Then, at time t4, the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message with a score of 70, and the utterance instruction unit 24 permits the utterance of the utterance schedule message because the score is larger than the threshold. Then, the threshold setting unit 25 sets a threshold for the score 70 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to be spoken.
- the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message with a score of 90, and the score is greater than the threshold value, so the utterance instruction unit 24 permits the utterance of the utterance schedule message. Then, the threshold setting unit 25 sets a threshold for the score 90 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to be spoken.
- the inquiry reception unit 21 receives an inquiry about the message schedule message with a score 140, and the score is larger than the threshold value, so the message instruction unit 24 permits the message to be issued. Then, the threshold setting unit 25 sets the threshold to 100, which is the upper limit value, because the score 140 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to speak exceeds the upper limit value.
- the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about a message scheduled message with a score of 90, but the score is below the threshold value, so the message instruction unit 24 rejects the message of the message scheduled message. Further, at time t8, the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message with a score 110, and the score is larger than a threshold value, so the utterance instruction unit 24 permits the utterance of the utterance schedule message.
- the threshold value setting unit 25 sets the threshold value to 100, which is the upper limit value, because the score 110 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to speak exceeds the upper limit value.
- a threshold value is set for the score of the message that is permitted to speak, so that a message having the same or lower importance (ie, score) than the message that is permitted to speak. Can be suppressed. For example, since messages having similar contents also have the same score, it is possible to prevent messages having overlapping contents from being continuously spoken.
- the threshold setting unit 25 sets the threshold so as not to exceed the upper limit value. Therefore, by setting the score of the important message to be equal to or higher than the upper limit value, the electric device 5 can surely output the important message.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of a score of a speech schedule message at each time and a change in threshold value set by the threshold value setting unit 25.
- the determination unit 23 executes the re-determination process at the timing when the threshold setting unit 25 decreases the threshold.
- the threshold is 10 as a lower limit value at time t10.
- the message instruction unit 24 permits the message to be issued because the score is larger than the threshold value.
- the threshold setting unit 25 sets a threshold for the score 70 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to be spoken.
- the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message (attribute “urgency” is “B: ready for standby”) with a score of 70.
- the threshold is 70, so The part 24 does not permit the speech schedule message.
- the speech instruction unit 24 waits for the speech schedule message, and the determination unit 23 performs redetermination processing. For example, when the score is equal to or lower than the threshold value, the determination unit 23 holds a speech schedule message held in a memory (not shown) according to an instruction from the speech instruction unit 24 and performs a determination when a trigger occurs.
- the threshold setting unit 25 reduces the threshold by 10 to 60 at time t13. Since the threshold setting unit 25 decreases the threshold, the determination unit 23 executes redetermination processing at time t13. In the re-determination process, the determination unit 23 determines that the score of the speech schedule message is 70 and thus is larger than the threshold value, and the speech instruction unit 24 permits the standby speech schedule message to be spoken at time t13. Further, the threshold setting unit 25 sets a threshold for the score 70 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to be spoken.
- the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message having a score of 90, and the score is greater than the threshold value, so the utterance instruction unit 24 permits the utterance of the utterance schedule message. Then, the threshold setting unit 25 sets a threshold for the score 90 of the scheduled speech message that is allowed to be spoken.
- the inquiry receiving unit 21 receives an inquiry about an utterance schedule message (attribute “urgency” is “B: ready for standby”) with a score of 70. However, at time t15, the threshold is 90. The instruction unit 24 does not permit the utterance schedule message. However, since the attribute “urgent level” is “B: ready for standby”, the speech instruction unit 24 waits for the speech schedule message, and the determination unit 23 performs redetermination processing.
- the threshold setting unit 25 decreases the threshold by 10 to 80 at time t16. Since the threshold setting unit 25 decreases the threshold, the determination unit 23 executes redetermination processing at time t16. In the redetermination process at time t ⁇ b> 16, the score of the speech schedule message is 70, and the score is equal to or lower than the threshold value, so that the standby of the speech schedule message is maintained.
- the re-determination process may be executed until the speech is permitted, but the longest standby time is added to the attribute data or the re-determination process is performed.
- a limit may be set on the number of times.
- Embodiment 2 Next, Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
- the first message server 2a tries to make the electrical device 5a say the message 41a “It ’s good weather”.
- the second message server 2b tries to make the electrical device 5b say the message 41b “It ’s good weather”.
- the third message server 2c tries to make the electric device 5c say the message 41c “It ’s good weather”.
