Description

사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 이를 이용한 앨범 제작장치 및 그 제작방법
본 발명은 사진 앨범에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사진출력물이 인쇄되지 않은 여러장의 내지를 포함하며 여기에 양질의 앨범표지까지 부착하여 제본이 완료된 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물을 준비하고, 다양한 형태로 구비되는 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물 중 희망하는 하나를 택하여, 촬영된 사진을 스튜디오에서 앨범의 미인쇄 인화면을 펼쳐가며 즉시 인쇄할 수 있도록 함으로서, 기념 촬영한 사진이 수록된 최종 완성된 앨범을 받기까지 소요되는 대기시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 이를 이용한 앨범 제작장치 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 돌, 백일, 웨딩, 졸업을 기념하기 위해 촬영한 사진들을 기록 보관하게 되는 앨범은 공개특허공보 제10-2012-0016758호(2012.02.27. 출원공개)에서와 같이, 포토 용지 상에 사진 이미지를 인화하고, 포토 용지의 일측에 홀(hole)을 연속하여 형성하며, 상기 홀이 형성된 포토 용지를 코팅용 필름으로 코팅한 후, 포토 용지의 일정 여백을 커팅(cutting)하여 상기 홀의 양 단부가 노출된 여러장의 인쇄 앨범지를 제작하고, 상기 여러장의 인쇄 앨범지를 모아 이들의 첫 장과 마지막 장에 양질의 커버지를 위치시킨 상태에서 제본하여 한권의 추억 앨범을 완성하게 되는 것으로, 이는 페이지 넘김이 자연스럽고 사진 앨범의 중간 페이지일지라도 페이지 넘김이 자연스럽게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이같은 종래의 앨범 제작과정을 좀더 구체적으로 살펴 보면, 먼저, 앨범으로 제작하고자 촬영된 각각의 사진들을 개별 스튜디오에서 여러장의 인화용지에 나누어 출력하고, 이들 여러장의 인화용지에 출력된 사진들을 모아 앨범공장으로 보내면서 구매자가 요청한 앨범의 규격과 재질 등을 정하여 알려 줌으로서 앨범 제작을 시작하게 되는 것이었다.
이같이 개별 스튜디오에서 여러장의 인화용지에 나누어 출력한 사진들을 앨범공장으로 보내면, 앨범공장에서는 먼저 이들 사진앨범에 수록하고자 하는 복수개의 사진(12)을 도 1의 (a)에서 예시하고 있듯이 가운데의 접힘선(12a)을 따라 접어 주게 되는 것인데, 이때 접힘선(12a)은 수록하고자 하는 사진(12)의 방향과 내용에 따라 임의로 선택될 수 있다. 이와 같이 접으면 도 1의 (b)에 나타낸 바와 같은 접힌 사진(12)을 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 이렇게 반으로 접히어진 사진(12) 제 1 면과 제 2 면의 바깥쪽에는 도 1의 (c)에서와 같이 보강대지(11)를 선택적으로 부착하여 주어 사진앨범에 부피감을 부여할 수 있고, 이로 인하여 사진앨범의 양질감을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있는 것으로서, 이는 특허 제10-0801191호(2009.03.19. 등록공고)에 상세하게 개시되고 있다.
다시말해, 앨범공장으로 보내어진 사진(12)들은 접힘 방지용으로 부착되는 일정두께의 보강대지(11)와 각각 접착되도록 가공하는 공정을 거쳐 기초 내지를 이루게 되는 것이며, 사진이 인쇄되어 있는 기초 내지의 표면에 사진보호막 코팅제 또는 보호필름을 선택적으로 부착하는 과정을 거치고 나서, 이들 여러장의 기초 내지를 반복되게 포개어 사진(12)과 보강대지(11)가 충분히 접착되도록 하는 동시에, 일정압으로 압착하며 약 3일 가량을 숙성시켜 본딩된 여러겹의 사진이 안정적으로 결합될 수 있도록 하는 과정을 거치게 되는 것이었으며, 접착면이 충분히 안정화되고 나면 제작될 앨범의 규격을 고려하여 여러겹으로 적층되어 있는 기초 내지의 여백부를 재단하고 나서, 여기에 미리 제작된 커버지를 부착하여 줌으로서 구매자가 요청한 사진앨범을 완성하게 되는 것이었다.
그러나 여러장의 인화용지에 나누어 출력된 사진이 앨범공장으로 보내지고 개별 공정을 거쳐 완성된 최종 앨범을 고객이 받기까지 통상 3일 내지 7일 정도가 소요되는 등 앨범 제작에 많은 시간이 소요되는 등 생산성이 크게 떨어지는 것이었으며, 더욱이 사진이 인쇄된 인화용지를 기초로 하여 여러장의 내지가 제작되고 이들을 모아 앨범을 완성하게 되는 것이므로, 완성된 앨범 구조물에 국부적인 손상이라도 발견되는 경우, 일련의 앨범 제작과정을 처음부터 수행하여야 하는 중대한 단점이 있었다.
