【課題】家具製造具に関し、特に、工具を用いることなく家具を組立・分解ができる家具接合留め具を提供する。
【解決手段】家具接合留め具は、キャビティー１１が設けられている固定部材１と、回転部材と、係合溝部材３とを備え、回転部材は、回転軸２１と、回転軸２１に連結している抜き片２２とを有し、前記回転軸２１の一端は固定部材１のキャビティー１１の一の側壁に取り付けられ、他端は固定部材１のキャビティー１１の他の側壁を貫通して延伸され、かつ、その外部に延伸する端部にはＴ字形の扁平部２４が設けられており、回転部材は当該回転軸２１によって回転可能であり、前記係合溝部材３は筒状であり、その横断面にＴ字形の扁平部２４に対応する扁平状の貫通孔が設けられている。

Description

本考案は、家具製造具に関し、特に、工具を用いることなく家具を組立・分解ができる家具接合留め具に関する。
現在、家具は、各種の固定接合や構造のロッキングの工具として、一般的にはねじを使用して組み立てられている。このため、家具を組立・分解する際にドライバーなどの専用工具が必要となり、組立・分解の作業が大変不便である。そして、実生活においては、特に大型の家具に対して搬入又は移動等する場合において家具を分解しようとする際には、家具が長時間使用されていると、ねじが磨り減ってその効果を失い、また、ねじを取り外した後に、もともとあったねじ穴が壊れてしまい、再利用しにくくなり、操作者の手の施しようがなくなることがよくあった。
下記特許文献１では、オスコネクタとメスコネクタを備え、上記オスコネクタの内部には、オスコネクタとメスコネクタを接合して、一定の角度で回転可能な連結ピンが設置されており、上記オスコネクタの中心部はキャビティーであり、オスコネクタには上記キャビティーを連通し且つ連結ピンを動作可能とする貫通孔が設けられ、上記貫通孔と連結ピンの端に設けられたリング状の凸キャップの係合位置が対応し、連結ピンをオスコネクタの内部で一定の角度で回転させることが可能であり、上記メスコネクタの内部には係合溝が設けられ、連結ピンの他端に凹溝が設けられてメスコネクタの係合溝の内部で回転係合する家具接合留め具が開示されている。当該構造では、工具を用いることなく家具の各部材に対し組立・分解を行うことが実現でき、繰り返し組立・分解をしても家具に損傷が与えることがない。しかしながら、当該留め具は大型化しており、コストが高く、構造が複雑であるため、家具を自由に組立・分解するという面において不便であり、全体構造が脆弱である。

本考案は、従来の技術的課題に鑑み、構造がコンパクトで、留め具全体構造をさらに小型化し、取り付けが容易で、小型ＤＴＹ家具の組立・分解に適した家具接合留め具を提供する。
本実用新案が解決しようとする技術的課題は下記のようにして実現できる。即ち、本実用新案にかかる家具接合留め具は、キャビティーが設けられている固定部材と、回転部材と、係合溝部材とを備え、回転部材は、回転軸と、回転軸に連結している抜き片とを有し、前記固定部材のキャビティーの側壁には上から下に小溝が設けられ、小溝に対向する他の側壁の内壁には円形溝が設けられ、前記回転部材の回転軸の一端は円形溝内に取り付けられ、他端は小溝内に架設され、その外部に延伸している端部にはT字形の扁平部が設けられており、回転部材は当該回転軸によって回転可能であり、前記係合溝部材は筒状であり、その横断面にT字形の扁平部に対応する扁平状の貫通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする。
また、前記小溝の底部は円弧形であり、前記円弧形の直径は小溝の幅より大きくなっている。
また、前記抜き片の端部に折返し辺がさらに設けられている。
また、前記固定部材の上部に抜き片の端部を収納する切欠きが設けられている。
本考案は、固定部材内に取り付けられた回転可能な回転部材を採用し、また回転部材のT字形の扁平部と係合溝部材の組み合わせによって、すなわち回転によってロックとオープンを行う機能を達成することができ、固定部材と係合溝部材をそれぞれ家具の特定位置に固定し取り付けることによって、従来のねじ構造を代替することができ、素手による家具の組み立て、複数回、組立・分解されても接合構造が壊れず、何度も繰り返し使用できるという目的を実現できる。
本考案の固定部材、回転部材及び係合溝部材の分解構造の概略図である。 本考案の固定部材、回転部材の取付構造の概略図である。
図1と図2は、本考案の家具接合留め具の構造の概略図である。図1と図2を参照すると、家具接合留め具は、キャビティー11が設けられている固定部材１と、回転部材2と、係合溝部材3とを有している。回転部材2は、回転軸21と、回転軸21に連結している抜き片22とを備えている。上記抜き片22の端部に折返し辺23がさらに設けられている。上記固定部材１のキャビティー11の側壁には上から下に小溝12が設けられている。上記小溝12の底部は円弧形13であり、上記円弧形13の直径は小溝12の幅より大きくなっている。また、小溝12に対向する他の側壁の内壁には円形溝が設けられ、上記回転部材2の回転軸21の一端は円形溝内に取り付けられ、他端は小溝12内に架設され、且つ小溝12を貫通して延伸されている。そして、その外部に延伸している端部にはT字形の扁平部24が設けられており、抜き片22を動かすと、回転部材2を当該回転軸21によって回転させることができる。また、上記係合溝部材3は筒状であり、その一端の横断面31にT字形の扁平部24に対応する扁平状の貫通孔32が設けられている。また、上記固定部材１の上部に抜き片22の端部を収納する切欠き14が設けられている。
この家具接合留め具を使うには、まず、固定部材１と係合溝部材3を、それぞれ家具を構成する異なる板材において、予め設定した位置に埋めこみ固定するように取り付ける。次に、回転部材2を固定部材１に取り付け、更に回転部材2のT字形の扁平部24を、家具の板材に予め埋めこんで固定した係合溝部材3における扁平状の貫通孔32に合わせた後、抜き片22を回転させて回転部材2のT字形の扁平部24を90°度回転させ、回転部材2がT字形の扁平部24に対応する扁平状の貫通孔32にぴったり係止されるようにする。このようにして、板材どうしの、ロッキングの目的を実現することができ、専用の取付工具を必要とせずに素手だけで完成でき、取り付けの難易度を大幅に下げられる。また、当該留め具は、板材どうしを確実にクランプして固定し、かつ長期間使用でき、高い実用的価値を有している。

Claims (4)

  1. キャビティーが設けられている固定部材と、回転部材と、係合溝部材とを備え、
    回転部材は、回転軸と、回転軸に連結している抜き片とを有し、
    前記固定部材のキャビティーの側壁には上から下に小溝が設けられ、小溝に対向する他の側壁の内壁には円形溝が設けられ、前記回転部材の回転軸の一端は円形溝内に取り付けられ、他端は小溝内に架設され、その外部に延伸している端部にはT字形の扁平部が設けられており、回転部材は当該回転軸によって回転可能であり、前記係合溝部材は筒状であり、その横断面にT字形の扁平部に対応する扁平状の貫通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする家具接合留め具。
  2. 前記小溝の底部は円弧形であり、前記円弧形の直径は小溝の幅より大きいことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の家具接合留め具。
  3. 前記抜き片の端部に折返し辺がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の家具接合留め具。
  4. 前記固定部材の上部に抜き片の端部を収納する切欠きが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の家具接合留め具。
