足部按摩器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按摩器的技术领域, 特别是涉及一种足部按摩器, 其 得以多组滾轴按摩器配合两组旋轴按摩器按摩脚底, 或可前后移动同时滾 轴及旋轴按摩脚底。 背景技术
按, 足部是人们相当重要的器官, 足最基本的功用是用来走路和跑步 的, 常常运动的人, 即使年纪大了还能健步如飞, 足也可以让我们行遍天 下, 若不利用这双足好好走路, 也可能跌得四脚朝天。 足部每天帮我们辛 劳工作, 我们也应好好保养足部, 因此有现有习用的足部按摩器提供人们 使用。
只是, 现有习用的足部按摩器都是单纯的滾动按摩方式, 所以按摩的 形态相当单调, 效果也相当有限, 不能有效的解除足部的疲劳, 现有习用 的足部按摩器, 实有改进的必要。
是以, 针对上述现有习知的结构所存在的问题点, 如何开发一种更具 理想实用性的创新结构, 实消费者所殷切企盼, 亦是相关业者须努力研发 突破的目标及方向。
有鉴于上述现有的足部按摩器存在的缺陷, 本发明人基于从事此类产 品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识, 并配合学理的运用, 积极加 以研究创新, 以期创设一种新型结构的足部按摩器, 能够改进一般现有的 足部按摩器, 使其更具有实用性。 经过不断的研究、 设计, 并经反复试作 样品及改进后, 终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于, 克服现有的足部按摩器存在的缺陷, 而提供 一种足部按摩器, 其足部按摩器内设能前后移动的足部按摩座, 该足部按 摩座内得设多组滾轴按摩器及两组旋轴按摩器, 动力源得传动该多组滾轴 按摩器及两组旋轴按摩器对脚底按摩, 或得以传动该足部按摩座前后移动, 及传动该多组滾轴按摩器、 两组旋轴按摩器对脚底按摩。
为达上述目的, 本发明提供一种足部按摩器, 是包括有: 多组滚轴按 摩器、 两组旋轴按摩器、 动力源、 前后移动装置、 第一组传动装置及第二 组传动装置, 该动力源为双轴马达, 该双轴马达得以正转同时带动该第一 组传动装置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置得以分别传动单向轴 承空转及该多组滚轴按摩器进行滚动按摩, 该第二组传动装置传动该两组 旋轴按摩器进行旋转按摩, 该双轴马达得以逆转同时带动 ΐ玄第一组传动装
置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置得以分别传动单向轴承带动整 组足部按摩座前后移动及该多组滚轴按摩器进行滚动按摩, 该第二组传动 装置传动该两组旋轴按摩器进行旋转按摩。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。 依 据本发明提出的一种足部按摩器, 包括: 按摩器底座, 该按摩器底座设成 向上开口的长框型, 长框型的该按摩器底座内部设有能前后移动的滑槽; 足部按摩座, 谊足部按摩座置设于该滑槽内; 动力源, 该动力源设于该足 部按摩座内, 该动力源为双轴马达, 该双轴马达具有第一传动蜗杆及第二 传动蜗杆; 多组滚轴按摩器, 该多组滾轴按摩器枢设于该足部按摩座的顶 面上, 该多组滾轴按摩器设有多个轴部, 每一该轴部间以一个正时皮带及 二个皮带轮动力连接, 每一该轴部上固定有多个按摩轮, 最旁侧的该轴部 上穿设固定斜齿轮; 两组旋轴按摩器, 该两组旋轴按摩器突设于该足部按 摩座的顶面, 该两组旋轴按摩器底部固设有齿轮穿设于该足部按摩座内, 该旋轴按摩器顶面凸设多个按摩头; 第一组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置 