종래의 앨범은 또한, 앨범의 제작과정에서 인쇄매체와 제본용 결속지를 일정 간격으로 배열하여 필름으로 코팅함으로써 일체화하여 인쇄앨범지를 제작하는 특허 제10-0801191호(2008.01.29. 등록)에 개시되고 있는 구조와 함께, 특허출원공개 제10-2010-0096416호(2010.09.02. 공개) 및 특허 제10-1033714호(2011.04.29. 등록)에 다양한 형태의 앨범 제작방법이 개시되고 있지만, 이들 역시 출력한 사진을 가공하는 과정과 여기에 제본용 결속지를 일정한 간격으로 정렬하는 과정을 반드시 거치게 됨으로서 제작이 용이하지 못하였고, 인쇄지 전체면을 보호필름으로 코팅할 경우 비교적 고가인 고급 특수용지의 고유한 질감과 인쇄 시의 인쇄감이 상기 필름의 코팅으로 인해 크게 떨어져 고급앨범으로서의 품격이 손상된다는 단점이 있었으며, 더욱이 이들 발명에 의하면 앨범지의 절곡부위에는 인쇄가 이루어지지 못하는 관계로 앨범지의 2페이지에 걸쳐서 인쇄되는 대형 이미지를 구현하기가 불가능할 뿐 아니라 앨범지의 단면 인쇄의 경우에도 상기 절곡부위에서 이미지가 끊어지는 관계로 앨범의 마감처리가 미흡한 것으로 보여지고 앨범의 고급화 또한 달성하기 곤란하다는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 것으로, 사진출력물이 인쇄되지 않은 여러장의 내지를 포함하며 여기에 양질의 앨범표지까지 부착하여 제본이 완료된 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물을 준비하고, 다양한 형태로 구비되는 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물 중 희망하는 하나를 택하여, 촬영된 사진을 스튜디오에서 앨범의 미인쇄 인화면을 펼쳐가며 즉시 인쇄할 수 있도록 함으로서, 기념 촬영한 사진이 수록된 최종 완성된 앨범을 받기까지 소요되는 대기시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 그 제작방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
앨범의 종류 결정과 그 완성물을 신속히 제공받을 수 있는 장점과 함께, 사전검수 완료된 반제품 앨범을 사용하므로 앨범 제작상의 결함으로 인해 완성 앨범이 지연되는 사례가 발생하지 아니함은 물론, 앨범 손상부 발견시 앨범을 새로이 제작하여야 하는 불편이 발생되지 아니하며, 나아가 반제품 앨범의 다품종 대량생산으로 앨범 표준화 작업이 가능하여져서 앨범 제작비용을 현저하게 낮추는 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 검수가 완료된 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물 내지 각 면 위에, 현장에서 촬영된 사진을 즉시 인쇄할 수 있도록 하는데 적합한 앨범 제작장치를 제공하려는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 펼쳐진 앨범의 좌우 인쇄면 위에 평판인쇄기를 이용하여 연속적으로 인쇄할 수 있어 2페이지에 걸쳐서 인쇄되는 대형 이미지를 구현하는 것이 가능한 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 그 제작방법을 제공하려는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범은, 다단의 제 1 보강대지; 가운데의 접힘선을 따라 포개어져 접힘으로서 서로 마주하는 내면에는 사진출력물의 인쇄가 가능한 인화면을 형성하며, 상기 인화면의 반대면에 위치하는 외측면은 상기 제 1 보강대지와 접착제에 의해 접착 고정되는 다단의 앨범내지; 접힘된 상태에서 다단을 이루는 상기 앨범내지가 제 1 보강대지와 중첩시, 상기 앨범내지의 접힘부 외면을 감싸도록 연속적으로 접착 고정되는 제 1 고정부와, 상기 제 1 고정부로부터 좌우로 연장되고 복수의 앨범내지 중 최외측에 접착되는 상기 제 1 보강대지의 일면을 감싸며 접착 고정되는 제 2 고정부를 포함하는 ㄷ자형의 직물보강띠; 및, 상기 직물보강띠를 수용하는 ㄷ자형의 비접착 공간부를 형성하여, 여러장이 포개어져 구성되는 상기 앨범내지의 중간 접힘부를 감싸는 상기 직물보강띠가 가리워지도록 하는 것으로서, 전후 덮개판으로 사용되는 제 1, 2 지지층 및 중간 덮개판으로 사용되는 제 3 지지층으로 분할되는 3조각의 지지층으로 구분되고 그 외부를 표피층으로 피복하되, 상기 3조각의 분할된 지지층 사이에 유연하게 구부려지는 표피결합부를 형성하며, 상기 제 1, 2 지지층 내면을 상기 앨범내지에 접착 고정하는 앨범표지; 로 구성된다.
본 발명의 일면에 따라, 다단을 이루는 상기 앨범내지의 첫장과 마지막장에는 상기 앨범표지와 접하는 면이 안정적으로 접착 및 유지되기 위하여 제 2 보강대지를 접착 구성하게 된다.
