参见图 1-6展示了一种车辆用减速伞, 它包括伞仓 21、 伞体 22、 连接绳 23 及弹射装置 24。
其中, 伞体 22通过连接绳与伞仓 21相连, 伞仓 21上设有弹射口 25。 伞体 22于不用时容置于伞仓 21中, 容置方式即可将伞体 22以合适的展开方式直接 放置, 也可以采用折叠的方式将伞体 22放置, 前者可以使得伞体 22在使用时 更容易确保良好的展开, 而后者则可以在更小伞仓中容置大体积的伞体 22以满 足需要。 为了确保伞体 22能顺利使用, 还需要对容置在伞仓 21中的伞体 22对 应设置弹射装置 24, 弹射装置 24的主要作用是在需要辅助减速的时候, 将伞体 22由伞仓 21的弹射口 25弹出并展开,以便伞体 22与流体作用对配备的车辆进 一步起到辅助减速作用, 从而提高现有车辆的安全性。
如专利图中提供的弹射装置 24的核心构造为一个推动装置, 其主体有个推 动杆, 推动杆对应设置于伞仓 21对应弹射口 25的内侧, 需要时推动杆在动作 机构作用下 (可采用电机的电动、 油缸的油压驱动、 气缸的气动或者筒单诸如 弹簧的机械结构等驱动)伸出, 进而推动伞体 22至弹射口 25夕卜, 起到弹射作 用。 然而, 这仅所为弹射装置 24的一种实施方式, 弹射装置 24根据各种不同 需求还可采用现有常见的如气动、 电动、 机械喷射装置来起到弹出的目的。 又 或单纯配备释放装置, 平时卡住伞体 22, 需要时释放, 借由车辆行时后方产生 的压差拖出伞体 22等方式均可实现。
作为一实施例, 上述结构中的伞体 22可根据需要设计为展开呈长方形、 圓 形或橢圓形的结构, 以适应不同车体, 不同减速速率的设计需求。
作为一实施例, 所述伞体表面设有警示标识层, 警示标识层可以筒单的为 颜色层, 采用比较深的颜色如红色或黄色等, 又或者警示标识层为标记有 "危 险" 之类的警告语在伞体 22的后部, 从而起到引人注意的目的, 让后方其他车 辆及时知道前方车辆出现故障。
作为一实施例, 所述伞仓 21的弹射口上枢接有盖板 26, 盖板可于产品不使 用的时候封闭伞仓 21 , —来可以减少车辆运行时的阻力, 二来可以避免其内伞 体 22在不使用的时候被意外破坏。 较佳的, 对应还可增设触发装置, 触发装置 与盖板 26相连, 用于带动伞仓 21上盖板 26的打开或开闭。 此处触发装置与盖 板 26的配合方式也可以为多样, 较筒单触发装置可直接是一个电机, 其输出轴 连接在盖板 26与伞仓 21枢接的轴上, 电机驱动盖板 26绕枢接轴旋转相对与伞 仓 21打开或关闭。 另外触发装置也可以是一套联动机构, 联动机构包括驱动器 及连杆, 连杆的原动端连接于驱动器上, 输出端连接在盖板 26上, 通过驱动器 驱动连杆进而联动盖板 26相对于伞仓 21打开或关闭。 此处的驱动器可采用电 机的电动、 油缸的油压驱动、 气缸的气动或者筒单诸机械传动结构来实现; 进 一步的, 处于方便控制考虑, 装置整体可配备一个控制装置, 控制装置与触发 装置及弹射装置通过电连接或机械连接实现联动, 进而控制触发装置及弹射装 置工作。

由此, 车辆在行使过程中如遭遇需要辅助减速的时候, 车辆用减速伞的伞 体 22由伞仓 21的弹射口 25弹出以便伞体 22展开与流体作用对配备的车辆进 一步起到辅助减速作用, 从而提高现有车辆的安全性。
作为一实施例, 车辆的车体 10包括大梁与后车门。 而上述特征的车辆用减 速伞可对应设置在车体 10的大梁和 /或后车门上。设置在大梁的好处是其为车体 10的刚性最强部位, 不仅能承受很好的减速拉力, 还可有效起到对车体 10的减 速作用。 而后车门 (即常说的后尾箱) 则是整个车在行进过程中的尾部, 气流 较为集中, 设置此处一旦伞体 22展开可以获得最好的减速效果。
作为一实施例, 车辆用减速伞的伞体 22的连接绳 23还直接与车体的大梁 和 /或后车门相连。 由此确保伞体 22的减速力量直接作用在车体 10带上, 降低 减少伞仓 21的固定强度要求。
由此, 本专利车辆由于配备车辆用减速伞, 在紧急情况下, "减速伞"可以辅 助驾驶员更短时间, 更短距离将车辆停止, 从而减少事故或减轻事帮造成的伤 害。 此外, 迅速打开的"减速伞 "也加强了给后车辆提醒作用, 从而后车辆能尽快 刹车辆或采取其它措施。
