为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的具有对称机芯的按摩 器其具体实施方式、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
参阅图 1-图 9所示, 本发明提供一种具有对称机芯的按摩器, 包含有: 第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b;
两个连接带 20a、 20b, 该第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b分别朝外侧连结 设有一个该连接带 20a、 20b;
第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b, 该第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b之间分别以 一个该第一、二活动套 40a、 40b相互枢接,进而使该第一、二机壳组件 10a、 10b间得以进行特定夹角的调整转折;
第一、 二传动组 50a、 50b, 该第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b内分别设第 一、 二动力源 51a、 51b分别传动一个该第一、 二传动组 50a、 50b;
第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b, 该第一、 二传动组 50a、 50b往该第一、 二 机壳组件 10a、 10b外分别连接传动一个该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b; 以及 第一、二导齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b, 该第一、二传动组 50a、 50b往该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b方向分别定点传动一个该第一、二导齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b, 该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b 以第一、 二齿形键 41a、 41b嵌于该第一、 二 导齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b的回圈式的导齿槽 71a、 71b内, 使得该第一、 二导 齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b转动时得以拉动该第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b同步地 往靠近方向或往远离方向左右移动, 进而使得该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b 可以电控定点揉捏, 或可电控该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b往相互靠近或远 离方向左右移动揉捏, 若有一边的该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b先复位完成 则停止动作等待另一边的该第二、 一按摩组 60b、 60a也复位完成再一起动 作, 每走一个来回行程则对该第一、 二动力源 51a、 51b的电机速度调整一 次, 直到左右的该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b同步。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该两个连接带 20a、 20b自由端分 别接设有一个第一、 二把手 30a、 30b。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该两个连接带 20a、 20b近自由端 设有一组黏扣带结构。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该第一、 二动力源 51 a、 51 b可为 马达 51 1 , 该马达 51 1设有心轴 512。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该第一、 二传动组 50a、 50b包括 蜗轮 52固定于该马达 51 1心轴 512 , 该蜗轮 52啮合第一齿轮 5 3 , 第二齿 轮 54与该第一齿轮 5 3固定一体, 该第二齿轮 54啮合第三齿轮 55, 第四齿 轮 56与该第三齿轮 55固定一体,该第四齿轮 56啮合第五齿轮 57,该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b设有轴杆 61, 该轴杆 61穿组固定该第五齿轮 57, 该轴 杆 61上套设单向轴承 62,该单向轴承 62外周组接第一伞齿轮 6 3 ,该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b固定第二伞齿轮 72, 该第一伞齿轮 63与该第二伞 齿轮 72啮合。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该按摩器 1 并且还设有电控机板 80 , 该电控机板 80电连结电池 81或市电插头, 该电控机板 80电连结控制 两马达 51 1, 该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b内于该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆 70a、 70b移动极限位置设有分离的一组簧片 7 3, 可在被抵压时接触产生复位完 成信号, 该电控机板 80电连结该组簧片 73以接收其接触信号, 以使左右 两边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b同步。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b枢接 位置, 于该第一活动套 40a依特定角度设有多个凹槽 42, 于该第二活动套 40b设有弹簧顶柱 43在对齐其一凹槽 42则可卡扣定位。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b枢接 位置, 于第一活动套 40a设有限位块 45, 于笫二活动套 40b设有长弧形的 限位槽 44供该限位块 45插组, 进而得以限制该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b 活动的角度范围。
所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其中该第一、 二机壳组件 1 0a、 1 0b间 及该第一、 二活动套 40a、 40b外周套设有伸缩管软胶套 90。
参阅图 10-图 12所示, 本发明按摩器可以左右按摩, 且可以避开脊推 的位置, 因每个人的脊推宽度不同, 所以本发明的按摩器可以在 35 至 70 度角的范围内调整第一、 二机壳组件 10a、 10b间的夹角, 如此可以适合于 不同的人或不同的按摩位置使用, 且因为穴位的不同, 本发明的按摩器的 调整可以针对穴位进行按摩, 本发明的按摩器可以调整角度, 如此可以按 摩到腰部的位置(如图 1 0所示),并且该按摩器于背部、肩部(如图 1 1所示) 或腿部(如图 12所示)也可以使用, 该第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b可以定点 按摩, 也可以左右同步的移动按摩。
参阅图 1-图 12所示, 本发明的该电控机板 80的电源键按动后, 左右 两边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b即开始定点揉捏, 再按一下电源键则左右 两边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b停止按摩动作。
开启电源键后, 才能按电控机板 80的换向键, 按一下换向键, 左右两 边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b先进行反向揉捏和复位, 若有一边先复位完 成则停止动作等待另一边也复位完成再一起动作, 左右两边的第一、 二按 摩组 60a、 60b复位完成后开始反向揉捏同时左右行走, 每走一个来回行程 则对马达 51 1速度调整一次, 直到左右两边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b同 步。 再按一下换向键, 则左右两边的第一、 二按摩组 60a、 60b开始定点揉 捏, 以此循环。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利 用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但 凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所 作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于其包括:
第一、 二机壳组件;
第一、 二活动套, 该第一、 二机壳组件之间分别以一个该第一、 二活 动套相互枢接, 以枢接位置为轴, 该第一、 二机壳组件间得以有多个特定 的夹角可设定;
第一、 二传动组, 该第一、 二机壳组件内分别设第一、 二动力源分别 传动一个该第一、 二传动组;
第一、 二按摩组, 该第一、 二传动组往该第一、 二机壳组件外穿出且 分别连接传动一个该第一、 二按摩组; 以及
第一、 二导齿槽螺杆, 该第一、 二传动组往该第一、 二活动套方向分 别定点传动一个该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆, 该第一、 二活动套以第一、 二齿 形键嵌于该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆的循环回圈式的导齿槽内, 该第一、 二导 齿槽螺杆未转动则该第一、 二按摩组定点揉捏, 该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆转 动将驱动该第一、 二机壳组件及该第一、 二按摩组往靠近或往远离方向左 右移动揉捏。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该第一、 二机壳组件分别朝外侧连结设有一个连接带。
3.如权利要求 2 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该两个连 接带自由端分别接设有一个第一、 二把手。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该两个连 接带近自由端设有一组黏扣带结构。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该第一、 二动力源为马达, 该马达设有心轴。
6.如权利要求 5 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该第一、 二传动组包括蜗轮固定于该马达心轴, 该蜗轮啮合第一齿轮, 第二齿轮与 该第一齿轮固定一体, 该第二齿轮啮合第三齿轮, 第四齿轮与该第三齿轮 固定一体, 该第四齿轮啮合第五齿轮, 该第一、 二按摩组设有轴杆, 该轴 杆穿组固定该第五齿轮, 该轴杆上套设单向轴承, 该单向轴承外周组接第 一伞齿轮, 该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆固定第二伞齿轮, 该第一伞齿轮与该第 二伞齿轮啮合。
7.如权利要求 5 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该按摩器 并且还设有电控机板电连结电池或市电插头, 该电控机板电连结控制两马 达, 该第一、 二活动套内于该第一、 二导齿槽螺杆移动极限位置设有分离 的一组簧片, 可在被抵压时接触, 该电控机板电连结该组簧片以接收其接 触信号。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该第一、 二活动套枢接位置, 于第一活动套依特定角度设有多个凹槽, 于第二活动 套设有弹簧顶柱在对齐其一凹槽则可卡扣定位。
9.如权利要求 1 所述的具有对称机芯的按摩器, 其特征在于该第一、 二活动套枢接位置, 于第一活动套设有限位块, 于第二活动套设有长弧形 的限位槽供该限位块插组。
