针对上述问题,雨刷制造厂家已经设计开发了大量可以适用多款雨刷臂的雨刷连接装置,然而,现有的雨刷连接装置通常也仅能适用两三款的雨刷臂,适用范围还是较窄,不能满足要求。

一种雨刷连接装置,包括连接器主体、冂形限位块及功能外盖;该连接器主体的左右两侧各设有一侧壁,该两侧壁上,位于其外侧前段设有斜导槽,位于其中段开有圆孔;该两侧壁位于所述圆孔的前方形成有一个阶梯挡面,从而使所述的两侧壁的侧面形成阶梯状;该两侧壁位于所述阶梯挡面之后下方中段设有向下延伸的挡块及向外突出的侧沿;所述连接器主体的后段设有一个开口朝后的方导槽,该方导槽的上方槽壁上开有一孔;该冂形限位块安装在所述连接器主体的中段,其两侧壁上设有倒扣和卡槽;所述连接器主体的两侧壁下方中段设有与该倒扣配合的卡槽;所述的功能外盖安装在该冂形限位块的外侧,其也为冂形,其两侧壁上设有与该冂形限位块的卡槽位置相对的倒扣以及与该连接器主体的圆孔位置相对的圆孔。
进一步包括一主扣盖,该主扣盖安装在该连接器主体的前段,其上方设有顶板,顶板两侧设有与所述连接器主体的斜导槽配合的斜导轨,该斜导轨的下端部设有可扣以该连接器主体的两侧壁底面的倒扣。
一种雨刷连接装置,包括连接器主体,该连接器主体的左右两侧各设有一侧壁,该两侧壁上,位于其外侧前段设有斜导槽,位于其中段开有圆孔;所述连接器主体的后段设有一个开口朝后的方导槽,该方导槽的上方槽壁上开有一孔;该连接器主体中段设有一个开口向上的凹槽,该凹槽的下面设有卡槽;所述两侧壁的下面还设有挡块。
进一步包括一第一扣盖,该第一扣盖安装在该连接器主体上,其上方设有顶板,该顶板的两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁,该两侧壁的下端部设有倒扣,该倒扣上设有卡块;所述顶板的底面后方还设有固定卡点;安装时,所述第一扣盖的两侧壁从所述连接器主体的两侧滑下,所述倒扣扣住连接器主体的两侧壁的底部,同时所述卡块抵在所述卡槽内;安装后,所述固定卡点位于所述连接器主体的后端上方。
所述第一扣盖的两侧壁设置在所述顶板两侧的后段,该顶板两侧的前段设有可卡在所述斜导槽内的小侧壁。
进一步包括一第二扣盖,该第二扣盖安装在该连接器主体上的前中段,其上方设有顶板,该顶板两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁,该两侧壁的下端设有两个间隔设置的倒扣;所述的顶板的底面后方还设有压块;安装时,所述第二扣盖的两侧壁从所述连接器主体的两侧面滑下,所述倒扣扣住连接器主体的两侧壁的底部,同时两倒扣的侧壁抵在所述挡块的两侧;安装后,所述压块位于所述连接器主体的凹槽上方。
所述第二扣盖的两侧壁设置在所述顶板两侧的后段,该顶板两侧的前段设有可卡在所述斜导槽内的小侧壁。
进一步包括一嵌件,该嵌件安装在所述连接器主体的凹槽内,其包括一个和所述凹槽形状相配的主体,该主体的两侧设有限位条,该主体的中间设有U形孔,该U形孔中间设有限位凸起;所述的连接器主体的凹槽侧壁设有限位槽与所述限位条相配合。
进一步包括一主扣盖,该主扣盖安装在该连接器主体的前段,其上方设有顶板,顶板两侧设有与该斜导槽配合的斜导轨,该斜导轨的下端部设有可扣以该连接器主体的两侧壁底面的倒扣。
所述连接器主体的两圆孔之间上方设置有一个弹片。
采用上述方案后,本发明所述的雨刷连接装置,由于设置了一个连接器主体,并通过在该连接器主体上设置各种连接结构,以配合主扣盖、弹性卡簧、第一扣盖、第二扣盖或者嵌件、冂形限位块、功能外盖等配件,在实际使用时,根据所用雨刷臂的结构,选择配合或者不配合各配件,或者配合多个不同的配件,就可以和不同结构的雨刷臂使用,通过不同的组合,最多可以与多达12款的雨刷臂连接,适配性更为强大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
参阅图1A至图1C、图2A至图2D、图3A至图3C、图4A及图4B、图5A及图5B所示,本发明所揭示的是一种雨刷连接装置,其主要包括一个连接器主体100,该连接器主体100还可配合主扣盖200、弹性卡簧300、冂形限位块700或功能外盖800等不同的零配件中的一个或两到三个组合而成不同的雨刷连接装置,从而实现雨刷本体与多种雨刷臂的连接。
如图1A至图1C所示,所述连接器主体100的左右两侧各设有一侧壁105,该两侧壁105上,位于其外侧前段设有斜导槽104,位于其中段开有圆孔106,位于该圆孔106的前方可以形成一阶梯挡面116,从而使所述的两侧壁105的侧面形成阶梯状。所述两侧壁105位于该阶梯挡面116之后下方还可以设置向下延伸的挡块112、向外突出的侧沿108以及卡槽113。另外,所述的两圆孔106之间的上方可以设置一个弹片107;所述的两侧壁105之间还可设有顶块115。所述连接器主体100的后段设有一个开口朝后的方导槽102,该方导槽102的上方槽壁上开有一孔103。该连接器主体100的下方位于所述圆孔106及方导槽102之间可以设有竖直的挡壁109,并在该挡壁109的上下各设有一个水平的限位平面110和114。
