   现有的移动通信终端设备主要由主机及电池两部分组成。为确保电池与主机可靠连接及方便电池的拆装,通常会在电池上增加电池闩锁结构,将电池可拆卸安装并固定于主机上。传统的电池闩锁结构中,闩锁结构卡合时,电池安装于主机上。闩锁结构解锁后,电池从主机上拆卸下来。上述的卡合与解锁均发生在电池的内部,因而使得闩锁结构占用相对较大的电池空间,从而导致电池体积相对较大。
发明内容
   本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电池闩锁装置,旨在使得主机与电池可靠连接,且减少闩锁结构占用电池的空间。
   为了实现发明目的,本发明提供一种电池闩锁装置,用于将电池可拆卸地安装并固定于主机上,所述电池包括电芯及呈开口设置的电池外壳,所述电池外壳罩于电芯并与电芯贴合;所述电池闩锁装置包括:
   卡接部,设于所述电池外壳的第一外侧面;
   卡接配合部,设于所述主机上且与所述卡接部配合,所述卡接部与所述卡接配合部卡合连接;
   卡扣,设于所述电池外壳与所述第一外侧面相对的第二外侧面,所述卡扣一端与电池外壳铰接;
   限位结构,设于所述主机上且与所述卡扣配合,所述卡扣与所述限位结构卡合连接,使得电池可拆卸安装并固定于所述主机上。
   优选地,所述限位结构设置为与所述卡扣配合的第一凸缘,所述第一凸缘与所述卡扣卡合连接。   
   优选地,所述卡接部为设置在电池外壳第一外侧面并向外凸起第二凸缘,所述卡接配合部为与所述第二凸缘配合的凹槽,所述第二凸缘与所述凹槽卡合连接。

   参照图1至图6,图1为本发明电池闩锁装置一实施例的爆炸结构示意图;图2为图1所示的电池闩锁装置扣合状态的剖视图;图3为图1所示的电池闩锁装置未扣合状态的剖视图;图4为图1所示的电池闩锁装置的内部结构图;图5为图1所示的电池闩锁装置中的保护件结构示意图;图6为本发明电池闩锁装置另一实施例的剖视图。在本实施例提供的电池闩锁装置,用于将电池2可拆卸地安装并固定于主机1上,电池2包括电芯及呈开口设置的电池外壳21,电池外壳21罩于电芯并与电芯贴合。电池闩锁装置包括以下四个部件。第一,设于电池外壳21的第一外侧面的卡接部(图中未标示);第二,设于主机1上且与所述卡接部配合的卡接配合部(图中未标示);第三,设于电池外壳21与第一外侧面相对的第二外侧面的卡扣3,卡扣3一端与电池外壳21铰接;第四,设于主机1上且与卡扣3配合的限位结构4。卡接部与卡接配合部卡合连接,卡扣3与限位结构4卡合连接,使得电池2可拆卸安装并固定于主机1上。
   应当说明的是,电池外壳21的第一外侧面与第二外侧面呈相对的关系,且该第一外侧面与第二外侧面的位置关系主要包括两种方案。第一方案为:第一外侧面对应电池2与主机1的正极连接点,第二外侧面对应电池2与主机1的负极连接点。第二方案为:第一外侧面对应电池2与主机1的负极连接点,第二外侧面对应电池2与主机1的正极连接点。以上两种方案可以根据实际情况进行选择。
   进一步说明,以上卡扣3一端与电池外壳21铰接,使得整个卡扣3可以沿着该铰接处旋转。应当说明的是,由于卡扣3设于第二外侧面上,即电池外壳21的外侧面上。因此卡扣3只能沿着该铰接处往第二外侧面之外转动,即该卡扣3是沿着该铰接处往电池2之外转动。
   在本实施例中,设置在电池外壳21第一外侧面的卡接部件与设置在主机1上的卡接配合部卡合连接,设置在电池外壳21第二外侧面的卡扣3与设置在主机1上的限位结构4卡合连接。以上两个卡合结构使得电池2可靠地固定于主机1上。安装电池2时,首先将卡接部与卡接配合部卡合连接,然后在对电池2作用一个力,该作用力的方向由电池2指向主机1。作用力对电池2进行挤压,使得卡扣3与限位结构4卡合连接,从而使得电池2安装于主机1上。拆卸电池2时,对卡扣3作用一个力,使得卡扣3沿着电池外壳21第二外侧面与卡扣3的铰接处向外旋转,使得卡扣3脱离限位结构4。再将卡接部与卡接配合部分离,轻松地将电池2从主机1上拆卸下来。
   本发明通过设置在电池外壳21第一外侧面的卡接部件与设置在主机1上的卡接配合部卡合连接,设置在电池外壳21第二外侧面的卡扣3与设置在主机1上的限位结构4卡合连接。以上两个卡合结构使得电池2可靠地固定于主机1上。另一方面,安装或拆卸电池2时,卡扣3与限位结构4的卡合或解锁动作均发生在电池2的外部。因此,大大地减少了电池闩锁装置占用电池2的空间,从而有效地减少了电池2的体积。   
   进一步地,限位结构4设置为与卡扣3配合的第一凸缘,第一凸缘与卡扣3卡合连接。   
   进一步地,卡接部为设置在电池外壳21的第一外侧面并向外凸起第二凸缘,卡接配合部为与第二凸缘配合的凹槽,第二凸缘与凹槽卡合连接。
   在本实施例中,为了加强电池2的固定强度,第二凸缘设置在第一外侧面两个角的位置。卡接配合部为与第二凸缘配合的凹槽,凹槽设于主机1上,且与第二凸缘的位置对应设置。电池2安装于主机1上时,第二凸缘与凹槽卡合连接。   
   进一步地,卡扣3设置有用于将卡扣3铰接于电池外壳21的第二外侧面上的连接部5。
