现有的组合箱体连接方式存在多种。 一种是使用四面具有连接卡槽或孔位 的金属立柱, 将箱板固定在立柱上, 这种连接方式的缺点如下: a.需要将箱板 固定特殊连接件, 或者将箱体板端面加工出适配立柱上卡槽的形状, 安装繁琐, 耗费人工; b.受限于连接立柱的结构, 其箱体组合风格单一; c.箱体与地面固 定麻烦; d.连接立柱四边有卡槽, 影响外观。
另一种是采用一块具有对接、 直角或者三通结构的挤出件作为连接件, 连 接件的中心孔设一个芯轴, 通过芯轴将不同层之间的板相互搭接成较高的箱体。 这种连接方式相较上一方案高度可调整, 安装也较为方便, 而其缺点是: a.受 限于连接立柱的结构, 其箱体组合风格单一; b.箱体与地面固定麻烦;
实际使用中对箱体的组合造型提出了越来越多的要求, 而上述现有的组合 箱体以及连接件都仅能提供 1+1 式的或者一些固定角度的连接方式, 限制了箱 体造型的多样性以及灵活性。 发明内容
为了解决现有技术中安装工序繁琐, 与地面固定工作麻烦, 箱体组合造型 少的问题, 本发明提供了一种全新的模块化箱体及其连接组件, 其技术方案为: 一种模块化箱体的连接组件, 其包括顶盖、 套管、 芯轴、 夹套, 所述套管 套于所述芯轴的外侧; 所述套管上设有至少一个卡合部, 所述夹套上设有至少 一个卡接部, 所述至少一个卡接部与所述至少一个卡合部连接, 使得所述夹套 在所述套管的周向上的位置固定; 所述顶盖连接至所述芯轴上端, 从而压紧所 述套管和所述夹套, 使所述套管和所述夹套的轴向位置固定。
其中, 所述连接组件还包括底盖, 所述底盖连接至所述芯轴下端。
其中, 所述连接组件还包括地锚, 所述地锚连接至所述芯轴下端。
其中所述底盖或地锚通过选自下列连接方式中的一种连接至所述芯轴下 端, 螺纹连接、 铰接、 胶接、 铆接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接; 所述顶盖通过 选自下列连接方式中的一种连接至所述芯轴下端, 即螺纹连接、 铰接、 胶接、 铆接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接。
所述底盖用于将所述连接组件固定于硬质地基。 所述地锚带有尖端下部, 锚身带锯齿, 所述地锚用于将所述连接组件固定于软质地基。
所述至少一个卡合部或所述至少一个卡接部中的一个可设置为周向上均匀 分布的多个卡孔或卡槽, 所述至少一个卡合部或所述至少一个卡接部中的另一 个可设置为至少一个凸块。
所述芯轴的一端为凸缘, 所述芯轴的另一端为凹台, 一个芯轴的所述凸缘 可以与另一个芯轴的凹台连接。
所述套管的一端为凸缘, 所述套管的另一端为凹台, 一个套管的所述凸缘 可以与另一个套管的凹台连接。
一种模块化箱体, 其包括边板和连接组件, 所述边板通过所述连接件相连, 所述边板固定在夹套上。
所述模块化箱体可以具有多个相互连接的所述芯轴, 所述模块化箱体可以 具有多个相互连接的所述套管, 所述顶盖连接至最上端的所述芯轴上端, 最下 端的所述芯轴下端与所述底盖或所述地锚连接。
其中, 箱体边板材料可使用木材、 塑料、 复合材料、 金属等材料。
其中, 连接组件可使用木材、 塑料、 金属、 复合材料等材料。
本发明能够解决背景技术中所存在的问题, 实现快速装拆模块化箱体, 并 可以支持各类复杂样式拼装要求, 并适应不同地基固定施工条件。
采用这样的方案使得箱体安装更加方便, 套管可以相对于芯轴进行同轴任 意角度自由旋转, 而套管或芯轴圆周上设置的多组均布卡接或卡合部件, 实现 了在一个安装轴点 (套管) 上实现多板同时安装的连接效果, 使得组合箱体完 全可以根据设计需要进行任意组合, 实现拼装形式的真正模块化和自由化。
此外, 由于上述卡接或卡合部件的配合, 实现了夹套在套管周向上的位置 固定。 而顶盖通过机械连接压紧紧套管和夹套, 使得套管和夹套的轴向位置固 定。 图 2为根据本发明第二实施例的采用底盖的连接组件组合示意图; 图 3为根据本发明第一实施例的模块化箱体安装完成的状态图;