如图2A至图2D所示,所述的主扣盖200可以安装在所述连接器主体100的前段。其上方设有顶板203,顶板203后端可以延伸出两个凸台205,该顶板203两侧设有可与所述连接器主体100的斜导槽104配合的斜导轨201,该斜导轨201的下端部设有倒扣202。该主扣盖200的顶板203下方还可以设置一顶块204,该顶块204可以为斜式顶块204。
如图3A至图3C所示,所述的弹性卡簧300可以安装在所述连接器主体100的后段。其主体是一个可与所述连接器主体100的方导槽102配合的方导轨302,该方导轨302的上方设有可上下摆动的弹性限位卡块301,其后部两侧各设有一个可左右摆动的弹性限位块303。所述的弹性限位卡块301的后面设有一个止滑斜面304。所述的两弹性限位块303的前部可以为竖直挡面,也可以如图中所示,为向下后方倾斜的斜挡面。
如图4A至图4B所示,所述的冂形限位块700安装在所述连接器主体100的中段,其两侧壁703上设有倒扣701和卡槽702。
如图5A至图5B所示,所述的功能外盖800安装在所述连接器主体100的中段,位于所述冂形限位块700的外侧,该功能外盖800也为冂形,其两侧壁802上设有与所述冂形限位块700的卡槽702位置相对的倒扣801以及与所述连接器主体100的圆孔106位置相对的圆孔803。
上述连接器主体100可以独立作为一个雨刷连接装置与雨刷臂相连接,也可以与其他几个配件中的一个或两个以上配合形成不同结构的雨刷连接装置与不同结构的雨刷臂相连接。
如图6A至图6C所示,为所述的连接器主体100与主扣盖200组装而成的第一连接装置1。该第一连接装置1的组装过程为:将所述主扣盖200的两斜导轨201沿着连接器主体100的斜导槽104斜着向下压,到底后,所述的倒扣202扣在所述连接器主体100的两侧壁105底面,从而可将该主扣盖200安装在连接器主体100的前段。
如图7A至图7C所示,为所述的连接器主体100、主扣盖200与弹性卡簧300组装而成的第二连接装置2。该第二连接装置2的组装过程为:先将所述主扣盖200组装到所述连接器主体100的前段,组装方式与上述第一连接装置1相同;再组装所述弹性卡簧300,压下所述弹性卡簧300上方的弹性限位卡块301,使其方导轨302沿着连接器主体100的方导槽102插入,到底时该弹性限位卡块301复位,扣在连接器主体100的孔103内,从而可将该弹性卡簧300安装在连接器主体100的后段。
如图8A至图8B所示,为所述的连接器主体100、主扣盖200、弹性卡簧300及冂形限位块700组装而成的第三连接装置3。该第3连接装置3的组装过程为:先将所述主扣盖200组装到所述连接器主体100的前段,组装方式与上述第一连接装置1相同;再将所述弹性卡簧300组装到所述连接器主体100的后段,组装方式与上述第二连接装置2相同;之后组装所述的冂形限位块700,将所述冂形限位块700两侧壁703上的倒扣701从所述连接器主体100的两侧面滑下,并扣住连接器主体100上的卡槽113,这样即可将该冂形限位块700安装在连接器主体100的中段。
如图9A至图9B所示,为所述的连接器主体100、主扣盖200、冂形限位块700与功能外盖800组装而成的第四连接装置4。该第四连接装置4的组装过程为:先将所述主扣盖200组装到所述连接器主体100的前段,组装过程见上述第一连接装置1;再将所述冂形限位块700组装到所述连接器主体100中段,组装过程见上述第三连接装置3;再组装所述功能外盖800,将所述功能外盖800两侧壁802上的倒扣801从所述冂形限位块700的两侧壁703滑下,并扣住冂形限位块700上的卡槽702,这样即可将该功能外盖800安装在冂形限位块700上,位于该连接器主体100的中后段。
如图10所示,本发明所述的各种连接装置可以通过所述的连接器主体100安装在雨刷本体9的基座900上,该基座900上设有两凸耳902,两凸耳902上各设置一个凸环901。安装时,将该基座900的两凸耳902插入到所述连接器主体100的两侧壁105之间,并使所述凸耳901卡在所述圆孔106内,从而将连接器主体100安装在雨刷本体9上,实现整体连接使用。
本发明所述的各种连接装置可以配合多种雨刷臂连接使用,以下一一说明。
