Abstract
Description
右方向を意味する。
図1に示すように、ホイールローダ1は、車体フレーム2、作業機3、前輪4、後輪5、キャブ6を備えている。このホイールローダ1は、前輪4、後輪5が回転駆動されることにより自走可能であり、作業機3を用いて所望の作業を行うことができる。
図8に示すように、排気ガス後処理装置18は、エンジン15側の排気上流側(以下、単に「上流側」と記す)から順に、ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルタ装置45と、接続管48と、窒素酸化物還元触媒装置47と、を備えている。接続管48には尿素水溶液噴射装置46が取り付けられている。
エアクリーナ13及びその配置について、図2及び図9を用いて説明する。エアクリーナ13は、エンジンルームの外部、すなわち車体カバー10の外側に配置される。また、拡張部材9が拡張姿勢にあるとき、エアクリーナ13は、拡張部材9の上方且つ後方に配置されている。なお、エアクリーナ13は、作業者が梯子8の第2ステップ81bに乗った状態で手が届く程度の位置に配置されている。具体的には、エアクリーナ13は、後輪用フェンダ5aの上部に設けられている。より具体的には、エアクリーナ13はフェンダ前部5bの水平部分に搭載されている。
図7に示すように、エアは、エアクリーナ13から導入され、吸気管24及びターボチャージャー22を経由してエンジン15に供給される。また、エンジン15からの排気ガスは、ターボチャージャー22を駆動した後、接続配管23を介して排気ガス後処理装置18に導入される。
エアクリーナ13においては、所定期間毎にフィルタ72の清掃又は交換作業が必要になる。このとき、フィルタ72をエアクリーナ13から取り外す必要がある。
エアクリーナ13を車体カバー10の外側であって梯子8の上方且つ後方に配置したので、エンジンルームの天板を高くすることなく、ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルタ装置45及び窒素酸化物還元触媒装置47をエンジン15の上方に配置することができる。したがって、排気ガス後処理装置18として窒素酸化物還元触媒装置47を追加した場合でも、後方視界の悪化を避けることができる。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変形又は修正が可能である。
上記実施形態では、梯子8は、第1~第3ステップ81a~81cの3つのステップを有しているが、特にこれに限定されるものではなく、4つ以上のステップを有していてもよいし、2つ以下のステップを有してもよい。
上記実施形態では、後輪用フェンダ5aにエアクリーナ13を固定したが、梯子の上方且つ後方であれば他の部材にエアクリーナ13を固定してもよい。
上記実施形態では、後輪用フェンダ5aが2つの部分に分割され、エアクリーナ13がフェンダ前部5bに固定されている場合について説明したが、一体型の後輪用フェンダの上部にエアクリーナ13を固定するようにしてもよい。
上記実施形態では、梯子8及びエアクリーナ13がキャブ6の左側方に設けられている場合について説明したが、これがキャブ6の右側方に配置されていてもよい。
上記実施形態では、拡張部材9はプラットホーム7に取り付けられているが、特にこれに限定されず、例えば、拡張部材9は梯子8に取り付けられていてもよい。具体的には、図17に示すように、拡張部材9は、平坦部93と、前アーム部92aと、後アーム部92bと、を有し、前アーム部92aの先端部が梯子8の前支柱82aに揺動可能に取り付けられ、後アーム部92bの先端部が梯子8の後支柱82bに揺動可能に取り付けられていてもよい。なお、この場合は、拡張部材9は、固定部を省略することができる。
上記実施形態では、拡張部材9は、第2ステップ81bの車幅方向の長さを拡張するように構成されているが、特にこれに限定されない。例えば図18に示すように、拡張部材9は、第1ステップ81aの車幅方向の長さを拡張するように構成されていてもよい。この場合、拡張部材9が拡張姿勢となるとき、平坦部93は、第1ステップ81aに隣接するように、第1ステップ81aの左側方に位置する。なお、この場合は、第1ステップ81aが本発明の少なくとも1つのステップに該当する。また、拡張部材9を2つ設けて、第1ステップ81aと第2ステップ81bとの両方の車幅方向の長さを拡張するように構成することもできる。この場合は、第1及び第2ステップ81a、81bが、本発明の少なくとも1つのステップに該当する。すなわち、少なくとも1つのステップを複数設けてもよい。
上記実施形態では、拡張部材9は、拡張姿勢と退避姿勢とを取り得るが、特にこれに限定されない。例えば、拡張部材9は、拡張姿勢のみを取るように構成されていてもよい。この場合、拡張部材9は、例えば、プラットホーム7、又は梯子8などに取り外し可能に取り付けられている。そして、拡張部材9を取り付けたとき、拡張部材9は拡張姿勢を取る。

Claims (13)
- 内部に運転席が設けられたキャブと、
間隔をおいて配置された複数のステップを有し、前記キャブの側方に設けられる梯子と、
少なくとも1つのステップに隣接し車幅方向に張り出す拡張姿勢を取るように構成された拡張部材と、
前記キャブの後方に配置され、エンジンルームを画定する車体カバーと、
前記エンジンルーム内に配置されたエンジンと、
交換可能なフィルタを内部に有し、前記車体カバーの外側に配置され、前記エンジンに供給する空気を清浄するためのエアクリーナと、
を備え、
前記拡張部材が前記拡張姿勢とされるとき、前記エアクリーナは、前記拡張部材の上方且つ後方に配置される、
