以下将结合附图及具体实施方案来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
图1示出本发明的一个实施方案的结构示意图。如图1所示,车衣收放装置1包括壳体2以及安装在壳体2内部的收放辊3,壳体2包括底座4和上盖5,其中在底座4上固定有驱动辊6,在上盖5上固定有压辊7,驱动辊6与收放辊3通过传动机构实现同步转动。在上盖5相对于底座4闭合时(如图1中虚线所示),驱动辊6与压辊7彼此压力接触,使得压辊7能够通过与驱动辊6之间的摩擦力而相向转动。在打开上盖5时,压辊7随上盖5的开启而与驱动辊6脱离接触。在收放车衣8时,车衣8在驱动辊6与压辊7之间通过。
在图1中,上盖5还包括车衣保护盖5’,在上盖5关闭时,可打开车衣保护盖5’以允许车衣收放。
在需要使用车衣时,首先将车衣8卷绕在收放辊3上,通过打开上盖5可方便地将车衣8的前端置于驱动辊6上,再闭合上盖5使车衣8压在驱动辊6与压辊7之间,当驱动辊6与收放辊3同步正向转动时,通过驱动辊6与压辊7之间的摩擦力将车衣8匀速平顺地释放出来。当车衣8完全释放后即可将其罩在汽车车身上,从而实现汽车防护功能。当回收车衣8时,可打开上盖5,并使收放辊3反向转动,通过使车衣8卷绕在收放辊3上而实现车衣8的快速回收。
当车衣8反复使用时,回收后的车衣8通常会完全卷绕在收放辊3上,此时如果驱动辊6与压辊7之间的间距不可调节或间距不够大的话,则会造成下次释放车衣8时难以将车衣8适当地调整压到驱动辊6与压辊7之间,从而造成车衣8难以顺利释放。本发明有效解决了这一问题,使得可以通过简单地打开上盖使驱动辊6和压辊7完全脱离接触,从而将车衣8布置在驱动辊6和压辊7之间的合适位置处。
驱动辊6和压辊7是一对摩擦辊,辊筒表面可由软质材料如橡胶、 软质塑料等制成,使得压辊7可以通过与驱动辊6之间的摩擦力带动而同步转动,不需要另设其它传动机构,从而大大简化了传动机构。
当车衣8释放时,可闭合上盖5使车衣8压在驱动辊6与压辊7之间,当驱动辊7与收放辊3同步正向转动时,通过驱动辊6与压辊7之间的摩擦力将车衣8匀速平顺地释放出来,可以防止车衣8被堵在壳体2内,车衣8也不会发生褶皱折叠,有利于将车衣8顺利释放到车身上。
当车衣8回收时,既可以使车衣8在驱动辊6和压辊7之间通过摩擦力回收卷绕到收放辊3上,也可以将上盖5打开使驱动辊6和压辊7完全脱离接触,使得车衣8可直接通过收放辊3卷绕回收,而不是在驱动辊6与压辊7之间通过摩擦力进行回收操作,这样可以大大加快回收速度,并且由于阻力减小有利于节省能量。
图2示出本发明的传动齿轮机构的结构示意图。如图2所示,传动齿轮机构9由驱动齿轮10、驱动辊齿轮11、惰轮12以及收放辊齿轮13构成。当驱动齿轮10在双向电机驱动下正反双向转动时,其带动驱动辊齿轮11和惰轮12双向转动,惰轮12再带动收放辊齿轮13双向转动,从而实现驱动辊6与收放辊3的双向同步转动。例如,双向电机可由充电电池或太阳能充电电池供电。
图3示出本发明的延展带的结构示意图,其中延展带14连接在车衣8和收放辊3之间。如图3所示,延展带14的一端与车衣8连接,另一端固定在收放辊3上,当回收车衣8时通过延展带14将车衣8牵引缠绕在收放辊3上,从而实现车衣8的回收操作。
延展带14与车衣8的连接是活动连接,优选在车衣纵向中心线上均匀设置有可连接延展带的多个连接点,延展带通过搭扣连接在这些连接点上,也可以通过粘接或系带连接的方式连接在这些连接点上。使用者能够根据收放装置1在汽车车身上的摆放位置相应地选择延展带14在车衣8上的连接位置,从而允许灵活设置收放装置1在车身上的安放位置。
在该实施例中,延展带固定在收放辊的外筒壁的中央部。
图4示出本发明的一个实施方案的结构示意图。如图4所示,收放辊3具有中空筒体15,在该中空筒体15的表面上设置有与该筒体15的中空部连通的多个通气孔16,设置在壳体2内的气泵17与筒体15的中空部连通。当收放辊3反向转动回收车衣8时,气泵17同时抽气减压从而在通气孔16处产生的吸力,使得车衣8在收放辊3上缠绕回收时由于气泵17产生的抽吸力而紧密贴附在收放辊3上。
底座4的底部还可设置有与气泵17连通的吸盘18,通过气泵17的抽气减压和鼓气增压实现收放装置通过吸盘与汽车表面的固定和脱离。例如,可设计为当打开车衣保护盖5’时,气泵17自动对吸盘18抽气减压,从而将收放装置1固定在车身上;而当关闭车衣保护盖5’时,气泵17自动对吸盘18鼓气增压以使收放装置1自动脱离车身。