본 발명의 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 앨범내지가 인화액이 처리되지 않은 종이 또는 합성필름으로 이루어지고, 앨범내지의 내면에는 젤라틴수용액을 코팅하여 인화면을 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 젤라틴수용액은, 물과 젤라틴을 80~120 : 1의 부피비율로 혼합되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 앨범내지의 접힘부에는 앨범이 완성된 상태에서 앨범내지를 펼칠때 이웃하는 제 1 보강대지들, 및 앨범내지와 제 1 보강대지들의 중첩부분을 감싸는 상기 직물보강띠의 두께를 보상하게 되는 반원형의 접힘연장부를 상기 제 1 보강대지의 폭보다 돌출되게 연장된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 앨범표지는, 상기 앨범내지의 일면에 접착 고정되고 일정두께를 가지는 제 1,2 지지층과, 상기 제 1,2 지지층의 사이에 일정간격을 두고 배치되면서 상기 직물보강띠를 감싸게 되는 일정두께의 제 3 지지층 및, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층을 연결하도록 접착 고정이 이루어지면서 상기 제 3 지지층과 제 1,2 지지층의 사이에 지지층의 두께보다 얇으면서 상기 앨범내지에 접착이 이루어지지 않는 접힘부를 형성하게 되는 표피를 포함한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 표피는, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층의 표면에 부착되는 견사층과, 상기 견사층의 일면에 위치되어 쿠션감을 제공하는 쿠션층, 및 상기 쿠션층의 일면에 위치되어 소정의 신축성이 구비되는 표피층을 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명에 따른 앨범 제작장치는 바람직하게, 이송컨베이어를 통해 이송되는 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 펼쳐진 앨범내지 인화면에 노즐을 통해 사진 인쇄용 잉크를 분사하여 사진출력물을 인쇄하게 되는 인쇄기; 펼쳐진 앨범내지 인화면에 사진출력물이 인쇄되고 나면, 다음 페이지의 인쇄를 위해 앨범내지를 한장씩 넘겨 주는 페이지 넘김수단; 상기 페이지 넘김수단에 의해 첫장부터 마지막장까지 순차적으로 넘김되는 상기 앨범내지 표면에 상기 인쇄기를 통해 사진출력물이 인쇄될 때, 상기 앨범내지의 페이지 넘김에 따른 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 좌우측 높이를 보상하여 상기 인화면과 사진 인쇄용 잉크용액을 분사하는 상기 인쇄기 노즐의 유효간극 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키도록 승,하강이 이루어지면서 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하는 제 1,2 평형유지부재; 상기 제 1,2 평형유지부재로부터 좌우측 평형상태가 유지되면서 앨범내지에 사진출력물의 인쇄가 완료되고 나면, 상기 앨범내지에 인쇄된 사진출력물을 건조시키는 제 1 건조기; 상기 제 1 건조기에 의해 건조된 사진출력물의 각 인화면에 보호막을 코팅처리하는 코팅기; 및, 상기 코팅기에 의해 코팅처리된 인화면을 건조시키는 제 2 건조기; 를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명의 일면에 따라, 상기 제 1,2 평형유지부재는, 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범이 이송컨베이어를 따라 인쇄기와 제 1 건조기, 코팅기와, 제 2 건조기의 순으로 순차 이송되어 건조 및 보호막 코팅이 이루어질 때, 상기 이송컨베이어를 따라 이송되어 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범내지 좌우측을 항상 동일한 평형상태로 유지시키도록 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하도록 구성된다.
본 발명의 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 인쇄기의 전방에는, 사진인화용 피막 코팅수단을 더 구비하게 된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 인쇄기는, 잉크젯 방식의 평판인쇄기인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일면에 따라, 상기 보호막 코팅기에는, 보호막의 코팅 두께를 균일하게 또는 다양한 문양과 설정 이미지로 출력할 수 있도록 함으로서 사진에 입체효과 또는 반사굴절효과를 제공하게 되는 패턴입력수단을 더 구비하게 된다.
본 발명의 앨범 제작방법에 따르면, 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 선택하는 제 1 단계; 상기 제 1 단계로부터 선택된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 검수하는 제 2 단계; 상기 제 2 단계로부터 검수를 통과한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 앨범 제작장치의 이송컨베이어에 올려놓아 앨범내지의 펼쳐짐이 이루어지도록 한 후, 펼쳐진 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진 출력물을 인쇄하는 제 3 단계; 상기 제 3 단계로부터 사진 출력물이 인쇄된 앨범내지의 인화면 표면을 건조시키는 제 4 단계; 상기 제 4 단계로부터 표면 건조되는 사진출력물이 인쇄된 인화면에 일정두께 또는 일정패턴의 보호막을 코팅처리하는 제 5 단계; 상기 제 5 단계로부터 인화면에 코팅 처리된 보호막을 건조시키는 제 6 단계; 및, 상기 제 6 단계 이후, 상기 앨범내지의 페이지 넘김이 순차적으로 이루어지도록 하면서 상기 제 3 내지 5 단계를 반복하여, 상기 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진출력물을 연속 인쇄처리하는 제 7 단계; 를 포함하여 앨범 제작이 이루어진다.
