Description

The present invention relates to a support structure for an automobile seat back.

In an automobile having a trunk room or the like behind the rear seat, there is a vehicle in which the seat back of the rear seat can fall on the front side of the vehicle. By lying down on the seat back, the luggage in the trunk room can be taken out of the passenger compartment, or the trunk room can be extended to the rear seats to load large luggage.

As described above, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a seatback that can be laid down is such that a support member in the left-right direction of the vehicle is fixed to a vehicle body floor via a bracket, and the seatback is attached to the bracket attached to the support member. The lower part of the substantially U-shaped frame member whose lower side is opened is supported rotatably.
Moreover, as shown in Patent Document 2, the left and right intermediate portions and the left and right end portions of the frame member in the left-right direction of the vehicle body located at the lower portion of the seat back are connected to individual brackets fixed to the vehicle body and supported rotatably. There are also things.

特開2004−268668号公報JP 2004-268668 A 特開2001−219773号公報JP 2001-219773 A

The seat back disclosed in Patent Document 1 is configured such that a bracket attached to a support member supports a lower portion of a substantially U-shaped frame member whose lower side of the seat back is open so as to be rotatable. Therefore, for example, there is room for improvement in that the rigidity of the frame member of the seat back is improved with respect to the load that the seat back receives due to the load behind the seat back moving forward due to inertial force at the time of a frontal collision of the vehicle. There is.

Further, in the configuration of Patent Document 2, brackets that support the middle part and both end parts of the frame member in the left-right direction are provided, and the bracket hinders setting of the attachment position of a fixing member or the like that fixes the child seat, The number of parts may increase.

Therefore, the present invention provides a support structure for an automobile seat back that can improve the design freedom of the mounting position of a fixing member or the like for fixing a child seat and reduce the number of parts while improving the rigidity of the frame member of the seat back. The purpose is to do.

〔Constitution〕
A first characteristic configuration of a vehicle seat back support structure according to the present invention is a vehicle seat back support structure in which a frame member of a seat back is supported by left and right brackets fixed to a vehicle body, the frame member being The left and right straight rod-shaped frames extending across the entire width of the rod-shaped frame at the lower portion thereof, and the left and right ends of the rod-shaped frame are extended outwardly from the lower portion of the frame member. The extending end portion is provided with a shaft portion rotatably supported by the bracket and a head having a larger diameter than the shaft portion provided outside the shaft portion.

[Action]
The frame member of the seat back has a left and right linear bar frame extending across the entire width at the lower part thereof, and both left and right ends of the bar frame are extended outward from the lower part of the frame member. Since the shaft portion of the extended end portion is rotatably supported by the left and right brackets fixed to the vehicle body, there is no support member on the vehicle body side in the rod-like frame that is straight in the left-right direction. For this reason, in the rod-shaped frame, a fixing member for fixing the child seat and a region where the lower portions of the left and right vertical frames of the frame member can be connected are expanded. Therefore, for example, these members can be connected to the left and right ends of the rod-shaped frame.

The extending end portion of the rod-shaped frame is provided with a shaft portion that is rotatably supported by the bracket and a head having a larger diameter than the shaft portion provided outside the shaft portion. Since the shaft portion provided at the end portion is rotatably supported by a bracket fixed to the vehicle body, the seat back can be laid down with the rod-shaped frame as a rotation fulcrum. Therefore, only the both ends support the rod-like frame on the vehicle body side, and the number of parts is reduced.

A straight bar-like frame is connected to the lower part of the frame member on the left and right, and the rigidity of the frame member of the seat back can be improved. For example, even if the load behind the seat back moves forward and a load is applied to the seat back at the time of a frontal collision of the vehicle, this load is mainly received by the rod-shaped frame, and the frame member can withstand the load.

〔effect〕
Various members can be connected to a desired position of the rod-shaped frame, and the degree of freedom in designing the frame member of the seat back is increased. In addition, since the number of parts that support the rod-shaped frame is reduced, the cost of parts and the weight of supporting the seat back can be reduced, and the number of work steps when assembling the seat back to the vehicle body can be reduced. Furthermore, the rigidity of the frame member of the seat back can be improved, and a seat back that can withstand the impact load of the load during a vehicle collision or the like can be obtained.

〔Constitution〕
According to a second characteristic configuration of the automobile seat back support structure according to the present invention, the bracket includes a base portion that is integrally fixed to the vehicle body, and a holding portion that holds the shaft portion. The holding portion is formed with a first hole portion into which the head portion and the shaft portion can be inserted and whose entire circumference is surrounded by the portion of the holding portion, and a second hole portion into which only the shaft portion can be inserted. Is connected to the first hole, and the rod-shaped frame is rotated around the bracket by inserting the head into the first hole and inserting the shaft into the second hole. The point is that it is configured to be supported movably.