图 4a为根据本实用新型第一实施例的模块化箱体的应用实例;
图 4b为根据本实用新型第一实施例的模块化箱体的另一种应用实例; 图 5a为根据本实用新型第二实施例的模块化箱体的应用实例;

下面结合附图对本发明具体说明。
如图 1所示,根据本发明第一实施例的模块化箱体的连接组件,其由顶盖 1、 芯轴 2、 套管 3、 夹套 5、 底盖 7组成, 所述底盖 7与芯轴 2通过螺纹连接旋合 固定, 所述底盖 7用于将该连接组件固定于硬质地基上, 所述套管 3上设有多 个卡孔 4, 它套于芯轴 2的外侧; 所述夹套 5上设有卡头 6, 卡头 6形状配合套 管 3上的卡孔 4与所述套管 3卡接, 从而实现夹套 5与套管 3的周向定位; 顶 盖 1与芯轴 2上端通过螺纹连接旋合固定, 从而向下压紧套管 3和夹套 5, 从而 实现套管 3和夹套 5的轴向位置固定。 其中顶盖 1上设有凹槽, 以容纳套管 3 上端的凸缘。 所述凹槽具体如图 12中所示。
从图 1中还可以看出, 夹套 5的卡头 6和套管 3的卡孔 4相配合, 这样夹 套 5就可以卡合在套管 3上。 由于套管 3的外圆周上均布有很多同样的卡孔 4, 这样就能够允许在同一个套管 3上同时卡合多个夹套 5,而且位置也是可选择的, 也就是能够同时安装多个箱体边板, 提升组合形式的多样性。
所述的底盖 7是用于将整个组件固定在类似水泥地的硬质地基上, 可以直 接放置于地基上, 或者使用膨胀螺栓通过底盖 7内部的孔将底盖固定在地基上。 此外, 图 1 中的底盖 7带有多个叶片状部件, 这些叶片状部件的外径与套管 3 下端的内径相匹配。 采用这样的叶片结构主要是为了扩展底盖 7 的外径, 加强 其与套管 3连接强度的同时还减小套管插入时的阻力, 加强中间螺纹部分的结 构强度以便提升底盖 7与芯轴 2的连接强度, 同时减少材料的用量。
模块化箱体的边板 9可通过螺钉等连接方式固定在夹套 5的 U形槽中。 除了螺纹连接以外, 底盖 7还可以通过选自下列连接方式中的任意一种连 接至芯轴 2 下端, 即铰接、 胶接、 铆接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接等机械连接 方式。
同样, 顶盖 1也可以通过选自下列连接方式中的任意一种连接至芯轴 2上 端, 即铰接、 胶接、 铆接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接等机械连接方式。
图 1中, 夹套 5上设有两个卡头 6, 套管 3上设有多个周向均布的卡孔 4。 显然, 也可以将卡孔设置在夹套 5上, 在套管 3外圆周面上均匀分布多个卡头。 同样能实现夹套 5与套管 3的周向定位。
如图 2所示, 根据本发明第二实施例的连接组件, 芯轴 2的下部设有外螺 纹, 上部设有内螺纹, 这样的结构还可以使芯轴 2与芯轴 2之间可以通过螺纹 实现连接。 最底部芯轴 2与底盖 7螺纹旋紧, 最上部芯轴 2与顶盖 1螺纹旋紧, 以便实现箱体连接轴的组合和固定。 套管 3外套于芯轴 2上, 可以进行环绕芯 轴 2中心轴线的圆周自由旋转, 同时套管 3也可以通过其顶部的凸缘和另外一 个套管 3底部的凹台 (图 2中未示出) 相卡合, 实现套管的连接与延长。
显然, 从图 2中可以看出, 套管 3顶部凸缘外圆周面上可以均布有多个小 凸筋, 其作用是在保证顶盖 1与套管 3顶部或者相邻两个套管 3之间同轴连接 牢固的前提下, 减小相邻部件之间的结合面积, 以便于相邻两部件之间的同轴 旋转。