본 발명의 일면에 따라, 상기 제 4 단계와 상기 제 7 단계로부터 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진출력물의 인쇄가 페이지 넘김으로 연속 처리시, 제 1,2 평형유지부재를 통해 상기 앨범내지의 좌우측 앨범표지의 높낮이 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키는 단계; 를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 그 제작방법은, 사진출력물이 인쇄되지 않은 여러장의 내지를 포함하며 여기에 양질의 앨범표지까지 부착하여 제본이 완료된 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물을 준비하고, 다양한 형태로 구비되는 반제품 상태의 앨범 구조물 중 희망하는 하나를 택하여, 촬영된 사진을 스튜디오에서 앨범의 미인쇄 인화면을 펼쳐가며 즉시 인쇄할 수 있도록 함으로서, 기념 촬영한 사진이 수록된 최종 완성된 앨범을 받기까지 소요되는 대기시간을 획기적으로 단축할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예로 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 이루는 보강대지와 앨범내지의 접착 구조도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예로 중첩이 이루어진 보강대지와 앨범내지에 직물보강띠를 접착 고정하는 상태도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예로 앨범표지의 구조를 보인 사시도이며, 도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예로 보강대지와 앨범내지 및 직물보강띠에 앨범표지가 접착 고정된 상태를 보인 단면로서, 도 5는 좌우 인쇄면 펼침 높이가 동일한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 펼침상태 단면을, 그리고 도 6은 좌우 인쇄면이 펼침 높이에서 차이를 보이고 있는 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 펼침상태 단면을 각각 도시하고 있다.
첨부된 도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 앨범(10)은 제 1 보강대지(11), 앨범내지(12), 직물보강띠(13), 그리고 앨범표지(14)를 포함하는 것이다.
상기 제 1 보강대지(11)는 상기 앨범내지(12)의 사이에 접착 고정되는 것이고, 상기 앨범내지(12)는 가운데의 접힘선을 따라 포개어지도록 접힘이 이루어지면서 포개어져 서로 마주하는 인화면에는 사진출력물이 인쇄될 수 있도록 한 것이고, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 인화면 반대편에 위치하는 외측면은 상기 제 1 보강대지(11)와 접착제에 의해 접착 고정이 이루어지도록 구성한 것이다.
이때, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 중간 접힘부위에는 앨범이 완성된 상태에서 앨범내지를 펼칠때 이웃하는 제 1 보강대지(11)들의 두께 및 앨범내지(12)와 제 1 보강대지(11)들을 감싸고 있는 상기 직물보강띠(13)의 두께를 보상할 수 있도록 상기 제 1 보강대지(11)의 폭보다 돌출되는 반원형의 접힘연장부(12a)를 연장 구성하게 된다.
그리고, 다단을 이루는 상기 앨범내지(12)의 첫장과 마지막장에는 상기 앨범표지(14)와 접하는 면이 안정적으로 접착 및 유지되기 위하여 제 2 보강대지(12b)를 접착 구성한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 앨범내지(12)는 인화액이 처리되지 않은 통상의 다양한 재질의 종이 또는 합성필름을 사용하여 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 제작하여도 무방한데, 이 경우 앨범내지(12)의 내면에 사진출력물을 인쇄하기에 앞서 젤라틴수용액을 도포. 코팅하여 주어 일반용지로 제작된 앨범내지(12)의 표면을 사진출력이 가능한 상태의 인화면으로 바꾸어주게 된다.
일반용지를 사진출력이 가능한 상태의 인화면으로 바꾸어주기 위해 상기 앨범내지(12)의 표면에 도포되는 젤라틴수용액은, 물과 젤라틴을 80~120 : 1의 부피 비율로 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
앨범내지(12)로 사용되는 종이는 찢어짐을 방지하는 고강도의 재질이 선택적으로 사용될 수 있을 것인데, 그 표면에 젤라틴수용액을 도포하여 인화면을 구성할 수 있도록 한지 등과 같이 흡수성이 우수한 재료가 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 직물보강띠(13)는 상기 제 1 보강대지(11)와 상기 앨범내지(12)의 중첩부분은 물론, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 일면을 감싸는 ㄷ자형의 구조물로서, 상기 앨범내지(12)가 가운데 접힘선을 기준으로 접힘된 상태에서 다단을 이루는 제 1 보강대지(11)와 중첩될 때 상기 앨범내지(12)의 일면을 감싸도록 접착 고정되는 제 1 고정부(13a)와, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 펼쳐짐시 접힘이 이루어지도록 상기 앨범내지(12)와 제 1 보강대지(11)의 중첩부분을 감싸면서 접착 고정되는 제 2 고정부(13b)로 이루어진 것이다.
상기 앨범표지(14)는 상기 앨범내지(12)가 가운데의 접힘선을 따라 접힘시 상기 직물보강띠(13)를 수용하는 ㄷ자형의 공간부(A)를 형성함은 물론, 펼쳐짐이 이루어지는 상기 앨범내지(12)와 상기 직물보강띠(13)를 감싸면서 보호하도록 상기 앨범내지(12)에 접착 고정되는 것이며, 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)와 제 3 지지층(14c) 및 이들을 연속적으로 감싸는 표피(14d)를 포함하는 것이다.