[Action]
The head portion and the shaft portion are inserted into the first hole portion formed in the holding portion of the bracket, and then only the shaft portion is inserted into the second hole portion connected to the first hole portion. The bracket is rotatably supported. Here, even when a load that opens the second hole portion is applied to the shaft portion located in the second hole portion, the second hole portion is surrounded by the bracket holding portion portion of the first hole. Since it is connected to the hole, the holding part around the first hole becomes a resistance against the load acting on the second hole, and the second hole is difficult to open. Therefore, even if it receives an impact such as a vehicle collision, the deformation of the bracket is suppressed.

〔effect〕
The strength of the bracket is improved and the seat back is stably supported by the bracket.

〔Constitution〕
According to a third characteristic configuration of the automobile seat back support structure according to the present invention, the first hole side portion of the left and right holding portions is bent outwardly of the vehicle, and the second hole side portion of the left and right holding portions is provided. The left and right ends of the rod-shaped frame are set to be substantially equal to each other, and the left and right ends of the rod-shaped frame are set to the left and right sides with the shaft portion inserted into the second hole. In the point which is comprised so that it may adjoin to the inner surface of the 2nd hole side part in a holding | maintenance part.

[Action]
With the shaft portion inserted into the second hole portion, the left and right ends of the rod-shaped frame are close to the inner side surface of the second hole side portion of the left and right holding portions. Even when a large load is applied, the load rarely acts on the shaft as a torsional force or a bending force, and acts mainly as a shearing force. Usually, since it is more advantageous in strength to support by shearing than to support by bending, the supporting strength is increased, and the rod-like frame is suppressed from deformation and can withstand a large load. Further, since the first hole side portions of the left and right holding portions are bent outwardly of the vehicle, the bent portions function as a guide when inserting the extended end portion into the first hole portion. .

〔effect〕
Even when a large load is applied to the frame member of the seat back due to a vehicle collision or the like, the deformation of the frame member can be suppressed. Therefore, the structure of the frame member is simplified, and the weight and cost of the frame member are reduced. Can be easily performed. Further, since the shaft portion and the head portion can be inserted into the first hole portion of the bracket using the bent portion of the holding portion as a guide, the workability when the frame member of the seat back is attached to the bracket is improved.

〔Constitution〕
According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the seat back support structure for an automobile according to the present invention, the shaft portion is prevented from coming off from the second hole portion as the shaft portion moves into the second hole portion. A lock member that moves to a lock position for blocking is provided, and the lock member is provided with a lock release blocking portion that blocks movement in the release direction from the lock position.

[Action]
Since the holding part is provided with a lock member that moves to a lock position that prevents the shaft part from coming out of the second hole part as the shaft part moves into the second hole part, the shaft part is made into the second hole part. When moved, the lock member automatically moves to the lock position. Further, since the lock member is provided with the lock release prevention portion that prevents the movement from the lock position in the release direction, the lock member is held at the lock position and the locked state of the shaft portion is maintained.

〔effect〕
By simply moving the shaft part into the second hole, the shaft part is automatically locked by the lock member, so that the workability when attaching the seat back to the bracket is further improved and the mounting bolts are tightened. It is possible to prevent an increase in size of the bracket due to attachment workability and the like, and to easily reduce the weight and cost of the bracket that supports the frame member.

And have. In the seat back 3, a reinforcing metal frame member 10 is embedded in a foamed resin pad 4.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame member 10 includes a substantially U-shaped frame 11 in which the lower side of the seat back 3 is opened in a front view, and a straight line extending in the left-right direction across the entire left-right width connected to the lower part. And a plurality of support frames 10 a that support the pad 4.

The frame 11 is formed by bending a round pipe material, and is composed of left and right vertical frames 11a and 11a and an upper horizontal frame 11b extending between upper ends of the left and right vertical frames 11a and 11a. The left and right vertical frames 11a, 11a are formed in an inclined shape so that the width in the left-right direction on the lower side is narrower than the width in the left-right direction on the upper side. The rod-shaped frame 12 is made of a round pipe material having a diameter larger than that of the frame 11, and the lower ends of the left and right vertical frames 11a and 11a of the frame 11 are fixed to the left and right sides thereof by welding. Has been.

