本实用新型有关于汽车雨刷, 尤指一种具备良好刚性及弹性的雨刷装置。 背景技术
习知的汽车雨刷主要可分为支架型雨刷以及软骨型雨刷 ( 或称无骨雨 刷 )。 如中国台湾专利 TW M358090所述的习知支架型雨刷包含一个支架, 支 架上设置有一个扣座并且枢设有多数个副支架, 支架通过其扣座以扣接雨刷臂, 并且通过其副支架连接雨刷片。 如中国台湾专利 TW M345009所述的习知软骨 型雨刷则包含一个钢片,钢片上设置有一个扣座以扣接雨刷臂, 并且雨刷片直接 设置在钢片上。 习知的支架型雨刷受限于副支架的连接方式, 其缺点在于雨刷片上各部位 的施力不平均, 而且雨刷片上各部位的摆动角度也不平均。习知的软骨型雨刷的 缺点在于, 其钢片的刚性不易优化, 钢片的刚性太低会导致刮刷时施力不足, 钢 片的刚性太高则会导致雨刷片无法贴服玻璃,因此无论刚性太高或太低皆会造成 雨水、 异物无法完全清除。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于提供一种具有良好的刚性及弹性的雨刷装置。 为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型提供了一种雨刷装置, 用以设置于一雨刷 臂, 该雨刷装置包含 :
一连接件, 包含呈长条形的一刚性支架及位于该刚性支架上的一配件座 ; 一弹性条,连接在该刚性支架的一端,且沿着该刚性支架的纵向延伸而出 ; 一副支架, 枢设于该刚性支架 ; 及
一刮条, 连接该副支架且该刮条的一端连接在该弹性条。
进一步地, 其中该弹性条上设置有一扣具, 该刮条通过该扣具扣接于该弹 性条。
进一步地, 其中该弹性条上枢设有连接该刮条的另-一副支架。
进一步地, 更包含-一扰流罩, 该扰流罩屏蔽该弹性条。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域 的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本 实用新型的限定。
参阅图 1 至图 4, 本实用新型的第一实施例提供一种雨刷装置, 用 以设置于一雨刷臂 ( 图中未示 ;)。 于本实施例中, 本实用新型的雨刷装置较佳 地包含一连接件 100、 二个弹性条 200、 二个副支架 300 及一刮条 400。
连接件 100 包含一刚性支架 1 10 以及一配件座 120。 于本实施例 中, 刚性支架 1 10为金属片弯折制成, 其呈长条形的片状。配件座 120 用以连 接雨刷臂,于本实施例中,配件座 120 具有一枢轴 121 用以卡扣枢接雨刷臂。 于本实施例中, 配件座 120 较佳地铆合固定设置在刚性支架 1 10 中段的一侧 面上。但是本实用新型不限定刚性支架 1 10 与配件座 120的连接方式,例如刚 性支架 1 10 与配件座 120 也可以单一金属片弯折制成,配件座 120 以此形成 在刚性支架 1 10 的侧面上。
各弹性条 200 较佳地皆为一长条状的金属片体, 其具有弹性而能够 被弯折, 且弹性条与刚性支架为不同弹性系数的材料所制成。 各弹性条 200 的 其中一端连接在刚性支架 1 10 其中一端的端末上, 弹性条 200 沿着刚性支架 1 10 的纵向延伸而出, 弹性条 200 的另一端则上设置有一扣具 210。因此刚性 支架 1 10 与二弹性条 200 配置在同一弧线上,而且刚性支架 1 10 配置在二弹 性条 200 之间。
每一副支架 300 分别包含一枢接部 310、 自枢接部 310 延伸的二 个连杆 320 以及连接于刚性支架 1 10 与枢接部 310 之间的一枢接座 330。 于本实施例中,各副支架 300 分别连接在刚性支架 1 10 二端上靠近各端末处, 且各副支架 300 与配件座 120 分别配置在刚性支架 1 10 相对的二侧面上。较 佳地, 刚性支架 110 开设有一扣接孔 11 1, 枢接部 310 则开设有一枢接孔 31 1, 枢接座 330 凸设有一扣接部 331 及一枢轴 332, 枢接座 330 通过扣接 部 331 固定卡入扣接孔 11 1 而固定在刚性支架 1 10 上, 且枢轴 332 可转动 地卡入枢接孔 31 1, 以此将副支架 300 枢接于刚性支架 1 10。
刮条 400 为一软质弹性长条体, 其较佳地可以是橡胶制成, 但本实 用新型不限定于此。二副支架 300 的连杆 320末端分别连接刮条 400 的中段, 刮条 400 通过副支架 300 而连接在刚性支架 110 上。 刮条 400 与配件座 120 分别配置在刚性支架 1 10 相对的二侧面上, 而且刮条 400 的二端分别通 过扣具 210 扣接在二弹性条 200 上。
参阅图 5,本实用新型的第二实施例提供一种雨刷装置,用以设置于 一雨刷臂。 于本实施例中, 本实用新型的雨刷装置较佳地包含一连接件 100、 二个弹性条 200、 二个副支架 300、 一刮条 400及一扰流罩 500。 其中连接 件 100、 弹性条 200、 副支架 300 及刮条 400如同前述第一实施例, 其结构 相同之处于此不再赘述。 本实施例与第一实施例不同之处详述如后。
扰流罩 500 为一长条形罩体, 其屏蔽在连接件 100 之外, 其较佳 地屏蔽刚性支架 1 10 并且使得配件座 120 凸露于扰流罩 500。 较佳地扰流罩 500 可以延伸而屏蔽刚性支架 1 10 二侧的二弹性条 200。在行车时通过扰流罩 500 可降低本实用新型的雨刷装置所产生的风阻。
参阅图 6,本实用新型的第三实施例提供一种雨刷装置,用以设置于 一雨刷臂。 于本实施例中, 本实用新型的雨刷装置较佳地包含一连接件 100、 二个弹性条 200、复数个副支架 300 及一刮条 400。其结构大致如同前述第一 实施例, 其相同之处于此不再赘述。 本实施例与第一实施例不同之处详述如后。
于本实施例中, 各弹性条 200 较佳地皆为一长条状的金属片体, 且 其具有弹性而能够被弯折。 各弹性条 200 的其中一端连接在刚性支架 1 10 其 中一端的端末上,弹性条 200沿着刚性支架 110 的纵向延伸而出。因此刚性支 架 1 10 与二弹性条 200 配置在同一弧线上,而且刚性支架 1 10 配置在二弹性 条 200 之间。
于本实施例中, 本实用新型的雨刷装置较佳地包含四个副支架 300, 各副支架 300的结构如同第一实施例。其中二个副支架 300 分别枢设于连接件 100 的刚性支架 1 10 上( 如同前述第一实施例 ;), 其余的二个副支架 300 则 分别通过其枢接部 310 枢设在二弹性条 200 上。
刮条 400 的中段通过刚性支架 1 10 上的二副支架 300 而连接在刚性支 架 1 10 上。 其余二个副支架 300 的分别通过其连杆 320 末端而连接刮条 400 的二端, 因此刮条 400 的二端分别通过各弹性条 200 上的副支架 300 连接于各弹性条 200。
本实用新型的雨刷装置具有刚性支架 110 及弹性条 200 的混合结 构, 其可以通过刚性支架 1 10 维持雨刷装置的刚性, 并且通过弹性条 200 使 雨刷装置具有良好的弹性。因此相较于习知的雨刷不但刮刷力足够且能够贴服汽 车玻璃, 因此可以更有效地清除汽车玻璃上的雨水及异物。