상기 표피(14d)에 의해 감싸여지는 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)은 일정두께를 가지는 것으로, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 일면에 접착 고정되는 것이다.
상기 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)와 다소 이격되도록 배열됨으로서 이격된 접힘 공간부를 가지도록 배치되는 상기 제 3 지지층(14c) 역시, 상기 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)과 함께 일정두께를 가지는 것으로, 상기 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)의 사이에 형성되는 일정간격의 접힘 공간부 내에 상기 직물보강띠(13)가 감싸이는 형태로 위치하게 되는 것이다.
상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층(14a)(14b)(14c)은 합지, 압축합판(MDF), 합성수지 또는 금속 등으로 이루어 질 수 있으나, 그 소재를 특별히 한정할 필요는 없다.
상기 표피(14d)는 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층(14a)(14b)(14c)를 연결하도록 접착 고정되는 것으로서, 상기 제 3 지지층(14c)과 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)의 사이에 지지층의 두께보다 얇은 접힘부(B)를 형성하게 된다. 이같은 표피(14d)는 도면에는 도시하지 않았지만, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층(14a)(14b)(14c)의 표면에 부착되는 망사구조의 견사층과, 상기 견사층의 일면에 위치되어 쿠션감을 제공하는 쿠션층, 그리고 상기 쿠션층의 일면에 위치되어 소정의 신축성이 구비되는 표피층으로 적층 구성할 수 있다.
이러한 상기 표피층은 가죽, 인조가죽, 지류, 실크, 천 또는 PVC, PP, PE등의 합성수지 등으로 이루어 질 수 있고, 잉크젯 인쇄방법으로 자외선 경화성 UV잉크를 사용하여 이미지가 인쇄되고 자외선 조사기로 상기 이미지를 경화시켜 고착화시킬 수 있는 것이며, 상기 견사층은 일면에 접착제가 도포되어 상기 지지층의 일면에 부착 고정될 수 있는 것이다.
상기 쿠션층은 발포층이 형성되어 있는 S/L PVC레자 또는 케스팅폼이 형성된 PU레자 등으로 이루어지거나, 또는 EVA 또는 고밀도 라텍스 및 PP발포폼 장섬유 등으로 견직 중간의 쿠션층을 형성하는 것과 캐시미어(인조솜) 등도 선택적으로 사용할 수 있을 것임은 물론이다.
한편, 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 6에서와 같이 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 이용한 앨범 제작장치(20)는, 첨부된 도 7에서와 같이, 이송컨베이어(20a)를 따라 순차적으로 배치되는 인쇄기(23), 제 1 건조기(24), 코팅기(25), 제 2 건조기(26)는 물론, 상기 이송컨베이어(20a)를 따라 이송이 이루어지는 제 1,2 평형유지부재(21)(22)와 페이지 넘김수단(27)을 포함하여 구성한 것이며, 이러한 앨범 제작장치(20)에는 도면에 구체적으로 표현되고 있지는 않으나 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범내지를 순차적으로 넘기게 되는 페이지 넘김수단(27)을 포함한다.
상기 인쇄기(23)는 이송컨베이어(20a)를 통해 이송되는, 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 앨범내지로서 제본이 완료된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 첫장부터 마지막장까지 순차적으로 펼치면서, 펼쳐진 상기 앨범내지의 표면에 사진 인쇄용 잉크를 분사하며 사진출력물을 인쇄하게 되는 것으로서, 이러한 사진 인쇄기로는 잉크젯 방식의 평판인쇄기가 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다.
상기 제 1 건조기(24)는 상기 앨범내지에 인쇄된 사진출력물을 건조시키는 것이고, 상기 보호막 코팅기(25)는 사진출력물이 건조된 인화면을 보호막으로 코팅처리하는 것이며, 상기 제 2 건조기(26)는 사진이 인쇄된 인화면의 보호막 코팅층을 안정화시키기 위한 것이다.
상기 보호막 코팅기(25)에는, 보호막의 코팅 두께를 균일하게 또는 다양한 문양과 설정 이미지로 출력할 수 있도록 하는 패턴입력수단(29)를 설치하는 것이 바람직한데, 상기 패턴입력수단(29)는 인쇄기(23)를 통해 인쇄된 사진 출력물의 이미지와 대응되는 특정 형상 또는 이미지, 글자, 로고 등 설정된 패턴으로 잉크젯 노즐을 통해 코팅액을 분사하여 인쇄된 사진에 엠보싱 돌기에 의한 입체효과 또는 반사굴절효과를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 이송컨베이어(20a)에 의해 안내되는 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범이 인쇄기(23)와 제 1 건조기(24) 및 코팅기(25), 그리고 제 2 건조기(26)를 순차적으로 거치게 될 때, 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범내지는 페이지 넘김이 이루어지더라도 승,하강이 이루어지는 제 1,2 평형유지부재(21)(22)에 의해 좌우측 평형상태가 항상 일정하게 유지되도록 구성하여 둔 것이다.
