技术背景:
目前皮划艇的转向舵,现有技术是设置在皮划艇尾部,乘员座在皮划艇中部用脚控制转向装置,通过两测钢丝绳连接尾部转向舵,钢丝绳通过多个套孔部件固定位置,这些套孔部件产生了摩擦阻力,影响了转向灵活性,另有一根绳索从乘员处连接到皮划艇尾部转向舵上,升降舵的叶片,绳索穿过的套孔部件也产生了摩擦阻力。
如CN 202911947U,一种太阳能观光游览船转向舵控制结构,包括尾部左舵、右舵,液压缸及钢丝绳,左右舵摇臂通过钢丝绳连接,缺点是钢丝绳固定位置套孔部件产生了摩擦阻力。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种分段组合皮划艇转向舵,解决转向舵在皮划艇尾部,钢丝绳从皮划艇中前部连接到尾部的距离中,产生的皮划艇分段处钢丝绳连接与调试困难,钢丝绳固定位置产生的摩擦阻力,及部件多,使用不方便等问题。
本发明也适用于不是分段组合的皮划艇。
本发明提供一种皮划艇转向舵,所述转向舵设置在皮划艇艇首与艇尾之间、中部向前位置的底部,所述转向舵的叶片可以上升入或下降出皮划艇艇体内。
所述的一种皮划艇转向舵,在皮划艇艇体内设置有转向舵壳,所述的转向舵壳内套装有转向舵叶片,所述的叶片中部设置有升降杆,所述的升降杆顶端有绳索,拉动绳索使升降杆升或降,所述的升降杆连接有摆动杆,摆动摆动杆使转向舵转向。
本发明与现有技术相比较,优点是省去了钢丝绳,省去了固定钢丝绳的多个部件,省去了固定钢丝绳部件产生的摩擦阻力,也省去了连接升降尾舵叶片的绳索,使皮划艇转向灵活,本发明转向舵可以上升入皮划艇艇体内,使运输、存放方便,不易损坏转向舵,本发明转向舵并且解决了分段组合皮划艇分段处、钢丝绳连接与调试困难的问题,使分段组合皮划艇组装拆却容易,节约时间,使用方便。

如图1至图2所示:一种皮划艇转向舵,所述转向舵2设置在皮划艇艇首与艇尾之间、中部向前位置的底部,在所述底部位置的皮划艇艇体1的艇体内,设置有转向舵壳3,所述转向舵壳是不漏水的,转向舵壳内套装有转向舵叶片4,所述叶片中部设置有升降杆5,所述升降杆顶端有绳索6连接,拉动绳索使升降杆与叶片升降,所述升降是叶片可以从转向舵壳内下降,下降出艇体外,返之,上升入转向舵壳内,所述升降杆还连接有摆动杆7,乘员双脚通过摆动杆左右摆动或左右往前蹬使舵转向,本发明实施例应用于分段组合皮划艇中,效果明显。