如图11A及图11B所示,为所述的第一连接装置1配合现有的一种雨刷臂A10连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A10整体为板条状,其前端设有向下弯的弯钩A11。
安装时,将雨刷臂A10的前端放入所述连接器主体100前部的左右两侧壁105之间,然后往后拉,直到所述弯钩A11扣在所述连接器主体100底面位于上方的限位平面114上,并被该连接器主体100的挡壁109挡住;然后安装主扣盖200,安装过程如前述;安装后,该主扣盖200的斜式顶块204顶住雨刷臂A10,从而限制了雨刷臂A10的活动。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,用手掰开该主扣盖200的倒扣202,脱出主扣盖200,就可以分离出雨刷臂A10了。
如图12A及图12B所示,为所述的第一连接装置1配合现有的一种雨刷臂A20连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A20的结构与上述雨刷臂A10类似,其整体也为板条状,其前端也设有向下弯的弯钩A21,只是该雨刷臂A20前端弯钩A21的弯折弧度更大。
安装时,同样是将雨刷臂A20的前端放入所述连接器主体100前部的左右两侧壁105之间,然后往后拉,使其弯钩A21扣在连接器主体100底面位于下方的限位平面110上,并被所述连接器主体100的顶块115挡住该雨刷臂A20弯钩A21的内侧;然后安装主扣盖200,安装过程如前述;安装后,该主扣盖200的斜式顶块204顶住雨刷臂A20前端,从而限制了雨刷臂A20的活动。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,用手掰开该主扣盖200的倒扣202,脱出主扣盖200,就可以分离出雨刷臂A20了。
如图13A及图13B所示,为所述的第一连接装置1配合现有的一种雨刷臂A30连接使用的示意图。所述的雨刷臂A30前端一侧设有一连接轴A32,该连接轴A32中段设有缩颈段A31。
安装时,先将所述的连接器主体100安装在雨刷本体9的基座900上,然后将主扣盖200安装在连接器主体100上,之后安装雨刷臂A30,使其侧面的连接轴A32从连接器主体100的圆孔106穿过,而连接器主体100的弹片107则扣在该连接轴A32的缩颈段A31上。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,用手掰开连接器主体100的弹片107,就可以分离出雨刷臂A30了。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述的主扣盖200仅起到装饰作用,而不起到限位作用,因此所述的雨刷臂A30仅用单独一个由连接器主体100构成的连接装置进行连接就也可实现应有的功能。
如图14所示,为所述的第一连接装置1配合现有的一种雨刷臂A40连接使用的示意图。所述的雨刷臂A40前端一侧设有一连接轴A41和一平扣A42。
安装时,先将所述的连接器主体100安装在雨刷本体9的基座900上,然后将主扣盖200安装在连接器主体100上,之后安装雨刷臂A40,使其侧面的连接轴A41从连接器主体100的一侧穿过所述的圆孔106,而所述的平扣A42则跨过连接器主体100扣在另一侧的侧壁105上。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,向上转动A40,使平扣A42离开连接器主体100的侧壁105,就可以从侧面抽出该雨刷臂A40了。
本实施例所述的主扣盖200也仅起到装饰作用,而不起到限位作用,因此所述的雨刷臂A40仅用单独一个由连接器主体100构成的连接装置进行连接就也可实现应有的功能。
如图15A及图15B所示,为所述的第二连接装置2配合现有的一种雨刷臂A50连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A50整体为截面是冂形的长条状,其上方开有开孔,开孔的后侧边设有向下向前弯折的卡块A51,其两侧各设有一个抵挡面A52。
