一种走珠按摩器,包括:一导套(1)和安装于导套(1)内的机芯(2),所述的机芯(2)包括:第一转动部(3)以及驱动第一转动部(3)转动的驱动装置(4);所述的第一转动部(3)表面开设有一回形槽(31),于回形槽(31)中设置有滚珠(32),所述的导套(1)上设置有复数条直线开槽(10),各直线开槽(10)与回形槽(31)具有一交点,所述的滚珠(32)从交点中显露于导套(1),通过回形槽(31)和直线开槽(10)的配合,使滚珠(32)沿回形槽(31)的旋转移动转换为沿直线开槽(10)的直线移动。该走珠按摩器的按摩位置不断改变,按摩距离长、快速。

走珠按摩器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及按摩器技术领域,特指一种走珠按摩器。
背景技术
按摩器是是根据物理学,仿生学,生物电学、中医学以及多年临床实践而研制开发出的保健器材,原始时,人们都是采用手动地进行按摩,由于人手不能够及肩、腰、背等部位,因此在按摩时需要第二者帮忙进行按摩。随着经济的发展,手动式按摩器开始出现,作为新兴保健用品的按摩器,对人体具有促进局部血液循环、加速新陈代谢的作用,可使劳累了一天的身体放松,有利于消除疲劳,从而起到一定的健身效果。按摩器产品正在朝着小型化、家用话、高技术智能化方向发展。其中,低技术含量产品也朝着家用的方向发展,并与家电产品相结合。
按摩器可以分为震动按摩器和滚动按摩器,一般而言震动按摩器都是采用震动马达使按摩器中的按摩件震动,但滚动式的按摩器都是单点滚动,并非是直线滚动,存在缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种走珠按摩器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:走珠按摩器,包括:一导套和安装于导套内的机芯,所述的机芯包括:第一转动部以及驱动第一转动部转动的驱动装置;所述的第一转动部表面开设有一回形槽,于回形槽中设置有滚珠,所述的导套上设置有复数条直线开槽,各直线开槽与回形槽具有一交点,所述的滚珠从交点中显露于导套,通过回形槽和直线开槽的配合,使滚珠沿回形槽的旋转移动转换为沿直线开槽的直线移动。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的导套包括:相互扣合的左导套和右导套。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的直线开槽沿导套的长度方向开设,且直线开槽于导套表面等间距设置有四条,每条直线开槽均与回形槽具有一交点,滚珠从交点显露于导套。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的第一转动部以回形槽的中心线分拆为转动上部和转动下部,转动下部的末端与驱动装置连接;转动上部的末端和转动下部的上端均成型有一半螺旋槽体,转动上部和转动下部配合安装,令两半螺旋槽体配合构成一完整的回形槽。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的驱动装置包括:马达牙箱和安装于马达牙箱内的马达,马达的输出轴穿设于第一转动部中驱动其自转。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的驱动装置与一供电装置连接。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的驱动装置与一控制装置连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型于第一转动部上设置有回形槽,导套上设置有与回形槽具有交点直线开槽,使得第一转动部在自转时,直线槽将滚珠限位只能沿其直线移动,通过第一转动部的回形槽结合导套上的直线开槽带动滚珠往复移动,成功的将旋转运动改变为直线运动,颠覆了过去按摩器大面积或固定位置按摩的不快之处,开创了凸点运动按摩之先例,并且按摩位置不断改变、长距离、快速,更符合使用者的使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
见图1-2所示,走珠按摩器,包括:一导套1和安装于导套1内的机芯2,其特征在于:所述的机芯2包括:第一转动部3以及驱动第一转动部3转动的驱动装置4;所述的第一转动部3表面开设有一回形槽31,于回形槽31中设置有滚珠32,所述的导套1上设置有复数条直线开槽10,各直线开槽10与回形槽31具有一交点,所述的滚珠32从交点中显露于导套1,通过回形槽31和直线开槽10的配合,使滚珠32沿回形槽31的旋转移动转换为沿直线开槽10的直线移动。
具体而言,所述的导套1包括:相互扣合的左导套11和右导套12,扣合后可以通过上螺丝使两者间更加稳固。直线开槽10沿导套1的长度方向开设,且直线开槽10于导套1表面等间距设置有四条,每条直线开槽10均与回形槽31具有一交点,滚珠32从交点显露于导套1。当然,直线开槽10也可设置为2条、3条甚至更多,直线开槽10数目的设计,取决于当前实际需要的合理值。
所述的第一转动部3以回形槽31的中心线分拆为转动上部33和转动下部34,转动下部34的末端与驱动装置4连接;转动上部33的末端和转动下部34的上端均成型有一半螺旋槽体,转动上部33和转动下部34配合安装,令两半螺旋槽体配合构成一完整的回形槽31。转动上部33和转动下部34之间可以的相互扣合固定的,或者其他的简单的固定方式。
所述的驱动装置4包括:马达牙箱和安装于马达牙箱内的马达,马达的输出轴穿设于第一转动部3中驱动其自转,驱动装置4末端与一供电装置连接,通过供电装置对驱动装置4供电,该供电装置4可以为蓄电池、太阳能充电池等,另外,还可以于导套的末端设置有充电接口,能够对供电装置进行充电。
本实用新型可以于驱动装置4上连接PCB板和控制开关,以控制驱动装置4的运行,或者通过有线或者无线的控制器与驱动装置4连接,驱动其运行。
当驱动装置4运行时,其驱动第一转动部3转动,在转动的过程中,由于回形槽31和直线开槽10的配合,使滚珠32的沿回形槽31的旋转运动转换为沿直线开槽10的直线运动,颠覆了过去按摩器大面积或固定位置按摩的不快之处,并且按摩位置不断的改变,长距离、快速的按摩,开创了凸点运动按摩的先例。

  1. 走珠按摩器,包括:一导套(1)和安装于导套(1)内的机芯(2),其特征在于:所述的机芯(2)包括:第一转动部(3)以及驱动第一转动部(3)转动的驱动装置(4);所述的第一转动部(3)表面开设有一回形槽(31),于回形槽(31)中设置有滚珠(32),所述的导套(1)上设置有复数条直线开槽(10),各直线开槽(10)与回形槽(31)具有一交点,所述的滚珠(32)从交点中显露于导套(1),通过回形槽(31)和直线开槽(10)的配合,使滚珠(32)沿回形槽(31)的旋转移动转换为沿直线开槽(10)的直线移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的导套(1)包括:相互扣合的左导套(11)和右导套(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的直线开槽(10)沿导套(1)的长度方向开设,且直线开槽(10)于导套(1)表面等间距设置有四条,每条直线开槽(10)均与回形槽(31)具有一交点,滚珠(32)从交点显露于导套(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的第一转动部(3)以回形槽(31)的中心线分拆为转动上部(33)和转动下部(34),转动下部(34)的末端与驱动装置(4)连接;转动上部(33)的末端和转动下部(34)的上端均成型有一半螺旋槽体,转动上部(33)和转动下部(34)配合安装,令两半螺旋槽体配合构成一完整的回形槽(31)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(4)包括:马达牙箱和安装于马达牙箱内的马达,马达的输出轴穿设于第一转动部(3)中驱动其自转。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(4)与一供电装置连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的走珠按摩器,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(4)与一控制装置连接。