Locking devices 30 are respectively attached to the left and right ends of the upper portion of the frame 11, and the locking devices 30 are configured to be freely engageable with and disengaged from a striker 31 that protrudes from the vehicle body wall portion toward the vehicle body left and right. Yes. That is, when the seat back 3 is used as a vehicle seat, the locking device 30 and the striker 31 are engaged, the upper portion of the frame member 10 is supported by the striker 31, and when the seat back 3 is tilted, the locking device 30 And the striker 31 are disengaged, and the upper portion of the frame member 10 is separated from the striker 31.

The left and right end portions 12a, 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 protrude outward from the lower portion of the frame member 10, that is, outside the outer ends of the lower end portions of the left and right vertical frames 11a, 11a constituting the frame 11. It is extended in a state protruding. A plate member 15 having a diameter larger than that of the rod-shaped frame 12 is fixed to the extending ends of the left and right end portions 12a and 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 by welding, and a support member 16 is fastened to the plate member 15 by a pin member 17. It is connected.

The support member 16 has a cylindrical intermediate portion 16a, a fitting portion 16b that fits on the plate material 15 on one end side of the intermediate portion 16a, and a fitting that fits on the head portion 17a of the pin member 17 on the other end side. The pin member 17 includes a head portion 17a inserted into the fitting portion 16c and a shaft portion 17b inserted into the intermediate portion 16a. That is, the shaft portion 13 is configured by the intermediate portion 16 a of the support member 16 and the shaft portion 17 b of the pin member 17, and the head portion 14 is configured by the head portion 17 a of the pin member 17 and the fitting portion 16 c of the support member 16. It consists of and.

As shown in FIG. 2, at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like frame 12, two first fixing members 18 for fixing a child seat (not shown) to the seat are fixed to the left and right by welding or the like. The first fixing member 18 is substantially U-shaped in plan view, and the base end portion 18a is fixed to the lower side of the rod-shaped frame 12, and is disposed from the rod-shaped frame 12 toward the front of the vehicle.

A second fixing member 19 that protrudes upward when the seatback 3 is used as a loading platform is fixed to the rod-shaped frame 12 between the first fixing members 18 arranged in a pair on the left and right by welding or the like. The second fixing member 19 is substantially U-shaped in a plan view, and a base end portion 19a is fixed to the lower side of the rod-shaped frame 12 and extends from the rod-shaped frame 12 toward the rear of the vehicle.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the bracket 20 that supports the lower portion of the frame member 10 has a flat plate shape, and is in a vertical direction substantially orthogonal to the axial direction of the shaft portion 13 extending from the rod-shaped frame 12. It has a base portion 21 that is integrally fixed to the vehicle body and a holding portion 22 that holds the shaft portion 13 of the frame member 10. The holding portion 22 is formed with a first hole portion 23 into which the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 can be inserted and whose entire circumference is surrounded by the portion of the holding portion 22. The shaft portion 13 is formed in the first hole portion 23. Only the second hole 24 into which only insertion is possible is formed by connection. Further, the bracket 20 is configured such that the intermediate portion 25 located between the holding portion 22 and the base portion 21 is bent toward the vehicle inner side so that the position of the holding portion 22 is closer to the vehicle inner side than the position of the base portion 21. Yes.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, the holding portion 22 has a lock member 30 that prevents the shaft portion 13 of the frame member 10 inserted into the second hole portion 24 from coming out of the second hole portion 24. Is provided. The lock member 30 is plate-shaped, and a lower portion thereof is pivotally supported by a pin 30a provided below the second hole portion 24, and a concave portion 31 into which the shaft portion 13 can be inserted. A first claw portion 32 is formed on the first hole portion 23 side, and a second claw portion 33 is formed on the second hole portion 24 side with the recess 31 interposed therebetween. Further, the first claw portion 32 is formed with a cut-and-raised portion 32 a on a surface facing the holding portion 22.

The lock member 30 is in the state shown in FIG. 4A, that is, in the state before the shaft part 13 of the frame member 10 is inserted into the second hole part 24, the second claw part 33 on the second hole part 24 side. Only the first claw portion 32 is in a retracted position away from the second hole portion 24. At this time, since the upper portion of the lock member 30 is elastically deformed inward and the cut-and-raised portion 32a of the first claw portion 32 is in contact with the holding portion 22, the lock member 30 is held by the spring reaction force of the leaf spring. It is held in a slidable state at a predetermined position.