- the message mediation server 1 when the message mediation server 1 first receives an inquiry from the first message server 2a, the score of the message 41a “good weather” exceeds the threshold value, so that the message is permitted and the threshold value is set to the message 41a “good weather”. Is set to the score Since the message arbitration server 1 has changed the threshold value, the message arbitration server 1 does not permit a message to be sent to the second message server 2b and the third message server 2c received after the inquiry from the first message server 2a.
- each message server 2 since each message server 2 causes the electric devices 5 to speak in a chaotic manner, the same message may be repetitively spoken from a plurality of electric devices 5.
- the present invention even if each message server 2 tries to make the electric device 5 continuously speak the same message, only the message server 2 that receives the inquiry first is permitted to speak, Reject message server 2's statement. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from saying an unnecessary message.
- Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
- the first message server 2a attempts to cause the electrical device 5a to say the message 42a “Would you like to go to a cool place today?
- the second message server 2b tries to make the electric device 5b say the message 42b “Today it will be hot, power will be tight, so let's raise the setting of the air conditioner by 1 ° C.”.
- the third message server 2c tries to make the electric device 5c say the message 42c that “It will be hot today.
- the message arbitration server 1 receives an inquiry from each message server 2, but the attribute “purpose:” “B: power saving / saving” attribute value is set higher than the others, so that the score of the message 42 b is set. Is higher than other messages. As a result, only the score of the message 42b may exceed the threshold. When only the score of the message 42b exceeds the threshold, the message arbitration server 1 permits the second message server 2b to speak, and does not allow the first message server 2a and the third message server 2c to speak. .
- each message server 2 since each message server 2 causes the electrical devices 5 to speak in a disorderly manner, inconsistent messages may be remarked from each electrical device 5.
- an optimum message according to the usage status of the user can be remarked by changing the weight (attribute value) of the message to be remarked according to each user (each household). .
- the utterance of a message prompting the temperature setting to lower the peak power is permitted. Yes.
- the attribute value of “A: Reliable, Safe, Healthy” of the attribute “Purpose” is set higher than others so that the heat stroke countermeasure is given the highest priority. May be said.
- the attribute value of “C: entertainment / preference” of the attribute “purpose” may be set higher than the others in order to make the message 42 a urging to go out.
- the first message server 2a attempts to make (reply) the message 43a “OK!” To the electric device 5a in response to the message 43d of the user “let's take it!”.
- the second message server 2b voluntarily causes the electric device 5b to make a message 43b saying “Electricity is overused!”
- the third message server 2c voluntarily causes the electrical device 5c to say the message 43c, “It ’s good weather!”.
- the message arbitration server 1 receives an inquiry from each message server 2, but the score of the message 42a is higher than that of other messages because the attribute value of the attribute “reply” is set higher than the others. Become. As a result, only the score of the message 43a, which is a response to the user, can exceed the threshold. If only the score of the message 42a exceeds the threshold, the message arbitration server 1 permits the first message server 2a to speak and does not allow the second message server 2b and the third message server 2c to speak. .
- the user when the user is interacting with the predetermined electrical device 5a, the user is not obstructed by the speech of the other electrical device in order to suppress the speech of the unimportant message of the other electrical device.
- the user can enjoy a dialogue with the electric device 5a.
- the message mediation server 1 continuously receives inquiries for messages (score> threshold) whose attribute “urgency” is “A: immediate” or whose attribute “response” is “A: reply”,
- the next speech permission instruction is transmitted after a predetermined period (for example, 10 seconds) from the first (immediately preceding) speech permission instruction.
- the message arbitration server 1 when the message mediation server 1 receives an inquiry about a message with the attribute “urgency” of “B: ready for standby”, even if the score exceeds the threshold value, the message arbitration server 1 immediately sends a message permission instruction to the message server 2. First, it waits for a predetermined period (for example, 5 seconds) from the time of receiving the inquiry and waits for the next inquiry. If the message arbitration server 1 does not receive another inquiry within a predetermined period, the message arbitration server 1 transmits the message permission instruction as it is. On the other hand, if another inquiry is received within a predetermined period, it is determined whether the previous message and the next message are similar. The message arbitration server 1 determines whether to allow or reject a message from the previous message and the next message based on the determination result.
- a predetermined period for example, 5 seconds
- the message arbitration server 1 is a main message having a sub message, and receives multiple inquiries of the main message having the attribute “urgency” “B: ready for standby” at the same time, and the scores of all messages exceed the threshold.
- the message arbitration server 1 first determines whether or not the main message is similar. If the main messages are not similar, the main message and sub-message allowance instructions are issued respectively (however, the allowance instruction for a plurality of main messages is not issued at the same time. Free). On the other hand, if the main messages are similar, it is next determined whether or not the sub messages are similar.
- the main message with the highest priority for example, the highest total score of the main message and sub-message
- the corresponding sub-message are allowed, and other main messages are rejected.