즉, 상기 인쇄기(23)를 통해 사진출력물이 인화면에 인쇄시, 상기 제 1,2 평형유지부재(21)(22)는 상기 앨범내지(12)의 페이지 넘김에 따른 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 좌우측 높이를 보상하여 상기 인화면과 사진 인쇄용 잉크용액을 분사하는 상기 인쇄기 노즐의 유효간극 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키도록 승,하강이 이루어지면서 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하도록 구성하는 한편, 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범이 이송컨베이어(20a)를 따라 제 1 건조기(24) 및 코팅기(25)와 제 2 건조기(26)로 순차 이송되어 건조와 보호막 코팅이 이루어질 때, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 좌우측이 항상 동일한 평형상태가 유지되도록 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하도록 구성하여둔 것이다.
뿐만 아니라, 앨범내지(12)를 순차적으로 넘기게 되는 상기 페이지 넘김수단(27)는, 특허공개번호 제10-1999-000763호에 개시되고 있는 장치는 물론, 자석을 이용한 넘김장치를 소개하고 있는 등록실용신안 제20-0326208호, 흡착력을 이용한 넘김장치를 소개하고 있는 등록실용신안 제20-0267372호 등에 개시되고 있는 다양하고도 단순한 장치들이 선택적으로 사용될 수 있고, 더욱이 본 발명에 있어서 상기 페이지 넘김수단(27)은 인쇄된 앨범내지(12)의 표면과 인쇄될 앨범내지(12)의 표면을 교체하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로 족할 뿐, 이를 특정할 필요는 없는 것이므로 이하 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
상기 인쇄기(23)의 전방에는, 사진인화용 피막(예로서, 젤라틴수용액) 코팅수단(28)을 더 설치할 수 있다. 이는 인화액이 처리되지 않은 통상의 다양한 재질의 종이 또는 합성필름을 사용하여 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범에 사용된다.
다시말해, 일반용지로 제작된 앨범의 내지를 사진출력이 가능한 상태의 인화지로 바꾸어주기 위한 것으로서, 앨범내지(12)로 사용되는 종이를 보다 안정적으로 유지시키는데 유용하며, 이를 통해 보존성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 앨범 제작방법은 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 8에서와 같이, 다단의 제 1 보강대지(11)와 펼쳐짐과 접힘이 가능한 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 다단의 앨범내지(12)를 중첩시킨 상태에서, 중첩된 상기 제 1 보강대지(11)와 앨범내지(12)가 서로 접하는 면을 접착제로 접착 고정하여 둔다.
다음으로, 상기 앨범내지(12)를 접힘하여, 접힘된 상기 앨범내지(12)와 제 1 보강대지(11)의 중첩부분, 그리고 상기 앨범내지(12)의 일면을 제 1,2 고정부(13a)(13b)를 포함하는 ㄷ자형의 직물보강띠(13)로 감싼 후, 상기 직물보강띠(13)의 제 1,2 고정부(13a)(13b)를 상기 제 1 보강대지(11)와 앨범내지(12)에 접착제로 접착 고정한다.
다음으로, 상기 앨범내지(12)와 상기 직물보강띠(13)를 감싸면서 상기 앨범내지(12)에 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)과 제 3 지지층(14c) 및 표피(14d)를 포함하는 앨범표지(14)를 접착 고정하게 되면, 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 미인쇄 앨범(10)의 제작이 완료된다.
한편, 이용자가 상기와 같이 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범(10)의 디자인을 달리하여 대량으로 제작한 상태에서, 의뢰자가 미인쇄 앨범(10)들 중에서 마음에 드는 하나의 앨범(10)을 선택시, 상기 선택된 미인쇄 앨범(10)을 이송컨베이어(20a)를 포함하는 앨범제작장치(20)에 투입시키게 된다.
그러면, 상기 앨범제작장치(20)에 투입되는 미인쇄 앨범(10)은 펼침 상태를 유지하게 되며, 이렇게 펼쳐진 상태가 유지되는 앨범(10)은 첨부된 도 7에서와 같이 앨범제작장치(20)에 포함되는 제 1,2 평형유지부재(21)(22)의 승하강에 따라 펼쳐짐이 이루어진 미인쇄 앨범(10)의 좌우 평형상태가 일정하게 유지된다.
다음으로, 미인쇄 앨범(10)을 앨범내지(12)가 펼쳐진 상태로 앨범제작장치(20)의 이송컨베이어(20a)에 공급되어 앨범내지(12)의 페이지 넘김으로 각 앨범내지(12)의 인화면에 인쇄기(23)의 노즐에서 잉크용액을 분사하여 사진출력물 인쇄시킨다.
다음으로, 상기 앨범내지(12)의 페이지 넘김으로 사진출력물 인쇄시, 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범(10)의 좌우측 높낮이는 서로 다르게 되는데, 이때 앨범제작장치(20)에 포함되는 제 1,2 평형유지부재(21)(22)를 승하강시켜 앨범내지(12)의 페이지 넘김에 따른 미인쇄 앨범(10)의 좌우측 높이를 보상함으로써, 사전출력물이 인쇄된 앨범내지(12)의 인화면과 사진 인쇄용 잉크용액을 분사하게 되는 인쇄기(23)의 노즐 유효간극에 대한 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키게 되고, 이에따라 페이지 넘김이 이루어진 앨범내지(12)에는 항상 동일한 인쇄용 잉크용액이 분사될 수 있는 것이다.