组装时,先将所述的弹性卡簧300安装在所述连接器主体100的后段;然后将所述的雨刷臂A50从上方放于连接器主体100上,并使其卡块A51从连接器主体100的方导轨102插入,放置过程中捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303,使其往中间缩,以避让雨刷臂A50的抵挡面A52,待到雨刷臂A50的前端A53的端面被连接器主体100上的挡面116抵住后,松开弹性限位块303使其弹起,此时弹性限位块303抵住所述抵挡面A12,从而限制了雨刷臂A50的前后活动;最后安装主扣盖200,安装过程见前述,安装后,该主扣盖200的顶板203后端或者顶板203后端的两凸台205压住雨刷臂A50的前端A53,从而限制了雨刷臂A50的上下活动;在这一过程中,弹性卡簧300上方的弹性限位卡块301被雨刷臂A50压平并卡在所述孔103中。至此,安装连接完成。由于雨刷臂A50冂形结构内侧左右尺寸与两侧壁105之间外侧宽度相当,因此该雨刷臂A50的左右活动也被连接器主体100的两侧壁105限制住了,从而雨刷臂A50就和该雨刷连接装置3连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手掰开主扣盖200的倒扣202,拔出主扣盖200;然后捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303使其往中间缩,这样就可以将雨刷臂A50拆卸了。
如图16A及图16B所示,为所述的第二连接装置2配合现有的一种雨刷臂A60连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A60的前段为截面是冂形的长条状,其两侧各设有一个抵挡面A61,该抵挡面A61为倒钩的倾斜状。
组装时,先将所述弹性卡簧300安装在所述连接器主体100的后段;然后将所述雨刷臂A60放于连接器主体100上方,放置过程中捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303,使该弹性限位块303往中间缩以避让雨刷壁A60的抵挡面A61,待到雨刷臂A60的前端A62的端面被连接器主体100的挡面116挡住后,松开弹性限位块303使其弹起,抵挡面A61被弹性限位块303卡住,此时采用的弹性卡簧300的弹性限位块303其前部应为斜挡面,这样斜挡面与倾斜状的抵挡面A61配合,即可限制雨刷臂A60的前后活动和上下活动,但此时雨刷臂A60的前端A62还未被固定,因此该雨刷臂A20还可向上转动;最后安装主扣盖200,安装后,主扣盖200的顶板203后端或者顶板203后端的两凸台205压住雨刷臂A60的前端A62,从而限制了雨刷臂A60的转动;在这一过程中,弹性卡簧300上方的弹性限位卡块301被雨刷臂A60压平并卡在所述孔103中。至此,安装连接完成。由于雨刷臂A60冂形结构内侧左右尺寸与两侧壁105之间外侧宽度相当,因此该雨刷臂A60的左右活动也被连接器主体100的两侧壁105限制住了,从而雨刷臂A60就和该雨刷连接装置2连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手掰开主扣盖200的倒扣202,拔出主扣盖200;然后捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303使其往中间缩,这样就可以将雨刷臂A60拆卸了。
如图17A及图17B所示,为所述的第二连接装置2配合现有的一种雨刷臂A70连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A70的前段也为截面是冂形的长条状,其上方设有通孔A71,其两侧底部设有内向的倒扣A72。
组装时,先在连接器主体100上安装所述弹性卡簧300,再安装主扣盖200于连接器主体200上;然后把雨刷臂A70从雨刷连接装置2的后面插进去,使雨刷臂A70的倒扣A72抵在连接器主体100的两侧臂105及所述侧沿108的底面,此过程中先捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303以使雨刷臂A70可以插入,之后松开;雨刷臂A70插到接近弹性限位卡块301时,按下弹性限位卡块301以使雨刷臂A70可以继续插入;插到底时,所述倒扣A32被连接器主体100的挡块112挡住,同时弹性限位卡块301弹起,卡在雨刷臂A70的通孔A71中。至此,安装连接完成。由于该雨刷臂A70的冂形结构的内侧左右尺寸相对上述雨刷臂A50、A60的宽,因此需要在连接器主体100上增设侧沿108,该两侧侧沿108之间的外侧宽度与该雨刷臂A70冂形结构内侧左右尺寸相当,这样该雨刷臂A70的左右活动被连接器主体100的两侧沿108限制住,而雨刷臂A70的上下活动被连接器主体100的上下面限制住,前后活动又被弹性限位卡块301或挡块112限制住,因此雨刷臂A70就和该雨刷连接装置2连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手按压下弹性限位卡块301,就可以分离出雨刷臂A70了。
本实施例的主扣盖200同样也仅起到装饰作用,而不起到限位作用,因此所述的雨刷臂A70仅以一个由连接器主体100及弹性卡簧300组合而成的连接装置进行连接也可以实现应有的功能。