   在本实施例中,卡扣3与电池外壳21分体设置,卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面通过连接部5进行连接。连接部5可根据实际情况进行选择,例如销轴。卡扣3可沿着连接件进行旋转。应当说明的是,卡扣3沿着连接件往电池外壳21之外转动。   
   基于上述实施例,具体地,连接部5为销轴,电池外壳21设有与销轴两端部配合的固定孔(图中未标示),销轴端部与固定孔连接,使得卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面铰接。
   在本实施例中,卡扣3上设有与销轴适配的通孔,电池外壳21的第二外侧面上设有与销轴两端部适配的固定孔。安装时,首先将销轴贯穿销轴上的通孔,然后将销轴的端部分别置于电池外壳21的固定孔上,即可实现卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面铰接。应当说明的是,卡扣3以销轴为中心往电池外壳21之外旋转。   
   进一步地,电池闩锁装置还包括弹性元件6,弹性元件6设置于卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面之间并使卡扣3保持复位状态。
   在本实施例中,为在电池外壳21的第二外侧面与卡扣3之间设置弹性元件6,当外力作用于卡扣3时,弹性元件6受到挤压后发生形变。弹力将作用于卡扣3上,使得卡扣3在外力作用解除后得以迅速复位并保持复位状态,以待下一次的操作。所述弹性元件6可以为弹簧、扭簧、金属弹片或橡皮等具有弹性形变能力的物体。   
   基于上述实施例,具体地,弹性元件6为弹簧,弹簧的一端顶住卡扣3,另一端压接于电池外壳21的第二外侧面上。
   在本实施例中,弹性元件6设置为弹簧。弹簧设置于卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面之间,且一端顶住卡扣3并与卡扣3固定连接,另一端压接于电池外壳21的第二外侧面上并与电池外壳21的第二外侧面固定连接。当卡扣3受力往外转动时,弹簧将受力并发生形变。弹簧的弹力作用于卡扣3上。在弹力的作用下,卡扣3得以迅速复位,并保持复位状态,以待下一次的操作。   
   基于上述实施例,进一步地,弹性元件6为双扭簧,双扭簧包括三个脚,一个公共脚和两个自由脚,公共脚压接于电池外壳21的第二外侧面上,两个自由脚压接于卡扣3上,且卡扣3上设置两销轴,两销轴分别插接与双扭簧两个孔内。
   在本实施例中,弹性元件6为双扭簧,且销轴设置为两根。双扭簧的公共脚压接于卡扣3并与卡扣3固定连接。双扭簧的两个自由脚压接于电池外壳21且与电池外壳21固定连接。两根销轴分别插接双扭簧的两个弹簧孔内,且双扭簧的最外层弹簧圈与销轴固定连接。当双扭簧受到一个相向作用力时,两销轴可相向收缩靠近,便于卡扣3安装与电池外壳21上。因此,双扭簧的设置,使得卡扣3的安装更加方便。另一方面,双扭簧的弹力作用于卡扣3上,使得卡扣3得以迅速复位,并保持复位的状态。卡扣3安装与电池外壳21上时,首先对两销轴作用两个相向的力,使得双扭簧相向压缩,进而使得两销轴相互靠近。再将销轴对准电池外壳21的固定孔,并解除作用力。作用力解除后,销轴的端部将卡入固定孔,即实现了将卡扣3安装于电池外壳21上,并使得卡扣3与电池外壳21的第二外侧面铰接。另外,双扭簧的弹力使得卡扣3可以迅速复位并保持复位状态,以待下一次的操作。   
   进一步地,电池闩锁装置还包括一用于保护卡扣3的保护件7,保护件7呈中空边框结构,设置于电池外壳21第二外侧面上,并包围卡扣3。
   在本实施例中,保护件7呈边框设置,且该保护件7将卡扣3收容于边框内部。避免了卡扣3受到其他外力(非主观作用的力)的作用而解除电池闩锁装置对电池2的固定,进而影响设备的正常运行。该保护件7的设置有效加强了电池2的固定强度。   
   本发明还提供一种对讲机,该对讲机包括电池闩锁装置。该电池闩锁装置的结构可参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。理所应当地,由于本实施例的对讲机采用了上述电池闩锁装置的技术方案,因此该对讲机具有上述电池闩锁装置所有的有益效果。   
   以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电池闩锁装置,用于将电池可拆卸地安装并固定于主机上,所述电池包括电芯及呈开口设置的电池外壳,所述电池外壳罩于电芯并与电芯贴合;其特征在于,所述电池闩锁装置包括:
       卡接部,设于所述电池外壳的第一外侧面;
       卡接配合部,设于所述主机上且与所述卡接部配合,所述卡接部与所述卡接配合部卡合连接;
       卡扣,设于所述电池外壳与所述第一外侧面相对的第二外侧面,所述卡扣一端与电池外壳铰接;