- Sub-messages corresponding to other main messages are permitted.
- the priority is evaluated by the following method, the main message and the sub message are permitted only for the highest priority, and the other messages are rejected. (1)
- the sub message is related to the operation of the device (when the operation type is included in the attribute data of the sub message), the main message and the sub message having the largest score of the attribute value of the attribute “purpose” of the sub message Top priority.
- the main message that is first inquired and the corresponding sub message are given the highest priority.
- the apparatus waits for a predetermined period after receiving another inquiry.
- the speech permission instruction is not immediately transmitted to the message server 2, and a predetermined period (for example, 5 seconds) is waited from when it is determined that the score exceeds the threshold. Wait for the next query.
- Embodiment 6 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
- the first message server 2a tries to make the electrical device 5a say the message 44a “Would you like to go out?
- the second message server 2b tries to make the electrical device 5b say the message 44b “That's fine weather, please turn off unnecessary lighting”.
- the third message server 2c tries to make the electrical device 5c say the message 44c, “It ’s fine weather, stop the air conditioner and open the window?”.
- Each of the messages 44a, 44b, and 44c is a message having an attribute “urgent level” of “B: ready for standby”.
- Each message 44a, 44b, 44c has a main message of “good weather”.
- each sub-message is composed of “Would you like to go out?”, “Turn off unnecessary lighting”, and “Would you like to stop the air conditioner and open the window?”
- the message arbitration server 1 receives the inquiry of the message 44b within a predetermined period after receiving the inquiry of the message 44a, and receives the inquiry of the message 44c within the predetermined period after receiving the inquiry of the message 44b.
- the message arbitration server 1 determines that the main messages are similar. On the other hand, since each submessage has no common point, it is determined that the submessages are not similar. Further, since each of the sub-messages is not related to the operation of the device (the operation type is not included in the attribute data), the message arbitration server 1 sets the message 44a that is first inquired as the highest priority message. Suppose that In this case, as in the example shown in the figure, the message arbitration server 1 permits the message 44a to speak the main message and the sub message, and the messages 44b and 44c allow only the sub message to speak.
- the message arbitration server 1 when the message arbitration server 1 receives an inquiry from the message server 2, it immediately returns a standby ID corresponding to the inquiry message one-on-one (including the meaning of reception confirmation). Thereafter, the score of the message is compared with a threshold value, and it is determined whether the message is permitted to speak, to wait for speech, or to reject the speech. If it is determined that it corresponds to the speech permission, the speech permission instruction with the standby ID added is transmitted. If it is determined that it corresponds to the speech standby, the re-determination process is performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and when it is determined that it corresponds to the speech permission, a speech permission instruction with a standby ID is transmitted.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining the outline of a message mediation system (message output system) 6 that causes an electrical device (output device) 5 to output a message (device message) as a voice and posts the message on an electronic bulletin board.
- a message mediation system messages output system 6 that causes an electrical device (output device) 5 to output a message (device message) as a voice and posts the message on an electronic bulletin board.
- the message arbitration system 6 of the present embodiment is similar to the above-described embodiments in that a message arbitration server (output permission determination device) 1, a message server (output control device) 2 (2a to 2c in the figure). 3), and an electric device (output device) 5 (three of 5a to 5c are illustrated in the figure).

Inquires whether this reply message can be made.
- the second message server 2b makes an inquiry to the message arbitration server 1 as to whether or not the message schedule message “Let's save power” can be said.
- the third message server 2b inquires the message arbitration server 1 about whether or not to say the message scheduled message “It is a nice weather”.
- the message arbitration server 1 determines whether or not each message can be answered in response to an inquiry from each message server 2. Specifically, the message arbitration server 1 determines whether or not other messages can be output in accordance with a message permitting output, and therefore uses each threshold value set according to the message permitted to be output most recently. Whether or not to speak is determined. Here, when it is determined that speech is possible, the threshold is updated, and when it is determined that speech is unacceptable, it is determined whether speech is possible for the other one of the inquiries using the previous threshold. Then, whether or not to speak is similarly determined for the remaining one inquiry.
- the first message server 2a and the second message server 2b transmit message output instructions to the electric devices 5a and 5b, respectively. Then, the electric device 5a outputs a message 45a “Good morning”, and the electric device 5b outputs a message 45b “Let's save power”. On the other hand, the output instruction is not transmitted to the electric device 5c, and therefore the message 45c (“Let's save power”) is not output.
- the first message server 2a posts the message 45a to the bulletin board server 80.
- the second message server 2b posts a message 45b and the third message server 2c posts a message 45c to the bulletin board server 80, respectively.