如图18A及图18B所示,为所述的第三连接装置3配合现有的一种雨刷臂A80连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂A80前段的截面为冂形,该冂形的上方设有通孔A81,其两侧底部设有内向的倒扣A82。
安装时,先组装所述的第三连接装置3,组装方式如前所述;然后把雨刷臂A80从第三连接装置3的后面套进去,使雨刷臂A80的倒扣A82抵在冂形限位块700的底面,此过程中先捏住弹性卡簧300两侧的弹性限位块303,使其往中间缩,以使雨刷臂A80可以插入,之后松开;待插到雨刷臂A80的倒扣A82碰到所述连接器主体100的挡块112时,所述弹性限位卡块301弹起,并卡在所述通孔A81中。至此,安装连接完成。由于雨刷臂A80的左右活动被冂型限位块700的两侧壁703限制住,上下活动被连接器主体100的上下面限制住,前后活动被弹性限位卡块301或挡块112限制住,因此该雨刷臂A80就和该第三连接装置3连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手按压下弹性限位卡块301,就可以分离出雨刷臂A80了。
本实施例所述的主扣盖200也仅起到装饰作用,而不起到限位作用。也就是说,仅由连接器主体100及弹性卡簧300组合而成的连接装置也可以实现对该雨刷臂A80的连接。
另外,该雨刷臂A80前端的冂形内槽的宽度比上述雨刷臂A70前端冂形内槽的宽度要宽,因此需要增加一个冂形限位块700,以增加所述连接器装置的宽度。且该雨刷臂A80的倒扣A82的宽度也较窄,不能直接卡在连接器主体100的底部,需要卡在该冂形限位块700的底部。
如图19所示,为所述的第四连接装置4配合现有的一种雨刷臂A90连接使用的示意图。所述的雨刷臂A90前端一侧设有一连接轴A91和一平扣A92。
安装时,先组装所述的第四连接装置4,组装方式如前述;之后安装雨刷臂A90,使其侧面的连接轴A91从第四连接装置4的一侧穿过所述功能外盖800的圆孔803以及所述连接器主体100的圆孔106,而所述的平扣A92则跨过该第四连接装置4扣住功能外盖800另一侧的侧壁802上。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,向上转动雨刷臂A90,使其平扣A92脱离所述的侧壁802,就可以从侧面抽出该雨刷臂A90了。
本实施例所述的主扣盖200也仅起到装饰作用,而不起到限位作用。
另外,该雨刷臂A90的倒扣A92相对主体之间的宽度比上述雨刷臂A40的更宽,因此需要增加冂形限位块700及功能外盖800以增加所述第四连接装置的宽度。
所述的连接器主体100还可配合第一扣盖400、第二扣盖500或嵌件600等不同的零配件分别或两个组合而成不同的雨刷连接装置,从而实现雨刷本体与更多种的雨刷臂的连接。
继续配合图1A至图1C所示,所述的连接器主体100除了可以设置上述结构以外,为配合第一、第二扣盖400、500或嵌件600还可以设置以下结构:该连接器主体100的中段设有一个开口向上的凹槽101,凹槽101的下面设置所述的卡槽113。更进一步的,所述的凹槽101侧壁可以设置限位槽111。
如图20A至图20C所示,所述的第一扣盖400可以安装在所述连接器主体100上。其上方设有顶板404,该顶板404的两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁403,该两侧壁403的下端部设有倒扣402,该倒扣402上设有卡块406。所述顶板404的底面后方还设有固定卡点401。进一步的,所述的两侧壁403可以设置在所述顶板404两侧的后段,该顶板404两侧的前段则可以再各设置一小侧壁405。
如图21A至图21C所示,所述的第二扣盖500可以安装在所述连接器主体100上的前中段。其上方设有顶板503,该顶板503两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁505,该两侧壁505的下端设有两个间隔设置的倒扣501。所述的顶板503的底面后方还设有压块502。进一步的,所述的两侧壁505可以设置在所述顶板503两侧的后段,该顶板503两侧的前段则可以再各设置一小侧壁504。
如图22A至图22C所示,所述的嵌件600安装在所述连接器主体100的凹槽101内,该嵌件600包括一个和所述凹槽101形状相配的主体601,该主体601的两侧设有与所述限位槽111相合的限位条602,该主体601的中间设有U形孔603,该U形孔603中间设有限位凸起604。
