Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drainage, and more particularly, to be installed in the sewer, the barrier is raised by the buoyancy generated when the water is discharged, drainage is made, and when the water is discharged all the buoyancy disappears the barrier is closed It's about drainage that doesn't come up.
- a sink or bath for draining sewage, a bottom of a bathroom, or a lower part of a urinal for discharging urine is provided with a conventional drain trap containing a small amount of water to prevent backflow of odor.
- the trapped water is the aforementioned sewage or urine, and as a result, odors are generated from the sewage or urine trapped.
- the bucket 100 is coupled to the top of the sewer pipe, the cover 200 is seated on the top of the bucket, the cone-shaped inclined plate coupled to the center of the lower cover 300 and the upper inlet is narrow and the lower outlet is formed in a trapezoidal cylindrical shape, the lower portion of the upper inlet is formed with a bent portion 410 is composed of a blocking film 400 coupled between the cover and the inclined plate.
- the cylindrical inlet of the upper part is narrow and the outlet of the lower part is lifted up so that water such as sewage or urine is completely discharged along the conical inclined plate, thereby preventing the occurrence of odor and making it more hygienic. Had an effect.
- the prior art has a problem that the sewage or residual urine is entangled inside the relatively narrow barrier membrane to produce a solid contaminant, which makes it difficult to clean and eventually replace the entire drainage.
- the present invention has been devised to improve the prior art of the present invention, is installed in the sewer, drainage is made while the barrier film rises by the buoyancy generated when the water is discharged, when all the water is discharged and buoyancy disappears
- the barrier is closed to prevent odors from rising. Especially, it is easy to clean by allowing urine to flow out the inside of the barrier rather than the inside of the barrier. Its purpose is to provide a drainage with the advantages.
- An object of the present invention is to discharge the water, such as sewage or urine into the sewer pipe and to block the odor generated from the sewage pipe, the flange is mounted to the sewer pipe and the drain is formed; A blocking membrane seated on an upper portion of the flange and being in contact with the drain hole, the barrier film being opened upon rising of water and opening the drain hole; The upper end of the barrier film is fixed to the inner surface, a plurality of inlets formed on the side wall; it can be achieved by a drainage comprising a.
- the blocking film is in line with the upper end of the drain port, characterized in that formed to have an inclination angle.
- the blocking membrane is characterized in that the vent hole for discharging the air inside.
- the flexible part is formed on the upper part of the blocking film, and the flexible part is thinner than the other parts and is formed soft so that the blocking film is bent when it is raised or lowered.
- the barrier film may be formed in two or more folding groove portions having a thin thickness only at a portion to be bent, so that the folding groove portion is bent when the barrier membrane is raised or lowered.
- the barrier layer is characterized in that the upper end is fixed by the bottom and the fixing means of the cover.
- the fixing means is characterized in that the upper end portion of the blocking film is bonded to the bottom of the cover.
- the fixing means is a projection formed on the upper end of the blocking film, the bottom surface of the cover is characterized in that the fitting hole is formed by the projection is coupled is fixed by the fitting.
- An inclined portion is formed at an upper end of the drain hole of the flange, and the blocking film is formed to protrude from the inclined portion so as to block the drain hole.
- the urging or sewage can be drained by the buoyancy generated by the concentration generated by the drainage of the flange and drained by opening the drainage of the flange, and after the drainage is completed, the barrier is lowered by its own weight to drain the drainage.
- the barrier By preventing the odor does not rise, it is convenient to use, frequent failure of the opening and closing operation of the barrier is excellent in durability, excellent drainage and odor blocking function can be made accurately, there is an effect that can be improved reliability.
- urine flows on the outer surface of the membrane instead of the inside of the barrier to prevent contaminants from forming in a narrow space.