从图 2中还可以看出, 夹套 5的卡头 6和套管 3的卡孔 4相配合, 这样夹 套 5就可以卡合在套管 3上。由于套管 3的圆周外边上均布有很多同样的卡孔 4, 这样就能够允许在同一个套管 3上同时卡合多个夹套 5,而且位置也是可选择的, 也就是能够同时安装多个箱体边板, 提升组合形式的多样性。 由于套管 3 和芯 轴 2的高度一致, 夹套 5的高度是套管 3高度的两倍, 这样的高度差异可以进 一歩实现固定在相邻两个套管 3上的夹套 5之间角度自由调整, 更加极大地丰 富了组合箱体的拼装灵活性。 例如, 在安装时, 可以将一个或多个夹套 5 的卡 头 6卡在下端套管 3的卡孔 4中; 而将一个或多个夹套 5调转 180度, 将其卡 头 6卡在上端套管 3的卡孔 4中。
在这种连接组件的最顶部, 顶盖 1和最上面的芯轴 2通过螺纹旋紧, 顶盖 1上设有凹槽, 以容纳套管 3上端的凸缘。 所述凹槽可参见图 12中所示。
同时顶盖 1的外边缘可以压住夹套 5的一部分, 这样限制了夹套 5沿着套 管 3 中心轴方向的纵向活动的自由度, 保证夹套 5能够被牢固的固定在套管 3 上而不被轻易拔出, 保证模块化箱体的完整牢固。
如图 3所示, 本发明的安装过程: 首先固定底盖 7或者地锚 8于相应地基 上, 然后将芯轴 2与底盖 7或者地锚 8旋紧, 根据整体组装方案的要求, 将后 续芯轴 2逐一与下面的芯轴 2相互旋紧, 然后将对应的套管 3套在芯轴 2夕卜, 并与相邻的套管 3卡合到位, 而后将固定好边板 9, 根据方案组合要求卡合入套 管 3的对应孔内, 最后将顶盖 1与最顶部的芯轴 2旋紧。
图 4a、 图 4b为根据本实用新型第一实施例的单层的模块化箱体的应用实 例;图 5a、图 5b为根据本实用新型第二实施例的多层的模块化箱体的应用实例。 图 4a、 图 4b中采用了单层箱体, 在一个连接点同时安装多块边板, 组合样式更 多样更美观; 图 5a、 图 5b中采用了多层箱体, 此样式表现出了一点多层样式特 点。 显然本实用新型可以实现快速装拆、 更换或搬迁, 支持各类复杂样式拼装 要求, 并适应不同地基固定条件, 极大的降低了人工成本和使用成本, 也满足 循环使用、 节约资源、 降低因重复生产带来的能源消耗; 同时还能满足不同材 质固定边板的安装需要。
图 6为根据本发明第三实施例的采用地锚的连接组件组合示意图。 如图 6 所示, 可以用地锚 8代替底盖 7。地锚 8是用于将整个组件固定在类似土地的软 基地基上, 直接使用橡皮锤类工具将地锚 6敲入地基内。 地锚 8带有尖端下部, 锚身带锯齿, 与芯轴 2 底部螺纹连接。 锚身的锯齿可以使连接组件更好的固定 在土壤类软基地面中, 不易脱出。
为了降低生产成本,本发明中套管 3外圆周上的卡孔也可以用花键槽代替。 如图 7所示, 本发明第四实施例的套管 3外圆周面上可以均布有多个 T型槽, 夹套 5上的卡头 6可以卡接在这些 T型槽中。 显然, 与第一实施例中的卡孔 4 相比, T型槽的生产成本可以进一歩降低。
此外, 可以取消本发明中套管 3上端外圆上设置的凸筋, 改为在下端内圆 上增加向内凸起的凸筋, 可以起到与图 2 中所示凸筋同样的作用, 以保证相邻 两个套管之间的连接同轴性, 即两者之间连接紧密, 但又能同轴线旋转。
另外, 如图 8所示, 根据本发明第五实施例的套管, 其上端外圆和内圆可 以同时设有凸筋, 其中所述内圆凸筋的作用是与芯轴上垂直于轴线的外凸起相 互作用, 以保证在此区域两个组件能够紧密的结合, 以便使得整个以中间轴为 连接轴心的外套管以及夹套都能够紧紧的和芯轴卡合, 而不至于因和芯轴之间 存在间隙而出现松动现象, 但考虑到开始安装时的难易程度, 并没有将套管内 圆直径直接做到和芯轴外圆一样的, 是为了减小安装时相互之间的摩擦力, 便 于安装。 同样的, 芯轴也没有做通长外径都是和套管上端内径一样大的, 也是 为了减小接触面从而减小摩擦力。 两个件在相互配合安装时, 一个是纵筋一个 是横筋, 既能够保证相互之间紧密贴合, 还能够减小相互之间的摩擦力。
此外, 本发明中夹套 5上设置的卡头 6可以采用多种形状。 如图 9所示, 本发明第六实施例的夹套 5, 其上设置了多个圆形卡头 6, 这种形状的卡头便于 与本发明第四实施例套管 3上 T型槽相卡接。