设于该足部按摩座内, 包括第一、 二齿轮一体成型, 该第一齿轮与该第一 传动蜗杆啮合传动, 第三齿轮与第四斜齿轮一体成型, 该第三齿轮与该第 二齿轮啮合传动, 该第四斜齿轮与该斜齿轮啮合传动, 而得以带动该滚轴 按摩器转动, 该第一组传动装置包括第五齿轮与该第一传动蜗杆啮合传动, 该第五齿轮内部组设单向轴承, 该单向轴承使得该双轴马达的其一旋向为 空转, 另一旋向才能带动, 该单向轴承同轴固设第六齿轮, 该第六齿轮啮 合传动第七齿轮, 一体成型的第八齿轮及第九斜齿轮, 该第八齿轮乃与该 第七齿轮啮合传动; 第二组传动装置, 该第二组传动装置设于该足部按摩 座内, 该第二组传动装置包括两组第十齿轮分别与该第二传动蜗杆啮合传 动, 该两组第十齿轮分别与第十一齿轮一体成型, 该两组第十一齿轮分别 啮合传动该两组旋转按摩器的该两组齿轮; 以及前后移动装置, 该前后移 动装置设于该足部按摩座内, 该前后移动装置包括设有导引槽的杆体, 该 杆体枢设于弦足部按摩座上, 该杆体一端固设斜齿轮与该第九斜齿轮啮合 传动, 固定座固定至该按摩器底座上, 并使该固定座上设置的导引凸块卡 设于该杆体的导引槽内, 使该杆体旋转时得带动整组该足部按摩座前后移 动; 该双轴马达得以正转同时带动该第一组传动装置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置得以分别传动该单向轴承空转及该多组滚轴按摩器进行 滚动按摩, 该第二组传动装置传动该两组旋轴按摩器进行旋转按摩, 该双 轴马达得以逆转同时带动该第一组传动装置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一 组传动装置得以分别传动该单向轴承带动整组该足部按摩座前后移动及该 多组滚轴按摩器进行前后移动的滾动按摩, 该第二组传动装置传动该两组 旋轴按摩器进行前后移动的旋转按摩。
本发明的目的以及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下的技术措施来进一 步实现。
前述的轴皮斜齿足部按摩器, 其中该按摩器底座顶面突设多个按摩凸粒, 使脚 底踩踏其上时部轮带齿能受该多个按摩凸粒按摩。
前述的足部按摩器, 其中该旋轴按摩器内部设有红外线灯板, 能借由 该红外线灯板进行温热按摩。
前述的足部按摩器, 其中该双轴马达上方的该足部按摩座上设有盖板, 该盖板的顶面设有多个突出的按摩凸粒。
借由上述技术方案, 本发明足部按摩器具有下列优点: 可以选择多种 按摩的形态, 滚轴按摩同时旋轴按摩, 或前后移动的滚轴按摩同时前后移 动的旋轴按摩。 借此得以有效的按摩舒緩足部压力, 使足部疲劳得以有效 解除。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功 效, 以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的足部按摩器其具体 实施方式、 结构、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
参阅图 1至图 7所示, 本发明提供一种足部按摩器, 是包括有: 按摩器底座 10, 该按摩器底座 10设成向上开口 11的长框型, 长框型 的该按摩器底座 10内部设有可前后移动的滑槽 12 , 该按摩器底座 10顶面 突设多个按摩凸粒 13 , 使脚底踩踏其上时可受该多个按摩凸粒 13按摩; 足部按摩座 20, 该足部按摩座 20置设于该滑槽 12内;
动力源 30, 该动力源 30设于该足部按摩座 20内, 该动力源 30可为双 轴马达 31, 该双轴马达 31具有第一传动蜗杆 311及第二传动蜗杆 312; 多组滚轴按摩器 40, 该多组滚轴按摩器 40枢设于该足部按摩座 20的 顶面上, 该多组滾轴按摩器 40设有多个轴部 41, 每一轴部 41间以一个正 时皮带 42及二个皮带轮 43动力连接,每一轴部 41上固定有多个按摩轮 4 , 最旁侧的轴部 41上穿设固定斜齿轮 45;
