As described above, in the related art as described in Patent Document 1, a dedicated member (bracket) is created, and by attaching the dedicated member to the upper rail, the end of the handle can be supported on the upper rail. It becomes.
However, this technique has a problem that a dedicated member is required, which increases the cost, and the slide device itself becomes heavy due to the weight of the member.
Furthermore, work for attaching a dedicated member is also required, which takes time for construction.
Therefore, it has been desired to develop a seat slide device that realizes weight reduction and is advantageous in cost and workability.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a seat slide device that can be manufactured at low cost and can improve manufacturing efficiency while realizing weight reduction. is there.
According to the seat slide device of claim 1, the subject is a seat slide device that slides a vehicle seat in the vehicle front-rear direction, the seat slide device being fixed to a vehicle floor, and the lower rail An upper rail that is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and the seat slide device includes a lock mechanism for restricting the upper rail from sliding relative to the lower rail. And a lock lever member that swings so as to penetrate or leave the hole formed in the lower rail and the upper rail, and a force for swinging the lock lever member is input to the lock mechanism. The upper rail is disposed inside the lower rail and slides. The member abutting portion and a member attaching portion protruding above the lower rail are configured, and the member attaching portion is formed with a holding recess for supporting the handle at a tip portion. The holding part is formed to project, and the holding part is solved by cutting and raising the meat part of the member mounting part.
Since it is configured in this manner, parts such as a bracket for supporting the handle become unnecessary.
That is, according to the prior art, it was necessary to attach a separate part such as a bracket for supporting the handle to the member mounting portion of the upper rail, but in the present invention, the handle holding portion is cut and raised from the member mounting portion. Since it forms, it is not necessary to use another conventional part.
For this reason, the number of parts is reduced, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and the workability is improved because it is not necessary to attach another part.
Further, since it is not necessary to attach another part, the weight of the part can be eliminated, and the weight of the seat slide device can be reduced.
Further, at this time, as described in claim 2, the upper rail is configured by combining an outer upper rail and an inner upper rail, and the member mounting portion is an outer member mounting portion constituting the outer upper rail. And an inner member attaching portion that constitutes an inner upper rail, and the holding portion includes a first holding portion protruding from the outer member attaching portion, a second holding portion protruding from the inner member attaching portion, The second holding portion is cut and raised from the front side of the hole serving as the cut and raised source, and the outer member mounting portion and the inner member mounting portion are combined. Preferably, the first holding part protrudes from the rear side of the hole, and the second holding part and the first holding part are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction.
Since it is comprised in this way, a member attaching part can be made into a double structure, and an intensity | strength can be raised.
The handle is supported by a first holding part formed by cutting and raising from the outer member attaching part and a second holding part formed by cutting and raising from the inner member attaching part.
That is, the weight of the handle can be shared and supported by both the outer member attaching portion and the inner member attaching portion.
Therefore, the support strength can be improved.
Moreover, since the 1st holding | maintenance part cut and raised from the outer member attachment part will protrude from the hole formed when the inner member attachment part is cut and raised, it is necessary to form the hole for protrusion separately. The workability is improved and the cost is reduced.
According to the present invention, since the holding portion for supporting the handle is cut and raised, a separate part such as a bracket, which has been conventionally required, becomes unnecessary.
For this reason, the number of parts is reduced, which contributes to cost reduction and workability improvement.
In addition, it is not necessary to attach a separate member for supporting the handle, and the holding portion is cut and raised from the member mounting portion, so that the weight of the seat slide device can be reduced.

≪Combination≫
The outer rail member 121 and the inner rail member 122 configured as described above are assembled by stacking the outer member mounting portion 121a and the inner member mounting portion 122a in the vehicle width direction.
At this time, as described above, the second holding portion 41 and the first holding portion 31 are disposed in the front-rear direction of the communication hole between the first hole portion H1 and the second hole portion H2, and the spring locking portion through hole 42 is provided. From, the 1st spring latching | locking part 32 protrudes toward the inner side.
Further, at this time, the first lock lever shaft support portion 34 and the second lock lever shaft support portion 44 protrude inward in the front-rear direction of the lock lever through hole 43.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the wire spring W <b> 1 includes the first tip spring locking notch 31 d, the first holding recess 31 a passing below, the first upper spring locking slit 31 b, and the first rear upper spring. Lock slit 32a, first rear lower spring lock slit 32b, first lower spring lock slit 31c, second lower spring lock slit 41c, second holding recess 41a lower passage, second tip spring spring It is bridged in the order of the notch 41d.