如图23A至图23C所示,为所述的连接器主体100与第一扣盖400组装而成的第五连接装置5。该第五连接装置5的组装过程为:将所述第一扣盖400的两侧壁403从所述连接器主体100的两侧面滑下,并使所述的倒扣402扣住连接器主体100的两侧壁105的底部,同时使该倒扣402上的卡块406抵在连接器主体100的卡槽113内,以防止第一扣盖400前后移动,这样即可将该第一扣盖400安装在连接器主体100上。且安装后,该第一扣盖400的固定卡点401位于所述连接器主体100的后端上方。该第一扣盖400的顶板404前部的小侧壁405则可卡在所述连接器主体100的斜导槽104内,该小侧壁405可以起到限制连接器主体的两侧壁105往外扩的作用。
如图24A至图24C所示,为所述的连接器主体100与第二扣盖500组装而成的第六连接装置6。该第六连接装置6的组装过程为:将所述第二扣盖500的两侧壁505从所述连接器主体100的两侧面滑下,并使所述的倒扣501扣住连接器主体100的两侧壁105的底部,同样使两倒扣501的侧壁抵在连接器主体100的挡块112两侧,以防止第二扣盖500前后移动,这样即可将该第二扣盖500安装在连接器主体100的前中段。且安装后,该第二扣盖500的压块502位于所述连接器主体100的凹槽101上方。该第二扣盖500的顶板503前部两侧的小侧壁504则可卡在所述连接器主体100的斜导槽104内,该小侧壁504可以起到限制连接器主体100的两侧壁105往外扩的作用。
如图25A至图25C所示,为所述的连接器主体100、嵌件600与第二扣盖500组装而成的第七连接装置7。该第七连接装置7的组装过程为:将所述嵌件600放入连接器主体100的凹槽101,并使其限位条602嵌入连接器主体100的限位槽111,以防止嵌件600从凹槽101内脱落。之后组装所述的第二扣盖500,其组装过程如上述第二连接装置2所述,而组装后,该第二扣盖500的压块502压住所述嵌件600。
上述连接装置5、6、7可以配合的雨刷臂连接使用说明如下。
如图26A及图26B所示,为所述的第五连接装置5配合现有的一种雨刷臂B10连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂B10前段为板条状,其上开有孔B11,其前端设有微向下的折段B12。
安装时,将雨刷臂B10前端的折段B12放入到连接器主体100的前部两侧壁105之间;然后安装第一扣盖400于连接器主体100上,安装过程如前述,将所述的雨刷臂B10包覆在该第一扣盖400与连接器主体100之中,限制了雨刷臂B10上下左右的活动,且安装后所述第一扣盖400后方的固定卡点401正好卡在雨刷臂B10的孔B11中,从而限制了雨刷臂B10前后的活动。至此,安装连接完成。
拆卸时,用手掰开第一扣盖400的倒扣402,使该第一扣盖400脱出,这样就可以分离出雨刷臂B10了。
如图27A及图27B所示,为所述的第六连接装置6配合现有的一种雨刷臂B20连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂B20整体为截面是冂形的长条状,其前端设有一个限位块B21。
组装时,先将雨刷臂B20前端的限位块B21放入到所述连接器主体100的凹槽101内,这样就限制了雨刷臂B20的前后活动;然后安装第二扣盖500,安装方式如前述,安装后,第二扣盖500的压块502压住所述的限位块B21,从而限位了雨刷臂B20的上下移动。至此,安装连接完成。而由于雨刷臂B20的左右活动也被连接器主体100的侧壁限制住了,因此雨刷臂B20就和该雨刷连接装置2连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手掰开所述第二扣盖500的弹性倒扣501,使第二扣盖500脱出,就可以分离出雨刷臂B20了。
如图28A及图28B所示,为所述的第七连接装置7配合现有的一种雨刷臂B30连接使用的示意图。该雨刷臂B30整体为长条状,其前端一侧设有一个圆轴B32,圆轴B32外端设有限位块B31,圆轴B32上下两侧设有缺口B33。
组装时,先将所述嵌件600放入连接器主体100的凹槽101,其限位条602嵌入连接器主体100的限位槽111,然后将雨刷臂B30前端的圆轴B32放入所述嵌件600的U形孔603内,放置过程中注意使缺口B33和限位凸起604相对应,这样才能放进去,然后旋转雨刷壁B30,使其放平,这样限位凸起604即可将圆轴B32限制住,之后安装第二扣盖500,安装方式如前述,安装后,第二扣盖500的压块502压住所述的嵌件600,将嵌件600固定。至此,安装连接完成。而由于雨刷臂B30的左右活动也被嵌件600的侧壁限制住,前后活动被嵌件600的U形孔603限制,上下活动被嵌件600的限位凸起604限制,因此雨刷臂B30就和该雨刷连接装置5连接固定在一起。
