背景技术
目前国内外的电梯通常采用曳引机驱动电梯,曳引电梯悬挂提升 系统由曳引轮、 钢丝绳组、 轿厢、 平衡块系统等主要部件组成; 所述 曳引电梯悬挂提升系统中通_过钢丝绳组中的每.根钢丝绳在曳引轮的 槽内缠绕而产生的摩擦力提供轿厢提升或下降的动力;在电梯驱动技 术不断发展的调节下,电梯的提升高度以及行驶速度都有了很大的提 高,同时也对电梯自身的安全性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。理论上, 电梯在使用过程中, 钢丝绳组中的每根钢丝绳的受力应一样, 且曳引 轮上用来缠绕钢丝绳的槽的形状和尺寸也应一祥; 但实际使用过程 中, 由于各种原因会使钢丝绳组中的每根钢丝绳的受力不一样, 这祥 就会造成有些钢丝绳受力大, 有些钢丝绳受力小; 受力大的钢丝绳与 其对应的曳引轮上的槽之间的摩擦力会相对较大,这样会造成其对应 的曳引轮上的槽的摩擦更厉害, 时间一长, 就好造成其对应的曳引轮 上的槽的形状和尺寸发生变化,造成受力大的钢丝绳工作中所受的力 越来越大。 如果曳引轮上的槽磨损后半径减少 0„ 1 毫米, 曳引轮每旋 转一圈, 钢丝绳要少运动 0. 314毫米; 以 20层的楼房为例, 曳引轮 大约要旋转 1 00圏, 那么该跟钢丝绳就要少运动 31 4毫米, 经过试 验 , 发现该跟钢丝绳要多受力约 3000牛; 当钢丝绳纽.中个钢丝绳的 受力不均时, 受力小的钢丝绳和曳引轮之间产生蠕动现象, 钢丝绳和 曳引轮之间的蠕动会引起钢丝绳和曳引轮的磨损; 楼层越高, 上述情 况更严重。 因而, 长时间使用的受力大的钢丝绳在使用过程中, 容易 断裂, 而造成电梯安全事故; 同时, 受力小的钢丝绳也会因与曳引轮 的磨损, 出现受损, 如果受损严重, 也会引起造成钢丝绳的断裂, 而 造成电梯安全事故; 为此, 我们开发了一种可对两组钢丝绳组的受力 进行调节 ,并使两组钢丝绳组的受力达到相同的电梯用钢丝绳组的两 节点均力装置。

本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可对两组钢 丝绳组的受力进行调节,并使两组钢丝绳组的受力达到相同的电梯用 钢丝绳组的两节点均力装置。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种电梯用钢丝绳 组的两节点均力装置, 包含均力装置主体; 所述均力装置主体可旋转 地设置在底座上; 所述均力装置主体上对称地设置有 2个球形节点; 所述球形节点安装钢丝绳组; 所述球形节点可绕均力装置主体旋转; 所述均力装置主体的旋转中心位于均力装置主体的中心线上;所述每 个球形节点的旋转中心与均力装置主体的旋转中心在同一水平面上, 且共线。