       限位结构,设于所述主机上且与所述卡扣配合,所述卡扣与所述限位结构卡合连接,使得电池可拆卸安装并固定于所述主机上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构设置为与所述卡扣配合的第一凸缘,所述第一凸缘与所述卡扣卡合连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述卡接部为设置在电池外壳的第一外侧面并向外凸起第二凸缘,所述卡接配合部为与所述第二凸缘配合的凹槽,所述第二凸缘与所述凹槽卡合连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣设置有用于将所述卡扣铰接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上的连接部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述连接部为销轴,所述电池外壳的第二外侧面设有与销轴两端部配合的固定孔,所述销轴端部与所述固定孔连接,使得所述卡扣与电池外壳的第二外侧面铰接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,还包括弹性元件,所述弹性元件设置于卡扣与电池外壳的第二外侧面之间并使所述卡扣保持复位状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端顶住卡扣,另一端压接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为双扭簧,所述双扭簧包括三个脚,一个公共脚和两个自由脚,所述公共脚压接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上,两个自由脚压接于卡扣上,且卡扣上设置两销轴,两销轴分别插接与所述双扭簧两个孔内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电池闩锁装置,其特征在于,还包括一用于保护卡扣的保护件,所述保护件呈中空边框结构,设置于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上,并包围所述卡扣。
  10. 一种对讲机,包括电池,所述电池包括电芯及呈开口设置的电池外壳,所述电池外壳罩于电芯并与电芯贴合;其特征在于,所述对讲机还包括用于将电池可拆卸地安装并固定于主机上的电池闩锁装置,所述电池闩锁装置包括:
       卡接部,设于所述电池外壳的第一外侧面;
       卡接配合部,设于所述主机上且与所述卡接部配合,所述卡接部与所述卡接配合部卡合连接;
       卡扣,设于所述电池外壳与所述第一外侧面相对的第二外侧面,所述卡扣一端与电池外壳铰接;
       限位结构,设于所述主机上且与所述卡扣配合,所述卡扣与所述限位结构卡合连接,使得电池可拆卸安装并固定于所述主机上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述限位结构设置为与所述卡扣配合的第一凸缘,所述第一凸缘与所述卡扣卡合连接。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述卡接部为设置在电池外壳的第一外侧面并向外凸起第二凸缘,所述卡接配合部为与所述第二凸缘配合的凹槽,所述第二凸缘与所述凹槽卡合连接。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述卡扣设置有用于将所述卡扣铰接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上的连接部。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述连接部为销轴,所述电池外壳的第二外侧面设有与销轴两端部配合的固定孔,所述销轴端部与所述固定孔连接,使得所述卡扣与电池外壳的第二外侧面铰接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述电池闩锁装置还包括弹性元件,所述弹性元件设置于卡扣与电池外壳的第二外侧面之间并使所述卡扣保持复位状态。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧,所述弹簧的一端顶住卡扣,另一端压接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为双扭簧,所述双扭簧包括三个脚,一个公共脚和两个自由脚,所述公共脚压接于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上,两个自由脚压接于卡扣上,且卡扣上设置两销轴,两销轴分别插接与所述双扭簧两个孔内。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的对讲机,其特征在于,所述电池闩锁装置还包括一用于保护卡扣的保护件,所述保护件呈中空边框结构,设置于所述电池外壳的第二外侧面上,并包围所述卡扣。