气泵17既可用于回收车衣8又可用于吸盘17与车身表面的固定和脱离。此外,气泵的操作可通过遥控器遥控,以方便使用者操作。
本发明的收放装置还可以安装有其它附件。例如,在上盖5的前端设置照明应急灯,例如LED灯等,可通过遥控器直接控制该照明应急灯的开关,使得操作和使用更为方便。
在上盖5的侧面还可安装电源指示灯,以随时显示该收放装置的内置电池的可用工作电量。
在底座4上可设置报警器,其可通过遥控器直接开关。例如,当开启报警器时,如有物体接触车衣,则会发出警报声。
在底座4上还可安装有手柄21(参见附图1),以便于携带和使用放置。
在底座4的底部还可设计有导水槽,以使本发明的收放装置可以在雨雪天气中安全有效地使用。
虽然本发明所揭露的实施方式如上,但所述的内容只是为了便于理解本发明而采用的实施方式,并非用以限定本发明。任何本发明所属技 术领域内的技术人员,在不脱离本发明所揭露的精神和范围的前提下,可以在实施的形式上及细节上作任何的修改与变化,但本发明的专利保护范围,仍须以所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车用防护车衣收放装置,所述收放装置包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体内部的收放辊,所述壳体包括底座和上盖,其特征在于:
    在所述壳体内还设置有驱动辊和压辊,其中驱动辊固定在底座上,压辊固定在上盖上,并且驱动辊与收放辊通过传动机构实现同步转动;
    当上盖相对于底座闭合时,驱动辊与压辊彼此压力接触,使得压辊能够通过与驱动辊之间的摩擦力而相向同步转动,当打开上盖时,压辊随上盖的开启而与驱动辊脱离接触;以及
    在收放防护车衣时,防护车衣在驱动辊与压辊之间通过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    所述传动机构为齿轮机构,其由驱动齿轮、驱动辊齿轮、惰轮以及收放辊齿轮构成,其中当驱动齿轮在动力装置驱动下正反双向转动时,带动驱动辊齿轮和惰轮双向转动,惰轮再带动收放辊齿轮双向转动,从而实现驱动辊与收放辊的双向同步转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    所述动力装置是由充电电池或太阳能电池供电的双向电机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    在防护车衣和收放辊之间连接有延展带,延展带的一端与防护车衣连接,另一端固定在收放辊上,当回收车衣时通过延展带将防护车衣牵引缠绕在收放辊上,从而实现防护车衣的回收操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    延展带与防护车衣的连接为活动连接,使用者能够根据所述收放装置在汽车车身上的摆放位置相应地选择延展带与防护车衣的连接位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    在防护车衣的纵向中心线上设置有可连接延展带的多个连接点,延 展带能够通过选自搭扣连接、粘接和系带连接的连接方式与所述连接点中的任意一个连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    在底座底部设置有吸盘并且在壳体内设置有气泵,气泵与吸盘连通,通过气泵的抽气减压和鼓气增压实现所述收放装置通过吸盘与汽车表面的固定和脱离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    在所述壳体内设置有气泵并且所述收放辊具有中空筒体,在该中空筒体表面上设置有与该筒体中空部连通的多个通气孔,所述气泵与该筒体中空部连通,当回收车衣时,气泵同时抽气减压,以使车衣在回收轮上缠绕回收时由于气泵抽吸而在通气孔处产生吸力从而紧密贴附在收放辊上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    在底座底部还设置有与气泵连通的吸盘,通过气泵的抽气减压和鼓气增压实现所述收放装置通过吸盘与汽车表面的固定和脱离。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车用防护车衣收放装置,其特征在于:
    所述上盖还包括设置在上盖前端的车衣保护盖,所述车衣保护盖的开启和关闭操作用作所述收放装置的电源开关。