拆卸时,用手掰开所述第二扣盖500的弹性倒扣501,使第二扣盖500脱出,向上转动雨刷臂B30,使缺口B33和限位凸起604相对应,就可以分离出雨刷臂B30了。
需要说明的是,上述各种雨刷臂(从A10至A90以及B10至B30)均为不同品牌或车型的现有雨刷臂结构,本发明通过连接器主体,配合或者不配合各种配件,即可实现与多达12种的雨刷臂配合连接,适配性更为强大。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围。故但凡依本发明的权利要求和说明书所做的变化或修饰,皆应属于本发明专利涵盖的范围之内。

Claims (21)

1、一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:包括连接器主体(100),该连接器主体的左右两侧各设有一侧壁(105),该两侧壁上,位于其外侧前段设有斜导槽(104),位于其中段开有圆孔(106);所述连接器主体的后段设有一个开口朝后的方导槽(102),该方导槽的上方槽壁上开有一孔(103)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一主扣盖(200),该主扣盖安装在该连接器主体的前段,其上方设有顶板(203),顶板两侧设有与所述的斜导槽配合的斜导轨(201),该斜导轨的下端部设有可扣在该连接器主体的两侧壁底面的倒扣(202)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接器主体的两圆孔之间上方设置有一个弹片(107)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接器主体的下方位于所述圆孔及方导槽之间设有竖直的挡壁(109),并在该挡壁(109)的上下各设有一个水平的限位平面(110)和(114);所述的两侧壁之间还设有顶块(115);所述主扣盖的顶板下方设置有顶块(204)。
5、根据权利要求2所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一弹性卡簧(300),该弹性卡簧安装在所述连接器主体的后段;其主体是一个与所述方导槽配合的方导轨(302),该方导轨的上方设有可上下摆动的弹性限位卡块(301),其后部两侧各设有一个可左右摆动的弹性限位块(303)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接器主体的两侧壁位于所述圆孔的前方形成有一个阶梯挡面(116),从而使所述的两侧壁(105)的侧面形成阶梯状。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述弹性卡簧的两弹性限位块的前部为竖直挡面或者为向下后方倾斜的斜挡面。
8、根据权利要求6所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接器主体的两侧壁位于所述阶梯挡面之后下方设有向下延伸的挡块(112)及向外突出的侧沿(108)。
9、根据权利要求5-7之一所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述主扣盖的顶板后端延伸出两个凸台(205)。
10、根据权利要求1所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一弹性卡簧(300),该弹性卡簧安装在所述连接器主体的后段;其主体是一个与所述方导槽配合的方导轨(302),该方导轨的上方设有可上下摆动的弹性限位卡块(301),其后部两侧各设有一个可左右摆动的弹性限位块(303);所述连接器主体的两侧壁(105)位于所述圆孔的前方形成有一个阶梯挡面(116),从而使所述的两侧壁(105)的侧面形成阶梯状;该两侧壁(105)位于所述阶梯挡面之后下方中段设有向下延伸的挡块(112)及向外突出的侧沿(108)。
11、根据权利要求10所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一冂形限位块(700),其安装在所述连接器主体的中段,该冂形限位块的两侧壁(703)上设有倒扣(701);所述连接器主体的两侧壁(105)下方中段设有与该倒扣配合的卡槽(113)。