两组旋轴按摩器 50, 该两组旋轴按摩器 50突设于该足部按摩座 20的 顶面,该两组旋轴按摩器 50底部固设有齿轮 51穿设于该足部按摩座 20内, 该旋轴按摩器 50顶面凸设多个按摩头 52 , 该旋轴按摩器 50内部设有红外 线灯板 53, 可进行温热按摩;
第一组传动装置 60, 该第一组传动装置 60设于该足部按摩座 20内, 包括第一、 二齿轮 61、 62—体成型, 读第一齿轮 61与该第一传动蜗杆 311 啮合传动, 第三齿轮 63与第四斜齿轮 64—体成型, 该第三齿轮 63与该第 二齿轮 62啮合传动, 该第四斜齿轮 64与该斜齿轮 45啮合传动, 而得以带 动该滚轴按摩器 40转动, 该第一组传动装置 60包括第五齿轮 65与该第一
传动蜗杆 311啮合传动, 该第五齿轮 65 内部组设单向轴承 651 , 该单向轴 承 651使得该双轴马达 31的其一旋向为空转, 另一旋向才能带动, 该单向 轴承 651 同轴固设第六齿轮 66 , 该第六齿轮 66啮合传动第七齿轮 67, 一 体成型的第八齿轮 68及第九斜齿轮 69 ,该第八齿轮 68乃与第七齿轮 67啮 合传动;
第二组传动装置 70, 该第二组传动装置 70设于该足部按摩座 20内, 该第二组传动装置 70包括两组第十齿轮 71分别与该第二传动蜗杆 312啮 合传动, 该两组第十齿轮 71分别与第十一齿轮 72—体成型, 该两组第十 一齿轮 72分别啮合传动该两组旋转按摩器 50的该两组齿轮 51 ;
前后移动装置 80, 该前后移动装置 80设于该足部按摩座 20内, 该前 后移动装置 80包括设有导引槽 811的杆体 81, 该杆体 81枢设于该足部按 摩座 20上, 该杆体 81—端固设斜齿轮 82与该第九斜齿轮 69啮合传动, 固定座 83固定至该按摩器底座 10上, 并使该固定座 83上设置的导引凸块 831卡设于该杆体 81的导引槽 811内,使 ΐ亥杆体 81旋转时得带动整组该足 部按摩座 20前后移动;
该双轴马达 31得以正转同时带动该第一组传动装置 60及该第二组传 动装置 70,该第一组传动装置 60得以分别传动单向轴承 651空转及该多组 滚轴按摩器 40进行滾动按摩, 该第二组传动装置 70传动该两组旋轴按摩 器 50进行旋转按摩, 该双轴马达 31 得以逆转同时带动该第一组传动装置 60及该第二组传动装置 70, 该第一组传动装置 60得以分别传动单向轴承 651带动整组足部按摩座 20前后移动及该多组滾轴按摩器 40进行前后移动 的滚动按摩, 该第二组传动装置 70传动该两组旋轴按摩器 50进行前后移 动的旋转按摩。
所述的足部按摩器, 其中该双轴马达 31 上方的该足部按摩座 20上设 有盖板 21 , 该盖板 21的顶面设有多个突出的按摩凸粒 211。 使脚底踩踏其 上时可受该多个按摩凸粒 211按摩。
参阅图 1 至图 7所示, 借由上述的组合, 该足部按摩器可以选择是否 为滚轴按摩同时旋轴按摩, 或为前后移动的滾轴按摩同时前后移动的旋轴 按摩。 其主要是利用该双轴马达 31进行正转或逆转的动作, 使其正转或逆 转的动作传达该单向轴承 651时是空转或可传动该前后移动装置 80带动该 足部按摩座 20整组前后移动。 该双轴马达 31得以正转同时带动该第一组 传动装置 60及该第二组传动装置 70转动, 该第一组传动装置 60得以分别 传动单向轴承 651空转及该多组滾轴按摩器 40进行滾动按摩, 该第二组传 动装置 70传动该两组旋轴按摩器 50进行旋转按摩, 该双轴马达 31得以逆 转同时带动该第一组传动装置 60及该第二组传动装置 70转动, ΐ玄第一组 传动装置 60得以分别传动单向轴承 651 带动整组足部按摩座 20前后移动
