Abstract
一种柴油机与发电机安装连接结构,包括柴油机(1)和发电机(2),在柴油机外壳和发电机外壳之间连接有外连接盘(3),在柴油机输出轴和发电机输入轴之间连接有内连接盘(4),外连接盘(3)位于内连接盘(4)圆周外。根据上述结构,利用内连接盘能实现柴油机和发电机之间的连接对中,外连接盘能承载更大的弯矩力,因此,在外连接盘的作用下能提高抗弯矩性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及柴油机与发电机安装连接结构。 背景技术
传统柴油机和发电机之间的传动轴是通过法兰连接在一起实现动力 的传递, 这种连接结构难以实现传动轴之间的对中, 而且柴油机和发电 机之间的抗弯矩性能差。
针对柴油机和发电机之间的连接, 也有通过联轴器来实现的技术手 段, 如申请号为 200620097263.X授权公告日为 2007年 8月 29日的专利 文献中公开了一种发电机与柴油机连接的联轴器柱销, 具体披露了它包 括从动半联轴器、 柱销、 主动半联轴器、 弹性圈、 压紧垫片、 压紧螺母, 弹性圈套在柱销上, 弹性圈一端连接挡圈, 另一端连接压紧垫片, 压紧 垫片连接压紧弹簧, 压紧弹簧连接压紧螺母。 该结构虽然能实现柴油机 和发电机之间的连接, 但还会出现难以对中及抗弯矩性能差的现象。 发明内容
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供了一种柴油机与发电机安装 连接结构。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是: 一种柴油机与发电机安装连接结 构, 包括柴油机和发电机, 在柴油机外壳和发电机外壳之间连接有外连 接盘, 在柴油机输出轴和发电机输入轴之间连接有内连接盘, 外连接盘 位于内连接盘圆周外。
上述结构, 利用内连接盘能实现柴油机和发电机之间的连接对中, 所述的外连接盘能承载更大的弯矩力, 因此, 在外连接盘的作用下能提 高抗弯矩性能。
作为具体化, 所述的外连接盘包括外定位盘体、 连接部及外连接盘 体, 连接部连接在外定位盘体和外连接盘体之间, 外定位盘体的外径小 于外连接盘体的外径; 在外定位盘体的内壁上设有供柴油机壳体凸起部 容置的外定位槽, 在外连接盘体上设有外螺钉孔。 在外连接盘上设置外 定位槽, 当将外连接盘安装到柴油机上时, 柴油机壳体凸起部能准确的 置于到外定位槽内, 从而实现了精确的定位安装, 同时, 柴油机壳体凸 起部与外定位槽的配合, 能进一歩提高外连接盘的抗弯矩能力。
作为改进, 在外连接盘体的端面上设有插入到发电机壳体凹槽内的 外定位凸台, 以实现外连接盘与发电机壳体的精确定位安装, 并能进一 歩提高外连接盘的抗弯矩能力
作为具体化, 所述的内连接盘包括内连接盘体及内定位盘体, 内连 接盘体的内壁上设有供柴油机输出轴凸起部容置的内定位槽, 在内连接 盘体上设有内螺钉孔; 内定位盘体具有插入到发电机输入轴凹槽内的内 定位凸台。 设置内定位槽和内定位凸台, 能对柴油机和发电机之间的连 接进行定位、 导向, 则能更好的实现柴油机和发电机之间的对中。
作为改进, 在内连接盘体上设有销孔, 通过在销孔内安装销轴, 能 使安装位更加的精确。
作为改进, 在外连接盘和发电机外壳之间设有调整垫。 利用调整垫 能对柴油机和发电机之间的距离进行调整, 便于安装和维修。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一歩详细说明。 如图 1和图 2所示,柴油机与发电机安装连接结构包括柴油机 1、发 电机 2、 外连接盘 3、 内连接盘 4和调整垫 5。
如图 2和图 3所示, 柴油机壳体的端面设有凸起部 11, 柴油机输出 轴上具有凸起部 12。 发电机壳体具有凹槽 21, 发电机输入轴上具有凹槽

如图 4和图 5所示,外连接盘 3包括外定位盘体 31、连接部 32及外 连接盘体 33,连接部 32连接在外定位盘体 31和外连接盘体 33之间,外 定位盘体 31的外径小于外连接盘体 33的外径;在外定位盘体 31的内壁 上设有供柴油机壳体凸起部容置的外定位槽 34,在外定位盘体 31上设有 安装孔 311, 在外连接盘体上设有外螺钉孔 331, 在外连接盘体 33的端 面上设有插入到发电机壳体凹槽内的外定位凸台 35。
如图 6和图 7所示,内连接盘 4包括内连接盘体 41及内定位盘体 42, 内连接盘体 41的内壁上设有供柴油机输出轴凸起部容置的内定位槽 43, 在内连接盘体上设有内螺钉孔 411和销孔 412; 内定位盘体 42具有插入 到发电机输入轴凹槽内的内定位凸台 44,在内定位盘体 42上设有安装孔
如图 3所示, 在连接柴油机 1和发电机 2时, 先将内连接盘内定位 槽 43与柴油机输出轴凸起部对应, 并使柴油机输出轴凸起部置入到内定 位凹槽 43内, 在柴油机输出轴和内连接盘体之间打入定位销, 然后用螺 钉将柴油机输出轴和内连接盘 4连接起来。 接着将外连接盘外定位槽 34 与柴油机壳体凸起部对应, 并使柴油机壳体凸起部置入到外定位槽 34, 利用螺钉将柴油机壳体和外连接盘连接起来。 然后, 将内连接盘的内定 位凸台 44插入到发电机输入轴凹槽内,通过螺钉将内连接盘和发电机输 入轴连接起来。 接着, 将外连接盘的外定位凸台 35插入到发电机壳体凹 槽内, 通过螺钉将外连接盘和发电机壳体连接起来。
在本实施方式中, 在内连接盘 4上设有内定位槽和内定位凸台, 并 在内连接盘 4和柴油机输出轴之间设置有定位销, 因此, 在安装内连接 盘时, 能对内定位盘 4进行定位、 导向, 实现柴油机和发电机之间的高 精度对中。 由于设置了外连接盘 3,且在外连接盘上设置了外定位槽和外 定位凸台, 因此, 能提高柴油机和发电机之间的抗弯矩能力。

1.一种柴油机与发电机安装连接结构, 包括柴油机和发电机, 其特 征在于: 在柴油机外壳和发电机外壳之间连接有外连接盘, 在柴油机输 出轴和发电机输入轴之间连接有内连接盘, 外连接盘位于内连接盘圆周 外; 所述的外连接盘包括外定位盘体、 连接部及外连接盘体, 连接部连 接在外定位盘体和外连接盘体之间, 外定位盘体的外径小于外连接盘体 的外径; 在外定位盘体的内壁上设有供柴油机壳体凸起部容置的外定位 槽, 在外连接盘体上设有外螺钉孔; 所述的内连接盘包括内连接盘体及 内定位盘体, 内连接盘体的内壁上设有供柴油机输出轴凸起部容置的内 定位槽, 在内连接盘体上设有内螺钉孔; 内定位盘体具有插入到发电机 输入轴凹槽内的内定位凸台。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的柴油机与发电机安装连接结构, 其特征在 于:在外连接盘体的端面上设有插入到发电机壳体凹槽内的外定位凸台。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的柴油机与发电机安装连接结构, 其特征在 于: 在内连接盘体上设有销孔。
4.根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的柴油机与发电机安装连接结构, 其特征在于: 在外连接盘和发电机外壳之间设有调整垫。