다음으로, 평형이 유지된 상태로 페이지 넘김이 이루어진 앨범내지(12)에 노즐의 잉크용액 분사로부터 사진출력물의 인쇄가 완료시, 펼쳐진 상태로 사진출력물이 인쇄된 앨범내지(12)를 이송컨베이어(20a)를 통해 제 1 건조기(24)로 이송시키게 되고, 이에따라 상기 제 1 건조기(24)에서는 상기 앨범내지(12)에 인쇄된 사진출력물 즉, 사진출력물을 인쇄하기 위해 분사된 잉크용액을 건조시키게 되는 것이다.
다음으로, 사진출력물의 건조가 이루어진 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범(10)을 이송컨베이어(20a)를 통해 보호막 공정으로 이송시키면, 상기 보호막 공정에 마련되는 코팅기(25)에서는 앨범내지(12)의 사진출력물 인쇄면에 보호막을 코팅시키게 되고, 상기 보호막이 코팅된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범(10)은 다음의 제 2 건조기(26)로 이송컨베이어(20a)를 통해 이송되며, 이에따라 상기 제 2 건조기(26)에서는 사진출력물 인쇄면에 코팅된 보호막을 건조시키게 되며, 이에따라 최종적으로 의뢰자가 요청한 사진출력물이 인쇄된 최종 앨범이 완성되는 것이다.
즉, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 앨범은 첨부된 도 4 내지 도 6에서와 같이, 앨범표지(14)의 제 1,2 지지층(14a)(14b)이 앨범내지(12)에 접착제로 접착 고정되지만, 직물보강띠(13)는 앨범표지(14)와는 접착제를 통해 접착 고정되지 않고 제 1 보강대지(11) 및 앨범내지(12)와 접착제를 통해 접착 고정되므로, 앨범표지(14)를 넘기거나 또는 제 1 보강대지(11)가 접착 고정되는 사진출력물이 인쇄된 앨범내지(12)를 넘길 때 그 넘김이 자연스럽게 이루어짐은 물론, 앨범표지(14)에 형성되는 ㄷ자형의 공간부(A)에 의해 직물보강띠(13)가 간섭받지 않게 되면서, 상기 직물보강띠(13)에 접착제로 접착 고정되는 제 1 보강대지(11)와 앨범내지(12)의 중첩부분에 대한 파손은 발생하지 않고 견고한 고정상태를 유지할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범과 이를 이용한 앨범 제작장치 및 그 제작방법에 대한 기술사상을 첨부도면과 첨부도면과 함께 서술하였지만, 이는 본 발명의 가장 양호한 실시예를 예시적으로 설명한 것이지 본 발명을 한정하는 것은 아니다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위내에 있게 된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 다단의 제 1 보강대지;
    가운데의 접힘선을 따라 포개어져 접힘으로서 서로 마주하는 내면에는 사진출력물의 인쇄가 가능한 인화면을 형성하며, 상기 인화면의 반대면에 위치하는 외측면은 상기 제 1 보강대지와 접착제에 의해 접착 고정되는 다단의 앨범내지;
    접힘된 상태에서 다단을 이루는 상기 앨범내지가 제 1 보강대지와 중첩시, 상기 앨범내지의 접힘부 외면을 감싸도록 연속적으로 접착 고정되는 제 1 고정부와, 상기 제 1 고정부로부터 좌우로 연장되고 복수의 앨범내지 중 최외측에 접착되는 상기 제 1 보강대지의 일면을 감싸며 접착 고정되는 제 2 고정부를 포함하는 ㄷ자형의 직물보강띠; 및,
    상기 직물보강띠를 수용하는 ㄷ자형의 비접착 공간부를 형성하여, 여러장이 포개어져 구성되는 상기 앨범내지의 중간 접힘부를 감싸는 상기 직물보강띠가 가리워지도록 하는 것으로서, 전후 덮개판으로 사용되는 제 1, 2 지지층 및 중간 덮개판으로 사용되는 제 3 지지층으로 분할되는 3조각의 지지층으로 구분되고 그 외부를 표피층으로 피복하되, 상기 3조각의 분할된 지지층 사이에 유연하게 구부려지는 표피결합부를 형성하며, 상기 제 1, 2 지지층 내면을 상기 앨범내지에 접착 고정하는 앨범표지; 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 다단을 이루는 상기 앨범내지의 첫장과 마지막장에는 상기 앨범표지와 접하는 면이 안정적으로 접착 및 유지되기 위하여 제 2 보강대지를 접착 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 앨범내지가 인화액이 처리되지 않은 종이 또는 합성필름으로 이루어지고, 앨범내지의 내면에는 젤라틴수용액을 코팅하여 인화면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴수용액은, 물과 젤라틴을 80~120 : 1의 부피비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 앨범내지의 접힘부에는 앨범이 완성된 상태에서 앨범내지를 펼칠때 이웃하는 제 1 보강대지들, 및 앨범내지와 제 1 보강대지들의 중첩부분을 감싸는 상기 직물보강띠의 두께를 보상하게 되는 반원형의 접힘연장부를 상기 제 1 보강대지의 폭보다 돌출되게 연장 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 앨범표지는, 상기 앨범내지의 일면에 접착 고정되고 일정두께를 가지는 제 1,2 지지층과, 상기 제 1,2 지지층의 사이에 일정간격을 두고 배치되면서 상기 직물보강띠를 감싸게 되는 일정두께의 제 3 지지층 및, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층을 연결하도록 접착 고정이 이루어지면서 상기 제 3 지지층과 제 1,2 지지층의 사이에 지지층의 두께보다 얇으면서 상기 앨범내지에 접착이 이루어지지 않는 접힘부를 형성하게 되는 표피를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 표피는, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 지지층의 표면에 부착되는 견사층과, 상기 견사층의 일면에 위치되어 쿠션감을 제공하는 쿠션층, 및 상기 쿠션층의 일면에 위치되어 소정의 신축성이 구비되는 표피층을 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진출력물이 인쇄 가능한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범.