及该多组滚轴按摩器 40 进行前后移动的滚动按摩, 该第二组传动装置 70 传动该两组旋轴按摩器 50进行前后移动的旋转按摩, 借此得以有效的按摩 舒緩足部压力, 使足部疲劳得以有效解除。

Claims
1、 一种足部按摩器, 其特征在于包括:
按摩器底座, 该按摩器底座设成向上开口的长框型, 长框型的该按摩 器底座内部设有能前后移动的滑槽;
足部按摩座, 访足部按摩座置设于该滑槽内;
动力源, 该动力源设于该足部按摩座内, 该动力源为双轴马达, 该双 轴马达具有第一传动蜗杆及第二传动蜗杆;
多组滚轴按摩器, 该多组滾轴按摩器枢设于该足部按摩座的顶面上, 该多组滚轴按摩器设有多个轴部, 每一该轴部间以一个正时皮带及二个皮 带轮动力连接, 每一该轴部上固定有多个按摩轮, 最旁侧的 i亥轴部上穿设 固定斜齿轮;
两组旋轴按摩器, 该两组旋轴按摩器突设于该足部按摩座的顶面, 该 两组旋轴按摩器底部固设有齿轮穿设于该足部按摩座内, 该旋轴按摩器顶 面凸设多个按摩头;
第一组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置设于该足部按摩座内, 包括第一、 二齿轮一体成型, 该第一齿轮与该第一传动蜗杆啮合传动, 第三齿轮与第 四斜齿轮一体成型, 该第三齿轮与该第二齿轮啮合传动, ΐ亥第四斜齿轮与 该斜齿轮啮合传动, 而得以带动该滚轴按摩器转动, 该第一组传动装置包 括第五齿轮与该第一传动蜗杆啮合传动, 该第五齿轮内部组设单向轴承, 该单向轴承使得该双轴马达的其一旋向为空转, 另一旋向才能带动, 该单 向轴承同轴固设第六齿轮, 该第六齿轮啮合传动第七齿轮, 一体成型的第 八齿轮及第九斜齿轮, 该第八齿轮乃与该第七齿轮啮合传动;
第二组传动装置, 该第二组传动装置设于该足部按摩座内, ¾第二组 传动装置包括两组第十齿轮分别与该第二传动蜗杆啮合传动, 该两组第十 齿轮分别与第十一齿轮一体成型, 该两组第十一齿轮分别啮合传动该两组 旋转按摩器的该两组齿轮; 以及
前后移动装置, 该前后移动装置设于该足部按摩座内, 谊前后移动装 置包括设有导引槽的杆体, 该杆体枢设于谊足部按摩座上, 该杆体一端固 设斜齿轮与该第九斜齿轮啮合传动, 固定座固定至该按摩器底座上, 并使 该固定座上设置的导引凸块卡设于该杆体的导引槽内, 使该杆体旋转时得 带动整组该足部按摩座前后移动; 该双轴马达得以正转同时带动该第一组 传动装置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置得以分别传动该单向轴 承空转及该多组滚轴按摩器进行滾动按摩, 该第二组传动装置传动该两组 旋轴按摩器进行旋转按摩, 该双轴马达得以逆转同时带动该第一组传动装 置及该第二组传动装置, 该第一组传动装置得以分别传动该单向轴承带动
整组该足部按摩座前后移动及该多组滚轴按摩器进行前后移动的滚动按 摩, 该第二组传动装置传动该两组旋轴按摩器进行前后移动的旋转按摩。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的足部按摩器, 其特征在于其中该按摩器底 座顶面突设多个按摩凸粒, 使脚底踩踏其上时能受该多个按摩凸粒按摩。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的足部按摩器, 其特征在于其中该旋轴按摩 器内部设有红外线灯板, 能借由该红外线灯板进行温热按摩。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的足部按摩器, 其特征在于其中该双轴马达 上方的该足部按摩座上设有盖板, 该盖板的顶面设有多个突出的按摩凸粒。
