述山梨醇和 /或甘露醇在所述电子烟烟液溶剂中的质量含 量优选为 10 wt%〜50 wt%,更优选为 15 wt%〜45 wt%,最优选为 20 wt%〜40 wt%。 术方案所述的电子烟烟液溶剂包括的组分混合均匀即可。
本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液,包括香精香料和上述技术方案所述的 电子烟烟液溶剂。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液包括香精香料。本发明对所述香精香料的种 类和来源没有特殊的限制, 采用本领域技术人员熟知的烟用香精香料即 可。 在本发明中, 所述香精香料优选包括烟草提取液、 烟草香精、 烤烟香 精、 薄荷香精、 草莓香精、 葡萄香精、 豆香香精、 咖啡香精、 芒果香精、 苹果香精和蓝莓香精中的一种或几种的混合物。在实施例中,本领域技术 人员可根据个人喜好和 /或市场需求, 选择添加合适的香精香料, 本发明 对此没有特殊的限制。在本发明中, 所述香精香料与所述电子烟烟液溶剂 的质量比优选为 (0.001〜0.06 ) : 1 , 更优选为 (0.03〜0.05 ) : 1 , 最优选为 ( 0.035-0.045 ) : 1。
本发明提供的电子烟烟液优选还包括尼古丁。本发明对所述尼古丁的 来源和加入量没有特殊的限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的尼古丁及电子 烟烟液中尼古丁的加入量即可。在本发明中, 所述尼古丁在所述电子烟烟 液中的质量含量优选 < 5 wt%, 更优选 4 wt%, 最优选为小于等于 3.5 wt%。 术人员熟知的电子烟烟液制备的技术方案即可,如将所述烟用香精、尼古 丁和上述技术方案所述电子烟烟液溶剂混合均匀,即可得到本发明提供的 电子烟烟液。本发明优选向所述电子烟烟液溶剂中加入所述香精香料和尼 古丁, 混合均匀后得到电子烟烟液。
本发明对得到的电子烟烟液进行感官和口感评吸,结果表明,本发明 提供的电子烟烟液吸烟过程中产生的烟雾量较大, 提高了吸烟者的体验 度; 而且本发明提供的电子烟烟液口感厚实、 饱满、 不干不润, 提高了吸 烟者的舒适度。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的电子烟烟液 溶剂及电子烟烟液进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范 围的限定。
在下述实施例和比较例中, 丙二醇、 丙三醇、 柠檬酸三乙酯、香精香 料和尼古丁均为市售商品。
实施例 1
将质量浓度为 97wt%的食品级柠檬酸三乙酯作为电子烟烟液溶剂, 向其中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 2 wt%的香精香料和 4 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 2 将质量含量为 10 wt%的丙二醇和质量含量为 90 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯 混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 2 wt%的香 精香料和 4 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 3
将质量含量为 50 wt%的丙二醇和质量含量为 50 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯 混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 6 wt%的香 精香料和 4.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 4
将质量含量为 30 wt%的丙二醇和质量含量为 70 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯 混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 3 wt%的香 精香料和 3.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 5
将质量含量为 30 wt%的丙二醇、 质量含量为 10 wt%的丙三醇和质量 含量为 60 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 4 wt%的香 精香料和 3 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 6
将质量含量为 50 wt%的丙二醇、 质量含量为 10 wt%的丙三醇和质量 含量为 40 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 5 wt%的香 精香料和 3 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 7
将质量含量为 30 wt%的丙二醇、 质量含量为 50 wt%的丙三醇和质量 含量为 20 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 5.5 wt%的香 精香料和 2 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
实施例 8
将质量含量为 40 wt%的丙二醇、 质量含量为 20 wt%的丙三醇和质量 含量为 40 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯混合均匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 6 wt%的香 精香料和 2.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
比较例 1
将质量含量为 50 wt%的丙二醇和质量含量为 50 wt%的丙三醇混合均 匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。
向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 2 wt%的香 精香料和 4 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
比较例 2
将质量含量为 10 wt%的丙二醇和质量含量为 90 wt%的丙三醇混合均 匀, 得到电子烟烟液溶剂。 向得到的电子烟烟液溶剂中加入占所述溶剂质量含量为 6 wt%的香 精香料和 4.5 wt%的尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
比较例 3
向 100 g丙二醇中加入 5 g香精香料和 3 g尼古丁, 混合均匀得到电 子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸, 结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。
比较例 4
向 100 g丙三醇中加入 4.5 g香精香料和 3.5 g尼古丁, 混合均匀得到 电子烟烟液。
本发明将得到的电子烟烟液进行品吸,结果如表 1所示,表 1为本发 明实施例和比较例得到的电子烟烟液的品吸结果。

比较例 4 无色 适中 甜、 甘 油腻味重, 有杂味, 不淳正 由表 1可以看出,本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂制备得到的电子烟烟 液的烟雾量较大, 口感厚实、 饱满、 不干不润, 较舒适, 提高了吸食者的 体验, 当溶剂中含有丙三醇时,味道微甜,使所述丙三醇在作为溶剂时可 同时作为调味的作用,丙三醇与柠檬酸三乙酯的配合解除了柠檬酸三乙酯 的苦味, 进一步增强了用户体验。 此外, 由于所述柠檬酸三乙酯与所述丙 三醇不相溶,通过所述丙二醇将所述柠檬酸三乙酯和所述丙三醇溶合在一 起, 从而保证口味及烟雾量稳定。
由以上实施例可知,本发明提供了一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 包括柠檬酸 三乙酯。本发明在将柠檬酸三乙酯单独或与多元醇共同作为电子烟烟液的 溶剂, 由于柠檬酸三乙酯的作用,使得以本发明提供的电子烟烟液溶剂制 备得到的电子烟烟液吸烟时, 具有较大烟雾量, 增加了吸烟者的体验, 吸 烟体验厚实、 饱满、 不干不润, 具有较高的吸食舒适度。 而且, 本发明提 供的电子烟烟液溶剂的组分都是食品级溶剂, 对吸食者的身体无害。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应 当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前 提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发 明权利要求的保护范围内。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术 人员来说是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的 精神或范围的情况下在其它实施例中实现。 因此,本发明将不会被限制于 本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一 致的最宽的范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 包括柠檬酸三乙酯。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述柠檬 酸三乙酯的质量含量在 95 wt%以上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 还包括多 元醇。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述多元 醇为丙二醇。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述电子 烟烟液溶剂包括以下组分:
50 wt%〜90 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 包括 55 wt%〜85 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 所述多元 醇为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 包括以下 组分:
20 wt%〜60 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯;
30 wt%〜50 wt%的丙二醇;
10 wt%〜50 wt%的丙三醇。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟烟液溶剂, 其特征在于, 包括 25 wt%〜55 wt%的柠檬酸三乙酯。
10、 一种电子烟烟液, 包括香精香料和权利要求 1〜9任意一项所述 的电子烟烟液溶剂。