此外, 本发明也可以采用多个或单个卡头 6。 如图 10所示, 本发明第七实 施例的夹套 5上仅设置了一个长条卡头 6。 如图 11所示, 本发明第八实施例的 夹套 5上仅设置了一个圆形卡头 6。
显然, 也可以将卡孔或卡槽设置在夹套 5上, 在套管 3 外圆周面上均匀分 布多个卡头。 同样能实现夹套 5与套管 3的周向定位。
本发明具有以下有益效果: 可用于模块化箱体的连接, 实现快速装拆、 更 换或搬迁, 支持各类复杂样式拼装要求, 并适应不同地基固定条件, 极大的降 低了人工成本和使用成本, 也满足循环使用、 节约资源、 降低因重复生产带来 的能源消耗; 同时还能满足不同材质固定边板的安装需要, 大大降低塑性材料

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种模块化箱体的连接组件, 其包括顶盖、 套管、 芯轴、 夹套, 所述套 管套于所述芯轴的外侧; 所述套管上设有至少一个卡合部, 所述夹套上设有至 少一个卡接部, 所述至少一个卡接部与所述至少一个卡合部连接, 使得所述夹 套在所述套管的周向上的位置固定; 所述顶盖连接至所述芯轴上端, 从而压紧 所述套管和所述夹套, 使所述套管和所述夹套的轴向位置固定。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的连接组件, 其中所述连接组件还包括底盖, 所述底 盖连接至所述芯轴下端。
3、如权利要求 1-2中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述连接组件还包括 地锚, 所述地锚连接至所述芯轴下端。
4、如权利要求 1-3中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述底盖或地锚通过 选自下列连接方式中的一种连接至所述芯轴下端, 螺纹连接、 铰接、 胶接、 铆 接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接; 所述顶盖通过选自下列连接方式中的一种连接 至所述芯轴下端, 即螺纹连接、 铰接、 胶接、 铆接、 销接、 键连接、 熔焊连接。
5、如权利要求 1-4中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述底盖用于将所述 连接组件固定于硬质地基。 所述地锚带有尖端下部, 锚身带锯齿, 所述地锚用 于将所述连接组件固定于软质地基。
6、如权利要求 1-5中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述至少一个卡合部 或所述至少一个卡接部中的一个可设置为周向上均匀分布的多个卡孔或卡槽, 所述至少一个卡合部或所述至少一个卡接部中的另一个可设置为至少一个凸 块。
7、如权利要求 1-6中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述芯轴的一端为凸 缘, 所述芯轴的另一端为凹台, 一个芯轴的所述凸缘可以与另一个芯轴的凹台 连接。
8、如权利要求 1-7中任意一项所述的连接组件, 其中所述套管的一端为凸 缘, 所述套管的另一端为凹台, 一个套管的所述凸缘可以与另一个套管的凹台 连接。
9、 一种模块化箱体, 其包括边板和如权利要求 1-8中任意一项所述的连接 组件, 所述边板通过所述连接件相连, 所述边板固定在夹套上, 其中所述模块 化箱体可以具有多个相互连接的所述芯轴, 所述模块化箱体可以具有多个相互 连接的所述套管, 所述顶盖连接至最上端的所述芯轴上端, 最下端的所述芯轴 下端与所述底盖或所述地锚连接。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的模块化箱体, 其中箱体边板材料及连接组件可使 用木材、 塑料、 复合材料、 金属等材料。
