背景技术
石油开采过程中,在用到的石油、地质用螺纹连接管柱工件的上卸扣扭矩大 于一定值后, 人工无法进行拆装工作, 因此急需一种设备来完成该工作, 目前, 螺纹连接管柱工件的拆卸和组装具最主要的工具是螺杆钻具拆装机。
拆装机的功能及性能指标将直接影响钻具的装配、 拆卸的质量和作业效率。 当前, 拆装机有二种类型, 即 1.简易型, 如单臂冲扣机, 只使用单件维护, 由 于功能少难以保证钻具的装配质量, 作业效率很低, 面临被淘汰局面 ; 2.全自 动多功能拆装机 (美国厂商制造), 其钻具装配质量高, 工作效率高, 但是, 由于 设备输出扭矩偏低, 适用范围偏窄, 尤其是造价昂贵, 维护成本高, 限制了该类 设备的推广应用; 以上的两种类型的拆装机还有一个共性的缺点即: 在拆卸和组 装的时候, 由于纹连接管柱工件的上卸扣扭矩较大,有时候其推力和拉力达不到 作业的要求。因此,需要一种能够保证钻具的拆卸、组装的质量,提高作业效率, 大幅度降低制造费用的, 同时增强结构牢固性, 能够满足较大推力或者拉力要求 的拆装机。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是在原有拆装机的基础上,改进成针对螺杆定子和芯模 组装与拆卸的脱模机, 一方面提高了结构强度稳定性, 降低了制造费用, 另一方 面保证了螺纹连接管柱工件的拆卸或者组装的质量, 提高了作业效率。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 螺杆钻具脱模机, 包括: 一主床身, 其一端上固定设有第一链条支架;
一固定钳, 固定在主床身未设置第一链条支架的一端,所述固定钳包括固定 钳支架以及设置在该支架上的钻具同步夹紧机构;
一移动钳, 活动连接在主床身设置第一链条支架的一端,其轴心与固定钳的 轴心重合,该移动钳内设置有链条行走机构,其上的链条装卡在第一链条支架内; 一拉拔床身, 与主床身固定连接, 其一端设有第二链条支架;

同样的,将支撑架的行走方式改为行走轮组侧滚轮的方式,提高了支撑架的 行走稳定性, 进一步增加了支撑的稳定性, 同时由于行走轮组能够进行调节, 也 保证了支撑架连接的拉拔器油缸与管道工件在同一中心轴线上。
通过上述改进,螺杆钻具脱模机在整体上结构得到了加强稳固, 拉拔拆卸和 组装更加稳定高效, 同时也提高了推力和拉力的上限, 最大推力能达到 620KN, 最大拉力能达到 470KN。

该调节机构包括支撑座 534和调整元件 535, 该支撑座 534位于两个行走轮 532中间,且固定连接于行走轮支架 531,调整元件 535为螺栓,其与支撑座 534 螺纹连接, 在所述调整元件 535上套有蝶簧 536。
通过上述拉拔器行走轮组 53, 在对芯模拉拔过程中, 如果发现拉拔器油缸 52中心线与芯模中心线对中性差, 调节调整元件 535, 即对螺栓进行调整, 如果 拉拔器 5过高, 则顺时针扭转螺栓, 由于设有蝶簧 536, 实现对拉拔器 5位置的 微调,由于螺栓与支撑座 534连接,螺栓位置为固定,这时支撑座 534向上移动, 带动行走轮 532上移,此时由于拉拔器 5自身重力会下降, 直至行走轮 532与导 轨 24再次接触, 由此完成调整,反之当拉拔器 5高度不够时,逆时针扭转螺栓, 支撑座 534下移, 带动行走轮 532下移, 此时拉拔器 5上升至要求的位置。通过 此种方式完成整个拉拔器 5的调节,有效地减少了拉拔过程中由于中心轴线不重 合而产生的硬拉拔, 提高了工作效率。
如图 6所示,链条驱动机构 54,包括固设在拉拔器支架 51内的链轮支架 541, 设置在该链轮支架 541上部的主动链轮 542,与主动链轮 542配合连接的链条 544, 以及与链条 544配合连接的两个从动链轮 543; 其中, 链条 544固设在拉拔床身 2上的第二链条支架 21 内, 当由电机带动主动链轮 542进行转动时, 由于链条 544固定,进而带动拉拔器 5向前或者向后移动,从动链轮 543—方面对链条 544 起到了张紧的作用, 防止主动链轮 542脱链, 另一方面也起到了导向的作用。
如图 7所示, 支撑架 6, 包括支撑架体 61, 固定于该架体 61下端两侧的支 撑架行走轮组 62和支撑架侧滚轮 64, 以及设置在架体 61上部的旋转连耳结构 63, 在所述架体 61上部还设有连接拉拔器油缸 52的连接孔, 在支撑架体 61底 部还设有将其固定在导轨 24上的支撑架勾板 65; 其中支撑架行走轮组 62与拉 拔器 5的拉拔器行走轮组 53结构相似, 作用相同, 故在此不在赘述。 旋转连耳 结构 63—端连接在石油管道工件上, 另一端连接在架体 61上,使石油管道工件 在拆卸拔出或者组装时的自旋转能够得以实施。
如图 8所示, 支撑小车 7, 根据床身长度可在主床身 1上设置一个, 拉拔床 身 2上设置两个,其能在主床身 1和拉拔床身 2上自由移动, 该支撑小车 7包括 车架 71, 设置在车架 71底部的小车行走轮 72, 安装在车架上部支撑芯模的支撑 机构 73, 以及连接在车架底部的勾板 74, 该勾板 74能够将车架与导轨紧扣在其 中, 防止了车架 71相对于导轨出现的侧翻。
