Abstract
Description
<充電システムの構成>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る充電システム10の構成について、図1を用いて説明する。
車両150は、車両側操作部151と、蓄電池152と、車両側制御部153と、受電部154と、車両側通信部155とから主に構成されている。
給電装置100は、給電側通信部101と、給電側制御部102と、給電部103とから主に構成されている。
次に、上述した給電部103及び受電部154の内部構成について説明する。図2は、図1に示した給電部103及び受電部154の内部構成を示すブロック図である。
図3(a)は、図2に示した給電部103及び受電部154の等価回路を示す図である。この図において、R1は給電部103内の抵抗、C1は給電部103の共振用コンデンサ(図2中、図示しない)、L1は給電部103の共振用インダクタ(給電コイル103aに相当)を示している。また、L2は受電部154の共振用インダクタ(受電コイル154aに相当)、R2は受電部154内の配線抵抗及び整流回路257の抵抗、C2は共振用コンデンサ154b、C’2は位相調整コンデンサ255、Rld=Z0は蓄電池(負荷)を示している。なお、参考までに位相調整回路を含まない等価回路を図3(b)に示す。
次に、上述した給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aの配置について図4を用いて説明する。図4では、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aとの位置合わせがなされた状態を示し、コイル内を貫く鉄芯は省略している。また、x軸は車両150の横方向(+x方向を車両150の右方向、-x方向を車両150の左方向)を示し、y軸は車両150の前後方向(+y方向を車両150の後方、-y方向を車両150の前方)を示し、z軸は地上に対して垂直方向(+z方向を車両150の上方、-z方向を車両150の下方)を示す。
図5は、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aとの間に形成される磁場形状を示す概念図である。ただし、給電コイル103aを駆動する駆動周波数は一定とする。この図は、図4に示したyz平面を示す。図5(a)は、給電側コイル電流の位相と受電側コイル電流の位相とが同相(位相差0)の場合の磁場形状を示し、図5(b)は、給電側コイル電流の位相と受電側コイル電流の位相とが逆相(位相差180°)の場合の磁場形状を示している。
次に、位相調整コンデンサ255の容量について説明する。図6は、給電側コイル電流及び受電側コイル電流の位相差と、位相調整コンデンサの容量との関係を示す図である。図6では、縦軸が位相差[°]を、横軸が位相調整コンデンサの容量[μF]を示している。図6より、位相調整コンデンサ容量を位相差が180°に最も近くなる容量に設定すればよいことが分かる。
このように、実施の形態1によれば、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aにソレノイドコイルを適用し、受電側コイル電流と給電側コイル電流との位相差が180°となるように、位相調整回路が受電側コイル電流の位相を調整することにより、給電コイル103a及び受電コイル154aによって形成される水平方向の磁束が互いに打ち消し合うため、駆動周波数を変化させることなく、不要輻射が外部に漏れることを防止することができる。
実施の形態1では、給電コイル及び受電コイルにソレノイドコイルを用いた場合について説明したが、本発明の実施の形態2では、給電コイル及び受電コイルにスパイラルコイルを用いる場合について説明する。なお、本発明の実施の形態2に係る充電システムの構成は、実施の形態1の図1及び図2に示した構成と同様であるため、異なる機能について必要に応じて図1及び図2を援用して説明する。
給電部103は、給電コイル103aを有しており、給電コイル103aは、例えば、スパイラルコイルである。給電部103は、給電側制御部102の制御に従って、給電コイル103aより受電コイル154aに給電を行う。
給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aの配置について図7を用いて説明する。図7では、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aとの位置合わせがなされた状態を示している。
図8は、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aとの間に形成される磁場形状を示す概念図である。ただし、給電コイル103aを駆動する駆動周波数は一定とする。この図は、図7に示したyz平面またはxz平面を示す。図8(a)は、給電側コイル電流の位相と受電側コイル電流の位相とが逆相(位相差180°)の場合の磁場形状を示し、図8(b)は、給電側コイル電流の位相と受電側コイル電流の位相とが同相(位相差0)の場合の磁場形状を示している。
このように、実施の形態2によれば、給電コイル103aと受電コイル154aにスパイラルコイルを適用し、受電側コイル電流と給電側コイル電流との位相差が0°となるように、位相調整回路が受電側コイル電流の位相を調整することにより、給電コイル103a及び受電コイル154aによって形成される水平方向の磁束が打ち消し合うため、駆動周波数を変化させることなく、不要輻射が外部に漏れることを防止することができる。

Claims (9)
- 非接触で電力を受電する非接触受電装置であって、
給電コイルからの給電を受けるための受電コイルおよび共振用コンデンサを含む共振用回路と、
前記共振用回路の後段に、特定の周波数における給電側コイル電流と受電側コイル電流の位相差を、水平方向の磁束を打ち消し合うように調整する位相調整回路と、
を具備する非接触受電装置。 - 前記位相調整回路は、前記受電コイルと並列に接続されたコンデンサである、
請求項1に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記位相調整回路は、前記受電コイルと直列に接続されたインダクタである、
請求項1に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記位相調整回路は、当該位相調整回路の動作を切り替えるリレーを備える、
請求項1に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記リレーは、前記特定の周波数を駆動周波数とする場合に、前記位相調整回路を動作させるように切り替えられる、
請求項4に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記リレーは、前記給電側コイル電流と前記受電側コイル電流との位相差に基づいて、前記位相調整回路を動作させるように切り替えられる、
請求項5に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記位相調整回路は、前記受電コイルと並列に接続された可変容量コンデンサである、
請求項1に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記可変容量コンデンサは、駆動周波数に応じて、前記水平方向の磁束を打ち消し合うように容量を変える、
請求項7に記載の非接触受電装置。 - 前記給電コイル及び前記受電コイルは、ソレノイドコイル又はスパイラルコイルである、