When the shaft portion 13 of the frame member 10 moves from the first hole portion 23 to the second hole portion 24, the shaft portion 13 contacts the second claw portion 33 of the lock member 30 as shown in FIG. By further movement of the shaft portion 13 in the second hole portion 24, the lock member 30 rotates counterclockwise on the paper surface, and the second claw portion 33 is retracted to a position where it does not overlap the second hole portion 24. Conversely, the first claw portion 32 moves to a position overlapping the second hole portion 24, and the cut-and-raised portion 32a protrudes toward the second hole portion 24 (FIG. 4B).

That is, the position of the lock member 30 shown in FIG. 4B is a lock position that prevents the shaft portion 13 from coming off from the second hole portion 24. When the lock member 30 is in the lock position, the cut-and-raised portion 32a of the first claw portion 32 of the lock member 30 is second when the shaft portion 13 is about to come out of the second hole portion 24 due to an impact such as a vehicle collision. Abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the hole portion 24, the rotation of the lock member 30 is prevented, and as a result, the shaft portion 13 is held in the second hole portion 24.

Thus, with the movement of the shaft portion 13 into the second hole portion 24, the lock member 30 moves to the lock position that prevents the shaft portion 13 from coming out of the second hole portion 24, and the shaft portion 13 is moved to the second position. It is held in the hole 24. Here, the cut-and-raised portion 32a corresponds to a lock release prevention portion that prevents the lock member 30 from moving in the release direction from the lock position. As described above, since the shaft portion 13 of the frame member 10 can be mounted to the bracket 20 with one touch, the mounting operation of the frame member 10 of the seat back 3 to the bracket 20 can be simplified, and workability is improved.

On the other hand, when the frame member 10 is pulled up rearward and upward from the state shown in FIG. 4B, the shaft portion 13 comes into contact with the first claw portion 32 and the lock member 30 is rotated clockwise on the paper surface. As described above, the upper portion of the lock member 30 is elastically deformed inward, the cut-and-raised portion 32 of the first claw portion 32 comes into contact with the holding portion 22, and the lock member 30 is held at a predetermined position of the holding portion 22.

Further, in the holding portion 22 fixed to the vehicle body, the first hole portion 23 is located on the vehicle rear side with respect to the second hole portion 24, and the second hole portion 24 is obliquely forward and downward with respect to the first hole portion 23. It is formed towards. Therefore, the frame member 10 can be attached to the bracket 20 by moving the rod-shaped frame 12 from the diagonally upper part of the rear of the vehicle body toward the obliquely lower part of the front of the vehicle, and the assembly of the frame member 10 to the vehicle body is facilitated. improves. Further, even if the shaft portion 13 inserted into the second hole portion 24 is moved forward due to an inertial force, a load from the rear of the seat back 3 or the like at the time of a frontal collision of the vehicle, the shaft portion 13 remains in the second hole. Since it is mainly supported by the front part of the holding part 22 around the part 24, the load of the shaft part 13 is not easily applied to the lock member 30.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, in the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20, a portion of the first hole portion 23 is bent outward from a fold line 26 a as a bent portion 26. When the holding portion 22 has the bent portion 26, when the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 are inserted into the bracket 20, the rod-like frame 12 of the frame member 10 is moved with respect to the bracket 20 as shown in FIG. Without tilting, the left and right shaft portions 13 and the head portion 14 can be inserted into the first hole portion 23 while keeping the vertical posture, and the shaft portion 13 can be moved to the second hole portion 24 (FIG. 5). (B)). The bent portion 26 also functions as a guide when the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 are inserted into the first hole portion 23. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6, the shaft portion 13 is mounted on the bracket 20 fixed to the vehicle body, the rod-shaped frame 12 is rotatably supported, and the lower part of the frame member 10 of the seat back 3 is supported by the left and right brackets 20. Is done.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the left-right distance W1 on the inner surface on the second hole 24 side in the holding portion 22 of the left and right brackets 20 and the left-right distance W2 on the outer surface on the rod-shaped frame 12 side 16b) is set so as to be substantially equal. Thus, in the state shown in FIG. 5B and FIG. 6 in which the shaft portion 13 is inserted into the second hole portion 24, the left and right end portions 12 a and 12 a of the rod-shaped frame 12 are the second hole portions of the left and right holding portions 22. It is close to the locking members 30 and 30 on the inner side surface 22A of the 24 side portion. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 6, there is a slight gap between the left and right ends 12 a and 12 a of the rod-shaped frame 12 and the lock members 30 and 30.

Thus, if the left and right end portions 12a, 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 are close to the inner side surfaces 22A, 22A of the second hole 24 side portion, they are directed forward to the frame member 10 due to a vehicle front collision or the like. Even when a large load is applied, the load rarely acts on the shaft portion 13 as a torsional force or a bending force, and mainly acts as a shearing force. Usually, since it is more advantageous in strength to support by shearing than to support by bending, the supporting strength of the shaft portion 13 is increased, and deformation of the rod-shaped frame 12 is also suppressed.