  8. 이송컨베이어를 통해 이송되는 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 펼쳐진 앨범내지 인화면에 노즐을 통해 사진 인쇄용 잉크를 분사하여 사진출력물을 인쇄하게 되는 인쇄기;
    펼쳐진 앨범내지 인화면에 사진출력물이 인쇄되고 나면, 다음 페이지의 인쇄를 위해 앨범내지를 한장씩 넘겨 주는 페이지 넘김수단;
    상기 페이지 넘김수단에 의해 첫장부터 마지막장까지 순차적으로 넘김되는 상기 앨범내지 표면에 상기 인쇄기를 통해 사진출력물이 인쇄될 때, 상기 앨범내지의 페이지 넘김에 따른 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 좌우측 높이를 보상하여 상기 인화면과 사진 인쇄용 잉크용액을 분사하는 상기 인쇄기 노즐의 유효간극 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키도록 승,하강이 이루어지면서 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하는 제 1,2 평형유지부재;
    상기 제 1,2 평형유지부재로부터 좌우측 평형상태가 유지되면서 앨범내지에 사진출력물의 인쇄가 완료되고 나면, 상기 앨범내지에 인쇄된 사진출력물을 건조시키는 제 1 건조기;
    상기 제 1 건조기에 의해 건조된 사진출력물의 각 인화면에 보호막을 코팅처리하는 코팅기; 및,
    상기 코팅기에 의해 코팅처리된 인화면을 건조시키는 제 2 건조기; 를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1,2 평형유지부재는, 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범이 이송컨베이어를 따라 인쇄기와 제 1 건조기, 코팅기와, 제 2 건조기의 순으로 순차 이송되어 건조 및 보호막 코팅이 이루어질 때, 상기 이송컨베이어를 따라 이송되어 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범내지 좌우측을 항상 동일한 평형상태로 유지시키도록 상기 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범의 앨범표지를 지지하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작장치.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄기의 전방에는, 사진인화용 피막 코팅수단을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작장치.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄기는, 잉크젯 방식의 평판인쇄기인 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작장치.
  12. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막 코팅기에는, 보호막의 코팅 두께를 균일하게 또는 다양한 문양과 설정 이미지로 출력할 수 있도록 함으로서 인쇄된 사진에 입체효과 또는 반사굴절효과를 제공하게 되는 패턴입력수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작장치.
  13. 사진출력물이 인쇄되어 있지 않은 상태로 제본된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 선택하는 제 1 단계;
    상기 제 1 단계로부터 선택된 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 검수하는 제 2 단계;
    상기 제 2 단계로부터 검수를 통과한 사전 제작된 미인쇄 앨범을 앨범 제작장치의 이송컨베이어에 올려놓아 앨범내지의 펼쳐짐이 이루어지도록 한 후, 펼쳐진 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진 출력물을 인쇄하는 제 3 단계;
    상기 제 3 단계로부터 사진 출력물이 인쇄된 앨범내지의 인화면 표면을 건조시키는 제 4 단계;
    상기 제 4 단계로부터 표면 건조되는 사진출력물이 인쇄된 인화면에 일정두께 또는 일정패턴의 보호막을 코팅처리하는 제 5 단계;
    상기 제 5 단계로부터 인화면에 코팅 처리된 보호막을 건조시키는 제 6 단계; 및,
    상기 제 6 단계 이후, 상기 앨범내지의 페이지 넘김이 순차적으로 이루어지도록 하면서 상기 제 3 내지 5 단계를 반복하여, 상기 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진출력물을 연속 인쇄처리하는 제 7 단계; 를 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작방법.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 4 단계와 상기 제 7 단계로부터 앨범내지의 인화면에 사진출력물의 인쇄가 페이지 넘김으로 연속 처리시, 제 1,2 평형유지부재를 통해 상기 앨범내지의 좌우측 앨범표지의 높낮이 평형상태를 일정하게 유지시키는 단계; 를 더 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앨범 제작방법.