以上对本发明的实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施 例, 不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明范围所作的均等变化与 改进等, 均应仍归属于本专利涵盖范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 螺杆钻具脱模机, 其特征在于: 包括:
一主床身 (1), 其一端上固定设有第一链条支架 (11);
一固定钳 (3), 固定在主床身 (1) 未设置第一链条支架 (11) 的一端, 所 述固定钳 (3) 包括固定钳支架 (31) 以及设置在该支架 (31) 上的钻具同步夹 紧机构 (32);
一移动钳 (4), 活动连接在主床身 (1) 设置第一链条支架 (11) 的一端, 其轴心与固定钳(3) 的轴心重合, 该移动钳(4) 内设置有链条行走机构, 其上 的链条装卡在第一链条支架 (11) 内;
一拉拔床身(2),与主床身(1)固定连接,其一端设有第二链条支架(21); 一拉拔器 (5), 设置在拉拔床身 (2) 上, 其包括拉拔器支架 (51), 设置在 所述支架 (51) 内的链条驱动机构 (54), 固定在该支架 (51) 上的拉拔器油缸 (52), 均设置在该支架(51)底部的若干对拉拔器行走轮组(53)、 拉拔器侧滚 轮 (56), 所述链条驱动机构 (54) 的链条装卡在第二链条支架 (21) 内;
一支撑架 (6), 包括支撑架体 (61), 固定于该架体 (61) 下端两侧的支撑 架行走轮组 (62) 和支撑架侧滚轮 (64), 以及设置在架体 (61) 上部的旋转连 耳结构 (63), 在所述架体 (61) 上部还设有连接拉拔器油缸 (52) 的连接孔; 支撑小车(7), 活动设置在主床身(1)和拉拔床身(2)上, 并能自由移动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的螺杆钻具脱模机, 其特征在于: 所述固定钳 (3) 还包括焊接在固定钳支架 (31) 上的两个直角三角形立筋 (33)。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的螺杆钻具脱模机, 其特征在于: 所述钻具同步夹 紧机构 (32)包括六个设置在固定钳支架(31)上的夹紧油缸, 其上的六个上进 液口和液压系统相通, 六个下进液口分别与等流量齿轮马达的六个出液口相通。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的螺杆钻具脱模机, 其特征在于: 所述拉拔器行走 轮组 (53) 包括行走轮支架 (531)、 行走机构和该行走机构内设有的调节机构, 所述行走机构包括两个尺寸相同的行走轮(532)和与行走轮(532)转动连接的 轴 (533), 所述行走轮 (532) 位于行走轮支架 (531) 内, 所述轴 (533) 固定 连接于行走轮支架 (531) 上;
所述调节机构包括支撑座 (534)和调整元件 (535), 该支撑座 (534)位于 两个行走轮(532) 中间, 且固定连接于行走轮支架 (531), 调整元件(535)与 支撑座 (534) 螺纹连接, 在所述调整元件 (535) 上套有蝶簧 (536)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的螺杆钻具脱模机, 其特征在于: 所述链条驱动机 构(54)包括固设在拉拔器支架(51)内的链轮支架(541),设置在该链轮支架(541) 上部的主动链轮 (542), 与主动链轮 (542) 配合连接的链条 (544), 以及与链 条 (544) 配合连接的两个从动链轮 (543)。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的螺杆钻具脱模机,其特征在于:所述支撑小车(7) 包括车架 (71), 设置在车架 (71) 底部的小车行走轮 (72), 安装在车架 (71) 上部支撑芯模的支撑机构 (73), 以及连接在车架 (71) 底部的勾板 (74)。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的螺杆钻具脱模机,其特征在于:所述拉拔床身(2) 包括起支撑作用的床身基体 (22), 设置在该床身基体 (22) 上的支撑板 (23), 以及固设在支撑板 (23) 上的两个导轨 (24), 所述导轨 (24) 上开有一排拉拔 孔 (25), 所述第二链条支架 (21) 设置在支撑板 (23) 与两个导轨 (24) 形成 的凹槽内。