12、根据权利要求11所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一主扣盖(200),该主扣盖安装在该连接器主体的前段,其上方设有顶板(203),顶板两侧设有与所述的斜导槽配合的斜导轨(201),该斜导轨的下端部设有可扣以该连接器主体的两侧壁底面的倒扣(202)。
13、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一冂形限位块(700)及一功能外盖(800);所述连接器主体的两侧壁(105)位于所述圆孔的前方形成有一个阶梯挡面(116),从而使所述的两侧壁(105)的侧面形成阶梯状;该两侧壁(105)位于所述阶梯挡面之后下方中段设有向下延伸的挡块(112)及向外突出的侧沿(108);所述冂形限位块安装在所述连接器主体的中段,其两侧壁(703)上设有倒扣(701)和卡槽(702);所述连接器主体的两侧壁(105)下方中段设有与该倒扣(701)配合的卡槽(113);所述的功能外盖安装在该冂形限位块的外侧,其也为冂形,其两侧壁(802)上设有与该冂形限位块的卡槽(702)位置相对的倒扣(801)以及与该连接器主体的圆孔(106)位置相对的圆孔(803)。
14、根据权利要求1所述的一种雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述的连接器主体中段设有一个开口向上的凹槽(101),该凹槽的下面设有卡槽(113);所述两侧壁(105)的下面还设有挡块(112)。
15、根据权利要求14所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一第一扣盖(400),该第一扣盖安装在该连接器主体上,其上方设有顶板(404),该顶板的两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁(403),该两侧壁的下端部设有倒扣(402),该倒扣上设有卡块(406);所述顶板(404)的底面后方还设有固定卡点(401);安装时,所述第一扣盖的两侧壁(403)从所述连接器主体的两侧滑下,所述倒扣(402)扣住连接器主体的两侧壁(105)的底部,同时所述卡块(406)抵在所述卡槽(113)内;安装后,所述固定卡点(401)位于所述连接器主体的后端上方。
16、根据权利要求14所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述第一扣盖的两侧壁(403)设置在所述顶板(404)两侧的后段,该顶板两侧的前段设有可卡在所述斜导槽(104)内的小侧壁(405)。
17、根据权利要求14所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一第二扣盖(500),该第二扣盖安装在该连接器主体上的前中段,其上方设有顶板(503),该顶板两侧设有向下延伸的侧壁(505),该两侧壁的下端设有两个间隔设置的倒扣(501);所述的顶板(503)的底面后方还设有压块(502);安装时,所述第二扣盖的两侧壁(505)从所述连接器主体的两侧面滑下,所述倒扣(501)扣住连接器主体的两侧壁(105)的底部,同时两倒扣(501)的侧壁抵在所述挡块(112)的两侧;安装后,所述压块(502)位于所述连接器主体的凹槽(101)上方。
18、根据权利要求17所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述第二扣盖的两侧壁(505)设置在所述顶板(503)两侧的后段,该顶板两侧的前段设有可卡在所述斜导槽(104)内的小侧壁(504)。
19、根据权利要求17或18所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一嵌件(600),该嵌件安装在所述连接器主体的凹槽(101)内,其包括一个和所述凹槽形状相配的主体(601),该主体的两侧设有限位条(602),该主体的中间设有U形孔(603),该U形孔中间设有限位凸起(604);所述的连接器主体的凹槽侧壁设有限位槽(111)与所述限位条(602)相配合。
20、根据权利要求19所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一主扣盖(200),该主扣盖安装在该连接器主体的前段,其上方设有顶板(203),顶板两侧设有与该斜导槽配合的斜导轨(201),该斜导轨的下端部设有可扣以该连接器主体的两侧壁(105)底面的倒扣(202)。
21、根据权利要求19所述的雨刷连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接器主体的两圆孔之间上方设置有一个弹片(107)。
