Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs, machines et dispositifs pour le contrôle de la pollution de l'air, et concerne un système SHEGESTER des type 1 & 2 qui est un dispositif de lavage/filtration combiné dans un même dispositif, fonctionnant dans un milieu gazeux/liquide, au moins un de ses filtres étant initialement, partiellement ou totalement immergé dans le liquide de lavage dans sa position idéale. Ce système est conçu pour éliminer tant les polluants gazeux que les polluants particulaires de l'air contaminé, simultanément ou séparément. En fonctionnement, ce système met en oeuvre entre autres, dans un seul dispositif, les processus physico-chimiques suivants, de manière combinée ou en totalité : i. Échange thermique ii. Vaporisation iii. Attraction iv. Collision v. Fixation vi. Neutralisation vii. Précipitation viii. Floculation ix. Filtration x. Sédimentation. La vaporisation est nécessaire tant pour l'élimination des polluants que pour l'auto-nettoyage des filtres. Ce système récupère en outre les éléments polluants gazeux et particulaires sous forme de composants chimiques solides destinés à être recyclés. SHEGESTER introduit parfois un élément polluant étranger dans le processus de purification, augmentant ainsi la charge en polluants avant de finalement éliminer tous les polluants du flux de gaz. Le système SHEGESTER peut être conteneurisé, de manière que plusieurs de ses unités de base sont raccordées en parallèle et selon différentes configurations pour traiter des flux gazeux fortement pollués et volumineux. Une de ses caractéristiques techniques majeures est la création d'une "ZONE DE RETENUE DU COMPARTIMENT MACHINE" au sein du dispositif, à l'emplacement où se déroule la grande partie du processus de purification. Parmi les deux variantes, le type 1 est préféré car il peut traiter un large éventail de flux gazeux pollués, grâce à l'ajout d'un mécanisme de "trémie" dans la zone de sortie des particules sèches. Son principe de fonctionnement de base est le suivant : le gaz contaminé habituellement chaud traverse un échangeur thermique, libère une partie de sa chaleur dans le liquide de lavage environnant, le transforme en vapeur lorsqu'il passe dans la "zone du compartiment machine" où il est retenu. Dans cette zone, une quantité appréciable de vapeur du liquide de lavage entre en contact avec le gaz pollué dans le "compartiment machine", et les processus physico-chimiques mentionnés commencent. La vaporisation abaisse le niveau de liquide de manière à découvrir le filtre principal. Les différences de pression de part et d'autre du filtre créent un flux produisant la filtration puis la sédimentation jusqu'à collecte pour réutilisation, recyclage ou élimination sanitaire finale.