[Another embodiment]
(1) In the above embodiment, the structure in which the support member 16 is fastened and connected to the plate material 15 by the pin member 17 is shown as an example, but the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 are provided at the extended end portion of the rod-shaped frame 12. Different structures may be adopted as the structure. Specifically, for example, a structure in which a shaft 13, a head 14, and a support member (not shown) in which left and right through holes are formed is connected to a plate material 15 by a normal bolt instead of a pin member 17 is employed. May be. In this case, you may employ | adopt the structure which comprises the axial part 13 and the head 14 by a separate member, and fastens together with a volt | bolt.

Further, a structure in which a support member (not shown) in which the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 are formed may be connected to the extending ends of the left and right end portions 12a and 12a of the rod-like frame 12 by welding. In this case, a structure may be adopted in which the plate member 15 is omitted and the support member is directly connected to the extended ends of the left and right end portions 12a, 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 by welding.

Furthermore, a structure in which the shaft portion 13 and the head portion 14 formed of different members are connected to the extended ends of the left and right end portions 12a and 12a of the rod-like frame 12 by welding may be adopted. A structure may be adopted in which the shaft portion 13 is configured by a separate member and connected to the extending ends of the left and right end portions 12a and 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 by welding, and the head portion 14 is fastened and connected to the shaft portion 13 with bolts. .

(2) In the above embodiment, an example in which the rod-shaped frame 12 is formed of a round pipe material has been shown. However, for example, the rod-shaped frame 12 is made of a material having a different cross-sectional shape such as a square pipe material, a round bar material, or a square bar material. It may be configured.

(3) In the above-described embodiment, the first hole portion 23 of the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20 is entirely bent from the fold line 26a as the bent portion 26, but a part of the first hole portion 23 is bent. 26 may be bent outward. Further, as shown in FIG. 8A, a portion of the first hole portion 23 of the holding portion 22 and a portion of the portion of the second hole portion 24 connected to the first hole portion 23 are used as a bent portion 26. You may bend | fold outward from the fold line 26a. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8B, when the shaft portion 13 is inserted into the second hole 24, the head portion 14 is separated from the outer surface 22B of the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20. Become.

(4) In the above embodiment, the portion on the first hole 23 side of the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20 is bent toward the vehicle outer side as the bent portion 26, but the portion on the first hole 23 side of the holding portion 22 is bent. You may make it the structure which does not bend | fold toward the vehicle outer side. However, when the portion on the first hole 23 side of the holding portion 22 is not bent outwardly from the vehicle, the rod-like frame 12 of the frame member 10 is inclined with respect to the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20 and the shaft portion 13 and the head. Since the part 14 must be inserted into the first hole 23, the first hole 23 formed in the holding part 22 needs to be slightly larger.

(5) In the above-described embodiment, the second hole 24 is formed in the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20 in a diagonally forward and downward direction (an obliquely rearward and upward direction), but the second hole portion 24 is directed in the front-rear direction (the second hole portion 24). May be formed on the front side and the first hole portion 23 on the rear side), or the second hole portion 24 may be formed vertically.

(6) In the above embodiment, the lock member 30 is provided on the inner side surface of the holding portion 22 in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, but the lock member 30 may be provided on the outer side surface of the holding portion 22 in the left-right direction of the vehicle body. In this way, the left and right end portions 12a, 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 can be brought closer to the inner side surfaces 22A, 22A of the holding portion 22. The lock member 30 is not limited to the configuration that moves to the lock position in conjunction with the movement of the shaft portion 13 as in the above embodiment. For example, a mechanism that allows only one direction of rotation of the lock member 30 and prohibits rotation in the reverse direction may be employed without providing the cut-and-raised portion 23a. Alternatively, the lock member 30 may be moved to the lock position after the shaft portion 13 is inserted into the second hole portion 24.

(7) In the above embodiment, there is a slight gap between the left and right ends 12a, 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 and the inner side surface 22A of the holding portion 22 of the bracket 20, but the left and right ends 12a of the rod-shaped frame 12 , 12a may contact the inner side surfaces 22A, 22A (or the lock members 30, 30).

(8) In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the vehicle seat 1 is configured as an integral seat in the vehicle width direction has been described. However, a similar structure can also be adopted in a seat divided into a plurality in the vehicle width direction.

The present invention can be widely used as a support structure for seat backs for various vehicles.
