本发明涉及硬币清分机械领域,特别涉及一种硬币清分机及其分拣 刷。 背景技术
现有技术中的硬币清分机的分拣刷在分拣到一定数量硬币后,其刷 齿会发生磨损及局部破损的现象, 从而导致刷齿非常容易断裂。 发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构筒单、 成本低、 不易断裂的硬币清分机及其 分拣刷。
为解决上述问题, 作为本发明的第一个方面, 提供了一种硬币清分 机的分拣刷, 包括: 环状本体; 刷齿, 位于环状本体的一侧, 且一端与 环状本体连接; 压力自动补偿片, 一端与环状本体连接, 压力自动补偿 片与刷齿相对倾斜地设置,且压力自动补偿片的另一端与刷齿的另一端 连接。
进一步地, 刷齿和压力自动补偿片的个数均为多个, 多个刷齿和多 进一步地, 分拣刷还包括: 硬币摩擦凸块, 至少一部分刷齿的另一 端的端面设置有至少一个硬币摩擦凸块。

请参考图 1至图 3 , 作为本发明的第一方面, 提供了一种硬币清分 机的分拣刷, 包括: 环状本体 1 ; 刷齿 2 , 位于环状本体 1 的一侧, 且 一端与环状本体 1连接; 压力自动补偿片 3 , —端与环状本体 1连接, 压力自动补偿片 3与刷齿 2相对倾斜地设置,且压力自动补偿片 3的另 一端与刷齿 2的另一端连接。 优选地, 分拣刷一体成型。 优选地, 环状 本体 1、 和 /或刷齿 2、 和 /或压力自动补偿片 3由弹性材料制成。
如果没有压力自动补偿片 3 , 只依靠刷齿 2的弯曲变形所产生的压 力使硬币保持在设计所要求的运动轨迹, 那么 (特别在高速时)是无法 满足准确分拣要求的。 尤其是, 当刷齿 2在分拣到一定数量硬币后, 会 发生磨损及局部破损的现象, 如果压力自动补偿片 3,那么刷齿 2 则非 常容易断裂。 压力自动补偿片 3可向刷齿 2提供一个补偿压力, 在确保 硬币保持在预定的运动轨迹, 还可在刷齿 2磨损及局部破损后, 防止刷 齿 2断裂。
优选地, 刷齿 2和压力自动补偿片 3的个数均为多个, 多个刷齿 2 和多个压力自动补偿片 3相互间隔地沿环状本体 1的周向依次设置。也 就是说, 相邻两个刷齿 2之间, 设置有一个压力自动补偿片 3。
优选地, 分拣刷还包括: 硬币摩擦凸块 4 , 至少一部分刷齿 2的另 一端的端面设置有至少一个硬币摩擦凸块 4。 使用硬币摩擦凸块 4构成 的凸点结构, 可以自动适应硬币的表面结构, 使刷齿 2与硬币的表面贴 合得更充分, 从而减弱两者之间的相对滑动。
优选地, 环状本体 1为镂空式结构。 在一个实施例中, 优选地, 环 状本体 1 包括内环 5和外环 6 , 内环 5和外环 6通过压力自动补偿片 3 和 /或刷齿 2连接。 采用这种镂空式结构, 可以在硬币分拣过程中, 使 刷齿 2及压力自动补偿片 3形成反向变形的作用力,从而减弱了整机的 工作振动及噪音。

1. 一种硬币清分机的分拣刷, 其特征在于, 包括:
环状本体 ( 1;);
刷齿 ( 2 ), 位于所述环状本体 ( 1 ) 的一侧, 且一端与所述环状 本体 ( 1 ) 连接;
压力自动补偿片 ( 3 ), —端与所述环状本体 ( 1 ) 连接, 所述压 力自动补偿片 ( 3 ) 与所述刷齿 (2 )相对倾斜地设置, 且所述压力 自动补偿片 ( 3 ) 的另一端与所述刷齿 (2 ) 的另一端连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的分拣刷, 其特征在于, 所述刷齿 ( 2 ) 和所 述压力自动补偿片 ( 3 ) 的个数均为多个, 所述多个刷齿 ( 2 )和所 述多个压力自动补偿片 ( 3 )相互间隔地沿所述环状本体( 1 ) 的周 向依次设置。
3. 根据权利要求 1和 2所述的分拣刷, 其特征在于, 所述分拣刷还包 括:
硬币摩擦凸块 (4 ), 至少一部分所述刷齿 (2 ) 的所述另一端 的端面设置有至少一个所述硬币摩擦凸块 (4)。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3所述的分拣刷,其特征在于,所述环状本体( 1 ) 为镂空式结构。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3所述的分拣刷,其特征在于,所述环状本体( 1 ) 包括内环 ( 5 ) 和外环 ( 6 ), 所述内环 ( 5 ) 和所述外环 ( 6 ) 通过 所述压力自动补偿片 ( 3 ) 和 /或所述刷齿 ( 1 ) 连接。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 3所述的分拣刷,其特征在于,所述多个刷齿(2 ) 的沿所述环状本体 ( 1 ) 径向延伸的宽度不同。
