一种可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控制装置,包括刀辊(1),刀辊(1)上沿轴向开设有滑槽,滑槽内部两端各设置一根丝杆(5),每根丝杆(5)上均固定连接一个蜗轮(4),刀辊(1)内部还设置有一根蜗杆(3),且蜗杆(3)两端分别与相对应的蜗轮(4)相啮合,两根丝杆(5)之间连接有一滑块(2),且滑块(2)端面齿形分别与相对应的丝杆(5)相配合。该装置可以实现对于刀辊(1)滑槽中的滑块(2)伸缩长度的精确控制。

技术领域
本发明属于包装机械技术领域, 涉及一种可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控 制装置。
背景技术
中国专利 2013205459240公开了一种可调式线速度同步切刀结构, 其通 过在上刀辊及下刀辊的辊体上分别设置可以活动伸缩的滑块来实现切纸长度 的调节, 这种结构能大幅度提高切纸速度, 且该装置维修方便, 高效节能。 但是如何来调节该结构中滑块伸出辊体的长度却没有提及。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 巧 妙、 合理的可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控制装置, 该装置可以有效实现对滑 块伸缩长度的控制。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控制装置, 包括刀辊, 其特征在于: 所述刀辊上沿轴向开设有滑槽, 所述滑槽内部两端 各设置一根丝杆, 每根所述丝杆上均固定连接一个蜗轮, 所述刀辊内部还设 置有一根蜗杆, 且蜗杆两端分别与相对应的蜗轮相啮合, 所述两根丝杆之间 连接有一滑块, 且所述滑块端面齿形分别与相对应的丝杆相配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述蜗杆两端分别通过一滚动轴承支撑于刀 辊内, 且蜗杆一端固定连接第一传动齿轮; 所述刀辊外侧端部对应于第一传 动齿轮一侧设置有电机, 且电机接线输入端连接有滑触环, 电机输出轴上固 定连接第二传动齿轮, 所述第一传动齿轮与第二传动齿轮相啮合。
本发明与现有技术相比, 优点在于: 本发明可以有效实现对于刀辊滑槽 中的滑块伸缩长度的精确控制, 且可以实现不停机换单, 能提高工效一倍以 上, 同时本发明装置造价低, 操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 如图 1所示, 包括刀辊 1、 滑块 2、 蜗杆 3、 蜗轮 4、 丝杆 5、 第一传动 齿轮 6、第二传动齿轮 7、 电机 8、滑触环 9、滚动轴承 10、第一支撑轴承 11、 第二支撑轴承 12等。
本发明一种可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控制装置, 包括刀辊 1, 所述刀 辊 1上沿轴向开设有滑槽, 所述滑槽内部两端各设置一根丝杆 5, 每根所述 丝杆 5上均固定连接一个蜗轮 4,所述刀辊 1内部还设置有一根蜗杆 3,且蜗 杆 3沿轴向布置于刀辊 1内;同时蜗杆 3两端分别与相对应的蜗轮 4相啮合, 所述两根丝杆 5之间连接有一滑块 2, 且所述滑块 2端面齿形分别与相对应 的丝杆 5相配合,通过上述技术手段的采用,可以实现运动过程的有效传递, 即, 蜗杆 3的转动带动蜗轮 4的转动, 由于蜗轮 4固定安装于丝杆 5上, 所 以蜗轮 4在转动时就自然带动丝杆 5进行转动, 进而丝杆 5带动滑块 2进行 伸縮运动, 丝杆 5下端通过第一支撑轴承 11、 第二支撑轴承 12固定支撑于 刀辊 1内。
本发明中的滑块伸缩控制装置的动力来源如下: 所述蜗杆 3两端分别通 过一滚动轴承 10支撑于刀辊 1内, 且蜗杆 3—端固定连接第一传动齿轮 6; 所述刀辊 1外侧端部对应于第一传动齿轮 6—侧设置有电机 8, 且电机 8接 线输入端连接有滑触环 9, 电机 8输出轴上固定连接第二传动齿轮 7,所述第 一传动齿轮 6与第二传动齿轮 7相啮合。
本发明中的第一传动齿轮 6及第二传动齿轮 7可以设置在刀辊 1内部, 此时刀辊 1对应于上述两个齿轮一侧通过一端盖封盖; 上述第一传动齿轮 6 及第二传动齿轮 7还可以设置在刀辊 1外部。
本发明的工作过程如下: 当瓦楞机在正常切纸过程中, 需要换单对切纸 规格重新进行调整时,通过本装置可以在不需要关停掉瓦楞机设备的情况下, 对瓦楞机的切刀伸出刀辊 1的长度进行有效调节, 具体操作步骤是: 启动电 机 8, 电机 8的转动依次带动第二传动齿轮 7、第一传动齿轮 6进行转动, 并 由第一传动齿轮 6带动蜗杆 3转动, 蜗杆 3带动与其相配合的蜗轮 4转动, 并最终由蜗轮 4带动丝杆 5转动, 丝杆 5的转动带动滑块 2进行相对于刀辊 1的伸縮运动, 由于滑块 2外侧端部设有切刀, 从而可以有效实现对切纸长 短的有效调节。
本发明是基于中国专利 2013205459240而提出的一种配套控制装置, 该 装置可以有效实现对于刀辊滑槽中的滑块伸缩长度的精确控制, 且可以实现 不停机换单, 能提高工效一倍以上, 同时本发明装置造价低, 操作方便。

(5), 每根所述丝杆 (5) 上均固定连接一个蜗轮 (4), 所述刀辊 (1) 内部 还设置有一根蜗杆(3), 且蜗杆(3)两端分别与相对应的蜗轮(4)相啮合, 所述两根丝杆 (5) 之间连接有一滑块 (2), 且所述滑块 (2) 端面齿形分别 与相对应的丝杆 (5) 相配合。
2、如权利要求 1所述的可调式切刀结构的滑块伸缩控制装置,其特征在 于: 所述蜗杆 (3) 两端分别通过一滚动轴承 (10) 支撑于刀辊 (1) 内, 且 蜗杆 (3) —端固定连接第一传动齿轮 (6); 所述刀辊 (1) 外侧端部对应于 第一传动齿轮 (6) —侧设置有电机 (8), 且电机 (8) 接线输入端连接有滑 触环(9), 电机(8)输出轴上固定连接第二传动齿轮(7), 所述第一传动齿 轮 (6) 与第二传动齿轮 (7) 相啮合。
